We rented this home for only two nights, but the property (ease of access), location (perfect Tahoma location), open space plan, cleanliness, etc., were excellent. The rental agency squeezed us in for a two-night rental in the high of the season, which was perfect for us. Kitchen and bathrooms were super clean. Although we did not trailer a boat tot he house, the front has plenty of parking for a trailer. Reasonable rate for a well-maintained property.

The House was very clean. It was perfect for the 5 of us, we could eat or watch tv and had plenty of room. The best part was the location no matter where we went to site see we drove past Lake Tahoe in either direction.

The house is very clean and neat. We especially love the all the beds and mattress in the house. Since we went on Thanksgiving day so it wasn't as convenient for grocery shopping or to dine out. Other than that, it is a very peaceful town and neighbors are nice.

The home itself was lovely. It didn't have a lot of the necessities I would expect in a rental; no salt and pepper, oils, napkins, etc. Unfortunately the house across the street was a rental to college students who partied until 3am, with multiple visits by the sheriff. That was a little bit of a spoiler.

This is a very nice property. Great locale on quiet street in Tahoma and generally updated with modern fixtures, good beds, etc. Well equipped kitchen, though could have used a salad spinner and carrot peeler. Only gripe was no hot tub, but otherwise great locale for one or two families in beautiful west shore of tahoe. I would coome back.

Excellent stay, Clean, well stocked kitchen, street was quiet and not a lot of cars for a mid-summer stay, which was notable.

Excellent home, perfect for our family of four. Thank you, we will rent this home again in the future.
The house is very nice and was spotless upon arrival. The area is very quiet with little to no traffic and a 10-15 minute easy walk to the main road/lake. The open kitchen/living room plan provides plenty of room for family meals and games. The beds and linens are comfortable. Loved having 2 bedrooms downstairs and away from the living area. Opening the blinds in the main living/kitchen truly does bring in the outside. Plenty of kitchen and bath towels and extra pillows provided. This appears to strictly be a rental house -- the fridge is completely empty upon arrival and you are given prepackaged dishwasher soap and garbage bags for the number of nights you rent -- perfectly understandable -- just not a homey vibe. I would recommend rewashing the glasses if you are having wine or milk as they are plastic and tend to hold that dishwasher smell. The larger bedroom downstairs was very warm in August -- there didn't seem to be the air flow the other rooms had and the downstairs shower could use some additional water pressure. All in all a very nice and pleasant stay and a great value.
Very clean and comfortable, with a bear in the backyard to make it extra exciting.
This house was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice, relaxed neighborhood. We found the kitchen to have great cooking utensils, and the rental agency was responsive when we needed something.
This home was in a nice little neighborhood a little ways from the main road so it was still pretty quiet yet close to amenities. We had a few requests for the management company (some extra dishwasher soap and dish towels) and they were so responsive and kind. They gave us recommendations for bike and boat rental. Very professional.
Loved our stay. Our group of 6 had plenty of space and enjoyed every minute. Hiking and biking were right outside and it was 10 minutes to Tahoe City. Great spot to relax and enjoy all Tahoe has to offer.
The home worked great for our weekend getaway and had all the accommodations we needed. The Tahoma location was new to us and so far a favorite. Equally distant from Nor and So Tahoe shores, it was situated in a quite town close to the the late and various hiking trails. We will def try to stay here again.
The cabin was located in a quiet area and had all the amenities we needed for our family. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space. We enjoyed Meeks Bay Resort. A small expensive grocery is near. Two downsides: there were no instructions on how to control the thermostat downstairs, so it was freezing when we arrived. At 7700 feet elevation, stairs could be an issue for some.
Everything was picture perfect, the accommodations were above what we expected
Tahoma is nestled amonth Tahoe's west shore. Visitors here can enjoy lovely hiking trails, picturesque beaches, water sports, and more. Homewood Mountain is also close by for those poweder lovers! The Tahoe Maritime Museum will give you a great overview of the nautical history of Tahoe, and the Chambers Landing Bar and Restaurant is a super fun bar located right on the lake. Another popular spot in the area is Meeks Bay Beach, which offers camping, swimming, a great beach, and gear rentals for getting out on that water (jet skis, kayaks, canoes, etc). You can also get a helicopter ride in the area and if you're a hiker or mountin biker, Meeks Bay Beach area is a perfect spot to stop off at! This area is also a good mid-distance between South Lake Tahoe and North Tahoe.
