This was a great place. Comfy, clean, nice, and a smooth rental process. The only issue was the microwave kept dying, but it wasn't a huge deal. Would recommend for sure!
It was about a 10- to 15-minute walk to Heavenly, with a pretty steep uphill, but not bad.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Came here with 14 colleagues/friends/partners for a ski trip. The pictures don’t really do the place justice. The top floor living and kitchen area are beautiful. Wide open so all of your group can interact and converse. Tons of light during the day. Excellent to have porches on both sides and super easy access to the hot tub as opposed to some other homes I’ve stayed out. We brought a bunch of our own kitchenware just in case, but this kitchen was fully equipped and even had serving dishes for 14. Everything was in working order. Tons of comfortable seating around the TV and fireplace. Bedrooms were all clean and modern with comfortable beds (albeit a little squeaky). Bathrooms were also great, plenty of hot water and clean. Location is just about perfect. Nestled a bit away from all the noise of downtown South Lake Tahoe but close enough to get to the casinos and action and a short walk to the base of Heavenly California lodge. Bev and Michelle from the management company were professional and accommodating. We’re eager to return next year!

Very disappointed. We paid a lot of money for a place which was not comfortable and caused some health problems to some of my guests.

We had a group staying here and this house was perfect for us. The master bedroom and bath was exceptional and all the beds in the house were extremely comfortable. The kitchen and grill were of high quality and was great for cooking for a group of 12. The pool table and game room was awesome! Very large garage that easily fit 2 cars and 2 additional cars easily fit in the driveway. The hot tub was amazing and the 4 decks give all the guests room to enjoy being outside! Overall I'd give a 12/10 if possible! Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful home!

Great location, all the amenities, tons of space, beautiful open living room/kitchen area, and smooth check-in/check-out process. Hottub on the balcony was put to good use and perfect in the cool evenings.

Had a great stay in tahoe. Perfect house.

We had a wonderful time! Beautiful house, close to the slopes. The only downside is that the game room has a pool table that is somewhat crowded. An Xbox is also in this room but there is no sofa to sit on to play.
Still worth it but not best house if you have teens -which we did not! So for us, it was perfect.

This home provided wonderful space for our large family. We especially enjoyed the open kitchen /family room area with the cozy fireplace and outdoor hot tub. The large table was perfect for our many meals. The kitchen had everything we needed . We also enjoyed the pool table area. The downstairs was not as warm as the upstairs. I suppose the heat just traveled right up those open stairs. Some of the furniture seemed saggy and could use updates but overall we had no complaints and were pleased with the space and overall condition of this home. The location was perfect for proximity to the slopes and we could even walk down to the water. Gorgeous , quiet neighborhood among the trees. So pretty! I would recommend this home and would return here for future gatherings.
Very nice, spacious house. Features like warmed up floor in the bathroom, jacuzzi upstairs, open concept kitchen and many others made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. Some things like some furniture pieces or kitchen appliances could be updated though but overall time spent at this cabin was well worth the price.
We had a wonderful, relaxing and fun family getaway at this beautiful home. It was clean, well maintained and well stocked. The property management company was courteous, helpful and made the booking process very smooth. We had all instructions and details emailed well in advance of our stay, and when the entry code didn't work upon arrival, I called and they gave me another one that worked. Our ages ranged from 9 months to 60+, and our dog also joined us - there was more than enough space for everyone!! The kitchen was beautiful and had everything necessary to prepare pasta and ribs (we used the grill on the patio) for dinner. We enjoyed the pool table and Jacuzzi, and not far from the home is a pretty walking trail with beautiful lake views. Only thing we didn't have was a garage door opener, so we would have to send someone in the house first to open up the garage - maybe there was an opener, but we didn't see it and I didn't call on it.
There are lots of stairs, but this wasn't an issue for us. The lower level has 3 BR and a full bath, the pool table and laundry room. The upper level has a huge master BR with its own private bathtub, another BR and bathroom with a shower, the kitchen, family room, dining area and Jacuzzi on the balcony.
This is a great home for a large family/group getaway - I would definitely recommend it! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
The South Lake Tahoe area is filled with amazing activities for the whole family. For the skiiers and snowboarders, Heavenly Mountain Resort offers some great powder during the winter time. The Gondola at this resort is one of the most popular attractions in all of Tahoe. If you're looking for other outdoor options, though, such as hiking, mountain biking, or nature walks, be sure you hit up the Mount Tallac Trail, Pope Beach, Taylor Creek, Lower Eagle Falls, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, or the Bijou Community Park (disc golf is popular here). The South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena offers some great ice skating year round and Adventure Mountain is a great place to sled in the winter. Some other activities you might consider are hot-air-balloon rides, helicopter tours, boat tours, nature tours, wine-tasting tours, and heritage tours. For the educationally minded, Valhalla at Lake Tahoe and the Lake Tahoe Historical Society Museum offer great historical information about the area. You can even catch your own dinner at the Tahoe Trout Farm! If being indoors is more your style, South Lake Tahoe has tons of great restaurants, bars, spas, galleries, and shops. Like the rest of Tahoe, there's plenty of access to kayaking, canoeing, boating, paddleboarding, and parasailing in this area, too. One of the best outdoor activities, though, is Regan Beach, which gets crowded but offers some great swimming and some stunning views. Oh, and you might drive a bit north to check out Fallen Leaf Lake, too! It's a great photo opportunity.
