Great place! Location is awesome. It was clean, spacious, and filled with games. Great for dogs as it's all fenced. Check out the massage chair!!

I came here with a group of friends to get away for the weekend and although Tahoe in itself is an amazing place, this house truly made the weekend. It was so much fun to hang out in the game room, or hang out in the giant, open living room and kitchen. I loved this place and would definitely come back.

Excellent location, lots of room and entertainment for our stay.

Did a big get together with a bunch of friends from across the country at this spot. Half reunion - half bachelor send off, our priority here was partying, and this place accommodated that goal wonderfully. Hard to go wrong with billiards, Big Buck Hunter and lots of space. Most amenities were great, but the bedrooms don't offer much privacy when you've filled all 12 spots. Also, some of the furniture & appliances were a little worse for wear, everything does the trick, but not the place if your looking to live luxuriously in Tahoe (not our scene anyhow). We also brought 2 dogs along, which the house & property management did well to accommodate. Finally, we did keep a fair amount of the partying off-site after hours - no incident for us, but apparently there are some touchy neighbors near by. Rent this place before the fun times end!

The house was all it was advertised to be. The beds comphy, living space ample (3 levels really helps). The deck with 2 fire pits was wonderful for relaxing, and star gazing. The kitchen well equipped. With warm days, the home was warm inside (no A/C) until the breeze picked up. We all very much enjoyed our stay and will come back. The bath towels are very small, so if you like to wrap up after a shower, consider bringing your own towels.

Stayed at this big house on July 8, 2017 weekend. The pictures made the house look a little small inside, but this was not the case. The house has a huge patio, which was great because there was no A/C. There is a big game room. 3 stories and definitely enough beds/couch space for up to 12 people comfortable, even if you are not sharing beds. The hot tub worked great and is bigger than the pictures make it look. The kitchen is updated. We used the BBQ and stove/oven one night for dinner and both worked fine. The upstairs gets a little hot. $8 Uber ride to stateline.

We had a great time at the house with kids Ranging in age from 5 years to 17 years of age. There was something for everyone to do especially with the game room. I would recommend bringing extra towels - especially if you use the hot tub.
The house worked out perfect, the views were absolutely beautiful!!!!!! WE could have not enjoyed a more beautiful house. Another great feature was that Heavenly ski resort was only a few minutes away! awesome! I would recommend this rental to anyone! My family is thinking abount renting this home in the future :)
The house was clean and the details of the property were accurate. The pictures are definitly more polished and sparkly than the actual property. There was a constant concern with the neighbor calling police out just to harass us, as we were notified by several others in the area that he hated that this house was a rental and that he was trying to get it shut down. We just kept it quiet and stayed inside most of the time. The beds were very comfortable but the mice in the walls kept us up some nights. We saw 1 scamper across the living room floor during dinner. I'm sure they were excited to know that there was food in the house but I do ask that this problem be taken care of before I consider booking again. It was very nice to have dishes and supplies in the kitchen but everything had to be cleaned first because of all of the mice droppings. The stove has 2 knobs that do not work so we had to bring up tools from the car to make sure we got the gas burners turned off properly. The couches were clean and comfortable but the dining room table appears to be falling apart. The patio furniture and bbq were a huge plus!
The game room was such a great feature and the massage chair was heaven! Overall we had a really wonderful vacation and would consider booking this property again once the above mentioned items are taken care of and if the price were to be reduced.
Cabin was not clean upon arrival. Stairs to front door were completely covered in snow. Lights in most rooms were very dim. BBQ was not accessible.
The South Lake Tahoe area is filled with amazing activities for the whole family. For the skiiers and snowboarders, Heavenly Mountain Resort offers some great powder during the winter time. The Gondola at this resort is one of the most popular attractions in all of Tahoe. If you're looking for other outdoor options, though, such as hiking, mountain biking, or nature walks, be sure you hit up the Mount Tallac Trail, Pope Beach, Taylor Creek, Lower Eagle Falls, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, or the Bijou Community Park (disc golf is popular here). The South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena offers some great ice skating year round and Adventure Mountain is a great place to sled in the winter. Some other activities you might consider are hot-air-balloon rides, helicopter tours, boat tours, nature tours, wine-tasting tours, and heritage tours. For the educationally minded, Valhalla at Lake Tahoe and the Lake Tahoe Historical Society Museum offer great historical information about the area. You can even catch your own dinner at the Tahoe Trout Farm! If being indoors is more your style, South Lake Tahoe has tons of great restaurants, bars, spas, galleries, and shops. Like the rest of Tahoe, there's plenty of access to kayaking, canoeing, boating, paddleboarding, and parasailing in this area, too. One of the best outdoor activities, though, is Regan Beach, which gets crowded but offers some great swimming and some stunning views. Oh, and you might drive a bit north to check out Fallen Leaf Lake, too! It's a great photo opportunity.
