Excellent experience. Everything was perfect about the property. We loved the stay!
Our group was so impressed with this home. It was spacious, immaculate, and comfortable to accomodate ten of us. We especially enjoyed using the hot tub and having breakfast on the outdoor deck. The location was perfect... only a short drive to the casinos and Stateline. We would love to stay here again!
The house is beautiful and well equipped. It was very clean and comfortable. We ate most of our meals out on the balcony enjoying the view. The house is just far enough removed to escape the chaos of the downtown area, but close enough to still be convenient. Also, Coldwell Banker was wonderful to work with!
A group of 10 of us stayed here for the weekend and it was awesome! Very spacious and sleeps 10 comfortably. Great location as well. Not too close to the strip and close enough if you wanted to take a short cab ride. Hot tub was great and I was surprised with all the kitchen appliances/dishes that were available. Super clean as well. I would definitely book this place again for a trip to Tahoe.
Agency gave us great advise on restaurants. The home was a great fit for our families. Very roomy and clean. The location was perfect for small grandkids to play and sled beside and behind home...hopefully next year there will be more snow. What we enjoyed best was the location & size of home.

The house was perfect. It complimented all of our needs.
7 family members shared this house and it was wonderfully equipped with kitchen items, great grill, deck that seats 8 (or more), hot tub, well equipped bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, soaps, big soft towels. We have no complaints, only compliments.
Excellent service, beautiful house and the location is great. I highly recommend to rent this place. It's very relazing, comfortable and quite place to stay.
The management company has always been great to work with and helping us find a suitable place for our large family. Great vacation home with plenty of room for all of us. The location, on the golf course, would never be a priority. But worked out well in Winter months, the toddlers had plenty of pathways to run around on and a few patches of snow to play in. The only negative was that we didn't find the BBQ Grill to be in good enough shape to actually use...but not a deal breaker...Summer would months would have mattered.
We stayed at this cabin in Feb 2013 for a family trip. It was beautiful and we felt like we were in a luxury setting. The location was perfect for our ski weekend. The interior was pretty/comfortable for those not headed outside. We agreed that we would stay here again. We happily booked our next stay for Jan 2014. 2014 was a totally different experience. Overall, the cabin was worn- chips and scuff marks in the walls, stained carpets, clogged kitchen sink, a gas burner that wouldn't ignite, & a light fixture hanging off the patio exterior. For a property advertised as "luxury" I didn't expect this. In addition to the general lack of maintenance to the property, the cleanliness was horrible. Again, did not expect a "luxury" property to have this issue at all. I contacted the office twice during our stay. Once for the amount of debris on the floor (broken plastic pieces, dried food, can tops, etc). I emailed a picture of what we found the first night of our stay. A custodian was sent to vacuum the carpets. He spent a short amount of time speed vacuuming the floors. We could hear the debris being sucked up. The second call was regarding the cleanliness of the bed. I found-what appeared to be- food stains on one of the beds (I later found a second bed with the same type of stain). Again, I emailed a picture, and was given a credit for this. Again, I did not expect this issue with a "luxury" cabin rental. On the last day, a plumber arrived to look at the sink. And my 5-year-old extracted streamers from the floor vents. In the end, I could overlook the wear of the property- it's a rental. Cleanliness & operation are another story. It was pretty gross. At $500/night I expect a clean and safe environment. Cb has a non-refundable $300 cleaning fee. There is no way that $300 was dedicated to cleaning that place before we arrived. The credit I received was $175. In retrospect, I wish I would've demanded a full credit of the cleaning fee. Unfortunate.
Excellent house for everyone. Great for entertaining, beautiful peaceful setting and very conveinent location to everything. Only thing that could be better is the wifi connection is a little slow but for the mountains I guess its decent.Overall great place. You won't be dissappointed.
The service that I received throughout the reservation process until the day that I checked in was top notch. The home was awesome. I liked that it was close to the casino's, shopping and that the hot tub was sunken so it was easy to step down to gain access. The best thing that I liked was the family room with the big screen t.v. and there was nothing that I did not like.
The South Lake Tahoe area is filled with amazing activities for the whole family. For the skiiers and snowboarders, Heavenly Mountain Resort offers some great powder during the winter time. The Gondola at this resort is one of the most popular attractions in all of Tahoe. If you're looking for other outdoor options, though, such as hiking, mountain biking, or nature walks, be sure you hit up the Mount Tallac Trail, Pope Beach, Taylor Creek, Lower Eagle Falls, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, or the Bijou Community Park (disc golf is popular here). The South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena offers some great ice skating year round and Adventure Mountain is a great place to sled in the winter. Some other activities you might consider are hot-air-balloon rides, helicopter tours, boat tours, nature tours, wine-tasting tours, and heritage tours. For the educationally minded, Valhalla at Lake Tahoe and the Lake Tahoe Historical Society Museum offer great historical information about the area. You can even catch your own dinner at the Tahoe Trout Farm! If being indoors is more your style, South Lake Tahoe has tons of great restaurants, bars, spas, galleries, and shops. Like the rest of Tahoe, there's plenty of access to kayaking, canoeing, boating, paddleboarding, and parasailing in this area, too. One of the best outdoor activities, though, is Regan Beach, which gets crowded but offers some great swimming and some stunning views. Oh, and you might drive a bit north to check out Fallen Leaf Lake, too! It's a great photo opportunity.
