Comfortable property with a great location only a couple of miles from the casinos and Heavenly Ski Resort. This nicely furnished house offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + a loft area, full kitchen and large deck out front. Plug in internet through ethernet cable.

Very nice and friendly staff Great house. Clean. However 2 minor points: Heating problems and no car garage. - Heater in the living room not efficient. Warmth does not stay on first floor. It goes up and the people that were sleeping on 2nd floor in the open area could not stand the heat. Contrary to the people staying in the bedrooms, even with door open, they were freezing. Heaters (electric ones and portable) in bedrooms were not working. We called the office, somebody had to come, but no one showed up. Hopefully we used old methods to hear the rooms: we put hot water into bottles in beds and the fire place. - we've been given and electric key for car garage and we never figured out where that garage was. Otherwise we loved the place and the staff (even with this small issue). We will probably come back... but please fix the heating issue because it was pretty tough to spend nights in cold rooms. Thanks !!!

Great for the price and the house was clean. Our goal was to stay in South Shore and have ability to eat in for 6-7 people. The Kitchen and dining facilities accomodated this well. The heating issue reported on a previous review was a concern so I called to confirm it was fixed and was gauranteed yes. There was still a heating problem where the bedroom thermostats did not work but there was heating. Hopefully the thermostats will be fixed. The fireplace and available fire wood was a real treat. Down stairs toilet had a blockage which was obviously nothing new given the plunger position. Downstairs TV had no reception, DVD worked great, maybe they need to pay the cable bill. Closet space is tight as the owners have locked the storage rooms so if skiing you have your skiing equipment in the living room. The 3 bedrooms are adequate and clean but nothing special. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms rooms and upstairs 1 plus 3-4 beds in the loft outside the upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Overall the house is in good shape and in reasonable area close to ski run and pioneer trail/heavenly. I will rent this house again and use teh above issues as area's for improvement.
