Great location great time. Need some minor adjustment and fixing. Shower in down stairs bathroom leaks. Slider door in upstairs bedroom off the track. Need larger trash can in the kitchen. Wrong kitchen table for unit. Should accomidate 8, but only for can fit 4. Need long retrangler table instead.
Clean, comfortable beds. Our stay was just 2 nights so we were not able to enjoy all this home had to offer. A few items were not in good working order like front screen door and broken glass on outside porch. Hopefully that will be corrected before next rental. We would like to come back and spend a week here next time! Great to see all the boats and be on the water.
The townhouse is clean and well equiped with 3 good sized bedrooms which comfortably accomodates 6 people without using the living room space. The house is located in Tahoe keys which was quiet during the winter. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed cooking in each night and enjoying the fireplace and views of the marina and heavenly mountain. The fixtures and fittings are all clean, functional but the house is in need of minor upgrades to modernize. Be careful of the dead bolt on the front door there is no external access once locked. Overall we would rent this townhouse again.

The condo was great. It's on the water, comfortable (pillows were a little tough) and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The BBQ looked brand new which was nice. Having stayed in the Keys before, this area was rather quiet and the people friendly. Minutes to the beach, pool and other amenities. One challenge - the parking. Not a lot of space and the parking lot had a lot of activity. Overall, the value for the price is worth a return.
My group of friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was nice and clean and we had a great view of the keys. Really a great place to relax and kick back. No hassle service and the price was right. Thanks!

Our rental experience went very smoothly. We had never rented a condo before and these accomodations were perfect. Being a party of 4 adults and 4 children, we all felt at home. Staying in the Keys was perfect, view of mountains & water. It was a short ride to hills where we slid down in our rented discs & sleds. The condo was not quite as close to the Casinos as I had thought. But all in all we were very pleased with our accomodations.
The South Lake Tahoe area is filled with amazing activities for the whole family. For the skiiers and snowboarders, Heavenly Mountain Resort offers some great powder during the winter time. The Gondola at this resort is one of the most popular attractions in all of Tahoe. If you're looking for other outdoor options, though, such as hiking, mountain biking, or nature walks, be sure you hit up the Mount Tallac Trail, Pope Beach, Taylor Creek, Lower Eagle Falls, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, or the Bijou Community Park (disc golf is popular here). The South Lake Tahoe Ice Arena offers some great ice skating year round and Adventure Mountain is a great place to sled in the winter. Some other activities you might consider are hot-air-balloon rides, helicopter tours, boat tours, nature tours, wine-tasting tours, and heritage tours. For the educationally minded, Valhalla at Lake Tahoe and the Lake Tahoe Historical Society Museum offer great historical information about the area. You can even catch your own dinner at the Tahoe Trout Farm! If being indoors is more your style, South Lake Tahoe has tons of great restaurants, bars, spas, galleries, and shops. Like the rest of Tahoe, there's plenty of access to kayaking, canoeing, boating, paddleboarding, and parasailing in this area, too. One of the best outdoor activities, though, is Regan Beach, which gets crowded but offers some great swimming and some stunning views. Oh, and you might drive a bit north to check out Fallen Leaf Lake, too! It's a great photo opportunity.
