The living room was comfortable and we all slept well at night. The kitchen was well-stocked with the exception of pot holders.

We had to take an extra trip to the office because they forgot to include the clubhouse key. Calling the help number did not get the issue resolved. The clubhouse does have plenty of hot-tub space once you get in!

Could hear the celebrations of the people upstairs, but they quieted down by 10, so not a problem.

The city did a good job clearing the snow when we were there, so no trouble getting down the hill without 4wd.

The Unit was nice, a bit dated. The master shower head came off when we first turned it on, a gasket was worn and couldn't hold against the pressure. Maintenance came over the 2nd day/2nd request. Ran out of salt, called maintenance, they down replace salt... The wood burning fireplace was a nice surprise, keep the wood stocked! Overall, I'd recommend the Unit and your management. You have a big job with so many Units.

Door knobs scary. Did not close doors. One bedroom door was closed and locked. Would not unlock.

We really liked the location. This is the 4th year in a row staying at Treehouse. There are 3 things we would recommend to make this unit reaaly desirable. First, the bedrooms need more lighting. It was difficult to see. The second is the need of a chest of drawers in the bedrooms. We had to live out of our suitcases on the floor resulting in no room to walk around. Third is that it would be nice to have TV's in the bedrooms to allow for a get away from others. We had a good time. For our next rental we will check on these items before renting. We had a great time! Thank you.

Overall, the condo was fantastic and exceeded our expectation. The condo was in very good shape and has modern furniture and appliances. It is a only a 2 minute walk to the club house, which is very nice -- we really enjoyed the hot tubs. Just two things to note:

1) Every time I sat on the couch, my allergies went crazy. Tons of sneezing. Made me think that the couch has not been cleaned in a long time.

2) The condo complex is a 10 minute drive up the very windy and steep main road in Wildernest. If you stay here in the winter, 4WD or AWD is a necessity.

Condo was large enough, however, master suite bathroom was disappointing. Very small and stand up shower only. Mostly fairly clean. No tupperwares for left-overs. Front door lock needs adjusting as it was very hard to lock/unlock. Biggest disappointment was the distance from the club house to the condo, the hot tub did not work, and the water was dirty. Parking was insufficent, we had to park in alternate lots. For all these issues, I feel it was honestly over-priced. Did like that there was a humidifier provided in one of the rooms, however, it's on the fritz and about to die. And there are no overhead lights or fans in the rooms, and only one oscillating fan provided. Even with the window up in the master, no air circulated through the room, so with the heat off, it was stifling.

The condo was cozy and worked well for the three of us. Overall, the place was great, but the fireplace didn't work (or maybe it was user error) and the bathtub didn't drain so that was a bit nasty. Otherwise, a good place to stay; super convenient to Silverthorne and the ski resorts.

Clean unit with tons to do! Conveniently located in the middle of everything Summit has to offer. Hiking Trails right out the door. Great clubhouse. Great Unit! We are locals who rented the unit for our family coming into town. It was great to have everyone and everything in one spot.

The property was very well maintained. We loved that the furniture, dishes, and accessories were all updated and very comfortable. One suggestion would be to make sure the coffee filters are the right ones for the coffee pot. The filters that were provided did not fit and we ended up with coffee grounds everywhere. Overall a very nice place and would book again for this unit.

Not a big deal but we had salt & pepper shakers but they were empty.. We shopped for groceries but did not think we would have to purchase salt & pepper. Otherwise everything was nice and we would stay at the same property again.

Good overall experience. Had a small inconvenience when the smoke alarms sounded and the fire department had to be called. I think another apartment was cooking and caused too much smoke, but everything turned out ok.

Silverthorne is a hot spot for all things outdoors! Whether it's summer or winter, there's plenty of stuff to do in this location. Fishing is super popular in the area, particularly fly fishing. The Colorado Angler and Cutthroat Anglers are two great spots to pick up some bait and tackle, or get a great guided tour of the rivers and fishing in the area. Lily Pad Lake a great spot for fishing too. If shopping is your thing, hit up the Mountain Sports Outlet or the Outlets at Silverthorne. Rainbow Park is a great place to take the kids: it has a ball field, a skate park, tennis courts, and it's a great spot for dogs too! The Silverthorne Recreation Center is also a great indoor option, featuring a fitness center, a pool, basketball courts, and more. Lastly, here are a few key outdoor hot spots you must see when you visit: Blue River Trail, Lily Pad Lake, and the Ice Castles at Silverthorne. If golf is your thing, check out The Raven at Three Peaks.
