This new modern apartment building is in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica, close to the beach, the Santa Monica Pier, and the shops, restaurants and movie theaters surrounding the Third Street Promenade. On the first level of this building are restaurants, including one of Santa Monica?s more popular and stylish Italian restaurants, Hostaria del Piccolo. This sunny apartment sleeps up to six guests. The living and dining area has cream carpet and contemporary furnishings including a new queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen television, a dining table and a balcony with a west facing city view. The galley kitchen has white Corian countertops and dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Customary countertop appliances, cookware and tableware are provided. Each bedroom has it?s own bath en suite and they are located on opposite sides of the living room. The Master suite has a wall of west facing windows. Furnishings include a queen bed with chocolate duvet, dressers, a flat screen television and dressing mirror. The sliding door closet is stocked with extra linens. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination with sliding glass doors and a single sink vanity with dark wood cabinetry. The area is popular with locals and tourists due to the Third Street Promenade, shops, restaurants and movie theatres. For the gourmet inspired, the Wednesday and Saturday morning Farmers? Markets are a short walk from this residential building. This apartment has been recently remodeled and sleeps up to six guests. Enter into the kitchen and living area, decorated in contemporary style. Light wood laminate floors line the entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms. Taupe carpet keeps the living room and bedrooms cozy and quiet. The recently remodeled kitchen has brown granite countertops, dark wood cabinetry, and stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Also included are double sinks, customary countertop appliances, cookware, dishware, and a breakfast counter with bar stools. The living room area has an L-shaped sofa that converts to a double bed, a large flat screen television and a quiet, sunny, interior courtyard balcony. Both bedrooms and baths are en suite on opposite sides of the living area. They are similarly decorated with a queen bed, chocolate duvets and dressers. The master bedroom has a flat screen television, dressing mirror and a larger bathroom.     I've stayed in a dozen or more beach VRBO/airbnb's. I'm a newly single mom of 3 kids and we rent places by the beach because they're NEAR THE BEACH! Not once have we stayed in one that didn't provide a beach umbrella, towels and at least one chair. Most provide multiple chairs, toys, and 75% even have bikes to borrow. I'm 43. I've had skin cancer five times. I contacted the owner 6 weeks in advance to make sure we'd at least have an umbrella . I explained my cancer situation. You can't really bring beach umbrellas on airplanes. At this point, he was new to the business and had only rented to four people. His response? "Yeah, I used to provide beach stuff but people kept stealing it." Um....?? After some arm twisting, he promised two umbrellas and four boogie boards. We show up, not a single beach item. Not even a towel. I call him. He blames housekeeping. An hour later he shows up with four towels and two boogie boards. No umbrella. The one thing a skin cancer survivor must have at the beach. ARG!! He's clueless. I go to a grocery store and buy an umbrella and a chair. There are zero beachy stores in the neighborhood.
    In addition, the place lacked basic human "stuff". Pens, chip clips, just the little stuff you need when you're living somewhere for a week. The dishwasher soap dispenser was empty. We were told there would be washing machine soap. Nope. The bar stools are the wrong size - way too high. You get ONE ounce of soap per bathroom. Period. For a week. The pull out sofa was straight out of an SNL skit. Two inches thick, maybe. Blah, blah, blah. He needs to live there for a week to see all the stuff he needs to add. The couch in the photos has been replaced by an older, used, regular couch.

Just a 5 min walk to the beach and only one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this comfortable completely redone apartment offers you the best of both worlds. This beautifully furnished and recently redone very comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect whether you are in LA on business or for pleasure.

    The apartment, which takes up an entire second floor has a large and bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a large 47" flatscreen TV with surround sound system with DVD/CD player and I-pod dock. It has a dining area and an open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and anything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32" flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have abundant closet space and share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The queen bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV.

    This home is offered completely furnished with designer West Elm furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long term rentals. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and has its own washer and dryer inside. As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

    Not so Good this time, the 3 bedroom I stayed at on my lastnight was double booked and that left me riding around for hours while waiting to check in late that night when I was supposed to check in at 4pm. I have spent alot of money with Globe Homes and stay in there homes more than a few times. I don't appreciate the Disrespect. Thanks

    Had a great time staying here! It was our first time using ae hospitality so we were a little nervous that we weren't going to get what we saw in the pictures. However, it worked out perfectly. It was very safe, clean, convienient, and perfect for what we were looking for. I would absolutely stay here or again and use ae hospitality to book again!

    We rented this property to be close to Hollywood for our daughter's college graduation. This house was in a great location, and very close to her school. The house is stunning, and very comfortable! We did have an issue with a cigarette smoke smell upon arrival but Globe responded right away to let us know we would not be held accountable. We did have to purchase candles, dish washer soap, pot holders, etc. but it wasn't a big deal. I did have to wash the bath mat and clean the upstairs bathroom as well! Overall though I would recommend it to friends :)

It is on one of Venice’s walk-streets just a block from the ocean and right on the border between Venice and Santa Monica. It is a perfect home base for exploring both of these beach communities, as well as the greater Los Angeles area. Climb the stairs to the double French front door and enter a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Polished wood floors and maple paneling on the walls and ceiling, along with the contemporary furnishings, create a warm inviting atmosphere. The bright, spacious living room and comfy leather couches welcome you in.

    There is a flat-screen TV with cable, and wireless internet makes keeping in touch easy. The modern kitchen features a full side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner stove, built-in dishwasher and microwave oven. The stainless steel counter tops are easy to keep clean, and the natural oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and glassware. There is a dining bar with a striking embossed diamond-patterned top that seats 5. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. The sleeping area on the main floor with double bunk beds lies behind a rice-paper screen for privacy. A corner desk provides a great place to work, and there is ample closet space fronted with unusual bamboo patterned glass doors.  The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a European style hand-held shower.

    The stainless steel topped vanity with a modern glass bowl sink, embossed walls, and bamboo-patterned glass window compliment the overall décor. Up a spiral staircase is the second-floor master bedroom. It boasts a queen bed and another living area with its own leather seating and flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room up here. There is a reserved parking space in the downstairs garage. Take the two-minute walk down Ozone Avenue to the beach and the renowned Ocean Front Walk. Stroll along the boardwalk with its array of shops, street vendors, performers, and local characters of all kinds. Stop at one of the open-air cafés for a drink or a bite to eat – the perfect place for some world-class people watching. Of course you can always just laze on the warm sand and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Pacific.

    This place was wonderful! Very close to beach, clean and comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked with cookware and cutlery. The only reason I left a little less than 5 stars is because it was not really what i would call a two bedroom. It was more like an open floor plan with a loft. It was extremely spacious enough for five and definitely gave 2 full living areas along with the sleep space. It just wasn't completely private. Considering my boyfriend and I were traveling with teen girls we just expected doors. This didn't spoil anything (we all just got dressed in the huge, beautiful bathroom instead. All in all, it was totally worth it. The grill was an added bonus and totally a surprise. We really loved our time here and would'nt hesitate to book here, again. Very close to lots of entertainment. (About a 30 min drive depending on traffic to many of the most popular sites in this part of California) with The Santa Monica pier a mile and a half away. Comes with a garage and door opener for the car as well. Checking in was easy and the rules were easy to follow. The balcony was a great addition to the property as well.

Both bathrooms feature floating vanities and contemporary tile and fixtures. French doors lead to a private backyard oasis complete with built in outdoor crushed glass fire pit. Weather on a business trip or enjoying a vacation with the family this modern home will allow you to relax as its simplistic modern design was made to do.

    This house was perfect for my husband, two kids and their spouses. It was beautifully maintained and as we are quiet people, the residential location was perfect.

    Bamboo wood floors and high ceilings, along with many windows and recessed lights, give the apartment a friendly, open feel. The living room features a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area has a table that can seat four, and an office desk provides a tranquil and spacious work area.

    Stayed here with my husband and two young children. It was an absolute pleasure and loved everything about it! We will definitely return. The owners live in the house in front and they are so kind. It is super close to all the Venice hot spots. It was very clean and a perfect size for a family.   • The tree-lined streets with craftsman cottages are surrounded by green hillsides and open views, making walking to the pizza parlor, coffee shops and bistros a pleasure. Don’t miss out on local favorite, the Oinkstser, featured on Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."  Guests can enter this well-maintained cottage through the grassy yard and front porch. There is also a sunny patio for guest use to the left of the front entrance, behind the wood gate. This patio offers privacy, a stainless gas grill, a bar sink, dining table and chairs. The living room has a new sleeper sofa for one, a large flat screen television and a writing desk. Through an open archway is the dining room with a table that seats four comfortably, six in a pinch. Ceiling pocket lights and chandeliers are in both the living and dining rooms.

    The kitchen is open to the dining room and has maple wood cabinetry with glass doors and a view of the side patio. A gas range, refrigerator, dishware and customary countertop appliances are provided. Off the dining room is the smaller of the two bedroom and bath suites.This suite has a tub and shower combination with a mirrored, sliding door closet. Large blue ceramic tiles line the floors in the bath and bedroom. The bedroom has a double sized bed with a bright and cheery bedspread in sunset colors, a ceiling fan and a pleasant view of the landscaped driveway. High hedges along the driveway provide privacy.

    The bedroom can be closed off from the bathroom. The master suite is off of the living room and has a front yard and driveway view. The master is furnished with a queen bed, also with a sunset colored bedspread. The bathroom is open to the bedroom. It has a luxurious deep soaking Jacuzzi tub with a window, a pedestal sink and a large walk-in closet with extra linens. Ceiling pocket lights and cream and terracotta ceramic tiles are throughout this suite.  Plenty of street parking is available, as well as room for one car in the driveway. Cable is provided. No pets allowed. Owner occupies the guesthouse and backyard.

    This was an amazing stay! It was very spacious and we loved that we had a kitchen! We will definitely stay out here again if we are in the area again.

    This spacious, beachfront condo includes everything you need for your stay, from linens and towels to kitchen utensils. With four large bedrooms each with a private bath, game room and large beach-facing windows, this unit is the ultimate in luxury living! This multi level condominium is located on the Marina del Rey Peninsula directly on the beach, half a block from the Venice Grand Canal. This home is directly across from a bird sanctuary. It has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, from Palos Verdes, to Catalina Island, to Malibu. This spacious and quiet beach retreat is yours to enjoy for a great family vacation, a romantic getaway or a corporate/executive rental.

    The main floor of the condo can be accessed via stairs or elevator from downstairs foyer. Double doors open to welcome you to a large hallway with travertine floors and recessed lighting. Walk to the right to enter the open floor plan living area and adjoining dining room. Wall to wall windows grace the beach side of the communal area. A large sectional sofa allows guests to relax and enjoy the view. Large dining table seats eight comfortably. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and all Viking stainless steel appliances. Double door refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. Gas range has a separate faucet with instant hot water. Kitchen is also equipped with two sinks, a center island, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a walk in pantry, which leads to a laundry room with large capacity stackable washer and dryer.

    Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor. One bedroom has two full sized beds, wood floors, a 42” flat screen tv and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, carpeted floors, a large walk in closet and a private bath with tub/shower combo. The extra large master bedroom at the end of the hall has carpeted floors, a 42” flat screen tv, a large walk in closet and a private master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and six point shower with a waterfall feature.

    A stairway from the living room leads to the downstairs second master bedroom and game room. The game room has a billiard table and a “surfboard” bar with barstools and a 60” flat screen tv. Double doors from the game room lead to the downstairs master bedroom, with king sized bed, large tinted windows with perfect view of beach and bird sanctuary and the largest private bathroom of the unit. Features include double sinks, marble countertops, a six point shower with steam option, a two person Jacuzzi bathtub and extra large walk in closet. The downstairs area is very private and can be accessed directly from the foyer without having to enter the main floor.

    The unit has central A/C and heat, wireless internet, landline with unlimited local and long distance nationwide calls and secure garage parking for two vehicles.

    Just relax and rejuvenate every day as you watch sailboats drift by, and dolphins play in the surf. Enjoy long walks along the beach and swim and play in the Pacific Ocean steps out your front door. Take a yoga class on the beach while listening to the sound of the calming ocean waves, or take an easy bike ride to Manhattan Beach or Marina del Rey. Watch the sunset after a perfect day at the beach or walk down the street to enjoy the local restaurants in the little sleepy beach town of Playa del Rey, known for it’s solitude and ‘small town’ feel. Property has an outdoor shower for use as well.

    This is a very large unit in a wonderful location if you like your peace and quiet. Unfortunately the unit is infested with bugs, possibly due from water intrusion. The downstairs was uninhabitable due to the smell from the wet carpet. A housekeeper was sent to clean up the bugs initially but follow-up reports of problems went unanswered by Globe Homes.
