This new modern apartment building is in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica, close to the beach, the Santa Monica Pier, and the shops, restaurants and movie theaters surrounding the Third Street Promenade. On the first level of this building are restaurants, including one of Santa Monica?s more popular and stylish Italian restaurants, Hostaria del Piccolo. This sunny apartment sleeps up to six guests. The living and dining area has cream carpet and contemporary furnishings including a new queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen television, a dining table and a balcony with a west facing city view. The galley kitchen has white Corian countertops and dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Customary countertop appliances, cookware and tableware are provided. Each bedroom has it?s own bath en suite and they are located on opposite sides of the living room. The Master suite has a wall of west facing windows. Furnishings include a queen bed with chocolate duvet, dressers, a flat screen television and dressing mirror. The sliding door closet is stocked with extra linens. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination with sliding glass doors and a single sink vanity with dark wood cabinetry. The second bedroom suite has a southwest facing view, a queen bed with chocolate duvet and a similarly styled bathroom as the master. Plenty of storage is available in this bedroom?s triple sliding door closet. In the entryway is another large closet, as well as a separate laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer.     Our experience staying at this property was very positive. The property was clean, spacious, and well maintained. We had plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated the garage parking. The location was ideal! Picking up the keys from an offsite location was a little inconvenient. We had a car so we were able to do this easily but someone without a car should keep in mind that the keys are picked up about a 15 minute drive from the property. We were surprised that there wasn't enough toilet paper for our stay. This is a small thing that could make a big difference for those staying in the property.

The area is popular with locals and tourists due to the Third Street Promenade, shops, restaurants and movie theatres. For the gourmet inspired, the Wednesday and Saturday morning Farmers? Markets are a short walk from this residential building. This apartment has been recently remodeled and sleeps up to six guests. Enter into the kitchen and living area, decorated in contemporary style. Light wood laminate floors line the entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms. Taupe carpet keeps the living room and bedrooms cozy and quiet. The recently remodeled kitchen has brown granite countertops, dark wood cabinetry, and stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Also included are double sinks, customary countertop appliances, cookware, dishware, and a breakfast counter with bar stools. The living room area has an L-shaped sofa that converts to a double bed, a large flat screen television and a quiet, sunny, interior courtyard balcony. Both bedrooms and baths are en suite on opposite sides of the living area. They are similarly decorated with a queen bed, chocolate duvets and dressers. The master bedroom has a flat screen television, dressing mirror and a larger bathroom. The bathroom has a separate glass door shower stall, an oval deep soaking tub and a single sink vanity with granite countertop and dark wood cabinetry. The second bedroom suite has extra closet space with one walk-in closet and one regular sized closet stocked with extra linens. The bath is similar in décor as the master bath, with a tub and shower combination and single sink vanity. Additional amenities include a laundry closet in the entryway, central heat and air, complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, two parking spaces in the underground garage and a secured front entry lobby. Located on the 4th floor.

    Great place and outstanding location. Some confusion on check-in about where to pick up the guys, but it wasn't a big deal. Would definitely stay there again!

  • This lovely studio guesthouse is located north of Montana Avenue in one of Santa Monica’s premier residential neighborhoods. Modern furnishings add to the casual elegance.

    Close to the beach, this quiet, comfortable space is equally suitable for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. A modern sectional couch faces the large HDTV with DirecTV; the dining area has a table that opens to seat 4, The granite counters continue into the efficient kitchenette with a two-burner gas cooktop, stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a large stainless steel sink with full tiled backsplash. There is a complete set of dishes, cookware and glassware, making it easy to whip up a quick breakfast, make a picnic for the beach, or create a complete gourmet meal.

    Large windows throughout provide treetop views and plenty of fresh ocean air. This conveniently located home is a 5-minute walk to Palisades Park overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Santa Monica beach. Stroll along the bluff at sunset, or just sit in the beautiful park and enjoy the view. There is easy beach access via a nearby pedestrian overpass; the sand is less than10 minutes away.You are a pleasant 15-minute walk to the 3rd Street Promenade and the heart of Santa Monica, bustling with shopping, 5-star dining, theaters, street performers and the authentic flavor of this beachside community.     The only problem was the lack of comunication before my arrival, the phone number in airbnb site didn't answer, then we sent whatsapp mesages and someone gave us another phone number. After that we had to call this number, then you finally gave me the codes to get in the house, we were already in the front door, very worried.

Just a 5 min walk to the beach and only one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this comfortable completely redone apartment offers you the best of both worlds. This beautifully furnished and recently redone very comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect whether you are in LA on business or for pleasure.

    The apartment, which takes up an entire second floor has a large and bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a large 47" flatscreen TV with surround sound system with DVD/CD player and I-pod dock. It has a dining area and an open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and anything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32" flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have abundant closet space and share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The queen bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV.

    This home is offered completely furnished with designer West Elm furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long term rentals. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and has its own washer and dryer inside. As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

  • What a spectacular NEW home in the heart of Venice or now being referred to as Silicon Beach. Enter this home through the large frosted glass door and you'll find a bright open floor plan. Beautiful custom wide plank oak hardwood floors give a modern feel while maintaining warmth. The dramatic metallic tiled wood burning fireplace is an impressive focal point of the room. There is a glass dining room table with room for 6 people to sit comfortably. The living room has a beautiful L couch and coffee table. This home comes equipped with cable TV and free Wifi internet. This home is 2015 New New New.

    The large, well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight with its spectacular aluminum glass and tile accent wall, magnificent European type custom cabinets, beautiful Silestone counter tops, large pantry, and top of the line D~COR appliances. This home comes with all the pots and pans and place settings to have an amazing family dinner. The bar area provides a great area to communicate with the chef of the party.

    Nice size bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and their own bathrooms. The master features two closets including an incredible, custom built, furniture quality piece. Both bathrooms feature floating vanities and contemporary tile and fixtures. French doors lead to a private backyard oasis complete with built in outdoor crushed glass fire pit. Weather on a business trip or enjoying a vacation with the family this modern home will allow you to relax as its simplistic modern design was made to do.

    As with most properties along the California coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average coastal temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas.     We arrived to the beautiful home and were impressed soon to be disappointed that the firepit and bbq were not working, we had a broken bulb outside, two broken chairs and our ceiling fan was not working. Plus we had a broken can opener and no laundry detergent. After struggling for nearly a day with the owner and property managers some of the things were fixed. The owner did the best he could and so did the property managers but not really.

    The master bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom comes equipped with an inflatable queen bed. There is an additional air bed available for your use too! Two of the three bedrooms have televisions with basic cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher and stove with oven. There are small appliances including toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to prepare a quick bite, or elaborate feast is available to you.

    In the family room, rest comfortably on the over-sized sofas while watching your favorite show or reading a novel while enjoying the sun and breeze through the sliding doors. Off Street Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, or there is parking for a single car in the attached garage.

    This house was perfect for my husband, two kids and their spouses. It was beautifully maintained and as we are quiet people, the residential location was perfect.

  • This newly renovated second-floor guest house is stylish, chic, and utterly unique. It is on one of Venice’s walk-streets just a block from the ocean and right on the border between Venice and Santa Monica. It is a perfect home base for exploring both of these beach communities, as well as the greater Los Angeles area. Climb the stairs to the double French front door and enter a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Polished wood floors and maple paneling on the walls and ceiling, along with the contemporary furnishings, create a warm inviting atmosphere. The bright, spacious living room and comfy leather couches welcome you in.

    There is a flat-screen TV with cable, and wireless internet makes keeping in touch easy. The modern kitchen features a full side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner stove, built-in dishwasher and microwave oven. The stainless steel counter tops are easy to keep clean, and the natural oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and glassware. There is a dining bar with a striking embossed diamond-patterned top that seats 5. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. The sleeping area on the main floor with double bunk beds lies behind a rice-paper screen for privacy. A corner desk provides a great place to work, and there is ample closet space fronted with unusual bamboo patterned glass doors.  The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a European style hand-held shower.

    The stainless steel topped vanity with a modern glass bowl sink, embossed walls, and bamboo-patterned glass window compliment the overall décor. Up a spiral staircase is the second-floor master bedroom. It boasts a queen bed and another living area with its own leather seating and flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room up here. There is a reserved parking space in the downstairs garage. Take the two-minute walk down Ozone Avenue to the beach and the renowned Ocean Front Walk. Stroll along the boardwalk with its array of shops, street vendors, performers, and local characters of all kinds. Stop at one of the open-air cafés for a drink or a bite to eat – the perfect place for some world-class people watching. Of course you can always just laze on the warm sand and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Pacific.

    On first appearances the place was lovely. On closer inspection it lost it's charm. We arrived to find ants crawling on the kitchen counter, bathroom and my son found some ants in the upstairs bed. The lighting was very attractive but there were multiple bulbs missing in every room and the lights in the downstairs bedroom did not work at all. The lock on the bathroom was broken. If you closed the bathroom door you were locked in and someone had to open it from the outside. The night tables in the downstairs bedroom hadn't been dusted in who knows how long and every time you raised the blinds all kinds of dirt feel off. Needless to say I was more than a little disappointed.

The vintage style bathroom has a remodeled semi circle stand up shower and modern style sink with a medicine cabinet. The living room area has a comfortable sectional sofa and a 37" flat screen tv. In the kitchen you will find a full size fridge, new counter tops, dish washer and sink fixture. With seating for four at the table and three at the breakfast bar, there is plenty of space to enjoy a great home cooked meal. The loft space upstairs is accessible with a ladder where you will find the queen size bed ready and made.

    Please be advised that the portal to enter the loft is 26"x 16" (we advise that you are fully aware of the opening to enter the loft and it's dimensions prior to any bookings.) The sky light over the loft area provides great lighting and gives the space a tranquil feel of your very own personal oasis. This budget-minded loft is located in the heart of Venice, a community known for its bohemian vibe and laid-back attitude. Be advised that this is an active urban scene where you will hear millionaires converse with transients and artisans at all hours. You may spot one of the dozens of celebrities that live in the area, or see a drum circle form on the beach at sunset.

    You will likely hear some of the din of the community from your loft. The building itself is reminiscent of a surfer's den from Venice's days as a surf-and-skate mecca, complete with a skate ramp and decommissioned lifeguard tower on the front patio! Like most properties along the California coastline, this property is only equipped with heat and no A/C unit. Open up the windows for a great coastal breeze, and a bit of ocean air. This property also comes with an assigned parking spot which is a convenient way for you to utilize your own vehicle or rental car and not have to worry about finding parking spaces..Feel free to contact us with any questions about this property!     The property is in Venice, so the neighborhood has lots of character. For the most part, the property was as I expected (and as pictured). However, during my stay, the shower handle was misaligned so cold was hot and hot was cold; the blinds needed to be cleaned; and I simply could not get the heat to turn on--the apartment ranged from 65-67 degrees the entire time.

And it’s only a 15-minute walk to the beach, easy for biking, rollerblading, surfing and relaxing under the sun!

    This loft-style, one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet Venice residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to all the conveniences of Lincoln Boulevard, yet set back enough to be quiet and private. Located on the back half of a private, family home lot above the garage, the apartment has a private, secure garage entrance and parking.

    Bamboo wood floors and high ceilings, along with many windows and recessed lights, give the apartment a friendly, open feel. The living room features a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area has a table that can seat four, and an office desk provides a tranquil and spacious work area.

    Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials. Bathroom is located off the living room and has a nicely tiled tub/shower combo.

    Bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser and good closet space. Balcony can be accessed from both the dining area and bedroom and has 2 Adirondack chairs and a slate floor. View is of the trees and hedges bordering the property and the family yard.

    Guests also have access to a super-capacity, front-loading washer and dryer, located in the garage. Entrance is safe and well lit. Guests should be aware that there is a large, friendly dog on the property that lives in the family home in front.

    It is a very nice and good located Appartement. Everything was as described and seen on the Pictures. Fully equipped kitchen and simply a very beautiful Appartement with a comfortable bed and very nice an spacious balcony. Wifi worked perfect and also a parking spot is provided. The owner who are direct neighbours were very helpful and answered all the questions. It is great located, about 15min Walking distance from the beach. A grocery store as well as bus stop are about within 3min Walking distance. All in all a great experience that I would recommend to anybody and also would stay myself again.

This multi level condominium is located on the Marina del Rey Peninsula directly on the beach, half a block from the Venice Grand Canal. This home is directly across from a bird sanctuary. It has breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean, from Palos Verdes, to Catalina Island, to Malibu. This spacious and quiet beach retreat is yours to enjoy for a great family vacation, a romantic getaway or a corporate/executive rental.

    The main floor of the condo can be accessed via stairs or elevator from downstairs foyer. Double doors open to welcome you to a large hallway with travertine floors and recessed lighting. Walk to the right to enter the open floor plan living area and adjoining dining room. Wall to wall windows grace the beach side of the communal area. A large sectional sofa allows guests to relax and enjoy the view. Large dining table seats eight comfortably. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and all Viking stainless steel appliances. Double door refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. Gas range has a separate faucet with instant hot water. Kitchen is also equipped with two sinks, a center island, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a walk in pantry, which leads to a laundry room with large capacity stackable washer and dryer.

    Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor. One bedroom has two full sized beds, wood floors, a 42” flat screen tv and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, carpeted floors, a large walk in closet and a private bath with tub/shower combo. The extra large master bedroom at the end of the hall has carpeted floors, a 42” flat screen tv, a large walk in closet and a private master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and six point shower with a waterfall feature.

    A stairway from the living room leads to the downstairs second master bedroom and game room. The game room has a billiard table and a “surfboard” bar with barstools and a 60” flat screen tv. Double doors from the game room lead to the downstairs master bedroom, with king sized bed, large tinted windows with perfect view of beach and bird sanctuary and the largest private bathroom of the unit. Features include double sinks, marble countertops, a six point shower with steam option, a two person Jacuzzi bathtub and extra large walk in closet. The downstairs area is very private and can be accessed directly from the foyer without having to enter the main floor.

    The unit has central A/C and heat, wireless internet, landline with unlimited local and long distance nationwide calls and secure garage parking for two vehicles.

    Just relax and rejuvenate every day as you watch sailboats drift by, and dolphins play in the surf. Enjoy long walks along the beach and swim and play in the Pacific Ocean steps out your front door. Take a yoga class on the beach while listening to the sound of the calming ocean waves, or take an easy bike ride to Manhattan Beach or Marina del Rey. Watch the sunset after a perfect day at the beach or walk down the street to enjoy the local restaurants in the little sleepy beach town of Playa del Rey, known for it’s solitude and ‘small town’ feel. Property has an outdoor shower for use as well.

    This is a very large unit in a wonderful location if you like your peace and quiet. Unfortunately the unit is infested with bugs, possibly due from water intrusion. The downstairs was uninhabitable due to the smell from the wet carpet. A housekeeper was sent to clean up the bugs initially but follow-up reports of problems went unanswered by Globe Homes.

It features many windows, which make the apartment sunny and bright, and is furnished in an inviting, contemporary style. It has a dining table that seats up to three, a queen size bed and a comfortable modern recliner chair to help you recover from a hard day of work or sightseeing.

    It features a brand new modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a shared, full-size dryer right next to the unit. A modern bathroom includes a soak tub combined with shower with a large rain showerhead. The apartment has a large mirrored floor to ceiling closet, a 37-inch flat screen TV with cable and HBO, DVR player as well as high-speed, wireless Internet. The apartment does not come with an assigned parking space; street parking only.

    We had a wonderful time at the Greenview vacation rental home in Burbank this Thanksgiving! The owners provided everything we could need or want to make our stay comfortable, and we were able to host our entire family for Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't want for anything. The owners left us a lovely gift basket - a very nice touch - so we had a nice snack immediately upon arrival. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. Everything was clean and well furnished. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of the Greenview house in Burbank, and VacayHero.

This spacious 1,300 Square ft unit is located on the bottom right, has only one adjoining wall, French windows, wood flooring and a beautiful leaded diamond glass front window.

    You enter the unit in the large living room with L-shaped sofa that converts into a full size bed. Living room has a large 47" flat screen TV, DVD player and opens up into the dining room area with its own balcony with a small for 2 breakfast table and BBQ. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven and is fully stocked with everything you need. A long 30 foot hall way separates the living space from the bedrooms.

    Master bedroom has king size bed with 37" flat screen TV and second bedroom has two twin beds. Both have lots of closet space. Bathroom has combined tub/shower and is in between the two bedrooms. Unit comes with a little outside area behind the building and with its own designated parking space. It has a full size washer and dryer as well as high speed internet and central heat. The apartment is all yours! We interact with our guests as much or as little as you like. It is all about choices... and we are here to help. We have full concierge services available for you to help with restaurant reservations, tickets to Universal Studios or surf lessons on Santa Monica beach.

    The property was described as advertised. Spacious, full kitchen, living room, 2 bdrm, 1 bathroom. What was omitted was no central HVAC, so mornings were a bit cold. There was a single portable space heater that helped keep the kids room warm at night. I requested extra linen and was confirmed by the property manager, but did not find it when I checked-in. Parking is a bit of a hassle, even though the directions stated that you can parallel park in the back of the house. Not very well lit alleyway, walkway blocked by 4 garbage bins.
