This new modern apartment building is in the heart of Downtown Santa Monica, close to the beach, the Santa Monica Pier, and the shops, restaurants and movie theaters surrounding the Third Street Promenade. On the first level of this building are restaurants, including one of Santa Monica?s more popular and stylish Italian restaurants, Hostaria del Piccolo. This sunny apartment sleeps up to six guests. The living and dining area has cream carpet and contemporary furnishings including a new queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen television, a dining table and a balcony with a west facing city view. The galley kitchen has white Corian countertops and dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built-in microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Customary countertop appliances, cookware and tableware are provided. Each bedroom has it?s own bath en suite and they are located on opposite sides of the living room. The Master suite has a wall of west facing windows. Furnishings include a queen bed with chocolate duvet, dressers, a flat screen television and dressing mirror. The sliding door closet is stocked with extra linens. The bathroom has a tub and shower combination with sliding glass doors and a single sink vanity with dark wood cabinetry. The second bedroom suite has a southwest facing view, a queen bed with chocolate duvet and a similarly styled bathroom as the master. Plenty of storage is available in this bedroom?s triple sliding door closet. In the entryway is another large closet, as well as a separate laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Central heat and air, complimentary cable and Wi-Fi and two underground parking spaces are available for guest use. This building also has a secured front door and lobby.

    We rented this unit in 2016 for three months and we were so pleased we rented again for three months in 2017. Rental is good for a few days or weeks. Unit is clean and kitchen has everything you need. We will not be renting again because of problems with the building. Elevator was out for about 17 days our first month. That means taking items (golf clubs, groceries etc. up and down 6 flights or 9 flights if we were going to the garage. When I complained to Globe I got a sad face the first email and second email was ignored. Also the lock on front door to atrium that leads to the lobby door was broken our whole stay. Door did not lock and glass was missing from door allowing you to unlock the door on the few occasions it was locked. Problem with homeless getting into garage and stealing items was also an issue.

The area is popular with locals and tourists due to the Third Street Promenade, shops, restaurants and movie theatres. For the gourmet inspired, the Wednesday and Saturday morning Farmers? Markets are a short walk from this residential building. This apartment has been recently remodeled and sleeps up to six guests. Enter into the kitchen and living area, decorated in contemporary style. Light wood laminate floors line the entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms. Taupe carpet keeps the living room and bedrooms cozy and quiet. The recently remodeled kitchen has brown granite countertops, dark wood cabinetry, and stainless steel Frigidaire appliances, including a gas stove/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Also included are double sinks, customary countertop appliances, cookware, dishware, and a breakfast counter with bar stools. The living room area has an L-shaped sofa that converts to a double bed, a large flat screen television and a quiet, sunny, interior courtyard balcony. Both bedrooms and baths are en suite on opposite sides of the living area. They are similarly decorated with a queen bed, chocolate duvets and dressers. The master bedroom has a flat screen television, dressing mirror and a larger bathroom. The bathroom has a separate glass door shower stall, an oval deep soaking tub and a single sink vanity with granite countertop and dark wood cabinetry. The second bedroom suite has extra closet space with one walk-in closet and one regular sized closet stocked with extra linens. The bath is similar in décor as the master bath, with a tub and shower combination and single sink vanity. Additional amenities include a laundry closet in the entryway, central heat and air, complimentary cable and Wi-Fi, two parking spaces in the underground garage and a secured front entry lobby. Located on the 4th floor.

    We had positive and some negative feelings about our rental. On the plus side, the location was great--near the Pier, restaurants, 3rd Street attractions, and the Metro. The apartment was quite comfortable, and the bed very much so. On the negative side, we found the furniture rather down-market and none too comfortable, four burned-out light bulbs (including both bulbs in the guest bathroom), damaged vertical drapes, and some noise. Overall, however, a reasonably good experience in an apartment that could use a bit of touch-up.

  • The modern, and luxurious Oyster is a one-bedroom apartment on Santa Monica beach, just steps from the sand, close to Casa Del Mar, Loews and Shutters Hotels. Across from the bike path and walking distance from the Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade, Main Street Shops, theatres, art galleries and many cafes and restaurants. Only a 5 min bike ride to the famous Venice Beach boardwalk.

    Enjoy picture perfect ocean and beach views from this spacious one bedroom apartment, located on the top floor of a fully restored 3-story building. Comfortably furnished, with over 800 square feet of bright living space. Apartment has wood floors throughout the living and dining room area with carpeting in the bedroom. Enjoy watching a DVD, an HBO movie or your favorite TV series from a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, which can sleep an additional person if needed. Check your emails or surf the web with our high speed wireless internet access. The bedroom has a high quality pillow top Queen mattress, which guarantees a great night sleep. A large closet and armoire provide you with ample storage space. An adjacent beautifully tiled bathroom is equipped with a combined tub/shower.

    The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including oven, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher, and comes fully equipped with everything you need. A stackable washer and dryer is located inside the unit. The apartment comes with its own secured parking space. As with most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

    We enjoyed our stay at 2101 Ocean Blvd, Santa Monica, Unit#14. All the arrangements were made in advance and were successful. In particular, we left a sweater behind which was retrieved by housekeeping and returned to us. Guillermo was a big help in helping us.

    The condition of the apartment was good with the exception of the kitchen faucet which is in need of reapir.

Just a 5 min walk to the beach and only one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this comfortable completely redone apartment offers you the best of both worlds. This beautifully furnished and recently redone very comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect whether you are in LA on business or for pleasure.

    The apartment, which takes up an entire second floor has a large and bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a large 47" flatscreen TV with surround sound system with DVD/CD player and I-pod dock. It has a dining area and an open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and anything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32" flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have abundant closet space and share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The queen bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV.

    This home is offered completely furnished with designer West Elm furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long term rentals. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and has its own washer and dryer inside. As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit.     The house is in a fantastic location and great for being near Abbott Kinney. Upon arrival we noticed a lightbulb out in the bathroom, a bedroom door off of its hinges, and one of the bed broke after merely sitting on it. There are scuff marks on the walls and the bathrooms are lacking on towels (no hand towels), but the layout of the home is nice. This is not a review for Sebast, but only for the management company.

    Had a great time staying here! It was our first time using ae hospitality so we were a little nervous that we weren't going to get what we saw in the pictures. However, it worked out perfectly. It was very safe, clean, convienient, and perfect for what we were looking for. I would absolutely stay here or again and use ae hospitality to book again!

    We had a wonderful time at the Greenview vacation rental home in Burbank this Thanksgiving! The owners provided everything we could need or want to make our stay comfortable, and we were able to host our entire family for Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't want for anything. The owners left us a lovely gift basket - a very nice touch - so we had a nice snack immediately upon arrival. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. Everything was clean and well furnished. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of the Greenview house in Burbank, and VacayHero.

    We rented this property to be close to Hollywood for our daughter's college graduation. This house was in a great location, and very close to her school. The house is stunning, and very comfortable! We did have an issue with a cigarette smoke smell upon arrival but Globe responded right away to let us know we would not be held accountable. We did have to purchase candles, dish washer soap, pot holders, etc. but it wasn't a big deal. I did have to wash the bath mat and clean the upstairs bathroom as well! Overall though I would recommend it to friends :)

    Had stayed in a different unit in same building. It was very nice. This unit was very low budget and didn't fit with the surroundings.Check-in staff was hard to contact and not very pleasant. Started off on a bad foot!

The kitchen is open to the living room. It has sleek white cabinetry, white quartz countertops and stainless steel sink and appliances, including an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. New countertop appliances, dishware and cookware are provided. Seating for four guests is available at the kitchen counter. The living room is furnished with a custom-made grey velvet sofa with tempur-pedic cushions that converts to a queen sleeper. A flat screen television with complimentary Wi-Fi and Apple TV, gas fireplace and wet bar with black quartz countertop, imbue a cozy atmosphere. Off the living room is a quiet, interior-facing balcony, made semi-private with bamboo. A small hallway leads to the spacious, spa like bathroom and master bedroom.

    The bathroom features gorgeous intricate floor tiles made of marble and glass, a double sink vanity with white quartz countertop and a deep soaking spa tub and shower with translucent green glass subway tile walls. The bathroom door continues the spa theme with opaque glass framed in white wood. The master bedroom is tastefully luxurious with a custom-made velvet queen bed frame accentuated with a tufted headboard and silver beading trim. A flat screen television, mirrored glass dresser, sleek writing desk, walk-in closet and balcony access, complete this room.

    Additional amenities include central heat and air-conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, Apple TV, one gated parking garage space and one street parking permit.

It is walking distance to all the conveniences of Lincoln Boulevard, yet set back enough to be quiet and private. Located on the back half of a private, family home lot above the garage, the apartment has a private, secure garage entrance and parking.

    Bamboo wood floors and high ceilings, along with many windows and recessed lights, give the apartment a friendly, open feel. The living room features a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area has a table that can seat four, and an office desk provides a tranquil and spacious work area.

    Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials. Bathroom is located off the living room and has a nicely tiled tub/shower combo.

    Bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser and good closet space. Balcony can be accessed from both the dining area and bedroom and has 2 Adirondack chairs and a slate floor. View is of the trees and hedges bordering the property and the family yard.

    Guests also have access to a super-capacity, front-loading washer and dryer, located in the garage. Entrance is safe and well lit. Guests should be aware that there is a large, friendly dog on the property that lives in the family home in front.

    The stainless steel topped vanity with a modern glass bowl sink, embossed walls, and bamboo-patterned glass window compliment the overall décor. Up a spiral staircase is the second-floor master bedroom. It boasts a queen bed and another living area with its own leather seating and flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room up here. There is a reserved parking space in the downstairs garage. Take the two-minute walk down Ozone Avenue to the beach and the renowned Ocean Front Walk. Stroll along the boardwalk with its array of shops, street vendors, performers, and local characters of all kinds. Stop at one of the open-air cafés for a drink or a bite to eat – the perfect place for some world-class people watching. Of course you can always just laze on the warm sand and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Pacific.

    We are a family of 4, we had 5 nights at this property. Before we booked we had read all sorts of bad press about the Venice Beach area. This apartment is smack bang on the boarder of Venice and Santa Monica, making it an ideal location to walk to both. We found it very clean and comfortable lots of space and good beds. We felt safe even when moving around at night. Would certainly stay again. Thank you.

  • Enjoy a relaxing stay in Southern California at the MDR Catamaran 1, just steps from the beach in this recently remodeled, two bedroom apartment in Marina del Rey. This bright apartment is conveniently located just a half block from the quietest residential beach in Los Angeles, yet it is just a five minute walk to many of the restaurants and activities of Venice.

    Walk up one flight of stairs to an airy combined living and dining room with galley kitchen. Relax in contemporary comfort in front of the fireplace, or watch movies on the 47" flat screen TV with cable, HBO or the Blue Ray player. The far corner of the living room also has a mirrored bar area. Dining table, with ceiling fan light above, seats six comfortably.

    The recently remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, dishwasher, electric range, built in mircrowave and garbage disposal. Walk down the hall to the first bedroom, which has an Eastern King size bed, 40" flat screen tv and mirrored sliding closet doors. The hallway bathroom is directly across, with pedestal sink, and tub shower combo.

    The second bedroom at the end of the hall has two queen sized beds, a full length mirror, 40" flat screen TV with DVD player and a large walk-in closet. Also, located off this bedroom is a private bath with walk-in shower and pedestal sink.

    The apartment is decorated in peaceful, soft hues with tasteful artwork that celebrates coastal living. Flooring is Pergo wood throughout with dark grey linoleum in bathrooms. All kitchen and bath fixtures are new. Each room has individual heating controls and gas fireplace has an easy push button start. Two outdoor assigned parking spaces come with the apartment and will fit up to a mid sized car.

    As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

    Convenient and adequate equipped apt close to several attractions in Marina del Rey and Venice Beach. The property was very clean. The only bad was, that it was sometimes a bit noisy.
