Shorewood 3B is the perfect vacation rental for two couples as well with the master bedroom and first guest bedroom having en-suite bathrooms. There is even a third full bathroom for the second guest bedroom and easily accessible while in the living room and kitchen.
In addition to the bedrooms and bathrooms, Shorewood 3B has a large kitchen with solid surface counter tops, upgraded appliances and all of the kitchenware you will need to prepare wonderful meals for your family and friends. Should you just wish to relax and enjoy the direct views out to the Gulf of Mexico, step out onto the screened lanai with plenty of comfortable seating, just off the living room. There is even a spiral staircase that takes you up to the private roof top sun deck for some of the best views that you'll find on Sanibel.

Unit 4A is located on the back side of the A building and is a combination of 3 units accessible by a staircase and elevator.

We love this unit because it is a 3 bed/3 bath which is difficult to find. The view is gorgeous and the remodeled kitchen and baths are very nice. The master bedroom doesn't seem to cool off as much as the rest of the unit but fans help.

Positives:The location and the view from the unit were great. Also, every time we called the office staff was very helpful. Negatives-The coffee maker had to be scrubbed before first use, burnt coffee hardened on the burner. For how expensive the unit was the kitchen is WOEFULLY lacking. No scissors, knifes that were pathetic at cutting, 2 packets of dishwasher soap and 2 garbage bags for a weeks stay? I think when one is paying thousands of dollars per week these items should be provided. We eat dinner out, but ate breakfast and lunch at home and there wasn't one knife that was decent. Again, for this price the kitchen should be better equipped.

Quiet complex with plenty of space for the whole family! Enjoyed both the beach and pool. Loved that the wall of sliding doors opened completely!! It enabled us to hear and see the gulf and brought the outside in-just loved that!

It was great. Our upgrade was better than we could have expected and the cooperation from Mary at Remax was excellent. We would definitely recommend Remax to our friends as well as the condo unit. The location of the condo was perfect and it was extremely well equipped. There was nothing we lacked. I would give a 5 on all questions.

I liked the property and its convenience to the beach. There was no grill on the property and BBQ'ing is prohibited. That lack will probably keep me from returning. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

A very spacious condo in an excellent location. Right on the beach and close to local amenities. Only one downside, not enough wine glasses for 6 of us! Professional and efficient service from Remax.
We are three generations of family enjoying this property. It is conveniently located on the island with great access to the beach. The entire property is well maintained. It needs new porch furniture. We look forward to our visit every year.
Great location. We did have a problem with the refrigerator but property management got that taken care of. The garage and storage closet near the kitchen really needed to be cleaned and organized. The floors and countertops needed better cleaning also. Possibly an update on lanai furniture. It is a beautiful place but those touches would make it perfect. I don’t think that is unreasonable considering the cost for a week.
We have rented this condo before because of its terrific location and view. The size of the unit is great with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The washer didn’t work from the time we got there on Saturday until Wednesday late afternoon and after multiple calls to the rental agent. Follow up from rental agent was poor. The kitchen was ill equipped, no measuring spoons( I bought them), measuring cups, no salad bowl. The dishwasher hasn’t been working properly for years. A beach cabana was available with a ping pong table for kids to use, however there was furniture( a dresser, mirror, chairs) stored on the cabana so there wasn’t room to take advantage of it. For the high rental price these amenities should be included.
Space is fabulous layout for 6 adults with large rooms, updated baths, and huge lanai. Sliding glass doors which stack back provide total outdoor living. Only complaint was that mattresses (especially twins) and pillows needed to be updated. Décor and other amenities done well. Kitchen well equipped except for dull knives.

We enjoyed our stay at Shorewood 3B and thank the previous guests who reviewed the property accurately. This location is gorgeous, the view incredible and proximity to the beach and pool unmatched. However, the owners still need to address: the temperature in the master bedroom that made it impossible to close the doors for privacy or sleep comfortably and the WiFi which did not reach the back bedrooms and provided spotty coverage, at best. Also, there was no cookie sheet for baking provided. To be fair, there was a circular sheet but it made cooking taco shells, garlic bread, etc. difficult. There were small ants all over the kitchen Leaving anything on the counters hard and we also sprayed for them twice while there. The space provided in the ground level storage room was awesome but the moldy, musty smell and appearance of everything in there was overpowering. It's the small things that allow for a "luxurious" description and this condo falls short.
There were pros and cons..... Beautiful unit, magnificent view, great wood floors and plantation shutters!!! Now problems that we encounter were Air conditioning doesn't cool enough, at least during our stay in July, Wi-Fi doesn't reach back bedrooms and we had to use our 4G, carpeting in back bedrooms need changing..... Service was great but couldn't help with the Wi-Fi issue. All and all it was a great vacation and we made reservations to come back next year!!!
Excellent, oceanfront 3BR/3BA condo on Sanibel Island. Well-maintained, close to all amenities on Sanibel, yet small enough total property to give it an intimate feeling. Plus, one of few 3BR properties with 3 baths on Sanibel/Captiva oceanfront.
The condo had a great view and was well stocked for the beach. When we arrived the parking space was taken by a truck- we were directed to park in the visitor spots and the truck left the next day. The kitchen was well stocked except for a good knife for chopping veggies. The condo was pretty well cleaned but the fans could use some dusting. Overall this was a great beach condo and our vacation was wonderful.
Deceivingly spacious condo with wonderful views of the Gulf. The condo & all amenities both inside & out were well-maintained. The pool was a joy to have & so close to 3B's ground level storage (which was very well stocked for the beach). Very nice, quaint complex. The shelling on the beach was very good. Would definitely stay here again with our family of 5.
We love the condo. It is very spacious for a 3 generation family. The lanai lends itself to enjoying meals and relaxing. The view is wonderful. The rooftop deck is great for sunning and happy hour. Great access to the beach.
Great condo! A few issues; TV in back bedroom didn't work. Tv in master bedroom TV remote was broken, could only get one channel and dishwasher door difficult to close. But otherwise great views and plenty of room. Roof porch fantastic.

Beautiful beachy decor with nice seating and big TV in living room. Great for family week at the beach. The roof top deck, living room deck and ground level beach storage room added to the enjoyment. Nice full-size washer and dryer were also appreciated.
Only drawback was the amenities in the kitchen. Woefully lacking in silverware...and what was there did not match. NO matching glasses muchless enough for 6 people. Heavy pottery dinnerware that did not go with the beachy placemats. I had to go to Super Target and get plates, bowls and acrylic glasses...I should have gotten silverware as well.
Had to call the management on Monday because there were no hot pads (information noted that we were to have 2 available).

We are 6 mature adults and we stayed in this condo the last week in January. The condo is very roomy and clean. There are televisions in every bedroom and a large one in the living room. It would be helpful if instructions for operating were included as well as a television schedule. Everything worked well. There is a DVDs player. We found it in one of the bedroom cabinets . The kitchen was very nice and functional. The bedrooms included a king bed in the master , a queen in one bedroom and two single beds in the other. The bathrooms had great hot water and were spacious. The view from the screened in lanai were great. The heated pool was not working but one next door was available for our use. There is also a tennis court. All in all it was a great condo . I would recommend booking directly with remax. We booked with Airbnb and paid a high finders fee .

As soon as you start the scenic drive over the Sanibel Causeway to Sanibel Island, you know you're in a one of a kind spot. To your left you'll see the historic Lighthouse and to the right a uniquely preserved natural area. The J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge offers guided tours, wildlife viewing, educational trams rides and more! And of course there are great beaches, like Bowman's Beach, Tarpon Bay Beach, Blind Pass Beach, and more. The island is known for its amazing seashells that can be found all over. There is even a museum dedicated to seashells - The Bailey-Matthews National Shell Museum, one of the top attractions here. Visitors looking to get truly up close and personal with the sea can dive down to the USS Mohawk CGC Veterans Memorial Reef and see a real sunken ship. Special experiences such as this are why Sanibel is like no place else on earth!
