  • This gorgeous condo is 2 levels. The entry level consists of the main living space with the kitchen, dining area and living room combined into a spacious great room. Also on this level are the den, the laundry room and a powder room. The hot tub is out back on the patio, which faces the 10th hole of the golf course. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs, as well as an office with wireless internet access.

    Living room with beautiful open great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining area, with vaulted, wood paneled ceilings and lots of windows to take advantage of the views. Also featured are a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning), TV, DVD, CD, surround sound system.

    Kitchen with granite counters, gourmet appliances including 2 ovens, refrigerator and separate upright freezer, wet bar, large cooking island – everything you need for cooking meals. Dining room with seating for 8 at dining table, and 4 barstools at the kitchen counter.

    I vacationed with my 3 kids and 4 of their friends. The place was absolutely amazing for us. While called a condo, we felt like we were staying in a magnificent home. Vaulted ceilings in the family room, enormous kitchen, wonderful stone fireplace, and gorgeous views...the list could go on and on. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for spacious 4 bedroom residence in Park City. It was convenient to town, the mountain, and any amenities nearby.

  • This unit is located on the second floor of the building and you will use the stairs to access the entry. The condo is layed out with the bedroom near the front and the living room, kitchen and dining room located in the back of the living space. The bedroom includes a queen bed with a large closet area. The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom in the hall. The living area features a cozy couch that pulls out to become a queen size sofa sleeper and a brand new HDTV. The deck just off of the living room has fantastic views of Park City Mountain Resort and the Park City Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooked meals and the dining area has seating for 3 people with 2 additional spaces at the kitchen counter.

    The living room has wood burning fireplace, 42" HDTV, DVD, CD player, queen sofa sleeper. Full kitchen that is well equipped for cooking meals. There is no dishwasher in this unit. Seating for 3 at dining table, plus 2 bar stools at kitchen counter. The Master bedroom has Queen bed and adjoining bathroom.

    Amenities include community hot tub & pool, fireplace, TV and common area outdoor parking-one spot assigned.

    Great place to stay, very close to everything. You must get used to walking up & down stairs, which we don't have many of in FL. But, we found it to be very good exercise along with the skiing. We loved it! We will certainly go back there next season. The only one problem was that our bedroom window shade needed a liner, it was way too bright in there from the outside lights.

  • With an incredibly convenient location, the Empire Coalition condominiums offer some great amenities and an affordable price. They are easy walking distance to the Park City Mountain Resort and the grocery store, and the free bus stops just outside the complex. This unit is all on one level.

    The kitchen, living room and dining area adjoin each other for really comfortable living space. Both bedrooms have their own adjoining bathroom. Just outside this unit is the common area hot tub and sauna.

    The living room has wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, VCR, CD, DVD and queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking. Seating for 6 at dining table, plus 4 bar stools at kitchen counter.

    The master bedroom has queen bed, TV, VCR and adjoining bathroom and the second bedroom has two twin beds and adjoining bathroom.

    Amenities include TV, stacking washer/dryer in unit, common area hot tub and sauna (outside in an enclosed patio area), wood burning fireplace, handicap accessible, golf nearby, tennis on property, laundry, dishwasher, common underground garage with clearance for smaller SUV’s .

    From the moment we arrived we found that the instructions on the website were very easy to follow. We showed up no waiting in lines signed a few pages and left with our keys. The location is so close to the mountain, we were so shocked. The condo has everything you need and the hot tub is right outside which we took full advantage of each day after skiing. Beds were comfy plenty of room in the living room, fire place was ready for the fire. Kitchen has all pots and pans and all of the basics for cleaning up and making coffee truly a turnkey home. There were four of us and we had plenty of room. Grocery store is right down the street and lift is a quick 10 minute walk away. Can't wait to get back.

  • This town home is located on Park Avenue, a couple of blocks away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort, and the Town Chairlift and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District is less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed) These town homes provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

    There are three level in this town home. The entry (front door) actually faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located. This is the middle level of the town home, where you will find the combined kitchen, living room, and dining area, as well as one of the full bathrooms. The garage is on the lower level just off the street; the fourth bedroom and washer and dryer are on this level also. The master, second and third bedrooms, are on the top level, with a powder room in the hall and a full bath adjoining the master bedroom.

    Living room has gas log fireplace, TV, VCR, DVD, small portable CD stereo, queen sofa sleeper. The kitchen is separated from the dining area and living room by a granite counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. Dining room table seating for 6, plus 3 bar-stools at the kitchen counter.

    Master bedroom has Queen bed, TV, walk-in closet, adjoining full bath with entry off the master and off the hallway (shared with other bedrooms). There is a private vanity in the master just outside the door into the bathroom. Second bedroom has Queen bed, TV. Third bedroom has Queen bed, TV and fourth bedroom has two twin beds, TV, full bath upstairs on main level.

    Amenities include fireplace, golf & tennis nearby, air conditioning, laundry, dishwasher, garage, deck, TV, common area outdoor hot tub on deck just outside front door (not available during summer season), washer and dryer on lower level, garage and wireless internet.

    1475 Park ave is a short walk to Park City Mountain Resort, 10-15 minute walk to restaurants in town, and bus stop to the Canyons Resort right across the street. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It is advertised as being able to sleep 10, however this includes 2 people sleeping on pull out couches in the living room. There are 2 single beds downstairs and queen beds in each of the 3 rooms upstairs. Living room is a bit small if there are 10 people in the apartment. WiFi and common area hot tub available. It would have been nice if we could have checked in online and not required keys to the apartment. Garage had keypad access though the back door required a key. if you take keys you will need to return them to the rental office which is about 0.3 miles away. Overall we had a comfortable stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends.

  • Steps from Main Street in Old Town Park City. This private home in Old Town Park City has been completely remodeled in a very luxurious Arts and Crafts style. It is conveniently located at the top of Park Avenue with views of Old Town buildings and roof tops and the hills that surround this area.  Just across the street is one of the city-maintained stairways that takes you directly down to Main Street, where you’ll find the best of restaurants, shopping, and night life in Park City.

    It has a 3 level floor plan, with three bedrooms, two full baths, a three-quarter bath with shower and also a powder room. The kitchen is very high end with professional quality Wolfe and Subzero appliances.  On the entry level you’ll find a fabulous den designed for use as a mini home theater with a large screen TV, sound bar and video games.  Up a flight of stairs is the main living space with the living room, kitchen and dining area combined, as well as a powder room, the laundry room, and a deck out back with a gas grill and lovely patio furniture. The upper level is where you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

    Not to be overlooked is the fact that this is a 5-star plus Energy Rated “Green Home”, designed to reduce the overall impacts on human health and the natural environment. Just a few of the Key Green Points that give this house the highest score attainable under the rating system are: radiant floor heating throughout, instant hot water re-circulating system, reverse osmosis drinking water, and Energy Star high end appliances.

    Located at the front of the living space, the living room has hardwood flooring (Big Leaf Maple from a renewable source), a gas-burning fireplace set into a stone wall (locally quarried), a large, flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD with surround sound. Comfortable seating.

    Kitchen with hardwood flooring, Sile Stone natural quartzite and recycled Trinity glass counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a six burner Wolf range (gas) and warming drawer, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, and Also dishwasher. Well equipped for cooking meals. The cabinetry is custom distressed alder. Seating for 6 at the dining table, plus 2 bar stools at the adjacent counter height island/bar.

    The Master bedroom has queen bed, flat screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower, and spacious walk-in closets. Second bedroom has queen bed, full bathroom with a deep, jetted tub, jack/jill doors so that both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can conveniently share this bathroom. Access to a small balcony in this room. Third bedroom has double sized bed, shares full bathroom with 2nd bedroom and Den has Queen sofa sleeper, and bathroom with shower just outside in the hall. As described above, you’ll find a large screen TV with a great sound system.

    Amenities include fireplace, garage, deck, BBQ, TV, attached 1 car garage with heated driveway and laundry room located just past the kitchen, with a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer.

The Trolley does travel down to the Town Lift, but not before 10am or so.

    Loved our stay here! The Park avenue condo was absolutely perfect for our Mother-Daughter Trip to Park City. It is beautifully updated and in a great location to the downtown. We were able to walk to everything! All the rooms were spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The only downside I could see for some people are all the stairs (The home is 3 levels). It didn't bother us at all, but may be a turn-off for the older generations. We would definitely recommend this home to the next group and plan on returning!

  • The Powder Pointe condominiums are a short walk away from the lifts at the Park City Mountain Resort - Main Street in Park City’s Historic District is less than a mile up the road also - with the free bus easily accessible. (No car needed) These condos provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.

    This unit is an upper level unit, which means there are stairs up to the front door, but it also allows for vaulted ceilings in the living room and no tenants above you. There are two levels within the condo. The kitchen, living room, bedroom and a full sized bathroom are on the entry level, and the loft as well as a bathroom with a shower are upstairs.

    The living room has wood burning fireplace, TV, VCR, queen sofa sleeper, Vaulted ceilings and small balcony. The Kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter bar, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. Bar stools at the kitchen counter provide seating for 4.

    The bedroom has queen bed, TV and full bath just across the hall. Loft overlooks the living room with two twin beds and adjoining bathroom with a shower only.

    Amenities include wood burning fireplace, laundry, dishwasher, deck, TV, common area outdoor whirlpool spa available in winter season only (approximately 8’ x 12’), common area laundry room and common area covered and uncovered parking available.

    I was very pleased with the accomodations. The condo was well equiped with all the necessary ameneties and everything was in good working order. The staff at alpine Properties were very helpful and made the stay easy. the location was good with easy access to transportation, etc.

  • The Lowell Avenue Duplex is located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Lowell Avenue. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. The sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23.

    The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the level above the main; this is also the level where the back deck with the hot tub is located. The top level is the master bedroom suite.

    Both units have their own private hot tub and 2 car garage. This unit (1117) has a den on the main level as well as a small loft area one level up from the living room. The other unit, #1115, has a loft located on the level above the living room.

    The living room has wood burning fireplace, 42" Wall Mounted HDTV, DVD, CD stereo and lots of light. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals with top quality cookware throughout. Dining area adjoins living room/kitchen; seating for 8, plus bar seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

    The master bedroom has king bed, adjoining bathroom, European down comforter and iPod docking station. Second bedroom has King bed, adjoining bathroom, European down comforter. Third bedroom has two twin beds with down comforters and bathroom nearby in hall. Fourth bedroom has King bed and adjoining bathroom. Den has Queen Murphy bed. (Entrance to fourth bedroom is through this room.) and Loft has twin sofa sleeper.   

    Amenities include laundry, dishwasher, TV, private hot tub on back deck, washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs and attached 2 car garage.

    I rented both sides of the duplex (1115 and 1117) on my annual ski trip. The duplex easily accommodated all 19 of us. The duplex was clean, and furnishings were as described (comfy beds, good fireplaces, hottubs, etc.). Everyone in the group was happy. The best feature of the apartment is definitely the location. It is only a ~5 min walk downhill to the Park City Mountain Resort, and maybe a ~10 min walk to Main Street. Alpine Ski Properties were easy to deal with and provided great service and communication throughout.

  • The five bedroom luxury townhomes on Deer Valley Drive are in one of the most sought after locations in all of Deer Valley or Park City. With convenient city shuttle access directly outside the property and the luxury features included in this property, your group will love everything this Deer Valley rental property has to offer!

    This spacious property is built on four levels – with elevator access to the first three floors – and provides plenty of room for the whole group to spread out! Enter the property from the private two car garage and you’re right on the “entertainment level”. You’ll find a private bar with a lounge attached for private après ski enjoyment. Head up the stairs from here to find the main living area with the gourmet kitchen, the dining room, a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, access to the hot tub deck and the master bedroom suite.

    Head up one more level and you’re in the “game room” – a sprawling loft area overlooking the living room – with a pool table, cozy seating and a wall mounted 55” LED TV! This floor also provides access to the bunk bedroom and the first bedroom with a queen size bed. The upper most floor includes two more bedroom suites – one with a queen size bed and the other with a king size bed.

    You’ll find that these properties have spared no expense in the amenities department. Appliances are all from top end brands such as Miele, Subzero, Asko, Panasonic and Samsung. Each location with a television offers High Definition service from DirecTV and the main gathering areas include Blu-Ray DVD players! For the traveler who needs to stay connected the whole home is covered with High Speed Wi-Fi service (no additional charge, of course) – so no matter where you are in the home you will always have a reliable connection to the Internet.

    Living room is great for family gatherings or corporate entertaining: Plenty of cozy seating surrounds a 55’” LCD TV and designer décor throughout this space. The doublewide gas fireplace has a polished cement surround from floor to mantle. There is a large deck with the hot tub and gorgeous views of the surrounding mountainsides just outside this room as well!

    The game room is on the third level of the home and overlooks the Living Room. You will find a full size billiards table in the sprawling loft style area along with cozy furnishings and a 55” LED TV mounted on the wall. This is a great place to enjoy the evening with the family.

    The entertainment floor takes up the entire first floor of the townhome. You’ll find a full sized bar - complete with two wine dedicated wine fridges, a microwave and dishwasher – alongside a lounge with a 60” LCD TV mounted above the double wide gas burning fireplace. The entertainment floor even has its own bathroom that includes a full size toilet and a urinal for the guys!

    Kitchen space is fully equipped for gourmet cooking with professional quality, stainless steel appliances, beautiful dark glossed cabinets and polished cement countertops throughout. The cook in the group will drool over this space! Dining room with seating for 8 at the gorgeous wood dining table and leather upholstered chairs. There is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar area.

    Bedrooms (all have top quality mattresses, linens, and bedding) include master suite with the master suite is located on the 2nd floor at the end of the hallway off the kitchen. This space includes a king bed, large walk-in closet and a large bathroom area with a double head rain shower and double vanity sink area. There is also a 42” LCD TV in this room.
    The second bedroom includes a king bed, large walk-in closet and access to a small, private deck. The private bathroom attached to this room includes a double vanity sink area and a jetted tub/shower combination.
    The third bedroom has a queen bed, large walk-in closet and access to the large back patio area. The private bathroom attached to this suite includes a floor-to-ceiling glass shower and a single vanity sink area. There is a 42” HDTV in this room.
    The fourth bedroom includes a queen size bed, a large walk-in closet and a 42” HDTV. The attached bathroom in this room includes a double shower stall with a head on each side of the walk-in space and a double vanity sink area.
    The fifth bedroom includes a set of bunk beds and a twin bed - a perfect place for the younger members of the group! This room has a ½ bathroom just outside in the hall and shares the fourth bathroom for shower access.

    Amenities includes private outdoor hot tub on the front deck of the property accessed through living room, covered parking for 2 vehicles. The driveway is heated for your convenience. However, the driveway is shared with two other properties and overnight parking in the driveway is not allowed and free high speed WiFi Service throughout the property.

    We had a great time at this property over Thanksgiving! The property was nice and clean and everyone enjoyed all the room to spread out. The pool table and xbox were a big hit with the kids too. Deer Valley Resort was not open yet while we were there, but riding the bus to Park City resort and Main Street for dinner was easy. We rented a car but ended up not using it much. Overall, we had a really nice experience in this property and we're already planning to return next year! Thanks!

  • Located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Empire Avenue, this condominium is in a duplex building, with the feel of a mountain cabin. It is quite spacious with wood beamed vaulted ceilings and two living areas, each with a fireplace.

    The condo is on the downhill side of the street; as you go down the steps from the street, there is a deck with a hot tub just outside the front door. As you enter the condo, the main level is the living room, kitchen and adjacent dining area, and a full bath. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms and a full shared bath. On the lower level are a family room, the third bedroom and an adjoining bathroom which has an entry from both the bedroom and the family room.

    The living room has gas fireplace, 46" HDTV, DVD, VCR, CD stereo, plenty of seating, lots of light. Family room has gas fireplace, 42" high definition LCD TV, comfortable seating, round game table with 4 chairs, 2 day beds with lots of pillows for relaxing. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking meals. The dining area adjoins kitchen; seating for 8. Hot tub is shared with renters in the other side of the duplex, outside on front deck.

    The master bedroom has king bed, shares adjoining bathroom with second bedroom (separate entries). Second bedroom has queen bed, TV, shares bath with master. Third bedroom has queen bed, adjoining bathroom with shower only and den has four twin day beds + two twin size trundle beds.

    Amenities include wireless internet, community hot tub, fireplace, air conditioning, deck, TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs, no garage but there is off street parking available for up to 2 cars.

    This is a great spot. There were two familes including ours (total 4 adults, 4 children). The layout was great with the parents in the two upstairs bedrooms - and all the kids bunked down in the large room on the lower floor (which they loved). Fireplace and leather lounge a winner in the main living area, and we all loved the hot tub. The location though is best - if you want to access both the lifts, and the town, this is the place, as it is only a 5 minute walk to the base of Park City for skiiing, and an 8 minute walk into Main Street to enjoy the restaurants an bars. Highly recommended.

  • The full remodel, completed in December 2013, includes brand new everything! All new flooring/carpet, granite counters throughout, stainless steel appliances, bathrooms, beds/bedding, televisions, etc. in short, everything within the property is brand new! You are sure to love this fantastic Old Town place!

    The condo is on the downhill side of the street; as you go down the steps from the street, there is a deck with a common area hot tub (shared with unit B) just outside the front door. As you enter the condo, the main level is the living room, kitchen and adjacent dining area, and a full bath. Upstairs is the master suite with an attached full bathroom. On the lower level the family room with a brand new HDTV and fireplace greets you on the way to the 2nd and 3rd bedroom suites.

    Living room has a gas fireplace, 47" HDTV with full HD cable service, plenty of seating, great views and lots of light!

    Family room/Den has gas fireplace, 47" HDTV with full HD cable service, new couch with sofa sleeper and 2 twin day beds with trundles. This a cozy room to relax in after a day on the slopes!

    Brand new kitchen installed Fall 2013 includes stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and brand new cabinetry, this kitchen is well equipped for cooking meals. Dining area adjoins kitchen; seating for 8. High speed wi-fi included with every rental.

    Bedrooms include Master with King bed, 39" HDTV, private attached bathroom, located on top floor. Second bedroom with Queen bed, 32" HDTV, shares bath with third bedroom.   • The Pinnacle condominiums are on the hillside overlooking the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, with views of ski runs and surrounding mountains. This large, four bedroom plus loft unit has designer touches throughout to compliment the amazing mountain views.

    The entry level of the condo has a wide open floor plan that includes the dining area, kitchen and third bedroom. Down half a flight of stairs you will find the spacious living room with cozy seating, an HDTV and a deck that opens up to the beautiful views of the surrounding Deer Valley area. Another half flight of stairs down you will find the den area that has two sets of twin bunk beds as well as another twin bed. Just off of this room is the fourth bedroom with a queen bed.

    The private hot tub is located on a deck that is accessed through the den as well. The pool table room and lounge area is located on the very bottom floor of the property. All the way on the top floor you will find the two spacious master suites each with king beds, vaulted ceilings and full adjoining bathrooms.

    The living room has floor to ceiling rock fireplace, HDTV, VCR, cassette/CD stereo and two comfy couches. Family room has 50" HDTV, comfortable leather sofas and a full size pool table. All kitchen cabinets has been professional re-faced and the countertops have been replaced with granite! Well equipped for cooking meals, includes JennAire grill stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. Seating for 8 at ding table, with 4 bar stools at kitchen counter.

    The master suite I has king bed, walk in closet, TV, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, 2 person jetted tub, separate shower. Located on the top floor. Master Suite II has King bed, adjoining bath, walk in closet. Located on top floor. Third bedroom has King bed, TV, adjoining bath. Located on the entry level just off the kitchen. Fourth bedroom has Queen bed, adjoining bath, walk in closet. Located one flight below entry level. Den has Two sets of twin bunks and a single twin bed, adjoining bathroom. Located one flight below entry level.

    Celebrated my 50th birthday here with family and friends. Home was very nice and well furnish with all amenities needed. Very comfortable and clean. Kids had a blast down stairs in bunk room and big screen in pool table room. They also were able to play out back on grass beltway behind house. We had some items not working and broken in unit when we arrived but alpine Properties were very quick to send someone to fix and repair. With windows open you did hear road traffic behind unit, beware of white carpet throughout home. Lots of stairs 5 level house. Would definitely use alpine Ski Properties again for accommodations.

  • This ski-in/ski-out townhome is one of the most desirable locations for your Deer Valley Resort ski retreat! With four bedrooms spread over approximately 3500 square feet of living space there is plenty of room for the whole group! When you're ready to hit the slopes simply gear up in your own private ski prep room and walk right out the door to you private access trail! Ready for a night in? This townhome has brand new HDTVs in every room, a hot tub with amazing views and a gourmet kitchen to prepare that special meal for the whole family.

    The spacious layout covers four floors with many levels. The great room on the main level includes the kitchen, dining area and living room with vaulted, wood beamed ceilings, impressive floor to ceiling stone fireplace and hardwood flooring. The deck outside the living area is where the private hot tub is located.  The ski prep room with a door opening to the ski accesses also accessed from this level.

    The master bedroom suite is up a half flight of stairs from the main living space.  All the way up the steps you will find the loft area with a queen sofa sleeper and an HDTV - a perfect retreat for a movie or some reading.  On the lower level of the condo are the third, fourth and fifth bedrooms - each with a private, attached bathroom.

    The living room has floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning), HDTV and plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen is Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Sub Zero appliances, granite counters, adjoins dining and living rooms, separated by counter/bar. Dining room seating for 11 at dining table with 4 additional seats at the kitchen counter.

    Master bedroom has King bed, wood burning floor to ceiling stone fireplace, vaulted wood ceiling, LCD HDTV, adjoining bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub, separate shower, large walk-in closet (on main level). Second bedroom has King bed, full bathroom, wood burning floor-to-ceiling fireplace, covered patio just outside the french doors (on the ground level). Third bedroom has two twin size beds, LCD HDTV, wood burning floor-to-ceiling fireplace, adjoining full bathroom with 2 sinks (on the ground level). Fourth bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds, LCD HDTV, adjoining full bathroom with 2 sinks. (on the main level with kitchen/living room) and Loft  has Queen sofa sleeper, LCD HDTV, shares bathroom with master bedroom (on top level).

    Amenities include private outdoor hot tub on deck off living room, fireplace, private pool, golf nearby, dishwasher, BBQ, washer and dryer located on lower level, garage and wireless internet.

    The house was perfect for our group of 8. There were some minor maintenance issues which I reported (door knobs pull off). They will hopefully be addressed. The service provided plenty fire wood and daily maid service. We were pleased with our stay.

    Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dinner table with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar area.

    Den: This room is located on the 1st floor, basement level and includes a cozy seating area with a 42” HDTV with cable service and DVD player. The entrance from the common area underground parking garage is on this level as well.

    Master – Queen bed with a beautiful bed frame set the stage in this lovely master suite. The attached bathroom has also been remodeled with granite and bronze fixtures. HDTV with cable service. Located on 3rd floor.
    Second – Queen bed and a floor to ceiling window with great views of the Deer Valley area. HDTV with cable service. Located on the 2nd floor.
    Third – King bed with a full, attached bathroom. HDTV with cable service. Located on the 1st floor.
    Fourth – Two sets of twin bunk beds. Bathroom located just outside in the den area. Located on the 1st floor.
    Fifth – Two twin beds. Full attached bathroom. HDTV with cable service. Located on the 3rd floor.
    Loft - New for 2014/2015 season. This room has a brand new queen size sofa sleeper, HDTV and a dresser. Bathroom located at the bottom of the steps in the living room area.

  • The Silver Belle Duplex is located just up the street from the Park City Mountain Resort on Lowell Avenue. It’s spacious and in a great location, perfect for families or large groups. The sleeping capacity for both units combined is 23!

    The main level is the living room, kitchen and dining area combined in one great room, and one bedroom. The lower level is the entrance from the garage, a mudroom area and the laundry room. The second and third bedrooms are on the level above the main; this is also the level where the back deck with the hot tub is located. The top level is the master bedroom suite. Both units have their own private hot tub and 2 car garage.

    This unit (1115) has a loft located on the level above the living room. The other unit, #1117, also has a loft as well as a den on the main level. Living room gas fireplace, 42" wall mounted HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, lots of light! Kitchen very well equipped for cooking meals with top quality cookware throughout. Dining room dining area adjoins living room/kitchen; seating for 8, plus bar seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

    Bedrooms for the winter of 2012, all bedrooms have brand new deluxe Serta pillow top beds. Master king bed, adjoining bathroom. Second queen bed, adjoining bathroom. Third two twin beds, bathroom nearby in hall. Fourth queen Murphy bed, twin bunk beds, adjoining bathroom  Loft double bed.

    Amenities include private hot tub, outside on back deck, washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs, garage attached 2 car, gas burning fireplace, garage, deck, grill/BBQ, and TV.

  • This unit is part of a "lock-out" style room and can be combined with the identical two bedroom condo next door to create a four bedroom suite. This nicely appointed, cabin style condo has all the comforts of home as well as one of the most convenient locations in Deer Valley. The common area parking garage has elevator access to the second floor of the building where unit #203 is located. The layout is all on one floor so your tired legs will not have to worry about stairs.

    The entry area has a coat room and then enters the living room area. Past the living room you'll find the kitchen and dining area on the street side of the condo with large windows to showcase the amazing mountain views. The bedrooms share an access hallway off of the kitchen and each have their own bathrooms attached.

    Living room has a cozy mountain styling with log walls and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, plenty of seating. Queen sofa sleeper. Great mountain views from anywhere in the living room!

    This nicely appointed kitchen space has all you'll need for home cooked meals! An island counter/bar with sink and dishwasher separates the kitchen space from the dining area. Dining Room with Seating at the dining table for 6, with bar stool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.

    Bedrooms has Master with king bed, TV/VCR, adjoining full bath with double vanity. Second with king bed, adjoining full bath.

    Amenities includes private hot tub, located on deck (Winter only!), washer and dryer in hallway that leads to bedrooms, gas fireplace, dishwasher, common parking garage with elevator access to the condo.

    Distances: Distance to Deer Valley Resort: 2/10 mile. About a 3-4 minute walk right to the chairlift. | Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 2.5 miles | Distance to Main Street: 1.5 miles | Distance to Free Bus: Bus stop directly in front of the building.

    We were pleased with our stay in Comstock Lodge. The condo was sparkling clean and well appointed. We particularly enjoyed the gas log fireplace (on a timer) and the hot tub on the deck. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and was stocked with everything needed to make one's meals at the condo. The beds were quite comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang and store winter clothing. The rental agency was thorough in their directions and explanations, and prompt to respond to a maintenance issue. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars would be that the condo was rather ordinary in its finishes (white grouted tile throughout the kitchen and baths instead of solid surfacing) and the size of the common areas was a bit tight for four people. We were able to comfortably walk to the ski lift. Overall we were very pleased with our stay at Comstock Lodge and consider it a good value for Deer Valley skiing.
