  • The Snowy Owl cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood in Tahoe Paradise and is perfect for those seeking outdoor adventures. The cabin sits on a large parcel and has a vacant lot adjacent that provides privacy and forest views. The hot tub set on the spacious deck is a perfect spot to relax after a long day skiing or exploring Lake Tahoe. This single-story chalet features three bedrooms and two full baths. As you enter the home, there is a tile entry with racks for your skis and snowboards. The great room at the back of the home features soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows overlooking the covered porch and tall pines in the large private backyard. Very comfortable seating and a wood burning stove accent the great room. A 55 4K Smart TV has capabilities for you to log into your subscriptions with Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, Hulu, etc. Along with a Blu-Ray DVD player, basic cable and Wi-Fi, there are plenty of entertainment options. The dining room table seats six, and there are four bar stools for additional seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has a gas cook top and oven. With a charcoal grill, blender, grind and brew coffeemaker, stove top espresso maker, toaster oven, waffle maker and dishwasher, the cabin is well-equipped for family meals The first and second bedrooms each have a queen bed with 12 memory foam mattress. The third bedroom is set up for the kids, with twin bunk beds in addition to a third twin bed. The sectional couch in the great room has a queen pullout bed, and the house is also equipped with a Pack n Play. There are two full baths off the hall: one with a shower stall and the second with a tub/shower combination. There is a full-sized laundry room with available washer and dryer. It is a 15-minute drive to Heavenly Mountain Resort and Heavenly Villages dining, shopping, outdoor ice rink and movie theater options. Sierra-at-Tahoe is 20 minutes away, and the casinos at Stateline are just 15 minutes away. Kirkwood Resort is 40 minutes away. The cabin is two blocks from the Lake Tahoe Golf Course and minutes away from the Tahoe Paradise Golf Course. Cross-country skiing, sledding, and snowmobile tours are also nearby.     This place has a great location. The house is well equipped with all the things you might have forgotten home and even more. Its beautiful, quite, definitely private, and relaxing house. We have spent celebrating New Year and my Birthday at this house and it was a wonderful experience. Everything is located locally and Sierra ski resort was definitely our favorite. We would have to come back when there is more snow and do some cross county which is closely located as well. Great location, amazing house. Thank you for taking care of us.

    The cabin was overall a nice place to stay however the cabin was dirty. There were 2 beds that looked and smelled like the sheets were not washed. Also the kitchen items were not clean. I called for more trash bags and was told to go to the dollar store. To me, trash bags are a basic for a luxury cabin. We weren’t camping! So if the basics are provided like pots pans and towels, why not trash bags? Lastly, I received a text that the cabin was ready at 10:30. If I had known it would be ready early we would have left Atlanta earlier to get there sooner. Instead we got there at 3pm. I wonder if it was ready so early because it was not really cleaned. Overall as someone who goes to cabins every year I was disappointed. Never had this experience with any other rental company.

    I sell cabins in the Smokies for a living. It is SO nice, with every detail thought of and provided. Large rooms, and the biggest commercial refrigerator I've ever seen in a residence. The view was great. Did hot tub in the snow! Watched the Patriots game on the big screen. I want to BUY this cabin!!!

    This beach house had everything new, and being the clean freak that I am, I was really happy to be one of the first to stay at this home. Family drove that poor little golf cart all over, with great joy.

    The house is beautifully furnished and is great for families! It has both shared and private spaces. The only reason I would not EVER recommend this property is because of the MOST chaotic property managing! We struggled with them from day one until the day we left. We will return to the area but will use a different company in the future.

    eveything was OK but the pool temp and the room temp..82 degree water is 2 hours you can develop hypothemia..how can a person lounge around comfortably,some lady gave us some BS about mold and mildew..That is what mold chemicals are made for in humid ares..like indoor pools..very disapointed since spending the extra money for a indoor pool...dont waste your money..we should of stayed downtown with a indoor WARM pool and air temps...

    The house had plenty of room for our party of eight. The house was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed games and means at the long table in the dining room. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was only one large coffee cup (so beware coffee drinkers) and the spices are minimal. There was plenty of room in the two-car garage, but we had to open and close the door manually since the door was not attached to the opener (track). The hot tub was great after a day of skiing. We had difficulty getting the living room fireplace to light so we called the management office and they quickly resolved the problem. We had a good stay and would do it again.

  • Tina Marie is located in-town Galveston at 1726- 19th Street, just 1 block to Seawall beach, approx 6 blocks to the Pleasure Pier, a minutes drive to the Strand and from the front porch you can see the sea! 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, plus a bonus room sleeping 8 comfortably in beds! The property features 1058 sq ft of hardwood floors, cable TV, WiFi, stacked washer/ dryer, charcoal grill, outdoor shower and an off street parking spot! Tina Marie gives you that cozy and comfortable feeling from the moment you enter - the living area flows into the dining where the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen are branched off of. The front bedroom has a full size bed, twin bunk and cable TV. The middle bedroom offers a queen bed, a twin chair/bed and cable TV. The bonus room has a twin bed, cable TV, washer/dryer and a back door that leads to the outdoor shower and off-street parking spot. The bathroom is situated between the dining area and 2nd bathroom offers a walk-in shower. Tina Marie is a relaxed cottage and conveniently located which makes for a happy stay! Coming in I-45, continue onto Broadway, turn right onto 19th Street, continue down 8 blocks, the house is located on the left side, corner of 19th Street and Avenue O 1/2.

    When looking for a rental for our trip to Galveston I looked at a lot of houses/motels/condos and read lots of reviews. This particular house had all great reviews with only a couple minor negative comments. I'll address both in my review.
    Upfront, the pictures of this house DO NOT do it justice. It is an amazingly beautiful cottage. Not only was it sparkling clean, but it smelled super fresh and was more well stocked then any place we have ever rented. Very cozy, comfortable and roomy. While there is only 1 bath (shower) the hot water never ran out and there were 7 of us. The house is cooled with window units and this did cause me concern since it was late July, in Texas and this was one of the negative comments. I need not have worried. We turned the air up several times as we were cold. Granted we were gone all day to Schlitterbahns, we never left till 11 or 12 and returned around 8 to bathe and cook. Even cooking it never got too hot. So I debunk the air conditioner comment made on previous post. The other negative comment as regarding cleaning before leaving. This consisted of stripping beds, sweeping, washing dishes and taking trash out. This is nothing different then any other rental I've ever stayed at. If you travel often and stay in condos etc then you know this to be true. I called Billie numerous times with issues regarding my reservation (my fault) she was quick to answer phone calls, emails etc to get it resolved. We had one minor parking issue and she answered and directed me on what to do. I can't express how much we loved this place and we will be back. Highly recommended!!!!

This gated community is highly sought-after by vacationers because of it's beautiful location, close proximity to the sights and sounds of the beautiful Pacific Ocean and for the incredibly private crystal clear, geothermally heated lagoons for your relaxing pleasure. Kapoho is rarely crowded, the Kapoho Tidepools are protected from the ocean's waves by a coral reef, the water is crystal clear, and often warmer than the ocean because of geothermally heated springs that enter into the tidepools in various places. Another 10 minute drive down the Red Road is the historic Kehena Black Sand Beach and don't miss old Pahoa town, just a short 10 mile drive from the hale where you will find the original boardwalks that date back to the late 1800's when this sleepy little town was king in the sugar plantation days. There is great dining in this little town with Italian, Thai, Chinese and Tex-Mex. Hilo town with all of its historical points of interest, color and famous for its friendly people is only about 35 minutes away and the ever changing Volcanoes National Park is about a 50 minute drive from Hale Lokelani. Area attractions include, swimming, scuba diving, spelunking, a public swimming pool in Pahoa, fishing, restaurants, reefs, surfing, snorkeling, and a beautiful clothing-optional beach. Rates are for double occupancy. Add $25 per additional person, plus 14.416% Hawaii State taxes. Cleaning and other fees will also apply. The gate pass is a thin white bookmark-looking thing that you simply hang on the rear view mirror of your car, and as you approach the gate slowly, the gate will open automatically. (There is a $300.00 charge to replace the gate pass, so please keep track of it and on the day of departure, just leave it with the keys in the pouch on the kitchen counter.) You will not need the gate pass to leave the neighborhood when you depart. From the Business Center, youll follow the roundabout signs that say Kalapana to bypass Pahoa, and travel approx. 1 mile to the light at Pahoa-Kapoho Road. Turn left at the light. Go all the way to the gate. Remember, the gate pass is on your rear view mirror, the gate card reader is on the right (NOT the callbox), and the gate will slowly open for you. Continue through the gate and at the immediate Y, continue to the RIGHT on LAIMANA until you come to the Alapaki Lane. Take a right on Alapaki your house is the 2nd house on the right. 14-4708 Alapaki Ln. If you are arriving at night, it is a good idea to bring a pocket flashlight with you.

    The home and location were amazing. We really enjoyed our first visit to the Big Island. Only two things that were not top notch, the stove was very dirty and the BBQ very very dirty. We left it much cleaner than we arrived. Small things but important.

  • Fully remodeled duplex located just off Ski Run Blvd. walking distance to the Lake, dining and shopping. The downstairs level features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs features a spacious open great room, upgraded kitchen, gas fireplace and plenty of room to relax. The upper level includes: Dining room table with seating for 8, and natural stone gas fireplace and a cozy sitting area with a flat screen TV. The couches and lounge chairs offer plenty of seating. The kitchen has been completely upgraded with granite counters, new cabinets, and appliances. The bedrooms are all located on the entry level. The back bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has twin bunk bed and a single twin bed. The third bedroom has a king bed. There is a full bath off the hallway with tub shower combination, the second bath has a walk in shower.

    over all we are very happy. One of the bedrooms was not ready when we arrived. I called twice to request sheets.

    The condo was GREAT!! Very clean and right across the street from the beach. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other families.

    The condo was clean and the photos and descriptions were accurately represented. Furnishings were tastefully done. The views from the master bedroom and the living area are worth millions. The dishwasher was not functioning but they were planning on repairing it after we left. My only complaint is that the gym is not accessible to renters using Book That Condo. We approached property management to purchase a separate pass for gym usage and were declined.
