This lovely single story home is immediately adjacent to Culver City to its North, Venice Beach / Marina Del Rey to the West and El Segundo to the South. It is minutes away from world class dining, shopping and beach activities.

    This comfortable, spacious home offers an abundance of natural light from large sliding glass doors. There is dining for eight and the private, fenced rear yard offers relaxing seating to enjoy LA's great weather or have an outdoor BBQ meal.

    The master bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third bedroom comes equipped with an inflatable queen bed. There is an additional air bed available for your use too! Two of the three bedrooms have televisions with basic cable. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher and stove with oven. There are small appliances including toaster, coffee maker and blender. Everything you need to prepare a quick bite, or elaborate feast is available to you.

    In the family room, rest comfortably on the over-sized sofas while watching your favorite show or reading a novel while enjoying the sun and breeze through the sliding doors. Off Street Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, or there is parking for a single car in the attached garage.

    This house was perfect for my husband, two kids and their spouses. It was beautifully maintained and as we are quiet people, the residential location was perfect.

  • Location! Location! Location! Just a 5 min walk to the beach and only one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this comfortable completely redone apartment offers you the best of both worlds. This beautifully furnished and recently redone very comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect whether you are in LA on business or for pleasure.

    The apartment, which takes up an entire second floor has a large and bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a large 47" flatscreen TV with surround sound system with DVD/CD player and I-pod dock. It has a dining area and an open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and anything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32" flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have abundant closet space and share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The queen bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV.

    This home is offered completely furnished with designer West Elm furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long term rentals. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and has its own washer and dryer inside. As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

    We really enjoyed our stay here! The location (2 blocks from Abbott Kinney) and space are great. The space is a bit more rundown than the photos show however we have stayed at a number of places in the area and given the location, we expect places to be older. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked but I sent an email the day after we arrived to the property management company and they dropped off most of what I requested later that day. I also sent a pretty long maintenance list (like a poor flushing toilet, burnt out lights and very squeaky bed) and they said they would let the owner's maintenance man know - I hope they take care of them! With a little attention this property could easily go from great to excellent!

    Had a great time staying here! It was our first time using ae hospitality so we were a little nervous that we weren't going to get what we saw in the pictures. However, it worked out perfectly. It was very safe, clean, convienient, and perfect for what we were looking for. I would absolutely stay here or again and use ae hospitality to book again!

This expansive open air space is bordered by high trees, offering areas with both direct sunlight and shade. With a four burner grill and a lounge area around the open air fire pit, you will love being outside on our warm California afternoons.

    As an extra bonus, this unit comes with the clubhouse! The detached garage has been converted into a guesthouse that can be used as a quiet reprieve, or a wonderful play area for the kids. The clubhouse has been designed to mimic the interior features of the main unit, including built in shelving and benches, low arching doorways, and intricate wood designs.

    We rented this property to be close to Hollywood for our daughter's college graduation. This house was in a great location, and very close to her school. The house is stunning, and very comfortable! We did have an issue with a cigarette smoke smell upon arrival but Globe responded right away to let us know we would not be held accountable. We did have to purchase candles, dish washer soap, pot holders, etc. but it wasn't a big deal. I did have to wash the bath mat and clean the upstairs bathroom as well! Overall though I would recommend it to friends :)

    Had stayed in a different unit in same building. It was very nice. This unit was very low budget and didn't fit with the surroundings.Check-in staff was hard to contact and not very pleasant. Started off on a bad foot!

  • This newly renovated second-floor guest house is stylish, chic, and utterly unique. It is on one of Venice’s walk-streets just a block from the ocean and right on the border between Venice and Santa Monica. It is a perfect home base for exploring both of these beach communities, as well as the greater Los Angeles area. Climb the stairs to the double French front door and enter a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Polished wood floors and maple paneling on the walls and ceiling, along with the contemporary furnishings, create a warm inviting atmosphere. The bright, spacious living room and comfy leather couches welcome you in.

    There is a flat-screen TV with cable, and wireless internet makes keeping in touch easy. The modern kitchen features a full side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner stove, built-in dishwasher and microwave oven. The stainless steel counter tops are easy to keep clean, and the natural oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and glassware. There is a dining bar with a striking embossed diamond-patterned top that seats 5. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. The sleeping area on the main floor with double bunk beds lies behind a rice-paper screen for privacy. A corner desk provides a great place to work, and there is ample closet space fronted with unusual bamboo patterned glass doors.  The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a European style hand-held shower.

    The stainless steel topped vanity with a modern glass bowl sink, embossed walls, and bamboo-patterned glass window compliment the overall décor. Up a spiral staircase is the second-floor master bedroom. It boasts a queen bed and another living area with its own leather seating and flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room up here. There is a reserved parking space in the downstairs garage. Take the two-minute walk down Ozone Avenue to the beach and the renowned Ocean Front Walk. Stroll along the boardwalk with its array of shops, street vendors, performers, and local characters of all kinds. Stop at one of the open-air cafés for a drink or a bite to eat – the perfect place for some world-class people watching. Of course you can always just laze on the warm sand and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Pacific.

    It was a wonderful experience! We were there for business but it felt like a beach vacation! The only thing I would recommend is a bigger mirror in the bathroom and/or aging a half bath upstairs because those stairs are frightening at night. Had a wonderful stay and will consider this for our business stays in the future.

  • This one-bedroom beauty is located in a quiet, upscale, residential neighborhood on one of the most charming streets in the heart of Venice. City smart and by the sea, it’s also only 4 blocks from Abbot Kinney Blvd., the hippest shopping street in full of galleries, boutique stores, restaurants and nightlife. And it’s only a 15-minute walk to the beach, easy for biking, rollerblading, surfing and relaxing under the sun!

    This loft-style, one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet Venice residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to all the conveniences of Lincoln Boulevard, yet set back enough to be quiet and private. Located on the back half of a private, family home lot above the garage, the apartment has a private, secure garage entrance and parking.

    Bamboo wood floors and high ceilings, along with many windows and recessed lights, give the apartment a friendly, open feel. The living room features a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area has a table that can seat four, and an office desk provides a tranquil and spacious work area.

    Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials. Bathroom is located off the living room and has a nicely tiled tub/shower combo.

    Bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser and good closet space. Balcony can be accessed from both the dining area and bedroom and has 2 Adirondack chairs and a slate floor. View is of the trees and hedges bordering the property and the family yard.

    Guests also have access to a super-capacity, front-loading washer and dryer, located in the garage. Entrance is safe and well lit. Guests should be aware that there is a large, friendly dog on the property that lives in the family home in front.

    This Venice guesthouse was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. So nice to have laundry room access and a garage space. Would definitely stay here again.

In the heart of the Mid-Wilshire district of Los Angeles, guests have quick access to Beverly Hills, as well as museums and fashionable shopping and dining along 3rd Street, Beverly Boulevard and West Hollywood.

    This secured building has a comfortable marble and wood paneled lobby, an underground gated parking garage with two tandem parking spots and an intimate community sundeck with a Jacuzzi and chaises lounges on the same level as your fourth floor apartment.

    This bright apartment has two story living room ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Our Miracle Mile Apartment features spectacular views of the interior courtyard of the building while keeping the interior pin-drop quiet. White carpet hugs your feet in the living room, dining area, bedroom and the loft bedroom. The entry, kitchen and bathrooms feature dark, hardwood floors. The kitchen is open to the living area and has rich cabinetry, black-stone counter tops, double stainless steel sinks and appliances including a built-in microwave, gas range, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with customary counter top appliances, dishware, cookware, glassware and utensils. Guests can eat at the breakfast bar or at the dining table in the dining area.

    The living areas and bedrooms have fresh, modern furnishings in neatural tones: greys, blacks and whites. The living room has a large flat screen television and a sleeper sofa for two guests. On the first level is the Master Bedroom with a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress, writing desk, huge walk in closet, and a flat screen television. The vanity area of the Master Bathroom is in open view and access for guests and sports the same new cabinetry and counter tops as the kitchen. The tub and shower combination and toilet are private.

    Upstairs is the loft bedroom featuring it’s own bathroom and double mirrored sliding door closet. The loft provides a raised view of the living area. The loft suite has a queen bed with a new mattress and the 2nd Bathroom has a tub and shower combination which similar décor as the Master Bathroom. The loft has access to this apartment’s private rooftop sundeck with a peek of the nearby building rooftops. There is lots of direct sunlight but the unit doesn't compromise on privacy and seclusion.

    There is Central Heating and Air Conditioning, as well as a ceiling fan in the dining area. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable TV are included. A washer and dryer are also included, and located in the foyer closet.

  • What a spectacular NEW home in the heart of Venice or now being referred to as Silicon Beach. Enter this home through the large frosted glass door and you'll find a bright open floor plan. Beautiful custom wide plank oak hardwood floors give a modern feel while maintaining warmth. The dramatic metallic tiled wood burning fireplace is an impressive focal point of the room. There is a glass dining room table with room for 6 people to sit comfortably. The living room has a beautiful L couch and coffee table. This home comes equipped with cable TV and free Wifi internet. This home is 2015 New New New.

    The large, well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight with its spectacular aluminum glass and tile accent wall, magnificent European type custom cabinets, beautiful Silestone counter tops, large pantry, and top of the line D~COR appliances. This home comes with all the pots and pans and place settings to have an amazing family dinner. The bar area provides a great area to communicate with the chef of the party.

    Nice size bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and their own bathrooms. The master features two closets including an incredible, custom built, furniture quality piece. Both bathrooms feature floating vanities and contemporary tile and fixtures. French doors lead to a private backyard oasis complete with built in outdoor crushed glass fire pit. Weather on a business trip or enjoying a vacation with the family this modern home will allow you to relax as its simplistic modern design was made to do.

    As with most properties along the California coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average coastal temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with a portable ventilator fan which, when combined with open windows, circulates the fresh ocean air to maintain a very pleasant temperature.

    Overall we were pleased with the home. We would suggest that a few items be included: cleaning supplies, vacuum, mixing bowls, electric mixer.

  • This beautiful studio apartment is located on the second floor of a completely redone, six-unit apartment building and has a fantastic private outdoor balcony surrounded by bamboo and lots of green. It features many windows, which make the apartment sunny and bright, and is furnished in an inviting, contemporary style. It has a dining table that seats up to three, a queen size bed and a comfortable modern recliner chair to help you recover from a hard day of work or sightseeing.

    It features a brand new modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a shared, full-size dryer right next to the unit. A modern bathroom includes a soak tub combined with shower with a large rain showerhead. The apartment has a large mirrored floor to ceiling closet, a 37-inch flat screen TV with cable and HBO, DVR player as well as high-speed, wireless Internet. The apartment does not come with an assigned parking space; street parking only.

    I would rent Suite F again.
    However just a few notes:
    2 lights were not working, need new bulbs.
    The rug needs a deep sweep and clean
    The terrace needs to be cleaned.

    Other than those 3 things, I would come back here.

There's plenty of room to cook up a feast for a large family, Or take advantage of the large back patio complete with grill and lounging area.

    Upstairs you'll find the three bedrooms, each with unique features of the era. The expansive master suite includes a walk-in closet, large flatscreen TV, and king-size bed.

    Whether you're a family coming to see the sights, a business group who needs quick access to LA's financial centers, or a group of friends on a Hollywood getaway, this house provides everything you need for a fun and successful stay!

    Poor condition of bedrooms.... needs a new coat of paint
    Poorly cleaned upstairs. Found cigarette butts and ash in main bedroom
    Dirty upstairs bathrooms - found hair around bath and toilet and mirror had not been cleaned.
    Clean downstairs in living area and kitchen
    Needs to have kitchen cleaning products so guests can wash dishes.

  • Conveniently located steps from the boardwalk, one block to Venice Muscle Beach and one block west of the canals. VE South Blvd. is short walking distance to the best bars and restaurants in the Venice Beach area and a great location for easy access to the Venice Beach night life. Amazing ocean views from its private terrace. An exceptional choice for soaking in the rich Venice atmosphere. Come experience Venice like a native! This bright and cheery 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, high ceiling loft-like apartment is located right in the heart of Venice, steps away from the sand, the shops and all of the colorful hustle and bustle that makes this area so unique and exciting.

    This is a great budget-minded home for a small family or a group of friends on a beach getaway! A private, walk up entry from South Venice Boulevard leads to this upper unit, with high ceilings, recessed lighting and beautiful Mexican terracotta tiled floors. The main living space has a bright, open floor plan including the living room, dining room and kitchen. Dining table seats six people, and living room has a 42” flat screen tv and DVD player. The kitchen has a gas oven, dishwasher and microwave and is stocked with all basic cooking supplies. 

    Both bedrooms, one with King bed and the other with a Cal King, have 32” flat screen tvs and good closet space. The master bedroom has its own bath with tub/shower combo. What makes this property so fabulous is the dual level, private rooftop patio deck which is accessed from a balcony off dining area. Views from this gem over the rooftops of Venice include 180 degree views of the mountains, plus ocean and city views. Seating on the deck includes a table and four chairs, as well as a lounge pad on the upper level. Another bonus to this excellent location is it’s proximity to the weekly Venice Farmer’s Market which takes place every Friday from 7am to 11am only one block away! This is the real way to experience the heart of Venice like a true native!

    Apartment was OK, very well located, but lack of maintenance: broken dishwasher, broken garbage processor, serious water leaks on the ceiling. Also: ad promised parking space, but it belonged to other apt downstairs. Also, ad did no say that washing and dryer machines were shared with all apts. The problem was that when I needed to contact Robert, he never answered or replied my calls or messages.

  • The neighborhood is quiet and calming, and yet when you're itching for more fun you're just steps away: In a lovely residential neighborhhood in Century City, located 5 mins from the famous Beverly Hills (or around 15mins if walking). Very private 2-bedroom apartment in a 4-unit charming European 1930's Tudor home. Located on a quite street. This spacious 1,300 Square ft unit is located on the bottom right, has only one adjoining wall, French windows, wood flooring and a beautiful leaded diamond glass front window.

    You enter the unit in the large living room with L-shaped sofa that converts into a full size bed. Living room has a large 47" flat screen TV, DVD player and opens up into the dining room area with its own balcony with a small for 2 breakfast table and BBQ. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven and is fully stocked with everything you need. A long 30 foot hall way separates the living space from the bedrooms.

    Master bedroom has king size bed with 37" flat screen TV and second bedroom has two twin beds. Both have lots of closet space. Bathroom has combined tub/shower and is in between the two bedrooms. Unit comes with a little outside area behind the building and with its own designated parking space. It has a full size washer and dryer as well as high speed internet and central heat. The apartment is all yours! We interact with our guests as much or as little as you like. It is all about choices... and we are here to help. We have full concierge services available for you to help with restaurant reservations, tickets to Universal Studios or surf lessons on Santa Monica beach.

    I was supposed to get a text to let me know apartment was ready with the lights on but I didn't. The apt smelled super clean however. The bathroom light was out our entire stay. I contacted management and they sent someone over and they were to replace the light bulb but never did. They did put a lamp in there. Overall it was good. It can get a little stuffy in terms of air quality. Place was very spacious and neighborhood is great.

    This was an absolutely lovely apartment which was close to Abbot Kinney, Venice and close driving distance to LA. We really enjoyed our stay in Venice.
