Just a 5 min walk to the beach and only one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this comfortable completely redone apartment offers you the best of both worlds. This beautifully furnished and recently redone very comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect whether you are in LA on business or for pleasure.

    The apartment, which takes up an entire second floor has a large and bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a large 47" flatscreen TV with surround sound system with DVD/CD player and I-pod dock. It has a dining area and an open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and anything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32" flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have abundant closet space and share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The queen bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV.

    This home is offered completely furnished with designer West Elm furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long term rentals. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and has its own washer and dryer inside. As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

    Had a great time staying here! It was our first time using ae hospitality so we were a little nervous that we weren't going to get what we saw in the pictures. However, it worked out perfectly. It was very safe, clean, convienient, and perfect for what we were looking for. I would absolutely stay here or again and use ae hospitality to book again!

    We rented this property to be close to Hollywood for our daughter's college graduation. This house was in a great location, and very close to her school. The house is stunning, and very comfortable! We did have an issue with a cigarette smoke smell upon arrival but Globe responded right away to let us know we would not be held accountable. We did have to purchase candles, dish washer soap, pot holders, etc. but it wasn't a big deal. I did have to wash the bath mat and clean the upstairs bathroom as well! Overall though I would recommend it to friends :)

  • What a spectacular NEW home in the heart of Venice or now being referred to as Silicon Beach. Enter this home through the large frosted glass door and you'll find a bright open floor plan. Beautiful custom wide plank oak hardwood floors give a modern feel while maintaining warmth. The dramatic metallic tiled wood burning fireplace is an impressive focal point of the room. There is a glass dining room table with room for 6 people to sit comfortably. The living room has a beautiful L couch and coffee table. This home comes equipped with cable TV and free Wifi internet.     The large, well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight with its spectacular aluminum glass and tile accent wall, magnificent European type custom cabinets, beautiful Silestone counter tops, large pantry, and top of the line D~COR appliances. This home comes with all the pots and pans and place settings to have an amazing family dinner. The bar area provides a great area to communicate with the chef of the party.

    Nice size bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and their own bathrooms. The master features two closets including an incredible, custom built, furniture quality piece. Both bathrooms feature floating vanities and contemporary tile and fixtures. French doors lead to a private backyard oasis complete with built in outdoor crushed glass fire pit. Weather on a business trip or enjoying a vacation with the family this modern home will allow you to relax as its simplistic modern design was made to do.

    As with most properties along the California coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit.     The apartment was beautiful, clean and centrally located! The parking spot is a big bonus as well. Would stay here again.

    Had stayed in a different unit in same building. It was very nice. This unit was very low budget and didn't fit with the surroundings.Check-in staff was hard to contact and not very pleasant. Started off on a bad foot!

Off Street Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, or there is parking for a single car in the attached garage.

    This house was perfect for my husband, two kids and their spouses. It was beautifully maintained and as we are quiet people, the residential location was perfect.

  • This one-bedroom beauty is located in a quiet, upscale, residential neighborhood on one of the most charming streets in the heart of Venice. City smart and by the sea, it’s also only 4 blocks from Abbot Kinney Blvd., the hippest shopping street in full of galleries, boutique stores, restaurants and nightlife. And it’s only a 15-minute walk to the beach, easy for biking, rollerblading, surfing and relaxing under the sun!

    This loft-style, one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet Venice residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to all the conveniences of Lincoln Boulevard, yet set back enough to be quiet and private. Located on the back half of a private, family home lot above the garage, the apartment has a private, secure garage entrance and parking.

    Bamboo wood floors and high ceilings, along with many windows and recessed lights, give the apartment a friendly, open feel. The living room features a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area has a table that can seat four, and an office desk provides a tranquil and spacious work area.

    Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials. Bathroom is located off the living room and has a nicely tiled tub/shower combo.

    Bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser and good closet space. Balcony can be accessed from both the dining area and bedroom and has 2 Adirondack chairs and a slate floor. View is of the trees and hedges bordering the property and the family yard.

    Guests also have access to a super-capacity, front-loading washer and dryer, located in the garage. Entrance is safe and well lit. Guests should be aware that there is a large, friendly dog on the property that lives in the family home in front.

    My 13-year-old son and I stayed here for five nights. We were extremely happy with our experience. This unit is even nicer than the pictures show. It is so beautiful. The kitchen is perfectly appointed, with the basics like coffee maker, dishes and utensils, but also little niceties like scissors. Comfortable bed, wonderful living area, pretty and secluded deck area, and VERY nice to have parking included (one of the reasons I selected this property). We met the hosts once, and they were very warm and welcoming, and we saw their charming dogs every day. They were a fun addition. We also had to call Globe Homes twice (once because of an issue getting in, and once because I thought I'd lost the key -- both times they were super helpful, promptly responded, etc.) You can't go wrong staying here. Highly recommended!

  • This newly renovated second-floor guest house is stylish, chic, and utterly unique. It is on one of Venice’s walk-streets just a block from the ocean and right on the border between Venice and Santa Monica. It is a perfect home base for exploring both of these beach communities, as well as the greater Los Angeles area. Climb the stairs to the double French front door and enter a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Polished wood floors and maple paneling on the walls and ceiling, along with the contemporary furnishings, create a warm inviting atmosphere. The bright, spacious living room and comfy leather couches welcome you in.

    There is a flat-screen TV with cable, and wireless internet makes keeping in touch easy. The modern kitchen features a full side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner stove, built-in dishwasher and microwave oven. The stainless steel counter tops are easy to keep clean, and the natural oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and glassware. There is a dining bar with a striking embossed diamond-patterned top that seats 5. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. The sleeping area on the main floor with double bunk beds lies behind a rice-paper screen for privacy. A corner desk provides a great place to work, and there is ample closet space fronted with unusual bamboo patterned glass doors.  The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a European style hand-held shower.

    The stainless steel topped vanity with a modern glass bowl sink, embossed walls, and bamboo-patterned glass window compliment the overall décor. Up a spiral staircase is the second-floor master bedroom. It boasts a queen bed and another living area with its own leather seating and flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room up here. There is a reserved parking space in the downstairs garage. Take the two-minute walk down Ozone Avenue to the beach and the renowned Ocean Front Walk. Stroll along the boardwalk with its array of shops, street vendors, performers, and local characters of all kinds. Stop at one of the open-air cafés for a drink or a bite to eat – the perfect place for some world-class people watching. Of course you can always just laze on the warm sand and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Pacific.

    We loved this place. Very close to the beach and all the great restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood unless people staying in the lower property is drunk. Couple suggestions. This place should have a vacuum or other floor cleaning device. Since we stayed here for 7 nights, we needed a cleaning system. Also, the garage situation wasn't very clear. Our garage door remote opened a wrong door? People stayed in the lower property, they used our spot for their car? Maybe put a sign outside of the garage so people know which garage is for which room. Last thing, blinds were too thin. You can see inside the room at night from outside. But overall, very good place and the phone customer service was decent. Thank you!

  • The tree-lined streets with craftsman cottages are surrounded by green hillsides and open views, making walking to the pizza parlor, coffee shops and bistros a pleasure. Don’t miss out on local favorite, the Oinkstser, featured on Guy Fieri’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives."  Guests can enter this well-maintained cottage through the grassy yard and front porch. There is also a sunny patio for guest use to the left of the front entrance, behind the wood gate. This patio offers privacy, a stainless gas grill, a bar sink, dining table and chairs. The living room has a new sleeper sofa for one, a large flat screen television and a writing desk. Through an open archway is the dining room with a table that seats four comfortably, six in a pinch. Ceiling pocket lights and chandeliers are in both the living and dining rooms.

    The kitchen is open to the dining room and has maple wood cabinetry with glass doors and a view of the side patio. A gas range, refrigerator, dishware and customary countertop appliances are provided. Off the dining room is the smaller of the two bedroom and bath suites.This suite has a tub and shower combination with a mirrored, sliding door closet. Large blue ceramic tiles line the floors in the bath and bedroom. The bedroom has a double sized bed with a bright and cheery bedspread in sunset colors, a ceiling fan and a pleasant view of the landscaped driveway. High hedges along the driveway provide privacy.

    The bedroom can be closed off from the bathroom. The master suite is off of the living room and has a front yard and driveway view. The master is furnished with a queen bed, also with a sunset colored bedspread. The bathroom is open to the bedroom. It has a luxurious deep soaking Jacuzzi tub with a window, a pedestal sink and a large walk-in closet with extra linens. Ceiling pocket lights and cream and terracotta ceramic tiles are throughout this suite.  Plenty of street parking is available, as well as room for one car in the driveway. Cable is provided. No pets allowed. Owner occupies the guesthouse and backyard.

    The vacation rental itself was lovely, But when we arrived the services provided by a 3rd party were horrible.. I had to text someone and wait for a response.. We couldn't get into our rental and drove 12 hrs to California only to be locked out of it for over 2 hours before we got in, we were tired and had to rent a hotel at the local super 8. which mind you costed 150.00... after paying 1300.00 for a rental i was not pleased, we had no access to the back yard part so they should take those pictures out and had to ask for them to open it, they had it closed because people who rented usually partied and they kept them up all night... I asked specifically before we left about a washer and dryer in the unit i was told yes... NO it's behind the house and I had to spend additional money..I asked for a partial refund...still haven't got a response.. we left 2 days early and checked out Thursday..

  • This beautiful studio apartment is located on the second floor of a completely redone, six-unit apartment building and has a fantastic private outdoor balcony surrounded by bamboo and lots of green. It features many windows, which make the apartment sunny and bright, and is furnished in an inviting, contemporary style. It has a dining table that seats up to three, a queen size bed and a comfortable modern recliner chair to help you recover from a hard day of work or sightseeing.

    It features a brand new modern kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave and combined washer/dryer in the unit. There is also a shared, full-size dryer right next to the unit. A modern bathroom includes a soak tub combined with shower with a large rain showerhead. The apartment has a large mirrored floor to ceiling closet, a 37-inch flat screen TV with cable and HBO, DVR player as well as high-speed, wireless Internet. The apartment does not come with an assigned parking space; street parking only.

    I would rent Suite F again.
    However just a few notes:
    2 lights were not working, need new bulbs.
    The rug needs a deep sweep and clean
    The terrace needs to be cleaned.

    Other than those 3 things, I would come back here.

Amazing ocean views from its private terrace. An exceptional choice for soaking in the rich Venice atmosphere. Come experience Venice like a native! This bright and cheery 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, high ceiling loft-like apartment is located right in the heart of Venice, steps away from the sand, the shops and all of the colorful hustle and bustle that makes this area so unique and exciting.

    This is a great budget-minded home for a small family or a group of friends on a beach getaway! A private, walk up entry from South Venice Boulevard leads to this upper unit, with high ceilings, recessed lighting and beautiful Mexican terracotta tiled floors. The main living space has a bright, open floor plan including the living room, dining room and kitchen. Dining table seats six people, and living room has a 42” flat screen tv and DVD player. The kitchen has a gas oven, dishwasher and microwave and is stocked with all basic cooking supplies. 

    Both bedrooms, one with King bed and the other with a Cal King, have 32” flat screen tvs and good closet space. The master bedroom has its own bath with tub/shower combo. What makes this property so fabulous is the dual level, private rooftop patio deck which is accessed from a balcony off dining area. Views from this gem over the rooftops of Venice include 180 degree views of the mountains, plus ocean and city views. Seating on the deck includes a table and four chairs, as well as a lounge pad on the upper level. Another bonus to this excellent location is it’s proximity to the weekly Venice Farmer’s Market which takes place every Friday from 7am to 11am only one block away! This is the real way to experience the heart of Venice like a true native!

    The unit was what I was hoping for. Clean, very comfortable and great neighborhood. Venice is gritty, but this location was ideal for us because it was surrounded by great restaurants and one block from the beach. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck with a view of the ocean. The deck could be easily upgraded by adding a couple of lounge chairs. The garage is very tight for a larger car, the middle garage unit should take the shelves down to help. The bathrooms are acceptable but dated and an upgraded walk in shower would really add to the property. On site laundry was a huge plus on the last leg of our vacation. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

  • So close to the beach you might as well sleep on the sand! Just steps from the world famous Venice Boardwalk.     The intimate feel that VE Breeze provides makes a great haven for those looking for a place private yet close to the beach. It sleeps up to 4 people comfortably, with one queen size bed on the upstairs loft and the sofa which converts to full size queen bed as well. The vintage style bathroom has a remodeled semi circle stand up shower and modern style sink with a medicine cabinet. The living room area has a comfortable sectional sofa and a 37" flat screen tv. In the kitchen you will find a full size fridge, new counter tops, dish washer and sink fixture. With seating for four at the table and three at the breakfast bar, there is plenty of space to enjoy a great home cooked meal. The loft space upstairs is accessible with a ladder where you will find the queen size bed ready and made.

    Please be advised that the portal to enter the loft is 26"x 16" (we advise that you are fully aware of the opening to enter the loft and it's dimensions prior to any bookings.) The sky light over the loft area provides great lighting and gives the space a tranquil feel of your very own personal oasis. This budget-minded loft is located in the heart of Venice, a community known for its bohemian vibe and laid-back attitude. Be advised that this is an active urban scene where you will hear millionaires converse with transients and artisans at all hours. You may spot one of the dozens of celebrities that live in the area, or see a drum circle form on the beach at sunset.

    You will likely hear some of the din of the community from your loft. The building itself is reminiscent of a surfer's den from Venice's days as a surf-and-skate mecca, complete with a skate ramp and decommissioned lifeguard tower on the front patio! Like most properties along the California coastline, this property is only equipped with heat and no A/C unit. Open up the windows for a great coastal breeze, and a bit of ocean air. This property also comes with an assigned parking spot which is a convenient way for you to utilize your own vehicle or rental car and not have to worry about finding parking spaces..Feel free to contact us with any questions about this property!     We just recently stayed at VE Boardwalk 2 and had a great time. While the location is AWESOME and the accommodations were fun, there was concerns still. First of all there is only 1 big plate to eat on and some small ones. There was only 1 dishtowel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, a broken broom, plumbing issues and no batteries to use the television. I did email the company about the plumbing issues (needing a plunger), the useless broom and the batteries to which they promptly came and dropped off. That being said, the plunger and broom were of super cheap quality and did not work very well. The toilet plugged on an almost daily basis which was frustrating having to plunge it every day. I did appreciate how quickly our concerns were addressed. I just think they could invest a bit more money in the apartment and not have so little and so cheap of what is currently there.
    On a side note, the bed in the loft is SUPER soft and cozy.

There's plenty of room to cook up a feast for a large family, Or take advantage of the large back patio complete with grill and lounging area.

    TV never worked the whole week we were there. Called management twice about the issue and they were unresponsive. Was misled about on-site parking. Needed to park in the street the entire week. Poor experience overall.

    Small but cozy, perfect for the people on the go. This ground floor unit is one of six apartments in an original 1920's Venice building loaded with charm. Fully remodeled kitchen with microwave. Bathroom with tub and shower. Queen size bed with fresh clean linens. Phone line, internet access & cable television included. This charming flat has it's own private patio, perfect for a lazy afternoon after hitting the shops and galleries on Abbot Kinney Blvd., one of Los Angeles' best shopping streets.

    The rental experience was ok but could have been much better. The apartment was in need of a cleaning. There was lots of hair on the living room carpet, the couch had stains, and the second bedroom had stains on the sheets. The listing also stated that there would be a BBQ grill. The grill looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months and it was a gas grill that didn't have any gas. This sort of ruined our Memorial Day BBQ. Other than this, the rental was great.

  • The neighborhood is quiet and calming, and yet when you're itching for more fun you're just steps away: In a lovely residential neighborhhood in Century City, located 5 mins from the famous Beverly Hills (or around 15mins if walking). Very private 2-bedroom apartment in a 4-unit charming European 1930's Tudor home. Located on a quite street. This spacious 1,300 Square ft unit is located on the bottom right, has only one adjoining wall, French windows, wood flooring and a beautiful leaded diamond glass front window.

    You enter the unit in the large living room with L-shaped sofa that converts into a full size bed. Living room has a large 47" flat screen TV, DVD player and opens up into the dining room area with its own balcony with a small for 2 breakfast table and BBQ. Kitchen has dishwasher, fridge, stove and oven and is fully stocked with everything you need. A long 30 foot hall way separates the living space from the bedrooms.

    Master bedroom has king size bed with 37" flat screen TV and second bedroom has two twin beds. Both have lots of closet space. Bathroom has combined tub/shower and is in between the two bedrooms. Unit comes with a little outside area behind the building and with its own designated parking space. It has a full size washer and dryer as well as high speed internet and central heat. The apartment is all yours! We interact with our guests as much or as little as you like. It is all about choices... and we are here to help. We have full concierge services available for you to help with restaurant reservations, tickets to Universal Studios or surf lessons on Santa Monica beach.

    Fantastic property, location, size and space. We were very discounted with the moldy and not we'll taken care of bath. tub. There is no excuse for a place as nice as this and with all the requirements they place on us as tenants and the cleaning fee we have to pay we are still required to put out the teach and wash the dishes. Not good. If we are paying to clean the place the bathtub should be impeccable and the cleaning staff should wash the dishes and put out the trash. Sorry. We would use the property many times as we travel to LA a lot but only if the place were cleaner. Less dust and no moldy bath tub. Other than that it was great. I would highly recommend this place if you require no mold and that it be clean and well dusted.
