  • Come enjoy this custom 5-bedroom 4 ½ bath luxury home with A/C in the heart of beautiful Belmont Shores with beautiful 180° forever sand and ocean views to the famous Queen Mary, and beyond to The Palo Verdes Peninsula, Belmont Pier, Catalina Island, and down to the Long Beach Peninsula.

    This 4-story 5000 square foot home, a couple of blocks from the trendy restaurants and shops of Belmont Shores, provides maximum flexibility for vacationing family and friends as you can stay in the same location, but enjoy separate quarters if desired. Outdoor living is easy with 3 decks – all showcasing sweeping 180° ocean views. A large third floor (30’ x 30’) deck has a fire pit, a barbecue, and comfortable seating.

    A 4th floor wrap-around window observatory is the perfect place for 8 to enjoy a 360° view of the coastline and the surrounding areaway time of the day or evening. The larger main house starts on the 2nd floor with a great room with lots of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, a dining area for 6, and a full modern kitchen with a breakfast bar with 6 high top stools. Ocean views and balconies allow for lots of fresh air.

    There is also has a California King bedroom with a 42" flat screen TV and a California King master bedroom with a 32" flat screen TV on this floor, both with an en suite baths. All bed and bathrooms are outfitted with premium linens for your ultimate comfort.

    The main house 2nd floor (3rd floor of the whole house) has the 30’ x 30’ deck and the game room with a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and Ping-Pong, foosball, and air hockey tables. This game room area also serves as the 5th bedroom as there is a twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath and a queen pullout couch. This floor also has a separate living room area that has a queen murphy bed. There is also a ½ bath of this floor.

    The main house 3rd floor (fourth floor of the whole house) contains the observation room only. The secondary suite has two levels with a ground floor front balcony, and a beautiful gourmet kitchen/living area with ocean views. There is also a queen size pull out couch in this living area. There is also a queen bedroom, with an ensuite bath but no TV. The 2nd floor of this unit ground level floor has a Cal King master bedroom with a large TV, and it also has an ensuite bath. This unit can comfortably sleep 5-6 people. The entire home can sleep 14.

    There are two garages – one with an entrance to the ground floor unit – for 2 cars parked back to back. The 2nd garage has an entrance to the main house and can hold one car for a total of 3 parking spaces. There is also a laundry for your use.

  • Right across the street from Disneyland, this three bedroom townhouse sleeps up to eight guests and provides a quiet respite after a day at the Disneyland Parks. This townhouse is updated with new colorful paint, wood floors, new carpet and brand new furniture and bed and bath linens.

    The living room is furnished with a large L shaped sleeper sofa, a flat screen television and fireplace. Two enclosed patios, one off the living room and one off the kitchen, provide plenty of space to relax. The eat in kitchen has granite countertops, newly refinished cabinetry and customary appliances including a refrigerator, gas stove/oven, built in microwave and dishwasher. A casual dining table seats six indoors and the adjoining patio has an additional table for six, as well as a new gas grill. A laundry room and half bath are located on the first floor. Central heat and air and cable television and internet access are provided.

    New carpet lines the staircase and upstairs. The bathroom, with a tub/shower combination and single sink vanity, is accessed from the hallway and from the master bedroom. The first bedroom has bunk beds with a twin on top and a full bed on bottom. New bright red duvets, a flat screen television, Mickey Mouse artwork and a large closet make this just right for the kids. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new taupe duvet, large dressing mirror, and large closet. The Master bedroom is roomy enough for a king sized bed with new tan duvet, large dressing mirror, a flat screen television, a ceiling fan and an additional new air conditioning unit. Views from the bedroom window are of flowered walkways and trees. The master has two large closets, a dresser and it's own entrance to the shared bathroom. All three bedrooms have floor length linen curtains.

    Guests can relax at the community center which has an adult swimming pool, kiddie pool, large jacuzzi and a playground with modern playground equipment. This unit has a one car garage and a guest parking spot out front. Plenty of restaurants are close by along West Katella Avenue and South Harbor Boulevard, just outside of the parks.

    Closest accommodations without being on Disney property. Not far from John Wayne Airport. Got around on foot/taxi, no rental car. Saw fireworks from front sidewalk. Coded door entry (instead of key) didn’t work before 4pm. We called, they gave us a temp code and didn’t have to come meet us. Front bedroom (king) had some traffic noise at morning rush with window open but otherwise quiet. 3 good sized bedrooms. We had one kid and 5 adults, so mix of beds was good. Mattresses firm but comfortable. Sectional couch was big enough to fit our whole group. Note: 6-9 people share one tub/shower. Water pressure was great though, and having 2 toilets is good. Hot tub was great, but pool was too cool for Oct morn/eve; might have been fine if we’d been around during heat of day. Bunk bed ladder was broken off, so our 5 year old had to climb end of bed. For smaller kids this would need a fix. Seemed strange there was a TV in bunk-bed room but not in second (queen) bedroom. All had feather pillows and duvets; great for some but not for allergies. Could use one alternate set of non-feather. Some rooms were lit only by lamps (dim). Maybe add wall sconces? A few of the taps were loose. Hand-soap pumper upstairs was broken. Upstairs bathroom light didn’t turn off. Not enough face cloths for 6, but enough other towels (all soft, clean and new). Need liquid dish soap (dishwasher didn’t do great job). Free pack of coffee past due. BBQ grill quite dirty. Laminated edge falling off kitchen table bench (could be glued back on). Add another soft chair in the living room, or floor cushions. Pool shower was cold only; would be nice to shampoo out there, but drain seemed clogged on last day. Pool cleaning guy was accommodating, allowing us to use hot tub before checking out.

Everything you need to prepare a quick bite, or elaborate feast is available to you.

    In the family room, rest comfortably on the over-sized sofas while watching your favorite show or reading a novel while enjoying the sun and breeze through the sliding doors. Off Street Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, or there is parking for a single car in the attached garage.

    This house was perfect for my husband, two kids and their spouses. It was beautifully maintained and as we are quiet people, the residential location was perfect.

  • Location! Location! Location! Just a 5 min walk to the beach and only one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this comfortable completely redone apartment offers you the best of both worlds. This beautifully furnished and recently redone very comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect whether you are in LA on business or for pleasure.

    The apartment, which takes up an entire second floor has a large and bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a large 47" flatscreen TV with surround sound system with DVD/CD player and I-pod dock. It has a dining area and an open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and anything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32" flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have abundant closet space and share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The queen bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV.

    This home is offered completely furnished with designer West Elm furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long term rentals. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and has its own washer and dryer inside. As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

    We really enjoyed our stay here! The location (2 blocks from Abbott Kinney) and space are great. The space is a bit more rundown than the photos show however we have stayed at a number of places in the area and given the location, we expect places to be older. The kitchen wasn't very well stocked but I sent an email the day after we arrived to the property management company and they dropped off most of what I requested later that day. I also sent a pretty long maintenance list (like a poor flushing toilet, burnt out lights and very squeaky bed) and they said they would let the owner's maintenance man know - I hope they take care of them! With a little attention this property could easily go from great to excellent!

    We had a wonderful time at the Greenview vacation rental home in Burbank this Thanksgiving! The owners provided everything we could need or want to make our stay comfortable, and we were able to host our entire family for Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't want for anything. The owners left us a lovely gift basket - a very nice touch - so we had a nice snack immediately upon arrival. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were well appointed. Everything was clean and well furnished. I couldn't have been happier with my choice of the Greenview house in Burbank, and VacayHero.

    Had a great time staying here! It was our first time using ae hospitality so we were a little nervous that we weren't going to get what we saw in the pictures. However, it worked out perfectly. It was very safe, clean, convienient, and perfect for what we were looking for. I would absolutely stay here or again and use ae hospitality to book again!

    We rented this property to be close to Hollywood for our daughter's college graduation. This house was in a great location, and very close to her school. The house is stunning, and very comfortable! We did have an issue with a cigarette smoke smell upon arrival but Globe responded right away to let us know we would not be held accountable. We did have to purchase candles, dish washer soap, pot holders, etc. but it wasn't a big deal. I did have to wash the bath mat and clean the upstairs bathroom as well! Overall though I would recommend it to friends :)

The kitchen is open to the living room. It has sleek white cabinetry, white quartz countertops and stainless steel sink and appliances, including an electric range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. New countertop appliances, dishware and cookware are provided. Seating for four guests is available at the kitchen counter. The living room is furnished with a custom-made grey velvet sofa with tempur-pedic cushions that converts to a queen sleeper. A flat screen television with complimentary Wi-Fi and Apple TV, gas fireplace and wet bar with black quartz countertop, imbue a cozy atmosphere. Off the living room is a quiet, interior-facing balcony, made semi-private with bamboo. A small hallway leads to the spacious, spa like bathroom and master bedroom.

    The bathroom features gorgeous intricate floor tiles made of marble and glass, a double sink vanity with white quartz countertop and a deep soaking spa tub and shower with translucent green glass subway tile walls. The bathroom door continues the spa theme with opaque glass framed in white wood. The master bedroom is tastefully luxurious with a custom-made velvet queen bed frame accentuated with a tufted headboard and silver beading trim. A flat screen television, mirrored glass dresser, sleek writing desk, walk-in closet and balcony access, complete this room.

  • This newly renovated second-floor guest house is stylish, chic, and utterly unique. It is on one of Venice’s walk-streets just a block from the ocean and right on the border between Venice and Santa Monica. It is a perfect home base for exploring both of these beach communities, as well as the greater Los Angeles area. Climb the stairs to the double French front door and enter a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Polished wood floors and maple paneling on the walls and ceiling, along with the contemporary furnishings, create a warm inviting atmosphere. The bright, spacious living room and comfy leather couches welcome you in.

    There is a flat-screen TV with cable, and wireless internet makes keeping in touch easy. The modern kitchen features a full side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner stove, built-in dishwasher and microwave oven. The stainless steel counter tops are easy to keep clean, and the natural oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and glassware. There is a dining bar with a striking embossed diamond-patterned top that seats 5. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. The sleeping area on the main floor with double bunk beds lies behind a rice-paper screen for privacy.     The stainless steel topped vanity with a modern glass bowl sink, embossed walls, and bamboo-patterned glass window compliment the overall décor. Up a spiral staircase is the second-floor master bedroom. It boasts a queen bed and another living area with its own leather seating and flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room up here. There is a reserved parking space in the downstairs garage. Take the two-minute walk down Ozone Avenue to the beach and the renowned Ocean Front Walk. Stroll along the boardwalk with its array of shops, street vendors, performers, and local characters of all kinds. Stop at one of the open-air cafés for a drink or a bite to eat – the perfect place for some world-class people watching. Of course you can always just laze on the warm sand and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Pacific.

    It was a wonderful experience! We were there for business but it felt like a beach vacation! The only thing I would recommend is a bigger mirror in the bathroom and/or aging a half bath upstairs because those stairs are frightening at night. Had a wonderful stay and will consider this for our business stays in the future.

City smart and by the sea, it’s also only 4 blocks from Abbot Kinney Blvd., the hippest shopping street in full of galleries, boutique stores, restaurants and nightlife. And it’s only a 15-minute walk to the beach, easy for biking, rollerblading, surfing and relaxing under the sun!

    This loft-style, one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet Venice residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to all the conveniences of Lincoln Boulevard, yet set back enough to be quiet and private. Located on the back half of a private, family home lot above the garage, the apartment has a private, secure garage entrance and parking.

    Bamboo wood floors and high ceilings, along with many windows and recessed lights, give the apartment a friendly, open feel. The living room features a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area has a table that can seat four, and an office desk provides a tranquil and spacious work area.

    Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials. Bathroom is located off the living room and has a nicely tiled tub/shower combo.

    Bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser and good closet space. Balcony can be accessed from both the dining area and bedroom and has 2 Adirondack chairs and a slate floor. View is of the trees and hedges bordering the property and the family yard.

    Guests also have access to a super-capacity, front-loading washer and dryer, located in the garage. Entrance is safe and well lit. Guests should be aware that there is a large, friendly dog on the property that lives in the family home in front.

    This Venice guesthouse was clean, comfortable, quiet, and convenient. So nice to have laundry room access and a garage space. Would definitely stay here again.

This bright apartment is conveniently located just a half block from the quietest residential beach in Los Angeles, yet it is just a five minute walk to many of the restaurants and activities of Venice.

    Walk up one flight of stairs to an airy combined living and dining room with galley kitchen. Relax in contemporary comfort in front of the fireplace, or watch movies on the 47" flat screen TV with cable, HBO or the Blue Ray player. The far corner of the living room also has a mirrored bar area. Dining table, with ceiling fan light above, seats six comfortably.

    The recently remodeled kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, dishwasher, electric range, built in mircrowave and garbage disposal. Walk down the hall to the first bedroom, which has an Eastern King size bed, 40" flat screen tv and mirrored sliding closet doors. The hallway bathroom is directly across, with pedestal sink, and tub shower combo.

    The second bedroom at the end of the hall has two queen sized beds, a full length mirror, 40" flat screen TV with DVD player and a large walk-in closet. Also, located off this bedroom is a private bath with walk-in shower and pedestal sink.

    The apartment is decorated in peaceful, soft hues with tasteful artwork that celebrates coastal living. Flooring is Pergo wood throughout with dark grey linoleum in bathrooms. All kitchen and bath fixtures are new. Each room has individual heating controls and gas fireplace has an easy push button start. Two outdoor assigned parking spaces come with the apartment and will fit up to a mid sized car.

    As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit.     Convenient and adequate equipped apt close to several attractions in Marina del Rey and Venice Beach. The property was very clean. The only bad was, that it was sometimes a bit noisy.

    The main floor of the condo can be accessed via stairs or elevator from downstairs foyer. Double doors open to welcome you to a large hallway with travertine floors and recessed lighting. Walk to the right to enter the open floor plan living area and adjoining dining room. Wall to wall windows grace the beach side of the communal area. A large sectional sofa allows guests to relax and enjoy the view. Large dining table seats eight comfortably. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and all Viking stainless steel appliances. Double door refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. Gas range has a separate faucet with instant hot water. Kitchen is also equipped with two sinks, a center island, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a walk in pantry, which leads to a laundry room with large capacity stackable washer and dryer.

    Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor. One bedroom has two full sized beds, wood floors, a 42” flat screen tv and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, carpeted floors, a large walk in closet and a private bath with tub/shower combo. The extra large master bedroom at the end of the hall has carpeted floors, a 42” flat screen tv, a large walk in closet and a private master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and six point shower with a waterfall feature.

    A stairway from the living room leads to the downstairs second master bedroom and game room. The game room has a billiard table and a “surfboard” bar with barstools and a 60” flat screen tv. Double doors from the game room lead to the downstairs master bedroom, with king sized bed, large tinted windows with perfect view of beach and bird sanctuary and the largest private bathroom of the unit. Features include double sinks, marble countertops, a six point shower with steam option, a two person Jacuzzi bathtub and extra large walk in closet. The downstairs area is very private and can be accessed directly from the foyer without having to enter the main floor.

    The unit has central A/C and heat, wireless internet, landline with unlimited local and long distance nationwide calls and secure garage parking for two vehicles.

    Just relax and rejuvenate every day as you watch sailboats drift by, and dolphins play in the surf. Enjoy long walks along the beach and swim and play in the Pacific Ocean steps out your front door.     The staff of Globe Homes are wonderful, especially Gus, Nicole, and Sebastian. However the MDR ocean condo is not what it seems. The views of the ocean were wonderful and plenty of space. The decor is very old and out dated, the kitchen is filled with roaches and the couch had a lot of pet hair and smelled like dog/cat. Good idea to bring your own towels and linen due to the fact what was provided had to been very old. Much more bad things to say..rather not. I would NOT recommend this property try other properties the Globe Homes has to offer.

White carpet hugs your feet in the living room, dining area, bedroom and the loft bedroom. The entry, kitchen and bathrooms feature dark, hardwood floors. The kitchen is open to the living area and has rich cabinetry, black-stone counter tops, double stainless steel sinks and appliances including a built-in microwave, gas range, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with customary counter top appliances, dishware, cookware, glassware and utensils. Guests can eat at the breakfast bar or at the dining table in the dining area.

    The living areas and bedrooms have fresh, modern furnishings in neatural tones: greys, blacks and whites. The living room has a large flat screen television and a sleeper sofa for two guests. On the first level is the Master Bedroom with a queen Tempur-Pedic mattress, writing desk, huge walk in closet, and a flat screen television. The vanity area of the Master Bathroom is in open view and access for guests and sports the same new cabinetry and counter tops as the kitchen. The tub and shower combination and toilet are private.

    Upstairs is the loft bedroom featuring it’s own bathroom and double mirrored sliding door closet. The loft provides a raised view of the living area. The loft suite has a queen bed with a new mattress and the 2nd Bathroom has a tub and shower combination which similar décor as the Master Bathroom. The loft has access to this apartment’s private rooftop sundeck with a peek of the nearby building rooftops. There is lots of direct sunlight but the unit doesn't compromise on privacy and seclusion.

    There is Central Heating and Air Conditioning, as well as a ceiling fan in the dining area. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Cable TV are included. A washer and dryer are also included, and located in the foyer closet.

    The apartment is decorated in peaceful, soft hues with tasteful artwork that celebrates coastal living. Flooring is Pergo wood throughout with dark grey linoleum in bathrooms. All kitchen and bath fixtures are new. Each room has individual heating controls and gas fireplace has an easy push button start. Two outdoor assigned parking spaces comes with the apartment and will fit up to a mid sized car each.
