Location was great and price was good. However the place didn't seem well maintained or clean. The shower curtain liner had mold and mildew - why rent a place with dirty curtain liner? Cost $10 to fix that. The mildew in the shower should be cleaned up as well. Another 15 minute fix by scraping out the damaged caulk and re-caulk with new. The bathtub drain was missing a seal so my young son couldn't take a bath. The microwave handle was broken. The ice maker did not work. It was needed for a cocktail after day of skiing. Also, the hairdryer and receptacle in the bathroom did not work. My wife took a shower the first morning and really needed to dry her hair before going out in the cold to go skiing but she was unable to. The rest of the trip she had to change her normal schedule and shower at night because she had no way to dry her hair.

Great location, within walking distance to everything. Very clean, private place that has a heated pool and hot tub. We will be back!

We stayed for New Years Eve and loved skiing to ring it in. The unit is situated facing the outside of the village, so we loved having access to the fun, without having to hear all of the fun :)
It was clean and comfortable with the most amazing selection of blankets. We shared the unit with another couple, and had so much space move around, even with four adults. We loved having a wide range of cooking tools, as we made most of our meals in the unit-making a quick bite and then hitting the slopes again was ideal because of its proximity to the runs. Again, we couldn't have lucked out with a more perfect place.

The price on VRBO is not even close to the price you will pay. After I booked I did not see that there are all kinds of extra fees they add on to the price advertised. I was expecting the cleaning Fee and tax, but these fees added up to more than 25% more! The people at Summit County are friendly and the place is nice, ( although it has no storage, one closet is completely full of blankets, fans etc). Just beware of extra fees.

Nice condo with fireplace and full kitchen very close to river run gondolas. Nice amenities like pool table, sauna, hot tub.
Catherine O.on 11/02/2017
The only problem was the bathtub drain. The property was clean and homey. I enjoyed my stay.

Overall this place is nice, comfortable and clean. Everything is a little worn but its still a nice place. I only have a few complaints from our stay. One is that there was no hand soap in the bathroom. So we had to wash our hands with Dawn dish soap form the kitchen the whole weekend, it just would've been nice to at least have had some hand soap in the bathroom, and the shower head barely worked, it had a very odd stream only out of one side. Other then that it was a great stay.

Condo is good. Building is great. Lots to do. Managment is very attentive.
Ricky S.on 07/23/2017
Check in was easy and the experience began smoothly. But upon entering the room we found chips on the floor in the kitchen and when we had a spill and broken glass, we called housekeeping to get help with clean up or at least provide us with a broom and mop but received no help during our entire weeks stay. So, we bought a broom, dust pan and mop to clean the spill up ourselves.

We attended a wedding at A-Basin and stayed in Keystone. Check-in was very simple. The room was incredible hot when we arrived. Had to open windows to get some air movement. Overall our experience was a pleasurable one. We will definitely consider staying at location again!

The apartment was lovely, well maintained and in a good location! would recommend to anyone
Elaine N.on 03/13/2017
Room location and furnishings were very nice. Only complaint is that the bathroom towels were never replaced during the week. We had to use the same 4 towels for 5 days straight.

Charming 1 bedroom in an excellent location within walking distance of gondola & all the restaurants and shiops in River Run Village. I would definitely stay here again!

Condo was exactly as described, great location, perfect for 2 people. The fireplace was an added bonus and was very appreciated for those below 0 nights.
David S.on 11/16/2016
I booked this condo last minute with Summit County Mountain Retreats. They were great and very helpful. The unit is about a 3 minute walk to the Gondola. It's not the closest but it certainly is not far.
The building is fine, parking ample. The unit itself has everything you need. I'd say it's perfect for 3 maybe 4 people, using the bedroom and couch. Anymore than that it's tight.
So far I'm really happy with the folks at Summit County Mountain Retreats. They are on top of everything and we have booked another stay with them in the fabulous Lone Eagle next month.

Flawless, except the bed was a bit uncomfortable.

We only used the village condo one night but had a a great experience. From entering the private parking garage, right up to the condo door all was as advertised, even the secure bike racks in the garage. We went to Breckinridge for dinner but the kitchen was well stocked. No AC but the few days in the summer you would need it . All was ok.. Closets well stocked with fans but our one night was a pleasant one after dark. We have favorited this condo and will return for the winter ski season
Joy B.on 07/27/2016
We had a great time wondering around the area. We are Denver natives that haven't been to Summit County since our kids were born. Boy has it changed! River Run and Keystone were awesome. Breckenridge was a nightmare.

Enjoyed another stay in Keystone River Run village with family & friends: hiking & biking, the pools & hot tubs, and the village scene. Great rates in June, weather and activities are fantastic, Expedition Station, Buffalo, and Dakota complexes and condos have all been very nice, including this unit.
LeAnn G.on 06/17/2016
We had a great experience....the condo was just as it was picture on the website. The area is beautiful and has everything you need if you dont want to venture too far from 'home'; and we will definitely book there again!

Came up for a short get away, last minute. Unit was terrific, clean, sufficient, close to everything. Host accommodated all my needs, thanks a bunch

We enjoyed our stay. Always do

This was a family vacation for my wife son and I. We are all avid skiers and this was our first visit to Keystone. The facility was great and has everything needed to make the stay feel like home. The only complaint we had was the firmness of the mattress. It was a struggle to get a good nights sleep with the combination of muscle fatigue and this piece of furniture. We actually ended up putting the spare blankets and comforters under the bedcover to provide some extra cushion. Aside from this we loved the facility. The humidifiers were a wonderful touch as well, coming from a much more humid environment these were a welcomed find. Only other issue we had was an overflowing toilet, which was rectified with the the plunger provided in the facility and the staff replaced towels timely the next morning. The hot tub and pool were great too
Jon S.on 03/06/2016
Very comfortable. Close to lifts and village.
Stacy A.on 02/08/2016
Condo was just as we had hoped. Clean, well-appointed and perfectly met our needs.

Good location, nice place. The living area is on the small size, but good for small family.
rachel s.on 11/25/2015
This was a great unit. Very close to the mountain and in walking distance to almost everything.
Kimberly N.on 09/04/2015
My boyfriend and I rented this unit over Labor Day and were very comfortable. Very well kept up & clean and modern amenities. The Jacuzzi and Pool were PERFECT for the weather and we thought this was priced very well and was a great value. Will return!
It was good, the place was central to everything and the slopes.
Good overall, flexible with early check in, location is ideal. Couch and pillows a bit worn but other than that excellent all around.
Wish more Keystone properties would allow pets.
This property is as advertised. Good location, short walk to Gondola, lift, and River Run Village. I would recommend updating the shower head in the apartment. Other than that, it’s a cozy and well equipped apartment.
The condo was great and it was in a great location. You could walk to the town and ski lift in 3 minutes.
This was not a very nice stay comparing to the last unit I stayed at in the same building. First of all,I owned a unit in the same building for 9 years. So I know this owner has never updated the carpet, nor the sofa bed. The sofa bed was unsleepable. The spring is all over the place. They need a new sofa bed. Then, the housekeeper did not leave any clean sheets in the unit. My daughter had to sleep on the smelly fleece blanket. Not having clean sheets is really not acceptable. Last unit we stayed at had all clean white blankets an clean sheets. I am not sure how did the same company missed the mark by so much?
On top of that, one of the keys given did not work. We juggled with just one key which was very painful.
Overall, I am not happy about this stay at all.
Stayed for 3 nights to enjoy some Colorado snowboarding. Rental was clean, well-equipped and centrally located to everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable and the building itself was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend to others.
Great location - park your car and walk to all you need in the Village. Management company interactions were flawless and Vacation app provided with all codes and directions helpful. Only complaint was the linens and pillows were subpar.
The location is good. However, the unit was not cleaned and the carpet was completely soiled. When I first arrived, the stench of marijuana was overwhelming.
This condo is very adequate for 2-3 people. The location in Expedition Station is excellent, close to all the activities of River Run at Keystone. Rooms were exactly as pictured and clean. Check in was quick and we had all we needed to get settled. Going in late August, afforded less crowds and our choice of meal times in the restaurants. One thing the condo needs is an updated hair dryer. It overheated so often and the cord was not very long and attached to the wall. It was very frustrating.
Everything was great. The oven didn't work, which changed the game for our cooking.
This was a clean, spacious 1 bedroom. The heated pool and hot tub were a huge hit with my children. Close to everything.
You should provide soap for your guests. Hand soap & bath soap should be a standard amenity in a rental. The shower head needs to be replaced.
Also we were never able to gain access through the front door of the building. Our key card never worked so we could not get in through the front door. Kinda a pain. We called twice about the problem and it was never fixed. Apparently It's not the rental companies problem it's the property managers problem and vise
versa. No one was willing to help us.
This is a great place to stay. Easy walk to River Run Village in Keystone and the gondola. Very clean with great amenities. I would highly recommend this property.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
