The Location of this property is perfect - overlooking the river with views of the mountains - 50 yards to the base of the gondola and skiing. This is a 4th floor property with no building directly to it's side and therefore it gets tons of light. River Run Village is only a 3 minute walk. There is also a shuttle that stops 50 yards from our door to take you anywhere in Keystone.
There are lots of things to do within a very short walk from getting a coffee at Starbucks or Inxtop or lots of great restaurants like Great Northern Tavern, Blue River Bistro, Paesano’s or Kickapoo Tavern. In the center of the River Run Village is a firepit for the kids to make smores (Inxtop sells a smores kit including the stick) or go skating on the huge frozen lake. Don’t forget that Keystone offers exclusive night skiing and there’s also a tubing hill for fun.

The place is perfect, the location is perfect and we enjoyed every minute. The ski locker is very convenient, using the red wagons is priceless, the pool and game area are wonderful. I don't have anything negative to say at all. Thank you!

Blankets and covers on all the beds are very old and kind of gross. The pull out sofa bed is the thinnest and most uncomfortable of any we have ever stayed on. There were also crumbs and pistachio nut shells all over it, and a pair of dirty socks. There was a constant leak in the master bathroom toilet, about every 30 seconds it would blast water for a few seconds... had to turn off the main water line to it just to get some sleep. Neighboring unit water usage is also thunderous in the master bedroom, neighbors' decided to shower at 2AM, waking us up. Easily the smallest layout of any "sleeps family of 6" rental we stayed in this season, would not stay in this unit again.

Great. Perfect accomodations. Great outdoor hot pool. Ski storage. Walk to lifts. Underground parking. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great time. The place is great and convenient. The pool and hot tube are awesome and it si about 100yards to the gondola.

A perfect place for our wedding weekend. The bride used the space to get ready with 6 other bridesmaids for hair and make up and it had plenty of space! It is nice but not as upgraded as some other units in the building. The location was perfect!

The location was fantastic and the condo was perfect for the 5 of us. The parking was a little tight and the exit, although heated, didn't sufficiently melt the snow. Our vehicle was front wheel drive and took several attempts to make it to the street.

Everything about our trip was amazing! The condo was perfect for our family of four to have a little reunion. My son moved to Denver in July so this was a perfect place to get together after spending a few days in the city. He already had his season pass so recommended Keystone and we fell in love. The condo is in a perfect location, walking to the gondola and River Run Village. Drinks at Happy Hour, morning coffee by the fire pit, playing pool in the lobby of Red Hawk Lodge. I would tell anyone to go for it and we will most definitely be booking again! Getting the keys was so easy, even arriving after dark. The heated parking garage w/elevator made the move in simple, the rental shop in the village was super helpful and our hosts even made it possible to have a check out later in the day so our kids could do some morning runs. Loved it all!!

Only disappointment was the building water being turned off our last day. No one to us that when we booked it

It is hard to not check in until 4 and then out at 10 when it costs so much. Living out of our car until 4. But the condo was great. Clean, comfortable. Sheets not real good. No air. Warm at night. Liked the original price of $99 but fees take it to double the cost of $204. But I guess thats a resort!!!

We had a wonderful family gathering and enjoyed staying in your unit.

Perfect place for vacation. The place was clean, had everything we needed. We would recommend this place!!! Can't wait to come back.

We loved the location of this condo, a great view of the mountain from the family room. The layout was perfect, and the kitchen was well stocked, better than most. The beds have seen their better day and are due for replacement, they were hard and hurt our backs. The hot tub and pool were nice, with beautiful views and just a short walk to the gondola and restaurants of Keystone village. It was a nice family resort.

The condo was in good condition and had every thing our family of 4 needed for a week-long stay. The lodge is very close to the River Run area and the Gondola.

We have stayed in Keystone countless times. It is the only place that we go to snowboard. Overall, the room was great. The kids had their own room and their own beds and there was plenty of space to hang out after a day on the slopes. The gondola is just a few steps away. The property management company is second to none!
The only cons are: the master bedroom bed is VERY hard so you wake up sore and stiff. Also, you can hear the plows cleaning the roads at 4am and it goes on for over 30 minutes.

Skied many places over many years. Keystone is the total package. Price-Check! Condo-Check! Location-Check! Mountain-Check Service-Check! Everything was perfect. This particular property was very well appointed and it was more than I expected.
The location was clean and convenient to the slopes. Everything was as described. The living area was good but a little small even for our family of four. The only complaint we have was the beds were not comfortable.
We stayed at this property for 6 nights.
Positives: The property is walking distance from the gondola. There was ample dish washer detergent.
Upon arrival, the unit smelled like onions. This smell never went away throughout the duration of our stay. We also found onion skins in the floor of the twin bedroom doorway. When I got out a cookie sheet from the kitchen, there was a large chunk of food stuck to it. Gross.
Additionally, the "humidifiers" in the unit were nothing more than plastic fans over a bowl of water. These did nothing to make the room more comfortable.
The couch was extremely uncomfortable.
I also missed a yoga class due to the elevator being out of service. The stairs do not go to the garage, so we had to walk down to the garden level and around the entire building in the snow, but not before we first waited for the elevator to work because there was some property manager there saying that it was "coming". It never came. We stayed in a different unit in the same building last year and the elevator was also problematic then, so this is not a new issue.
I believe I should be partially refunded for this stay, specifically because of the elevator issue. This is a known and ongoing problem, and the building is being negligent at this point. I'm not sure what caused the cleaning staff to be careless, but perhaps they should consider doing quality checks.
Great location. Lovely apartment with new appliances and cookware. Perfect self-catering for family.
King bed was too firm for my liking, and sleeper sofa is wearing out. One can opener needs to be tossed. Other than that we loved our stay! Crockpot was most helpful!
Best thing: Just across a parking lot from the gondola and lifts.
Items worth noting: The kitchen and living area is very cozy. We didn't spend much time there and it was big enough for 4, but it was smaller than other places I have stayed. In the master bedroom, only the toilet has a separate door. The tub/shower and vanity are both open to the bedroom. If you are a married couple, you probably won't mind. But we were just a group of friends with two of us sharing the master and would have preferred more privacy when taking a bath.
Worst thing: Elevator broke the day after we arrived and was still broke when we left 4 days later. That's not the fault of the unit owner or company managing this unit, but I'm not the first reviewer to complain about the elevator, so just be sure you don't mind taking the stairs. The stairs in this wing of the building don't go to the parking garage. So you have to walk up or down one flight of stairs, then go over to the other wing to catch an elevator to or from the garage.
Overall though the unit was fine, Keystone is awesome, and I would definitely rent from Summit County Mountain Retreats again.
Loved the location and features of Red Hawk Lodge. The pillows were a bit "worn" and the pull out sofa was terrible. You could feel every spring poking thru the mattress, and we have slept on alot of pull outs. We requested a blow up bed which arrived promptly but it made for a long stay for the one sleeping on the air mattress
The condo was convenient to the village, clean and quaint.
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The unit is well decorated and very comfortable. It is close to everything, but much quiter than being in the middle of the village. We would definitely stay here again!
The location and amenities were excellent. Unit is a little dated but spacious and clean. Staff was very responsive to minor problem. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and had everything we needed.
Great Place to Stay. Walking Distance to River Run Village and Keystone Gondola.
Excellent property, location, and value. Our family of four with two young boys enjoyed the heck out of our stay.
The location is perfect for skiing, the village, and other activities. The parking and ski storage is easy and convenient. The condo is very cozy with neat views and a great fireplace. Keystone has a great beginner ski zone/lodge. We want to come back and will request this condo again.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
