We had a great first trip to Keystone! This condo was in a great location to the slopes and shops/restaurants. Loved the covered parking and the condo was spacious enough for the 5 of us. When we got to our room, their inspection person was there still cleaning bc their cleaning crew hadn’t done a great job. Then a plumber came in to fix a leak. Wasn’t ideal for right when we were trying to get all our luggage/groceries in but I appreciate them making sure it was clean to our standards and fixing things quickly. Loved the fireplace, balcony, Murphy bed and bunk beds, along with the king size bed. King bed was kind of hard for our liking but the condo was great overall!
Jennifer L.on 02/03/2018
The carpet was stained. There was garbage under the coffee table, and there was dried gunk on the top of the coffee table. Also the hot tub was low (like it had lost too much water). But the location was killer. And all of the sleeping options made it a really fun environment. For $300+/night, I would have just enjoyed it a little more if it were completely clean, especially since we felt obliged to clean up after ourselves.
Side note: we loved the automated reminders and all of the electronic reference. However, when you're staying for just one night, it's a bummer to get your check out instructions as you arrive. Might be cool to wait a couple of hours at least :)

Our stay was very enjoyable. The place was very cozy and had all the amenities we could ask for. One thing I would encourage is as the dishes are being pulled out of the dishwasher look inside the cups to make sure they’re clean. After drinking an entire glass of water I saw at the bottom of my class There was a male friend. Also the king bed was so hard it cause my hips to hurt.

the place was great. Spacious, clean and cozy. Loved my stay!!!

The rental was well equipped to accommodate two adults and two young children for a few nights in Keystone. The kitchen was well stocked and the sectional couch was very comfortable to relax on.
This unit is on the ground floor and thus does not have much of a view from the balcony. The balcony is spacious and includes a gas grill, which we did not use. The unit is also literally steps from the central Keystone village, which was very convenient.
My only complaint is the amount of dust on higher surfaces, and even worse on the ceiling fans. Luckily the evening temperatures were cool enough that we didn't need to turn on the fans, not that we would have anyway with the amount of dust. Otherwise the unit was very clean.

Pleasantly surprised. Great location being part of Keystone Village.
Cory B.on 08/13/2017
Overall we enjoyed staying here with our kids. It had everything we needed (except for soap in the bathroom). The location could not have been much better. The one complaint we had was that the condo obviously had not been vacuumed after the last guest left. There was a fair amount of oatmeal spread out on the living room carpet. Other than that we were very happy with our stay.

Perfect weather! Perfect location! Perfect property!
From start to finish, a very positive experience.
Summer G.on 02/15/2017
We loved our stay at Arapahoe. We easily walked to our snowboard rental store and the gondola. The property was plenty of space for our family of 5. Would definitely stay here again.
Christine M.on 01/28/2017
I'm so pleased with #8101. The location is perfect...right in the heart of River Run Village. Within steps is the gondola, the kids club, Kidtopia, the skating rink, restaurants, and Starbucks. You really don't have to drive anywhere!
And, the condo itself is wonderful! Clean, comfy beds, plenty of room, and on the ground floor which is a blessing after being so active all day! (no stairs or elevator thank you very much). Summit is a great company to work with. They were very accommodating for a late checkout and they are exceptionally pleasant. We will be returning.
Teresa H.on 12/31/2016
Very close to the Gondola(only one lodging building closer). Room is on the first level- great location- very close to the ski locker, laundry, and elevator and the grocery store as well. The bedroom is very LARGE and plenty of space for king bed and bunk bed. While the unit sleeps 6 comfortably, the living space is on the smaller side and would not recommend 6. The table only seats 4 and the two bar stools are very cramped. There is a smaller fridge in the kitchen. Be aware that the kitchen does not have a blender and the hairdryer only works for a minute and then shuts off and is problematic for anyone with long hair.
Mark E.on 12/23/2016
Arrival and check-in easy, lots of information provided. Property was comfortable and well maintained, easily accommodating our six adults.
david v.on 12/21/2016
Great location. Very nice amenities. Spacious and well appointed.
ANTHONY H.on 11/08/2016
The place was really nice. The only issue I had was the unit was ready for checkin but it was 12:30 and the person said I would have to pay $20 early checkin fee. So I did not--it really was in poor taste I thought. The girl said to me "have a nice day" when I left. So we had to go ski with everything in the truck and then check in after we got back. I just think if the property is ready don't try to extort and additional $20. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Loved the unit though.
william w.on 08/31/2016
We were very happy with the rental. The room was decorated appropriately, comfortable furniture, and lovely private balcony. The BED was like sleeping on clouds! Pool & Jacuzzis were relaxing and clean. Great access to the resort shops and everything was gardened beautifully. For off season retreat, this is a No-Brainer!
Gail P.on 07/16/2016
Nice place, but they need to make you aware that you can only park in the Arapahoe area of the parking garage. Otherwise, you may get towed! And it can cost up to 2000. Also, the window in the main room won't lock and the remote for the big tv was broken. Overall, the place is nice and the location is excellent.
david v.on 06/19/2016
We loved this condo. Our entire experience at Keystone was great. Thanks to the Summit County Mountain Retreats staff for making things extra special!
Sharon P.on 06/16/2016
Could not ask for a better location especially with all the fun summer activities!
Scott S.on 04/27/2016
Nice Condo. Management Company was really nice. They just decided to clean the water tanks due to end of the season maintenance. Needless to say all the water coming out of our faucets was clay colored, and the TV in the living room did not work. Literally! We waited till noon the next day at the condo for all the maintenance people which killed two days of a three day vacation. The only alternative they gave us was to walk next door to another building and use the public pool shower, and it's hard to live without water. Again, just bad timing, I due wish that a refund was offered and a couple of cases of water, instead of a public shower. Nice people though.
Brad R.on 04/22/2016
Arapahoe Lodge 8101 was just as described, easy to get to/access, and fit our ski vacation to A.Basin perfectly. The grill on the patio and the hot tub/pool were great additions to spring skiing.
Suzie K.on 04/08/2016
We enjoyed the location and comfort of the condo, we would love to stay again!
Jason H.on 03/28/2016
The space is beautiful and exceptionally convenient to the lift... this was helpful as my wife & I swapped skiing for shifts caring for our 1 year old daughter. However, this unit is next to the lobby (foosball) and the ski lockers, both of which were horrifically loud (apparently many tourists cannot walk normally in ski boots or keep from dropping their skis & poles!). The bedroom was very quiet though and the thin black curtain helped block daylight, so our daughter could sleep through it with a whitenoise machine.
Erik E.on 01/20/2016
Room was super close to shops, gondola and everywhere we wanted to be. Hot tub, garage, and check in/out was all on point. I've stayed at the Dokata and Arapahoe and they are both great.
Stephanie H.on 01/08/2016
Lovely little condo. Four adults stayed for ski trip. Plenty of room. Lots of towels. Kitchen has everything one could need. Check in was a breeze. Very close to gondola. Great hot tub for an evening soak. Great view of fireworks from hot tub on Saturday nights.
JOSHUA H.on 12/23/2015
very comfortable. great location to ski lifts and right in the center of village..
Tyler P.on 12/03/2015
Great location, very clean and accessible to everything. Will definitely stay again!
Audrey M.on 10/02/2015
This was the perfect weekend getaway for our family of four. The kids loved the bunkbeds and we all loved the close proximity to the pool and hot tubs. The Condo was the perfect place to relax when we weren't out enjoying the beautiful fall colors. The village also had plenty of fun things for our kids to explore even during the off-season (life size checkers, chess, playgrounds, etc) The carpet in the condo was stained as others mentioned, but not dirty - honestly this helped us relax a little more having small kids eat over it! Everything was clean and in great condition. The grill was a great addition. Very homey.
Glenda B.on 09/24/2015
Was pleased with the condo! Everything was upscale. Only complaint the carpet was dirty.
Would recommend this and would stay again. Condo is just as pictured. Was there during off season and everything was closed down. Did have a washer and drier on same floor which was very convenient. Staff at Summit was very helpful.
Tiffany E.on 08/18/2015
Lovely condo in the heart of Keystone Village. Sleeps a family of four very comfortably. Would accommodate up to six, but might feel a little cramped. Even though we ate out for every meal, the condo had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Restuarants, store and entertainment were within walking distance of our condo. We would definitely stay here again.
Scott B.on 07/27/2015
We had a great vacation in Keystone at the end of the summer of 2015. The condo was so relaxing and quiet. It was nice being able to sit out on the porch to read or watch tv in the living room. The bed wasn't plush, but it was great being able to watch tv from it comfortably. It was also great being able to grill food on the porch. The room was in a great location, right down the hall from the hot tub and pool. We had a great time the 2 weeks we were there.
Joseph A.on 06/23/2015
This rental was perfect for taking a little summer vacation! It is kid friendly and clean. The nearby pool is very nice and has great views. This is a great place.
Jack E.on 12/23/2014
Had a great time. Close to the slopes. Plenty of room for the whole family.
Justin S.on 08/23/2014
I stayed here with a friend for a mountain bike trip. The unit was plenty large for two people, nicely furnished, and has a great location. The first floor location is better than always taking the elevator or stairs, and the hot tub is on the same level as well. The village shops and restaurants are very close by and it's only a 2 minute walk to the gondola/chair lift.
Sarah S.on 07/09/2014
The check in was easy. The condo was in overall good condition. The biggest problem and needs to be addressed soon is that the carpet was absolutely filthy dirty. It needs to be cleaned.
Kristy C.on 06/26/2014
We enjoyed being in the mountains at a beautiful place/
Kayla L.on 05/15/2014
The condo was extremely beautiful and comfortable! We loved the spacious master bedroom! Our balcony was wonderful, as was the fireplace in the living room. They had all the cooking/baking utensils you would need to fix yourself meals. The only tiny issues we had was they only provided one bath towel for us to use, so we ended up using some pool ones as when we were there (off season) there wasn't anyone in the office of the building to ask for more and we didn't want to go through the hassle of calling anyone ect. The only other thing that was 'odd' to me was that when you check in, you are supposed to pick up your envelope in a lock box, well mine wasn't there (I was a little early, so that was fine), so I had to go up a creepy elevator to their office which is definitely not as nice as their condo's, and I opted for the stairs on the way down ;) Overall, we loved staying there, our 'issues' weren't a problem at all, it's a great place to getaway!!!!
Connie P.on 03/23/2014
Everyone I dealt with at SCMR was super - the booking was easy, and we were allowed to check in 2 hours early since the room was all ready. I did not bring a laptop - so the office allowed me to stop by and your their printer for my boarding passes. I will use them again for my next visit to Summit County.
Mark B.on 02/26/2014
Second time we've stayed here. Our group size has grown to 5. This place said it slept 7. That is a stretch I would say... We slept 5 okay, but wouldn't want to try more than 5 in this unit. Place is clean, and there is another public bathroom down the hall which was handy. Location can't be beat if you're skiing Keystone. Nice hottub.
Mike M.on 01/26/2014
Great condo, great location, great price. lokk forward to stayig there again.
Dwayne H.on 12/27/2013
Great place to stay but do not count on the pull out sofa bed to be comfortable. Springs stick out and very uncomfortable. King bed and pull down beds are great. Great location to hit the slopes early! Overall a great place to stay, just use two beds and it is top notch!
This was a wonderful experience! The accommodations were first class and the location couldn't have been better. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. And the heated garage kept us and the car warm! We loved the location - in the heart of the Rockies and the trees. Thanks so much! I've already passed on the information to some of our friends. We hope to use your facilities again.
The condo was comfortable for a family of 5 and conveniently located near the slopes. The only draw back is that the condo is on the 1st floor near the exits- great to get in & out but at times noisy with other condo guests exiting the building.
Awesome location, very clean and comfortable!had a great stay! will definitely be back!!
Pee on toilet, sticky counter tops, worn out bed with questionable sheets.
The condo was very clean and very nice. Great place to stay.
I was very satisfied staying at this lodge. Good location - on 1st floor and close to exits. Nice private patio. Quiet, clean, relaxing atmosphere. Close to restaurants, shopping, and events in the area.
We really enjoyed staying in this condo for our recent ski trip.
Good. Unit is by the lobby and ski lockers so it can be noisy but it is also convenient for access to lifts and the hot tub. Elevator is a little slow from the parking garage.
The facility was perfect for the 2 of us. Our son that works at Keystone stayed one night in the murphy bed and said it was comfortable. The dining/living areas are cramped when the murphy bed is open. The unit was very clean but the carpeting is a bit stained. River Run village is right out the door and is a cute little shopping/eating area. The underground heated garage was great, the unit is close to the gondola, the hot tub and pool were conveniently located down the hall. We did not try the skating rink that is there. We felt it was a great value for the cost and we would stay here again.
Spent 5 nights at the Arapahoe Lodge the last week of September. Everything related to the rental was exactly as advertised. Summit was very accurate and detailed in all communication. Would definitely stay again if available.
The property was everything expected. Very clean, great location, quiet, and all that was needed to enjoy and relax. We plan on returning next year.
Everything was great except the dirty carpet. Other than that, well stocked, working BBQ, comfy and enjoyable!
We enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back!! Perfect for my husband and I with our two kids!!
Everything was perfect. The location is incredible, being able to walk to the lifts was a huge plus. The unit and building were very clean and quiet. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Check in and check out were simple. Enjoyed being close to restaurants and shops. After night skiing was done, we enjoyed taking quiet walks around River Run Village. Stay here!
Great location and condo was nice.
Had a great time over the 4th of July weekend. Next time probably won't pick a holiday weekend, as the crowds and kid activities were a little heavy for us, but outside of that, loved it all. The property was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Would def stay here again.
Great property. Only downside was the cooling system wasn't working well therefore we couldn't really regulate the temperature in the unit. It was warmer than desired.
Great location close to the Gondola lift. Good size for family of four.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
