Let me start out with the Pros: The condo was clean, in a beautiful location, it was easy to find, the check in/out process was simple. The towels and linens were fantastic. We got a great deal on the rate, due to the time of year and a promo code I was sent via email. For the price, you can't beat it. We did have a few minor issues: The internet in our condo never worked. I did call management, and they had us sign on another wifi network. It worked, but was spotty and frequently dropped out. This was on the first few days of our trip to CO. We went to another location for a few days, then had booked this condo again. When we came back, the wifi still did not work. The shower heads in both bathrooms desperately need to be replaced. The living room is quite small, photo angle makes it look larger. All of that being said, we enjoyed our stay very much. I would book with Summit County again.

Summit County offers the best Colorado summer family vacation experience. You can stay at a hotel/motel in Frisco or Dillon or for the same price stay in a much nicer setting in Keystone.
Jose R.on 08/02/2017
Condo had everything we needed and was close to everything.
Audra V.on 07/04/2017
The condo was quaint, clean, and comfortable. The vaulted ceilings when you walk in are very nice and make the condo seem even bigger. A short drive to Dillon was easy if you needed more than what Keystone offered. It was also a beautiful drive to Breckenridge on Swan Lake Drive. The condo itself was was quiet, and the few people we ran into also staying in the building were very friendly. The big community deck was set with beautiful flowers and overlooked part of Keystone ski resort. It was beautiful scenery. Our family enjoyed the well-kept hot tubs almost every night. We opened the windows at night. There was a little bit of highway noise from trucks going by, but we'd close our windows about 5am to sleep a bit longer. We also enjoyed playing pool as a family. The parking spot below in the garage made it convenient to park and just take elevator to our floor. This came in handy as we packed lunches and snacks everyday before heading out for our adventure. The hot water for showering in the master took a while to warm up enough to get in, but always plenty once it got hot. Would definitely consider staying here again, especially for the price.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location was close to Arapahoe Basin, which has snow nearly year round. The place was clean with plenty of towels, kitchen/bathroom essentials, and had very comfortable beds.
Jose R.on 05/20/2017
Comfy. Priced right.
Brenda R.on 11/17/2016
Perfect location, seconds away from the slopes, rental places and local bars! Had a great time during the trip, the only thing I would try to improve would be the quality of the bed in the master bedroom. Overall great place to stay with nice views and comfy layout.

Nice clean and close stay
Jose R.on 10/01/2016
We enjoyed our stay at Hidden River. Great building. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. The management company was very easy to work with. The whole experience was excellent.
Kelli L.on 09/23/2016
We had a great weekend in the condo! It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We have 3 kids ages 14, 9, and 8 and it was plenty of room for us.The insulated garage was nice to have since it was snowing the evening we got there. The location is convenient to the area attractions. If I were to nitpick, I'd say there needs to be more extra pillows and the beds weren't the most comfortable beds I've ever been in, but it was fine. We had a great time and would definitely book again.
Vivian W.on 08/20/2016
We had a wonderful week at your condo. Everything we needed was there and it was very clean. Definitely will recommend it to our friends and will go again.

We love this property Hidden River Lodge.
Kathy G.on 08/05/2016
It smelled horrible like dead fish....
we could not figure out where the smell was coming from.. We found rotten avocados on top of the refrigerator, but that was not it.. It turned out it was the garbage disposal and it was so gross... It filled up the entire sink... It finally went down but is bad...
Todd H.on 07/23/2016
We've used SCMR for the last couple years and they've taken great care of us. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately.
Julie F.on 03/13/2016
We drove from Texas and stayed for 4 nights. We also had two boys in tow. The condo was just the right size for us. We also appreciated the convenient location to the slopes and shuttle buses.
Levi S.on 01/30/2016
Everything was great, checking in was a little difficult but that was because of traffic/weather on the way up the mountain.
Molly A.on 01/15/2016
The condo was great and perfectly located! Beds were comfy and the place was sparkly clean. Kitchen had the essentials but not in the best working shape (broken wine opener/really old can opener) but did the job. The living space was difficult to visit with more than 3 people but we were outside most of the time. Parking garage made life a breeze, check-in was a piece of cake and even the app was helpful.
Jamie S.on 01/02/2016
We have absolutely no complaints about our weekend stay at Hidden River Lodge #5998. The condo is a perfect fit for four people, and has a lovely and open balcony to enjoy the mountain views. The hot tub was easily accessible and provided us with the perfect relaxing spot after a day of skiing. The condo is easily walkable from the Mountain House Base which made hitting the slopes SO doable. We didn't have a single issue getting into or out of the condo, and everything was in working order.
We would absolutely stay here again!
Neilson M.on 12/19/2015
We stayed at Hidden River back in Dec 2015 through Global Discovery, our time share exchange membership. We dealt with a different management company and had a better experience with Summit County Mountain Retreats. Summit County was more professional, more attentive to any issues within our unit. All employees seemed to have the desire to make our stay as positive as possible. Their main concern seemed to be to ensure the guest had a comfortable stay. We were very satisfied with Summit County.
Peggy B.on 09/25/2015
very nice, slept like a baby in the cool air and soft pillow. Shower does need a new shower head
Laura P.on 09/05/2015
We were contacted immediately by Summit County after our booking was confirmed with detailed driving and lodging instructions. The lodge was spacious and clean with basic cleaning and cooking supplies. We really enjoyed our four days in Keystone! This condo was a great value and only a short walk from the Keystone Village.
Matthew C.on 07/16/2015
Check in and checkout we were given clear instruction and they were very easy. The property was clean and perfect for our summer getaway up to the mountains. Great view of the mountains. We used the grills outside and had dinner on the patio. The kitchen had a crockpot and all the servingware we needed. The beds were comfortable. The living area is a little small but there is so much to do in the area, we didn't spend much time inside. I would rent this property again.

Great Keystone Condo!
David R.on 10/10/2014
The unit was very well maintained and immaculate. Location was good and view from deck was enjoyable. Only problem was the wifi and cable were down. Kate worked very diligently to get it functioning and was able to correct the problem the next day. But unfortunately the owner or HOA apparently subscribe to a very minimal version of Comcast which did not include TBS. Therefore I still missed the ALCS playoff games. Never knew I would have to inquire about basis cable station availability. Otherwise, a great stay.

Mark S.on 03/13/2014
Nice place, great place for group, large lobby game area with grills just outside, two big spas, wish it was a closer walk to the lifts but otherwise solid
Ryan T.on 03/08/2014
Took the family for a few days of Keystone skiing during spring break. Accommodations were clean and plenty of towels, there was even a slow cooker to put something in in the morning so dinner was ready by the time we came off the slopes. It's a short walk from the lodge to the Mountain House lift but if you can't handle it you probably won't be skiing anyway. There are sturdy wagons to help transport your gear and lockers in the lodge basement/parking area to stow it away. All it all it was a great experience and my family and I will visit there again.
Bernie L.on 02/03/2014
Only negative was that room temp wouldn't go above 66. One bedroom too hot one too cold
Darci M.on 01/15/2014
What a wonderful experience. Everything went as planned. Exceeded my expectations. Definitely going back
Jennifer R.on 01/10/2014
Was nice for the family

I liked the location and the condo that I stayed in, but we had problems with some of the maintenance. One of the showers was clogged with hair so it had problems draining and thus we had to stand in a pool of water, with hair that wasn't our own, whenever we showered. Also the keys that they gave us had problems letting us into the garage and the building. At one point we got locked out of the building when we were trying to go to the hot tub. We couldn't get into the hot tub due to a bad key and we couldn't get back into the building. Luckily somebody let us into the hot tub so we could at least sit in some warmth while waiting for management to bring us new keys. However management was very un-professional when I talked to them about our keys not working. They didn't believe that they keys didn't work and talked down to me. Overall I was pretty frustrated with the stay, and won't be going back.
Greg K.on 12/22/2013
Overall this was a nice place. We loved the big kitchen and baths. Living area was kind of small but cozy. We didn't have enough towels and the hot water seemed to run out quickly. Good thing there was a hot tub! We liked being able to play pool in the evening in the lodge. Loved the heated garage! Easy access to the slopes. It was a good value for the price.
Nick N.on 12/13/2013
Place was great for our ski trip. Close to runs and a great breakfast joint in the morning. The place was a bit dated, but who cares, it was perfect.
Jasmin M.on 11/27/2013
The lodging was fine, but the property management experience wasn't. The keys were not ready at 4:00 like advertised, and when we got to our room, it was obvious that the unit had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade and there were wet towels on the bathroom floors. Cleaning crew arrived about an hour after a call, but that's pretty lame...
Timothy A.on 11/23/2013
it was very clean stay was great
Here in July 2017 for educational conference along with my spouse and a family friend. Stayed 6 nights.
This condo is in a perfect location for a full day on the mountains at Keystone. It is a short walk to the lift and an even shorter drive to the main gondolas. If you are planning to ski and be out in the town a majority of the time, you can likely get by with having an enjoyable experience in this unit. The kitchen is functional, there are two beds and two baths, and the building amenities (outdoor hot tubs) are very nice. However, this specific unit definitely needs a refresher and some maintenance. There were pieces of the blinds leaning against the wall that had fallen off, the showers were very slow to drain, and the sheets and pillows were very uncomfortable (even for someone exhausted from skiing and willing to sleep on almost anything). We care more about location and did not spend too much time in the condo itself, and it was clean, so I would give this three stars. We stayed over a busy holiday weekend, so there were not many properties left to choose from, will likely look elsewhere for our next stay.
Great time, close proximity to the mountain, clean and tidy rooms. Nice views and the underground parking was a nice bonus. Would definitely rent again.
It was an okay experience. The facility was not bad but could have been cleaner - kitchen and bathroom drawers specially! They do not tell you the early check in and late checkout fee before booking! Also they they did not give a late checkout and we had to rush with our baby and stuff.
We will go back again !!! Loved it
I enjoyed our getaway at this location. The area was cozy, a bit small with how some of the furniture fits, but it was still nice. Very comfortable and inviting, all the necessities were included. Only issue we had was getting the fireplace to turn on. After you go through some steps to flip on the pilot light and such, you should be able to flip a light switch and have it power on. No luck for us, sadly. Regardless, still a wonderful spot!
We had a great time in Colorado. The condo was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, it was clean and functional. And it was located in a great area, central to all of the adventures we went on.
Hidden River Lodge is located in a lovely setting of Colorado mountain region. This apartment was lovely and well furnished on the 4th floor. Kitchen was well equipped.
We also enjoyed the hot tub outdoors, but on the last day of our stay the water was warm, not hot. Same happened in the shower, warm water only. I guess all the hot water got used up.
Had an awesome time. The rooms where clean and the management seemed well organized. Would definitely go stay with them again.
Stayed here for five nights as a group of three. You could tell the unit has gotten some use, but it served it's purpose for what we were there for. Couple of things to note - the balcony faces the highway, would have preferred to be on the other side of the building but didn't really pay attention to that when booking. However, we put the shared grill area and hot tubs to good use. The bedrooms were a decent size, but our guest didn't enjoy only having a skylight in his bedroom. The dining table was in the master bedroom which was kind of odd. The living room is on the smaller side, wouldn't have wanted to share with more than our group size. This was our first trip to Keystone and the general consensus was that we would definitely stay here again - the price was definitely right and money talks.
This property was wonderful. The two bedrooms were very nice and the beds were really comfy. The larger room even had enough room for the pack and play and didn't feel cramped.
The kitchen was very well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook all our meals and morning coffee of course.
The location fit our family nicely as we didn't want to be in the village for the noise factor. We were able to take the path to the bus that took us right to the village so that we could get on the mountain, what a great location.
We would stay here again as our trip was wonderful. Management company gave us great communication and took the stress of not where we are going.
I stayed here with three family members for a couple days of skiing, and we had a great time!! The check-in and check-out was so simple and easy, and the location was great for easy access to the slopes. Such a cozy spot too! Everything was great!
Very convenient location, had an awesome stay! The place was clean, spacious and has a great view. The property management were very helpful and quick to reply when I had a question.
I definitely recommend this property and will be booking again in the future. Thank you.
We had a great stay at Hidden River Lodge. The place was clean and the fireplace was a nice touch. Bedrooms are large which is a plus when traveling with a baby. Living room is small so don't plan to entertain a huge group. Kitchen is fantastic for doing your own cooking while staying at the condo. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. My husband loved the fact he didn't have to walk to the main lift, he could catch one steps from the condo!
Place was great except no shampoo and no extra toilet paper
This unit faces the highway and traffic noise was very loud - if unit had been on the other side of the building it would have been nearly perfect.
My two friends & I had a great time on our little escape out to Keystone. Being that it was late October, the entire town of Keystone was EMPTY. Total solitude. The condo was great, equipped with just about everything we could need. Our only frustration was that the wifi was really unreliable, and since we are all online entrepreneurs who were trying to get some work done while out there, it proved to be a bit of an aggravation. I'm sure for anyone else visiting who's there for skiing/riding/outdoor activities wifi isn't exactly a priority ;) Great stay overall and the property management company was great at quickly making our reservation since we booked it the day before we wanted to arrive. Thank you!
It was a wonderful setup and we enjoyed our stay very much.
The condo was very roomy and had everything we needed. We were located about 10 minutes from a grocery store and even closer to the gorgeous lake and awesome park. We had a fantastic time exploring town and were only a little over an hour away from Denver to visit the zoo. The property management were wonderful and truly were available at all hours. We have put this property on our list of future trips and we'll be sure to visit again.
We booked this trip with less than a month before arriving and it was a great choice! Perfect location, clean & perfect amount of space for 5 adults.
My wife and two boys had a great couple of days in #5998. View is of the road but besides that it was great for our needs.
Easy access to the ski mountain.
We had a great trip and the condo was perfect for our group of 4 (2 couples) for our 3 night stay.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
