The unit was clearly smoked in which was not described in the ad for it. When i contacted you guys about it all i got was a "we'll look into it"-that doesnt help me since i only stayed one night and dealt with a headache from it all night.

I attended a Keystone Conference nearby and this place was perfect for a short stay. A shuttle came by every 15-20 minutes to take me to the convention center and if it didn't you could call one to swing by. The place was adequately clean, spacious and comfortable.

We were happy customers. The bed was surprisingly comfy for being one that folds up into a cabinet! Location was great - we walked to the ski lifts and were able to see the NYE fireworks from the condo hot tub. It was pricey for the size of the room, but we were happy.

Long walk to slopes but doable! Cute little place, little breakfast diner actually just cross the hall. Kind of reminds of you s cheap motel room (the building!) the place was nice!

This was my first time visiting Colorado. We decided Keystone was ideal -- near other areas, peaceful, and WONDERFUL scenery. Perfect size condo and perfect location...spacious and clean. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

I was happy to find this place on VRBO since my family wanted to get a few days of skiing in during Spring Break. Every place I looked the rates were so high until I came across this place. It was a great rate for 2 nights and I could not pass it up! My family of 3 had a great time staying here. The room was far bigger than what the photo shows. There was enough room to get around and will be great for a family of 4. The Murphy Bed was very comfortable as well as the couch. The couch turns into a big bed which our son slept on. The location was perfect to get around town and to the ski/village area. We drove our car to the ski area but there is a pick up bus at the place that takes you to the ski area/village if you don't want to drive. The only problem we had was with one of the key cards. We received two key cards which both keys work to get into the room but one of the keys did not work to get into the garage. Just make sure to have both keys on you just in case one of the cards don't work. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! Great price and great location! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for the great stay!

We had a great time at this place. Easy access to the ski resorts and restaurants, affordable compared to most places in this area.
Morgan N.on 12/14/2016
My husband and I came up to Keystone for my birthday. Great location. We were able to walk to the River Run area as well as use the free shuttle. I will say its a bit easier to take the shuttle if you're carrying your skis and what not. Our floor did smell a bit like cigarette smoke though----didn't bother us too much, but it could be an issue for some. The place was really clean and the murphy bed was actually pretty comfortable. We would definitely use it again. The kitchenette was sufficient for the cooking we did. The hot plate was pretty outdated though and some of the dishes were kind of icky, so we definitely washed the dishes before we used them.

This affordable rental studio had everything we needed for our skiing trip and we were able to cook and keep food. Spacious bathroom with the essentials, and the room itself could comfortably fit 4 people. My only complaint was that the internet was not fast enough for our amazon firestick to work, and the advertised pool/spa was under construction when we got there. The nearby restaurant was great with amazing happy hour also.
Judith R.on 05/04/2016
Great. Loved the unit. Wish we knew the pool was not operational before we booked!
Construction was a bummer
Justin S.on 04/15/2016
Simple and to the point. More than enough room. The murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. Couch pull out is a great idea. Price was great when split amongst a couple friends.
Kara D.on 03/31/2016
My daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights to do some snowboarding. Good location in close proximity to several resorts. The condo was clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. My only gripe is that the wi-fi was really spotty, making it impossible for me to work and for us to stream movies etc. Other than that it was perfect!
Brian R.on 03/21/2016
Three of us stayed and had a great stay. The beds were comfy, the unit was warm and larger than I expected, and the management company were very helpful. We were snowboarding up in A-Basin and it would take us less than 10 minutes to get there by car from our underground parking. Our son's favorite part was the pool and Jacuzzi--fun apres-ski, and lots of kids playing.
Kyle C.on 03/13/2016
The property was very clean and a nice place to stay. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable. The fridge was nice and the room was where we slept, the rest of the time was either on the mountain or enjoying the local restaurants and shops. I liked the under ground parking. I would go back.
Ricky S.on 02/15/2016
This was the perfect location and best price in Keystone. Will for sure be staying here again.
GARY B.on 02/12/2016
Price and location were great.
Adequate room for 3 or 4 people.
The bed was a bit hard and lumpy
All-in-all I give it 3
Kate L.on 01/16/2016
The room we stayed in had everything we needed to enjoy 2 days at the mountain. It clean and comfortable. We had no issues with extending our stay until 6 pm on our check date for a reasonable fee. For the price of the room, we couldn't have asked for anything more :) We would definitely stay there again. The hot tub indoors had a strong chemical smell and there was an abnormal amount of hair floating in it, but over the pool and hot tub were nice.

It's a simple room, which is what we needed for only a one night stay. Somewhere safe to sleep! The bed was surprisingly good for a Murphy bed. I was disappointed in how dirty everything was though. For how much you get charged in cleaning fees you expect the room to be clean when you get there. Hair was all over the bathroom floor, dirty sink and the layer of dust everywhere. I gave the pick up a two star because we got lost trying to find the condo. Road signs weren't were they said they would be and a discription of needing to go to the back side of the store fronts would have been helpful.

It is very clean little place in a good location
Lisa C.on 07/19/2015
I stayed for a week in Keystone and my Gateway 5060 experience was perfect! Clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a home away from home. I rented a bike from Mountain View Sports, which was right across the street. I used the free shuttle service to get to my conference center destination. On the last day, I joined the Mountain View Sports group to ride the Vail Pass all the way back. Stunning! Also enjoyed the hot tub every chance I could get.
Andrea O.on 07/18/2015
The room was clean and in order. The Murphy bed was really hard so pretty equivalent to sleeping on the ground but that is pretty usual for a Murphy bed so we weren't shocked. The location was perfect for getting to River Run quickly and easily by foot.
The complaint I have is the unaccommodating staff. My husband and I arrived to Keystone earlier than expected and went to the office to see if we could check in early. Even though the room was ready and prepared they would not let us check in. I understand (although have never seen it before) charging for early check-in due to having to expedite the maintenance of the room but if it is already done and you are still not allowing the guests in? We did not understand that and will not be using this company again.

This unit was rented using Airbnb. The instructions we received via e-mail were comprehensive, easy to follow and took a lot of the stress off of securing the housing. .We didn't initially have anyface to face contact with staff, since our door keys were retrieved from an easily accessed lockbox in the open lobby of the Summit office. We kept our car in secure garage parking. The unit itself, while listed as a studio, was more spacious and comfortable than the more expensive room we stayed in later at the Keystone Resort. The Murphy bed was a cool and comfortable touch. The condo is located minutes from a lot of the places that I went hiking to.
I forgot several essential articles of clothing when we checked out. Summit staff kindly retrieved those items and held them till I was able to retreive them. They would have shipped them to me had I left town. All in all, a fine experience. Recommended.
Hermanto H.on 12/23/2014
We had a positive experience renting. All amenities were available (except the jacuzzi that happened to not be working at the time), and the location was near (.5 mile from) the gondola. We still prefer to drive to it vs taking the local bus as we did the latter the first day and had to wait a while for the bus. We would do this again for the right time of the year.
Jeannine S.on 08/24/2014
The bed was great, the studio was roomy. All the dishes and everything was there to cook and clean up. Both freezers needed defrosting, but that's the only negative I had. Oh, I also liked the fact that there was underground parking.

I stayed in this property 2 times in the past 2 months and after my first stay I let you know about the frig not working at all, it is still broken when I returned 6 weeks later. This is the 3rd time I have stayed with this company where something in the room was either broken or missing.
Mike Y.on 04/08/2014
Great stay but the frig needs to be fixed, my milk spoiled in the frig at max setting.
Christopher K.on 04/01/2014
The property is in a great location and was exactly what I was looking for at the rate of $49 a night. I would stay again.
Renata K.on 03/23/2014
The biggest problem was with poorly working garage and room keys.
I was pleasantly surprised by the room when I got there. Very spacious, clean and a great bargain. I would definitely stay there again.
Kris W.on 01/18/2014
We stayed at this property for one night with 2 adults and 2 kids. It was comfortable for one night but for a longer trip it may have been too small. Very new furnishings and bedding made it relaxing. Indoor pool and spa were great for after skiing. Close to lifts but not walking distance.
Ashley G.on 01/04/2014
Had to wash every dish, pot, silverware etc. There was food dried on everything - gross and probably a health hazard - maybe you should think about getting a dishwasher.
Rebecca K.on 12/13/2013
property worked nicely for our purposes
Overall the room was bigger then we expected. Hard to control the temperature in the room. Better humidifier would be nice to have. Overall good experience.
Nice location. You can walk over to the river run base area if you want and it only takes about 9 minutes. The condo itself was okay. Broken blinds, bathroom lock didn't work, 2 burner plug in stove was missing a leg so tipped when cooking on and the freezer/fridge was only useable for the freezer and you had to use the mini fridge for all refrigerated items so that was not ideal but for the price it wasn't horrible. One thing that was disturbing is that plates and eating utensils still had crusted on food on them and glasses looked dirty so we had to rewash all dishes we used.
My sister and I stayed for 2 nights. It was wonderful! We didn't see anyone from management during our stay, but the information packets provided prior to our trip were simple and painless.
For $80/night this room is great. It's a larger hotel room basically. Was clean and functional. The Murphy bed is comfortable, the couch is ok. Only complain is that it's dim 3 little lamps leaves it dark but no biggie. The resorts pool/hot tub are indoors/loud/crowded and ok, nothing great.
The directions were very easy to access the property. It's in a fantastic location. We loved the amenities and the condo was comfortable. We would definitely come back.
It was easy and efficient to get keys and getting to room. Having car in garage is convenient, especially if snowing. Great restaurant right across the hall.
We had a great time! Murphy bed was comfortable, bathroom nice size. Kitchenette was very tiny, no stove, a hotplate, but we didn't need it. Fridge needed defrosting, but kept our stuff cold. Management was wonderful in helping with our travel plan.
Great location for the price. Close to shuttle to River Run. Perfect for a weekend in the mountains
It was a simple, no frills dwelling. Location was nice. Would've appreciated better working hot plate, blinds and toilet, but hey, you get what you pay for, right?
I really enjoyed the place. Inexpensive with a great location. Easy access to hot tub and pool. The Murphy bed was way more comfortable than expected. There was no stove in the room but there was a little, electric burner that was good enough to have 2 pans going at the same time.
I would definitely stay here again for a future board trip.
Many more amenities and much more spacious than expected. We had a great stay and fit our family of 4 comfortably. Close to the slopes and to restaurants, etc. Will def. book again in the future.
The room was exactly what we needed. I would say everything worked out extremely well except the following:
1 - I was contacted by someone with the rental management company about check in time and I emailed back right away. Unfortunately I never heard back from them which was frustrating.
2 - The app that I was constantly emailed about didn't work.
3 - Hot tub did not work when we were there. The pool flooded over into the hot tub and everything was cold.
Got sick the night before and could not make the trip. Wish I'd purchased the travel insurance, it was a total loss.
The condo was clean and more than sufficient for one person. Bathroom was huge and updated . It was odd that there wasn't a stove but the hot plate sufficed. The only thing that I recommend changing is the wattage of the lightbulbs. The lights were incredibly dim which made it feel like I was in a haze in the room.
My husband and I enjoyed our home away from home for a month in Summit County. The apartment was fairly big, so provided enough room to live comfortably.
Unfortunately it wasn't very clean when we moved in. There were black hairs in the sink, on the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub walls. None of us has black hair and definitely not long ones.
The kitchen lacks in tools to cook elaborate meals. We did manage to cook most meals ourselves but you couldn't cook anything too fancy because the kitchen space is very small and there's hardly any tools to simplify the task.
The location of the apartment is within easy walking distance to the free shuttle bus stop and the Keystone village (shops, pubs, restaurants).
Summit County is gorgeous in summer. We enjoyed a lot of sunshine throughout our stay.
We also hired a car for a week and were able to park it in the underground garage (for free). We definitely consider visiting the area again.
We would have loved a proper desk with proper chairs to sit on and use our laptops. The table in the corner is OK, but the chairs are too high to sit there for an hour or two at the time.
The apartment was nicely furnished though and we liked that we were able to open the windows to enjoy the mountain breeze.
Overall we were very happy with this place. If it weren't for the poor cleaning of the bathroom upon our arrival I would easily award this five stars.
Compnay was easy and very nice to work with. The Property was a great size and easy to stay for my 3 day trip. I can see myself coming back and trying to rent this small space.
Great location, nothing but a good experience!
Good quiet place
A lovely studio apartment, a 10 minute walk from the main River Run ski lifts or a very easy ride on the free shuttle which picks you up right outside the building. We really enjoyed our stay here and the management company were extremely helpful and quick to deal with our queries throughout the process.
The only point for improvement would be the limited cooking utensils - the only sharp knife is a bread knife, no can opener (bring your own!) and no dishwasher.
Apart from that, a fantastic little apartment in a lovely resort.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
