the unit was very clean, southfacing so there was some sun on the balcony. All in all a very nice unit.
Sharice W.on 03/08/2017
We enjoyed our stay over spring break. Convenient to the slopes. Bed was a little soft for us. Condo was clean and had a crockpot!

Buffalo Lodge is very convenient to the Gondola, and River Run amenities. Underground parking is convenient. Unit is nicely decorated. I have stayed in this unit before and the only negative is a loud motor noise that runs occasionally, (garage exhaust fan?) and the noise of gurgling water, both loudest in the bedroom. Neither humidifier that were stored in the closet appeared to work.

very comfortable one bedroom. Not the best view, but the location is nice. parking is convenient. Bed is very comfy!
Cindy K.on 07/12/2016
The unit was clean, well appointed, and perfect for 3 of us. It has a great view and a little off the main area of River Run so during the festivals it is a little quieter.

Nice and updated condo with a close walk to gondola. Thanks for sharing your condo and will definitely use again in the future

The place was exactly as described, right in the heart of the village and extremely close to lifts and bus stops to get around the resort. Had all the amenities we could need and had a great view! Overall the trip was great! Would definitely come back

It was pretty much as advertised. The kitchen was very nice. The view from the balcony was great. The complex itself was located in a great spot. The only major (to me) complaint I had was that the pillows were just awful. They were hard as a rock and since I flew out I was unable to bring my own. I would stay at this place again and just bring a better pillow.

Location was great. The room was very clean and cozy!

Over the years we've stayed in multiple units at River Run and this was one of the most well appointed and clean units we have visited. One bedroom with pullout so best for a family of 4 with 2 younger children.

Keystone is my 2nd all time favorite mountain to ski at. Yet, I need my rest every night. The other renters were so ridiculously loud, profane, and obnoxious, I could get maybe 2 to 3 hours of sleep each night.
I complained to management the first night, the noise went away for 30 minutes, then the yelling, cursing, and doors slamming happened all over again.
Next morning, there was a condom wrapped around the door knob, as to show us, that they know who made the complaint the prior night.
If the rental would not have been prepaid, I would've left the very next day to stay somewhere else.
To think, I was so bragging about keystone, to my 2 air force friends from Vegas to show them an awesome time....

We loved this condo and Buffalo lodge! The condo was very clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. it was cozy and the location was perfect. We loved all the amenities at the lodge. Thanks for everything, this place comes highly recommended!

The Buffalo Lodge was an amazing place to stay. We were just a short walk away from the Gondola and the shuttle pick-up area. The ski lockers on the first floor was very convenient. The room was exactly how it was depicted in the photos, very clean, and the perfect size for two adults - with room to spare. Also has a great view of the slopes. Overall a great and convenient stay at the lodge.

Great stay in Keystone! Condo was clean, cozy and perfect! Walking distance to everything, loved having the ice skating rink right outside the front door. Heated garage parking, well equipped kitchen, nice gas fireplace, and great view of the Saturday night fireworks right from the balcony!

We have never stayed in River Run before. For a short summer stay, we thought it sounded like a great location. In ski season, it probably is. In the summer, when you must keep the windows open 24/7 to keep the unit cool, the noise was bad. The condo overlooks a courtyard and the back of Zuma restaurant. On Saturday night, there were screaming people below. In the wee hours of one night, a very loud truck was unloading at the restaurant at 3:30 am. Urghhhh. Additionally, the carpet is extremely dirty and spotted with a rip near the kitchen cabinets.

Our vacation experience was excellent. Keystone has a wonderful program and the living facilities were incredible.

This is a lovely little condo and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The kitchen had all of the basics and the space was comfortably laid out. It is located in River Run, facing the square. It means you're right in the action, though it can get loud, even at night. Only two of us stayed there, I can see the space being cramped if more than a couple with one child were there (two kids tops). If you're the sort of person that needs counter space in the bathroom (to do makeup or hair), you may find the bathroom challenging to use. Also, most of the storage space in the condo is already in use; if you're okay working from your luggage, this is no big deal. I know this sounds like a negative review, but I really enjoyed staying here and I hope you will too.

I came to Keystone with my youngest son to visit my oldest son who lives in Dillon. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us and well equipped! Even for cooking an entire Thanksgiving meal. The area is beautiful, the condo was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Not too bad of a walk to the gondola. I would recommend it to anyone and hope to stay there again sometime! We were in Buffalo Lodge. Everything just as advertised.

was VERY impressed with my rental at buffalo lodge in river run village !!!!! I have stayed at other places in keystone and this was BY FAR the best ..at least for me anyways !!!
Jay G.on 08/03/2014
Reasonable price for great view and location, doesn't fit 5 people-would be extremely tight. Comfortably it would only fit 3 people at the most. We would return to stay there to go skiing and/or again in the summer.

Loved that the property was right at the base of keystone! We had a great time.
Jon G.on 02/15/2014
Summit County mountain retreats staff was courteous and easy to work with. Condo was very nice and had all amenities needed to make for a great weekend. Only complaint would be that carpet in unit was tore by kitchen area and showing signs of wear in other spots but other wise condo was great. Buffalo lodge has great proximity to shops, restraints and ski lifts. Unit is a great value with vey good views of the ski slopes. I would not hesitate to book again.
Andrew F.on 01/28/2014
Overall satisfied.Few loose hinges on cabinets doors, one door falling down.Friday and Saturday nights difficult to sleep because people in adjacent units partying till almost dawn, very noisy. I think that especially should be addressed.

We stayed in this condo from 12/22 til the morning of 12/26. This was so convenient for
my husband and I for our Christmas Ski trip. We had everything at our fingertips it seemed like. Highly recommend this location.

Great stay for early skiing. Location was ideal. Short walk to gondola. Professional staff and great booking process. Couldn't have been better.
Dennis B.on 09/21/2013
the communication on how to get to the rental and the code was terrible and very upsetting.
if it had not been for a maintanence person we would not have gotten in the rental. no(poor) tv service. thanks
This rental was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. We were there during the down season, sonthere wasn't much open in the village. We ate breakfast at the Haywood Cafe every morning and it was incredible!!! We definitely plan on coming back again and will gladly use Summit County rentals without hesitation.
This condo is well cared for and the owners have done a great job equipping the kitchen with everything you might need. The views are lovely and location wonderful.
The unit was very nice. Clean with all the essential amenities. Close to the gondola and the restaurants and shops in River Run Village.
Great location in the heart of River Run. Awesome view of slopes and fireworks on Saturday night. Kitchen was well-equipped.Rental unit was warm and had to leave windows open in the middle of winter the entire time. Master bedroom mattress was not that comfortable but otherwise it was really great location.
The condo was very clean and had everything you'd need. Perfect for my 22 year old and I. We loved that you can watch the skiing from the condo.
Very nice, clean condo. We enjoyed the condo and its location.
Condo was very clean & great for the 2 of us. Location could have been better, the courtyard location was loud at times late into the night with people socializing way past midnight. The bed was too soft for me & my husband, but that's our preference. Condo has a great kitchen with updated appliances. Nice building & location to River Run.
Everything was great-Especially for off season. My lost cell phone was recoverd by a staff member and she went out of her way to get it back to me.
Thanks for everything.
Overall, the property was in good condition. It's a very cute condo and the kitchen amenities were greatly appreciated. However, the carpet was very dirty and some was even missing by the kitchen area.
The unit was a little dirty when we got there, not bad, but kids plastic bags were on the floor in the kitchen, and dirty towels were outside the front door, other than that....great place, perfect location, helpful staff.
Even though we didn't end up skiing at Keystone, the condo was wonderful for our ski trip. It is cozy and comfortable and enabled us to enjoy a hearty, relaxed breakfast each morning before heading to Vail, Breck, A Basin and Copper. Returning to the condo each night, we were able to recharge and prepare for the next mountain. The views of the slope were great, especially the Sat. night fireworks display. We enjoyed being able to walk to two great restaurants for dinner as well. Parking was super convenient too. A great place to stay at a great value.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
