We loved our stay here. Had the rental for 2 nights during my niece’s wedding, would recommend this unit!
Marjean G.on 03/21/2018
Great time, snow fall almost daily
Kiril P.on 01/26/2018
Noisy apartment just above street and across parking, bad management.
Jordan R.on 01/10/2018
Overall good experience. Great location. However, unit 8268 is in desperate need of new living room furniture. I'm convinced you could find better stuff at the local thrift shop.
Kenneth L.on 12/26/2017
Only downside was that the condo wasn't available when the property management said it would be. Had to wait an additional 30 mins.
Ryan P.on 12/07/2017
Couch is uncomfortable, pillows were terrible.
Taneisha L.on 11/03/2017
Really enjoyed ourselves. Had a great weekend. Great having kitchen utensils and very homey like stay.
Brian s.on 08/08/2017
It was just what we needed
Katie B.on 08/01/2017
It was the perfect place to stay. We were staying the week in Keystone to attend a friends wedding and this was the perfect place to be. We were comfortable and it was clean and you could relax, knowing that we had everything we needed and then some.
Brandon H.on 06/29/2017
Excellent location. Great communication with management company. Very helpful
Tracee B.on 04/19/2017
Very at home feel ... I loved it and can't wait to come back was well maintained and Clean except the bed had hair in it like the sheets haven't been changed
Daniel M.on 03/06/2017
We stayed here in March for a few days of skiing. It was close to the slopes and in the center of the village for convenience. I hope we are able to go back again.
Shane H.on 03/02/2017
Very cleanand comfortable. Easy check in. Excellent customer service. Parking garage with direct elevator access. Walking distance to mountain for skiing.
Jessica D.on 02/18/2017
Stayed here with our kids. We were vacationing with 3 other families and all rented units in same building. So convenient and fun for all. Skiiers can come and go as they wish. Plenty of food and shopping too.
Kimberly E.on 12/26/2016
The property was great. We loved that there was a king bed. The kitchen was well stocked. It it was perfect for a family of 3.
Mark V.on 12/23/2016
Condo was fine however the check in and out time makes no sense, check in is 4pm and check out is 10am. You lose 6 hours that you paid for, also the condo was ready to check in at 2pm my first day however management said I had to pay a $20 fee to check in early. What a rip off, love the condo however managaement not so much.

We had a great experience at the River Run Condo. The facility is up to date, clean and in a great location. Walking distance to the gondola, several restaurants and bars.
Bowen D.on 07/19/2016
The Silver Mill location was better compared to other accommodations that people in my group had (Gateway), and I have nothing but appreciation for the unit; clean, appropriate temperature, well provisioned and a convenient location for events that happen at Silver Mill and the conference center (by way of bus, with aw convenient stop just outside the building).
Elizabeth J.on 06/25/2016
Overall the place was nice. Could have been a bit cleaner.
Jennifier T.on 06/05/2016
I really felt like I was at home in the condo. Had a couple issues which were addressed immediately. Would suggest more town racks since it slept 4. Plus a place to dry clothes if wet such as swim suit.
Jeannie S.on 06/03/2016
Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony & close to buses.
Vince P.on 05/13/2016
I love the place. It has everything essential you need to enjoy your vacation. There was one problem that i had and it was the parking in the basement. I had an Fj Cruiser with a cargo box which is about 9' clearance and the basrment was only 7.5' clearance so i wad not able to get into the basement and it was after hours so I could not called the office to find out where to park. It would be nice to let your guess know you can park on the outside parking or info where to park if you cant enter the basement.
Jelena R.on 03/06/2016
The property is clean, warm and cozy.
You can pick up a key to their underground garage on your way there, park, get ready and hit the slopes. By the time you get back your room will be ready, you will need to go back to main office to get the room keys. The condo was bigger than I thought it would be, kitchen is fully equipped. The location is perfect. I am definitely coming back.
Laramie G.on 02/18/2016
Convenient location and overall great place to stay. No complaints!
Christy H.on 12/28/2015
We had a fantastic stay at the Silver Mill property. We were very happy with all aspects of our trip. The only criticism is perhaps the pillows could be upgraded a little and the pull-out mattress checked for sturdiness to improve sleeping conditions. The folks at SCMR were great.
Matthew W.on 12/20/2015
No slope views but the listing said there was
Kim O.on 11/28/2015
This was a great unit right in the heart of Keystone Resort. The unit was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and kitchen. We loved the heated garage and the amenities at the property. We were very happy with this unit and look forward to booking it again this season.
Eric N.on 11/25/2015
Great experience. Location is perfect, would like to return.
Melanie W.on 09/24/2015
The place was cozy for us and our kiddos. We enjoyed being able to cook and eat meals in. Great location. Kids loved the pool.
Karleen M.on 08/14/2015
Great location. Close to Gondola, shopping and restaurants. Nicely stocked kitchen. Balcony screen door is off track. No A/C. We faced the hi-way, which was a bit noisy the first night. The next night, we positioned the fan on the balcony to blow into the bedroom window, and it blocked any street or outside noise.
Karin W.on 06/18/2015
It was exactly as described, very clean and a great place to stay a couple of nights during the summer.
Matt M.on 11/22/2014
Good place. Great location. Underground parking.
One elevator was broken the entire time and the other had floor 3 button always on so catching the elevator was a challenge.
I would stay again. Clean condo well furnished.
Allison B.on 08/23/2014
The instructions to get access cards to the room were very straight forward and easy to follow. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Place was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Location was perfect! Walkable to everything.
Summit County Rentals was a great group to work with and next time we are in Keystone we will definitely rent from them again!
We have already recommended them to others.
BJ P.on 07/03/2014
We had a great time! A nice place to stay in River Run Village in Keystone.
Clint Y.on 05/03/2014
Everything was great in the unit and the surrounding ammenities. I wanted to point out that the light over the kitchen table was broken. Otherwise excellent experience.
Kyle K.on 04/24/2014
I really enjoyed staying in this condo. I rent a lot of condos during the season, and this was by far one of my favorites. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom, bed was super comfortable, and the TV over the fireplaces was nice. Liked the view too, even though Keystone is closed. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!
Debby I.on 02/13/2014
The main complaint was the condition of the sleeper sofa. It was very thin and not in good shape, had to sleep on the floor.
Brian B.on 02/01/2014
The rental agreement was intimidating and difficult to sign but the unit was just as described no problems, excellent location, short walk to the slopes, very short walk, no one is any closer, parking was a big plus, As you watch a steady stream of cars coming into Keystone you walk out the door and right to the slopes and gondola, lots to do in the River Run village, enough happy hours to make it very reasonably priced, River run is also the most desirable areas at Keystone. Ate breakfast at cafe in the gateway strip mall behind the River Run complex, the best place for groceries is right there also, if you are going to do any serious cooking I recommend bringing food up from one the bigger towns not much within the area. We made toast and omelet each morn, All the restaurant are good, Snake River Saloon next to Christies ski rental, had excellent sandwiches, happy hour, and steaks where reasonably priced $10 off internet coupon, recommend at least one visit, also make a very good Bloody Mary, watched Super Bowl at Mexican place next to summit office, also good pricing during happy hour took summit shuttle from River run. if you are looking for a very nice local ski mountain check out A Basin, hard to describe why but it was a very pleasant place to ski, so glad we went, another place to warm up about half way from DIA is Loveland New peak 6 at Breckinridge was awesome both A basin and peak 6 have above the timberline skiing which is like skiing on the moon. if you haven,'t been able to tell yet we had an excellent time and great skiing at a very nice rental unit that we found to be very reasonably priced with great common areas, 25 percent discount off ski rentals brings the cost to under $20 day

Perfect location, walk to gondola.
Nice and quiet because it faces the parking side - heard from someone facing the courtyard side that Friday night there were (drunk?) people singing from 2-3AM...really glad we were on the other side :-)
What a great location! Walk to the lifts, shops, and restaurants. There is a nice grocery store in nearby Dillon and the condo had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable.
We were out for a 5 day stay over spring break with our daughter. Unit is small but comfortable and convenient, well maintained. Ski lockers on first floor and underground parking add to convenience.
We got locked in the elevator, keys stopped working for the building and parking garage (had to back out of parking garage entrance with cars behind me on a hill), extra blankets seemed dirty, one had a white spot of something on it.
Well this was my wife's and I first time to keystone area and we absolutely loved it! Breck is our usual stay but now we have a second place to add to the list!
Location is perfect. The building is great. Getting an underground parking spot for free is so clutch. The condo has everything you need
Very nice place, well situated, fairly priced. No real complaints other than it can be a little difficult to find if your coming after hours.
The condo was great, just as advertised. Clean and stocked with the essentials.
Enjoyable stay at a very nicely maintained Building at the foot of the Keystone Ski Mountain. Close access to Village area shopping and dining. Gondola within easy walk, takes you to top of the mountain.
Great Value in comfortable one bedroom.
This unit is in river run village, where there is plenty of activity, shops and restaurant. The building has nice clean hot tubs and communal areas. The unit itself has been well used and needs several items looked at.
We owned a condo in Black Bear about ten years ago (we replaced the couch). It looks like the couch in this unit is an original and very uncomfortable, time to replace. Time for new carpet as well, probably the original and a lot of stains, giving the impression the unit is dirty. Screen drawer off track. Other than that, unit is in good shape and we enjoyed our stay. Low mark on location was that it faced the highway and the resulting tank truck noice all night. The rent process was very well done.
Beds and pillows were SUPER uncomfortable. None of us slept well the entire time there. The hair dryer also kept overheating and went out after 2 minutes . Not ideal for 3 females staying here together! Otherwise it was all great. Fantastic location.
Very clean comfortable stay. Very close to shops, eating, lifts, etc. Would stay in Silver Mill again. Hot tubs very wonderful!!!
We just returned from a 4 night stay at Silver Mill. I had stayed at the Dakota Lodge previously, and I preferred the lobby area and location of Silver Mill to Dakota.
The unit we had (#8268) was perfect for me and my two small boys. Compared to our friend's unit on the 2nd floor, this 4th floor unit had an extended (breakfast bar area with window) and well-stocked kitchen that made the unit feel much larger than a one-bedroom. I also preferred this unit to others I considered because it has counterspace /drawers in the bathroom as opposed to a pedestal sink. The bedding was comfy - we didn't try the pull out couch.
The customer service from Summit County Mountain Retreats was excellent - we arrived early in the morning, and they DO offer early check-ins for a very small, reasonable fee, if the unit is available. Ours was not, but they offered to call us as soon as it was, and in the meantime, offered us parking passes and access to the common areas. When the unit was ready (around 1pm), they called us to let us know. The office/lockbox for picking up keys is very convenient to River Run. I had one request while I was there, and the customer service team was quite responsive, very friendy and they were able to resolve the need.
The ONLY con about this unit is that is it on the parking lot side of the building, so for those who like to sleep past 7am, there will be a noise issue (delivery trucks beeping, etc.). However, the unit had a large box fan, and we realized that by turning that on at night, we slept a ton better. Also, I think that by just updating the couch and the breakfast table chairs, this unit would feel 100% fresher.
Thanks for a great stay!!
TV is too high but the hot tub(s) make up for it. Fridge was completely bare, usually you get at least condiments but this place is more of a hotel room. View is terrible so don't get this place if that is important.
The condo was in a good location close to the lifts. However, the unit needs, due to wear and tear, to be updated. The unit was very clean. The elevators at Silver Mill are a problem due to high traffic and downtime/maintenance issues. The management company was very responsive and excellent to work with.
I was really happy that there was a crockpot. It made cooking dinner so much easier. The only complaint is the kitchen table had a sticky residue on it regardless of how much I cleaned it. I think it might have been the lacquer finish. Otherwise, everything was excellent!
Stayed here for 3 days to be a part of a friends wedding. Great location, close to the gondola up the mountain and all the shops and restaurants we all frequented. Condo was very tidy and bed was comfortable. Pleased with my overall experience, I can see how the garage would be fantastic in the winter. Definitely recommend!
We needed a last-minute reservation in Summit County and wanted to stay near a ski resort. The location was perfect, the owner responded quickly confirming our request. Own parking garage a plus!
Silver Mill is in a great location, right in center village close to the gondola. Big rooms, great amenities, large outdoor hot tubs. Overall, a great resort. Highly recommend.
Wonderful, relaxing time
The area was great and the view was beautiful.
The funiture in Kitchen not in good shape and only e chairs at the table, coffee table banged but the carpet really needed some attention. But unit was very clean. Thank you.
Very nice room for four people, although we were only one couple. Spacious and comfortable, quiet, convenient to the River Run Plaza events area. One downside - balcony opened up onto the parking lot side and not the plaza side.
The location was perfect. The bathroom was nice and big. The kitchen had all the basic stuff I needed. The only complaint I have, the mattress on the fold out couch was stained.
Great time at keystone. Property was as expected and very convenient.
My husband and I traveled from Seguin, Texas to Keystone for our ski trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Silver Mill. It was so nice to stay in such a quaint village in Keystone. Everything we needed was so conveniently located at or near the resort. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn't mind staying here if we return.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
