  • This spacious 3,281 square foot 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom condo sleeps sixteen and has two private heated balconies that overlook the hot tub and pool. There are high-end finishes throughout and private full-size laundry in the property. A true ski-in/ski-out condo and you’re just a two-minute walk from River Run Village.

    The entryway has a small bench and hooks for the storage of vacation gear and shoes. The great room features 30-foot vaulted ceilings & stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that offer beautiful mountain & treed views. Comfortable furniture offers plenty of seating around a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace with stone surround that extends all the way to the ceiling. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony that features heated floors. Take in the beautiful views while keeping warm.

    The high-end full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry. The dining area comfortably seats eight with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. Down the hall is the half bath for you and your guests’ convenience. All bathrooms are stocked with towels & an initial supply of toiletries. The property features a private full-size washer and dryer, and laundry soap has been provided for your convenience.

    There are two master bedrooms on the main level, each featuring king-sized beds, flat screen TVs and en suite bathrooms. The first master features a stone gas fireplace and is on the far left side of the condo, separated from the other bedrooms. The second master has its own private balcony featuring a heated floor. Both en suite bathrooms have jetted tubs, walk-in steam showers with two shower heads and double sinks.

    The third and fourth bedrooms are also on the main level near the second master bedroom. Both feature flat screen TVs and en suite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two extra long twin-sized beds, while the fourth bedroom has two extra long twin-sized bunk beds.

    Upstairs the loft has a large flat screen TV, a game table with seating for four, a futon that can sleep two and a wet bar complete with a small refrigerator, coffee maker and seating for three. The fifth bedroom is also upstairs and has two queen-sized beds and a flat screen TV with DVD player. It features two skylights as well. Serving the entire loft, there's a full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower.

    Absolutely everything you need is included in this home. What a wonderful environment, layout, and location! Our family had a perfect time during our stay. Next to the balcony access you’ll find French doors that open up to the private, indoor hot tub eliminating the undesirable walk outside you’ll find in most other buildings.

    The full-sized kitchen comes stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats five people with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There’s a private washer and dryer in the unit, and laundry soap is provided for your convenience. The first of three full bathrooms is located just down the hall. All three bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

    The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat screen TV and a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double beds and a television, as well as its own access to the guest bathroom. The third bedroom has a queen-sized murphy bed and a private bathroom. When this bedroom is not being used for sleeping it can be used as a den.

    Other than it was initially a little hard to find, it was a terrific property. Hot tub was excellent! Definitely would stay again.

    Place is exactly as pictured. Had everything we were looking for-heated pool, hot tub, fireplace, kitchen. Brought the kids for a weekend away and had a wonderful low key weekend. The area is beautiful-lots of hiking, biking, boating, etc...

The cozy furniture provides seating for everyone, as well as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet. You will also find Murphy bed that can be pulled out from the wall at night for an additional sleeping arrangement. Just off the living room is access to the private balcony that offers scenic views.

    The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats four. The first of two full bathrooms is just off the living area. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

    Overall it was a nice condo. Great Keystone location. Comfy beds. Only fault was found a flesh tone compression sock under the bed and some dishes were dirty.

    The entryway features a small bench and a closet for storage of vacation gear. Upstairs is the main living area and kitchen. The living room features stunning vaulted ceilings with wood beams and a skylight. There's a large flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace with plenty of seating for guests. From here you can access the oversized deck that includes a grill.

    The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and beautiful cabinetry. The dining room has a wood table that comfortably seats eight. There’s a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

    Back downstairs on the lower level are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a beautiful four poster, king-sized bed, large corner windows and an en suite bathroom. There's also a seating area and bench. The en suite bathroom features double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination with tile surround. The vanity area is separate from the rest of the bathroom for added privacy.

    The first guest bedroom is across the hall and has two twin beds. The second guest bedroom also has two twin beds that fit together to make a king-sized bed. These bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway. This bathroom features double sinks with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The vanity area is separate from the rest of the bathroom for added privacy.

    There is a washer and dryer on the lower level, and laundry soap is provided for your convenience.

    Wonderful place to stay... Easy check in and out (don't actually see or talk to anyone). Condo is not too far from the parking lot OR the bus pickup for the mountain house ski lifts. Condo was very clean, nicely decorated, has a very comfy master bedroom, kitchen was wonderful, place is open and inviting! We come to ski and then chill, this condo was one of the nicest we've rented in the 20+ years coming to Keystone - usually rent through the resort (never know what we are getting until we check in). Three bedrooms and two full baths are on the lower level, walk-in level has a great place to store and dry your ski boots and closet for skis and poles, top level is the living room then you go up a few stairs to the kitchen and the dining room (lots of up and down) - but it worked out fine.

    The check in process was easy and fairly straightforward. The condo was beautiful and warm. It was also very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much. We liked the ski locker accessibility along with the heated parking garage. We explored the pool and hot tub area but our kids were too afraid to be cold getting out of the water. We had a blast and will be returning for more playtime in the future.

    Stayed in this space for three days with my family and it worked out great! Large living space with fire place and amazing views of the mountain offered a great place to relax after a long day of skiing! Location is walking distance to the lifts on the right side of the mountain; however, we chose to drive over to the gondola each morning. We did walk over to the main resort area each night - very easy walk.

    We rented Gateway 5094 for ourselves and the bridal party in our daughter's wedding for the weekend. The condo was beautiful inside and out. Clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

    Summit County Mountain Retreats were excellent to work with! We booked through a third party and then had to change our dates. The other agent would not work with us but Summit County went to bat for us and got it done! Wonderful people there working hard to help us.

Just west of the complex is The River Course, one of two championship golf courses in Keystone.

    During the summer, guests can enjoy exploring the surrounding area by foot. You're just a little over 200 yards from casting your line into Snake River for a great day of fishing. The walking and biking trail runs south of the complex and if you head east you'll hit Lakeside Village and then, depending on how far you want to walk or bike, the rest of the resort. You can also reach Keystone Stables via the trail and a pedestrian bridge.

    The entryway features hooks and a bench for the storage of vacation gear. The living room has large sectional sofa, a flat screen TV and a wood-burning fireplace. The sectional includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa that was recently remade (including a new folding mechanism) so it is very comfortable. Additional sheets and blankets are in the closet.     This unit was exactly what I wanted for a condo. It had the ski/mountin lodge feel but was clean and had everything we needed. The washer/Dryer in unit was key! Clubhouse was a short walk away and had an amazing pool with hot tub and sauna.

    The property was very nice, and we especially loved the serene view out the living room windows. The unit was clean when we arrived and well maintained. There weren't a lot of bells and whistles, everything was pretty simple, but our basic needs were met. Although some things could be modernized and updated, it was a good value for the price.
