We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. For our family of 4, it was well equipped and luxurious. We were close to the pool and the workout room. The beach is within walking distance (10 min). The Waikoloa Beach is superb. You can do snorkeling. We can see turtles. We are also well located for when we went to the other beaches to the north and also Kona.

The luxurious townhome is located in a private gated community within the lush Mauna Lani resort. Our home is beautifully appointed with new top of the line tropical furnishings. The Lehua layout is an open floor plan with multiple lanai’s and fully retractable sliding glass doors to make the most of Hawaii’s indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Although gourmet restaurants are a quick stroll away, should you decide to cook your own gourmet meal at home, the kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you will need including stainless steel cookware and appliances, dishwasher drawers, prep island with sink, large Sub Zero refrigerator, granite countertops and on the main lanai, a high end Weber grill. On the second floor, the spacious master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed, walk-in closet with built in cabinets, a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub and shower. We stayed here in October and can't express how great this property is. The house is tastefully decorated with excellent appliances and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. We especially liked the sliding doors that open up the living room to the lanai and outdoor reading area. In addition, the balcony from the master bedroom has an incredible view. The Villages at Mauna lani has an excellent pool area that was perfect for our 11 month old twins. The house is also just walking distance from a great supermarket and a number of restaurants which made everything convenient. Finally, the real estate agents (Marisa and Alesia) were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They are extremely quick to respond even during our stay. When I mentioned we were bringing 11 month old twins, they even went as far to put a few toys in the house for our kids to play with. They also helped us obtain a set of pack and plays and high chairs which they put into the unit before we arrived! We love the Big Island (our 4th trip) and will try to rent this place every time we return.Waimea 20.37 miles

Beautiful landscaping and property. Nice condo. Internet router was broken for first five days. It would have been nice to see that fixed at a quicker rate. That aside, not any major issues. We would love to stay here again and will hopefully have a chance.Waikoloa Village 22.54 miles

The condo was well decorated and furnished, making my son's stay there very comfortable. The kitchen, dining table and living room were conveniently arranged and perfect for eating and entertaining. The beach equipment in the closet also came in very handy (beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys). We spent two weeks on the Big Island, weather was perfect, location at Waikoloa very convenient to many activities. The condo was fair, king bed really needs to be replaced and the general upkeep of the condo was not great and needs some attention, rather outdated. Upon our arrival all the smoke detectors were peeping and the condo's air hadn't been turned on. The out side deck looked like it had never been clean at all, all the railing were very dirty as well as the tile floor. this was my first experience renting a condo, I have been to the Big Island 8 times in 15 years and have rented homes which I prefer but since we were bring another couple I thought they would like being closer to amenities for shopping etc. The Fairway Villa Complex is very nice, the one thing I missed was having a grill outside our was quite a treck to grillWaikoloa Village 22.38 miles
We are proud to boast of our villa being minimally used so it is in top shape! Surround yourself in quality high end furnishings, granite countertops, tile flooring and designer paint! If you are not allergic to elegance look no further. You will feel at peace in our home. It's quiet and has a great feel to it. You can enjoy the flat screen tv's in each room, read or listen to some island music. Not only will you have fantastic views of the mountains but you can enjoy the golf views too! Our linens are soft and fresh! They are a little more forgiving if you get a little to much sun on your first day! Everything you need to make a great meal is in our gourmet kitchen. Make yourself at home! There are seaonings and little special extra's so you don't have to buy everything! If you are a serious beach bum we have everything you need for that as well.

This quiet beautifully remodeled 1400sf 2 bedroom condo is located at a comfortable 900 feet elevation right on the 9th Fairway of the Robert Trent Jones Jr. designed Golf Course in Waikoloa Village. The Waikoloa Villas complex is surrounded by lush manicured and landscaped gardens overflowing with tropical flowers and swaying palm trees.
The condo has beautiful Tiger Wood Floors in the common areas, while both bedrooms have carpet. All rooms have ceiling fans. The living room has floor to ceiling windows to view the great outdoors, and a large sliding glass door to the lanai.
The master bedroom with a dramatic vaulted ceiling has a California king-size bed and a private lanai to enjoy that morning cup of Kona Coffee while listening to the unique sounds of tropical birds singing. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. The condo has its own washer and dryer. Enjoy cooking in this fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and maple cabinetry.

Rental had broken shades on 3 large windows that caused constant problems in closing to create privacy; 2 slats vacant in living room. Bedroom shade continued to break. Little furniture; couch very uncomfortable for any long term sitting. Ceiling fan in living room noisy, especially when trying to sleep. Vacuum did not work; smelt like burning. Windows in small bedroom very dirty and only partially cleaned when reported. Small window in master bedroom dirty. Had problems with GFI plugs; fixed by Boundless. Main tub handle broken; crud/mold(?) around caulking. Plenty of beach seats; boogie boards; snorkeling stuff, large beach towels. We have stayed in similar units at Waikaloa Villas that were much better maintained and more comfortable. Boundless Hawaii responsive but in reality changed nothing. Said shades on the way, but that did nothing for our month-long stay. We like the area but would not rent unit again nor recommend to anyone.Waikoloa Village 20.79 miles

Use the gate code 2407 on the little black box at the gate. When you pull in through the gate, Building D is almost immediately in front. Find stall#D-201 which should be directly in front of Building D. Walk up only 5-6 stairs to get to the second floor. The lockbox is by the rail of the unit. Use the code 2819 to get into the box. Use the key in the door lock and turn until you hear it click. Push the door open, as the door handle is decorative. The condo was amazing. We shared the space with another couple and it was fabulous how well the space was layed out. We had the privacy we wanted because the place was so spacious. Aloha! Welcome to our home in the prestigious Mauna Launi resort. Our Hawaiian retreat is located in the newly constructed, beautifully landscaped Kulalani resort which features the most luxurious pool areas in all of Mauna Lani. We have recently completed an extensive interior update including fresh paint, furnishings, and décor. Our professionally decorated home is one of the larger two bedroom units with over 1,600 square feet of living space. We feel we have the best of both worlds - a very private lanai and barbecue on the ground level and an upper level lanai that overlooks the vast pool area. The lower level has an open floor plan with a comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV (HD cable included), dining room with seating for 6, a well equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, and a spacious powder room. There is also an attached one car garage with supplies for your trip to the beach or pool. On the upper level, the spacious master suite with a California king bed has a large closet, an attached sitting area, a furnished lanai and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Our home is a brief walk to the entrance to the pool area which allow you the luxury of rolling your ice chest (provided) full of your favorite food and beverages. If you would like to stroll along the beach, it is only a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful Fairmont Orchid with its lovely white sand beach and sea turtles which come to shore to rest almost every afternoon. If snorkeling and other water sports is what you crave, our home comes with a pass to the private Mauna Launi Beach Club. The Beach Club is a breathtakingly beautiful cove which features some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Chairs and umbrellas are provided at the beach club for our guests and there is a bar and restaurant so you dont have to leave. Provided at our home are boogie boards, umbrellas, and other water toys. Snorkel gear, stand up paddle boards, and kayaks can be rented at the beach club. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It was immaculately clean and very well-stocked with fluffy towels, sunscreen, magazines, kitchen supplies, etc. The decor and art are thoughtfully chosen. Clearly the homeowners take great pride in their home. The location is very convenient and access to the best snorkel beach is a definite bonus. The pool view from the upstairs lanai is lovely. We have stayed at the Golf Villas many times and settled on staying at this unit this time. The unit itself was lovely and fine so I can recommend it for anyone looking for a nice 3 bedroom place to stay. Location from the pool isn't that far of a walk which is why we like the Golf Villas.
What pissed me off about this trip was that the owner knew there was construction when we booked and didn't say anything. We learned from several owners that they sued the builder because they didn't do several things to code and the construction was scheduled months in advance. The place was empty because there are not the many full time residents so not many kids to play with in the pool.
The worst part was the construction. They have to setup and put their equipment and tools somewhere so of course it was right out in front of K5 since it is in the back corner. Nothing like having to hear and see construction on a relaxing vacation. The parking was a challenge too as equipment was everywhere.
