  • Sweeping ocean views are yours at Golden Star, our 3-story beachfront house right on Jacksonville Beach. Ready to accommodate a big group, this house includes an in-law flat, modern electronics, new furnishings, grassy yard, and 3 oceanfront balconies. There's plenty of space for everyone in the group at Golden Star! The ground floor is a self-contained 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa with an exterior entrance, gorgeous ocean views, full kitchen, master suite, and 3 separate living spaces. The upper two floors feature a beautiful third-floor loft with huge master suite, formal living and dining areas, big kitchen, and panoramic beach views. No matter where you are at Golden Star, you're surrounded by beauty and comfort!

The house is set just behind the dunes, with a nice grassy strip for the kids to play on and the adults to enjoy picnics, bird-watching, and entertaining. A boardwalk leads down to the beach, and the sound of the surf is always present when you're on the balconies or in the yard at Golden Star -- the perfect soundtrack to your Jacksonville vacation! Just in from the yard is the Florida room, with comfy wicker furnishings and lovely views. There is also a family room on the first floor and a living room with TV, decorative fireplace, and plenty of cozy seating. The master suite is just off the living area, with a king-sized bed, private TV, and en-suite bath with deep soaking tub and walk-in shower. Sunshine spills into nearly every room, making it a pleasure to wake up each morning!

There are 2 additional bedrooms and full bathrooms on the first floor: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with 2 twins. Each of the bathrooms has both a shower and tub option, ideal for younger children. And this floor also contains a full kitchen plus a dining table! You can use the ground floor as a self-contained flat for another family, or make it part of the whole house.

The second floor is the main living and dining area of Golden Star, featuring a sitting room with two deep, comfortable armchairs facing a bank of huge windows overlooking the ocean. This will be your "go to" spot at Golden Star, a great place to begin the day. (Get up early enough and you might even catch the brilliant sunrise over the horizon!) For larger gatherings, the living room is the focus -- here you'll find a huge HDTV with DVD playera, ultra-comfortable couches (one of which opens into a queen-sized bed), a luxurious reading chair by the windows, and a decorative fireplace. Spacious and inviting, the living room is where your group will congregate at all times of day!

But why stay indoors? Two separate balconies open out from the second floor, inviting you to feel the salt-kissed breezes and enjoy the sound of the waves up close! Bring your breakfast out here and watch the pelicans dive-bomb into the ocean to catch fish, or spend a few minutes updating your social media (you have free WiFi at Golden Star) in the balmy Florida sunshine. When it's time for a snack, enjoy the convenience and spaciousness of the big main kitchen at Golden Star. It's completely equipped with appliances large and small, granite countertops, cookware, dishes, and utensils. The kids will love the breakfast bar here with its high stools, and you'll appreciate the sun-drenched breakfast nook, not to mention the big table in the formal dining room.

There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on the second floor: 2 with queen beds and 1 with two twins. All are spacious, comfy, and light, with lovely views. A washer and dryer are also on hand to keep all those swimsuits fresh and dry! Travel up to the third floor and you find yourself in a charming loft sitting room with a sleeper sofa, TV, and balcony access. The master suite is just adjacent to this -- a huge bedroom with a king bed, TV, private balcony access, and breathtaking views. The en-suite bath is palatial as well, offering a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate powder room.

Although the rental price was a good bit higher for comparable properties we have rented at St George Island, it met our needs and expectations. The home was comfortable and seems to be well maintained. One thing to be aware of is that the house is two separate units with an upstairs and a downstairs and access to the upstairs is an exterior staircase. That was slightly inconvenient, especially when it was raining. Since there are two kitchens we often found ourselves transporting utensils and dishware from upstairs to the downstairs area so that we could eat together. More of an inconvenience than a major negative. Overall both the adults and youngsters had a great time at this location.

  • Just steps from the ocean, with splendid views of the sea, sky, and dunes, sits Golden Star Lower Level, a spacious ground-floor flat with a charming Florida room, 3 beds and baths, and a full living and dining area. It's your ideal Jacksonville getaway!

Located just beyond the dunes, this 3-storey Spanish-style house has completely separate entryways for the lower level. From the street, a short exterior flight of stairs takes you in; from the grassy yard overlooking the beach, a door leads right into the Florida room. (The upper level of Golden Star, as well as the entire house, is also available for rental on this site.)

At once you find yourself in a pastel-hued, spacious villa with cool tiled floors, new furnishings, and a sense of quiet and calm. This is not your grandparents' beach house: every room is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with modern electronics as well as comfy couches and chairs. There are no fewer than 3 living spaces here for your group to enjoy: the Florida room with its ocean views and island decor; the family room with a small game table and plenty of floor space for toys; and the formal living room with large TV, relaxing recliners, and decorative fireplace (not to mention great beach views!).

When the group returns from a day of splashing in the waves, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the white sands of Jacksonville Beach, whip up a quick dinner in the fully stocked kitchen at Golden Star. All you bring is groceries: our kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances both large and small! A long counter makes a perfect bar or chopping station for your sous-chefs, and the spare work area (with sink!) really comes in handy when multiple chefs are in the kitchen. Whether you want to prepare a meuniere sauce for that fresh-caught fish or simply throw together some mac 'n cheese for the kids, you'll love using this kitchen! And when it's time to eat, the big table in the dining area easily seats the whole group, with the long counter doubling as a buffet table! After the meal is finished, clear the table for games and cards and enjoy an evening "in" with your favorite people in the world!

At some point you will have to go to bed, and fortunately the comfortable bedrooms at Golden Star make retiring for the night pure bliss. The master suite is palatial here, with a king-sized bed, a bowed alcove with 3 long windows providing a panoramic view of the ocean, your own TV, and plenty of closet and floor space. There's ample room in here to set up a pack 'n play for a baby or a cot for a toddler who prefers to sleep in a room with Mommy and Daddy when away from home. And the en-suite bath is a treat, featuring a deep soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual vanities. No bumping elbows during the morning rush to get out of the house and back down to the beach!

The second bedroom at Golden Star is a pleasure as well, with a queen-sized bed, big window, wicker accessories, and plenty of space. A second full bathroom, with both a shower and tub option, is convenient to this room. For the kids or singles traveling with you, the third bedroom offers 2 twin-sized beds beside a huge window. There is a third bathroom just right for the occupants of this room, with tub and shower option. And remember, all linens and towel sets are provided for you at Golden Star, along with a washer and dryer. Pack light for this trip!

the place is spacious and perfect location to walk everywhere.

  • Sit on the huge oceanfront corner balcony at Oceania 405 watching the waves roll in and feel a deep contentment! Located on the 4th floor in a premier gated resort with 2 elevators, garage parking, pool, spa, WiFi & fitness center. Very close to Mayo Clinic. You will love every minute of your time at our luxurious condo in a premier gated resort.

Our 4th floor end-unit condo offers views from two sides on our enormous deck, which runs along the outside of both the living room and the master bedroom. Outfitted with casual seating, it is breezy and beautiful, with spectacular views of the sunrise, the dunes, the beach, and the wide blue sea. Each time you step out onto the deck, you will be amazed all over again!

The inside of the condo is almost as exciting as the outside. Soaring 10-foot ceilings with crown molding, a split-bedroom floorplan, tile floors, granite countertops, a chef's kitchen, a whirlpool bathtub -- the luxuries just keep coming! You may feel as though you've stepped into the pages of a high-fashion magazine . . . except that everything is ultra-comfortable and easy, so you feel right at home in all the splendor.

Our open-plan living and dining area feels breezy and light, with seafoam walls, sunwashed tile flooring, and cool white leather couches (one of which converts to a bed for 2). The giant LCD TV with DVD player stands ready to play all your favorite movies or broadcast the big game, and in this huge room, the whole gang can watch it in style!

The dining area is bright and comfy, with padded chairs and good light -- and that's great, because it usually morphs into a computer table or game center, since no one can resist dining al fresco on the deck. With the ocean and horizon clearly visible beyond the living room, though, it's a pretty choice vantage point, whether you're updating your Facebook status ("Living the good life in Jacksonville Beach!"), playing a quick game of dominoes, or admiring the treasures you found on the latest shopping expedition.

You are going to love the kitchen at Oceania 405. Even if you're planning on dining out this vacation, consider preparing at least one homemade meal just for the pleasure of using this brand-new chef's kitchen! Fitted with gleaming white appliances and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare a feast, this kitchen is a joy to use. Ice and water in the freezer door keep the kids from opening the fridge all day long, while the microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, and other time-savers get everyone out of the kitchen and back in the fun much quicker!

The master suite is huge, beautiful, and absolutely sumptuous. The king-size bed will give you the best night's sleep of your life, especially when combined with a little fresh air and moonlight. The deck overlooking the ocean is accessible through the sliding glass doors in this room, making it truly private. Leave the drapes open and count the stars from the comfort of your bed, then awaken to the bright streaks of dawn in the sky. (Or not. There's a lot to be said for closing those drapes and sleeping in, too!) You'll be lulled to sleep by the murmur of the surf . . . or if not, by staying up late to watch shows on the big LCD TV! The master bathroom is spacious as well, with a deep jetted tub and separate walk-in tiled shower.

The second bedroom is large and airy as well, with a queen-size bed, big windows, and an LCD TV. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and yet another LCD TV. Both rooms are convenient to the second and third full bathrooms at Oceania 405, so there's no waiting in line in the morning. And all of the linens and towels you need are provided for you here at our condo. Need to run a quick load of towels or freshen up the swimsuits? Use the washer and dryer in our laundry room!

  • Our newly updated, 4th-floor condo in an elevator building sits beachfront, with panoramic views of the dunes, sands, sea, and sky from our private balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Enjoy front-row seating for the sunrise every morning at Beachdrifter 406! Comfortably sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms plus a deluxe bonus queen size air mattress-great way to enjoy the best view in Jacksonville without breaking the bank! When you sit out on the balcony, listening to the softly rolling waves and watching the sparkling sea and wide sands, you'll feel the workaday stress melting away and a sense of peace and calm descending. Ahhh -- vacation!

Step inside the sliding glass doors to the balcony, which occupy one entire wall of the living room, and you're in a light, cool space with comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player. You can easily see the ocean from this room, and there's plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. In our open-plan condo, the dining area is just beyond the living room, a simple table set for 4. The truth is, meals very seldom get eaten here -- the lure of the balcony is just too strong! So, if you like, convert the dining table into a game center, or set up your laptop (you have free wireless Internet at Beachdrifter 406) and stay connected.

Adjacent to the dining area is our spotlessly clean, convenient kitchen, with granite countertops, sparkling appliances, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need to prepare and serve family meals. Of course, if you're eating out this vacation, you may get more use out of the microwave, dishwasher, blender, icemaker, and coffeemaker -- but either way, our kitchen is fully equipped. Just make a grocery run at the start of your vacation and you're good to go!

You'll want everyone to get a great night's sleep every night of your vacation, which is why you'll love the bedrooms at Beachdrifter 406. The master suite is long, spacious, and relaxing, with an ultra-comfortable king-sized bed, new HDTV and DVD player, brand new desk and lamp for work and reading, and lovely ocean views. There's a little table and chairs in front of the sliding glass doors to the balcony, so you can enjoy that first cup of coffee in the sanctuary of your bedroom, gazing at the Atlantic. Or, if you bring your laptop, you can even turn it into a computer table -- you have free wireless Internet at Beachdrifter 406!

The master bath is beautifully tiled with traventine, with a walk-in shower. In addition, we have another full bathroom at Beachdrifter 406, with both a shower and tub option, convenient to the second bedroom as well as to the living area. And you'll find all the towels and bedding you need waiting for you here, as well as a washer and dryer to keep everything fresh. Come as you are -- we've got you covered! The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds, soft carpeting, and plenty of storage space. This is perfect for small children, for the bright window is easy to cover up for afternoon naps, and there's plenty of space to spread out toys, arrange shells and sharks' teeth collected from the beach, and play!

Location, location, location. We had a great time at the beach the condo was just perfect for us.

    Jacksonville Beach
  • When it comes to location, you can’t beat Beachcomber #301: The 3rd-floor condo is just yards from the beach, even closer to the oceanfront pool, a stroll from the famed Jacksonville Beach Pier and boardwalk, and only a quick car ride from the attractions and nightlife of Jacksonville itself. But as well as being perfectly situated, Beachcomber #301 is a delight in and of itself, with its airy sunlit rooms and serene, comfortable furnishings.

With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, Beachcomber #301 is as well suited for 2 couples as it is for a family with kids. The master bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed; the 2nd bedroom is furnished with an equally lofty queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own TV and beautifully appointed bathroom. Fresh towels and bedding will be waiting for you--no need to load down your suitcases with your own.

While sweet dreams are all but ensured in Beachcomber #301’s bedrooms, the condo’s living room is just as restful. Sink back into the plush couch, put up your feet, and settle in for the big game or binge-watching your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Or maybe you want to play a game with the kids--or take advantage of the free wifi while the kids sprawl on the floor with their action figures and crafts. Open the window and the door to the balcony and invite the crisp ocean breeze into the room!

Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, with both a dining table and a breakfast bar. While dining out can be a highlight of a vacation (and there are plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby!), sometimes it’s nice to enjoy a relaxing family meal at home. Our kitchen has just about everything you need, whether you’re microwaving leftovers or showing off your culinary prowess: major and not-so-major appliances, pots and pans, and plenty of tableware to serve it all up--plus a dishwasher to help clean up afterward! All you have to supply is the food--and thanks to the full-size refrigerator/freezer, you can stock up once at the start of your stay and then forget about grocery shopping for the rest of your trip.

Tucked away beside the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer--yet another reason to pack light! You can run a load of laundry while you’re exploring the boardwalk, surfing the waves, or lazing beside the pool. Given how frequently you’ll be dashing from pool to beach to condo, changing in and out of your bathing suits, the washer and dryer will really come in handy.

The TV that was advertised was not the same as the TV that we had. Not that it wasn't a good and large TV, just that is wasn't as advertised. My biggest complaint was customer services. Every time I called no one answered, so thank goodness nothing serious happened.

  • A vacation in the Jacksonville Beach area is bound to be fun for the whole family—especially when you stay at Atlantic Dawn. Not only is the 3-bedroom home a hop, skip, and jump from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean, but it also boasts an in-ground pool, a backyard climbing gym, and a beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard. And when we say “fun for the whole family,” we mean the four-footed members too: Atlantic Dawn is pet-friendly!

Located on a lovely residential street just 4 blocks from the beach, Atlantic Dawn features an airy open-plan living/dining/kitchen area. The layout makes it easy to keep an eye on the kids watching TV in the living room or drawing in the dining room even as you’re in the kitchen. At the same time, the spaciousness ensures you’ll never feel cramped and crowded; it’s the best of both worlds!

Once you see the recently remodeled kitchen, you may find yourself eager to get cooking. Sparkling stainless-steel appliances, bright white cabinets, gleaming counters, cookware and tableware galore: You’ll be Googling recipes in a flash (good thing Atlantic Dawn has free WiFi!). Even if you do decide to dine out for most meals, you’ll love the convenience of having niceties such as a coffeemaker, a refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, and a blender available whenever you want.

There’s a gas grill in the backyard, should you prefer to cook outdoors. While you’re at it, why not eat alfresco as well? The patio table seats 6 comfortably (the cushions on the chairs and bench are a delight!) and has an umbrella to keep you cool. If the weather threatens to rain on your parade—or rather, your meal—you can dine at the equally spacious indoor table.

After an action-packed day of swimming, surfing, or exploring the nearby parks and gardens, you’ll love sprawling out on the living room sofa or curling up in one of the ample chairs. There’s room for the whole family to watch a movie on the HDTV with cable and a DVD player or to play Uno around the coffee table.

If the kids still have energy to burn, you can join them out back and relax in one of the Adirondack chairs while they run around or head into the pool with them for one last swim. They’re sure to be ready for bed by then!

It’s tough to say which of the bedrooms the little ones will prefer… leaving aside the master suite, of course—that’s yours! One bedroom includes a queen-size bed swathed in cloudlike linens. Another has a daybed with a trundle, giving it a fun slumber-party vibe. This bedroom also has a desk, should you have to do a bit of work during your stay. These 2 bedrooms share a roomy bathroom with loads of storage.

The master bedroom is a restorative retreat. Although there’s a flat-screen TV, you just might fall asleep as soon as you tumble into the king-size bed—it’s that comfortable! And of course this bedroom has its own private bathroom… nothing but the best!

Speaking of the best, let’s talk about Atlantic Dawn’s location. We already mentioned that it takes just a few minutes to walk to the sugary beach, making it easy for you to come and go as you please. But the house is also just a short drive to TPC Sawgrass, home of the PGA Players Championship every May; the museums and entertainment of downtown Jacksonville; historic St. Augustine… even the Orlando theme parks are only a day trip away.

When you stay at Atlantic Dawn, you’ll make fun-filled memories that the entire family will treasure.

  • Balconies, patios, and decks bring the beautiful outdoors to Four Seasons, our beach front house in St. Augustine. Spectacular ocean views from most rooms and all decks on this 4 bedroom - 3.5 bath - oceanfront home that sleeps 14. Four Seasons was recently renovated from top to bottom to include oak wood floors, custom kitchen cabinets, new tile, stainless steel appliances and all new furniture. Located on a high dune with walkway to the beach.

The second floor of Four Seasons is the main living and dining area of the house. In the great room, a large HDTV occupies one corner, surrounded by overstuffed couches and chairs. Windows and sliding glass doors are everywhere , creating a nice indoor/outdoor vibe. Coffered ceilings add a nice touch as well, lightening this airy space still further.

The dining room table is just adjacent to the great room, in a corner banked by windows. You may wind up taking many of your meals outdoors, but should you wish to assemble the group for a big dinner or other occasion, this is the place! The kitchen is alongside, spotlessly gleaming with full-sized appliances, well-stocked cabinets, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony that leads to the beach.

A huge bedroom with a sitting area on the first floor comfortably sleeps with a king bed and a pull out sofa. This bedroom has views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. But this is only one of four bedrooms – you have your choice of locations at Four Seasons!

The third floor is the showpiece of the house, the master suite occupying an entire side of the house has views of the ocean from the bedroom and the inter-coastal from the bathroom. Here you will find the best balcony views (as you might expect!), not to mention an ultra-comfortable Westin Heavenly king-sized bed, big overstuffed easy chair with matching ottoman (heaven for those marathon reading sessions late at night!), and a large master bathroom with separate shower and oversized soaking tub. Now, this is vacation living at its finest! There are 2 more bedrooms on the 3rd floor. 1 with two (2) full beds and direct ocean views and a Kids room with a double bed and 2 single beds that sleeps 4 - just crying out to become the kids’ clubhouse and inner sanctum! The third floor also has it’s own sitting area with a 42” tv. There’s even 2 sofa beds in case you need to sleep overnight guests or stage a “sleepover” for the kids in front of the big TV.

Another bathroom and a half-bath complete the accommodations, with towels and linens for every bath and bed in the house, of course.

The best thing about Four Seasons – other than its unbelievable location, of course – is that it’s truly a family house. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer at your disposal, and a Pack ‘n Play is kept here just in case. WiFi works throughout the house and in the outdoor spaces as well. A grill awaits your fresh-caught fish or hot dogs for the kids. You’ll find beach toys and equipment aplenty for your use. Everywhere you turn is another nice patio space or little balcony from which to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, or simply the balmy Florida air.

Four Seasons is big enough for several families traveling together, a huge group of friends, grandparents and other relatives, or one big family. It can be used as a single 3-story space, or the first floor can serve as a separate space to give members of your group some privacy. Versatile and beautifully furnished, immaculately maintained and perfectly located, Four Seasons is the ideal place for you to stay in St. Augustine Beach!

We all had a great time! Great location and suited our extended family quite well! Convenient to the beach and Publix. It was clean and comfortable. Even the top floor was sufficiently cool:)

  • Ahoy, maties! Welcome to Pirates' Paradise, our big beach house perched on the point where the ocean meets the St. Augustine Harbor inlet. Amazing views, abundant wildlife, and easy access to sightseeing and fine dining all make this a great place to stay.

Pirates' Paradise sits in a natural Eden of waterfront beauty called Porpoise Point (and you will see plenty of playful dolphins!) where pelicans glide by in long stately lines, shore birds call, and even the occasional manatee swims past. From here you can see the historic St. Augustine Lighthouse and Anastasia Island. The landscape here is simply unforgettable!

You can tell at a glance that Pirates' Paradise was designed for large families and lots of fun. The sparkling small pool has a sturdy safety fence around it, and plenty of sunbathing space. There's an outdoor shower, so the sand stays outdoors. Big wide balconies on the second and third stories offer plenty of room for the whole gang to toast the moonlight and gaze at ocean views during the day. An elevator makes getting up and down each level easy and quick. And the furnishings are very comfortable, with luxury in mind.

The first place you'll fall in love with is the master suite, occupying much of the third storey. It looks like a penthouse, with banks of floor-to-ceiling windows, a private oceanfront balcony, and an en-suite bathroom. A king-sized bed, HDTV, and full wet bar occupy this room, while the sun-splashed bath contains dual vanities, a soaking tub, walk-in shower, a separate area for the commode, and sliding glass doors to the patio. This is your sanctuary, a restful retreat after adventure-filled days.

The third floor contains three more bedrooms and two additional full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms each contain two twin beds. The biggest of the remaining bedrooms, which doubles as a play area, contains 2 single beds, each with a trundle, along with a game table and terrific views of the dunes and water. The third floor offers a quiet sanctuary for guests to rest and relax away from the activity on the main floor or to just enjoy some great views while winding down from the day’s events.

The second floor of Pirates' Paradise contains an additional large bedroom with king size bed and full bath., a centrally located half bath, and the living, dining, kitchen and laundry areas. Beautifully designed and filled with sunlight, this is a cheerful and busy place, ideal for your large group. Up to 2 more people will sleep well on the convertible sofa bed in the living room.

The living area spans the entire front of our house, with multiple glass doors leading out to the long porch. Natural vegetation is all that stands between you and the water here, and you will love lazing away an afternoon in one of the rockers on the porch, watching boats float by and birds dip in and out of the underbrush. The murmur of the surf and the tang of salt in the balmy air are intoxicating!

When it's time to come inside, enjoy a movie on our HDTV with DVD player, get up a family game on the large game table, or enjoy an evening of reminiscences. Our furniture divides the room into 2 separate areas. No matter where you sit, you have an amazing view.

You will love the well-stocked kitchen at Pirates' Paradise, with a central island and glasstop stove We have both a formal dining table and a breakfast nook for your meals, but you may find yourself slipping out to the porch to dine al fresco. Who can resist such views?

Yet despite its uncrowded lands' end location, Pirates' Paradise is also very convenient to historic downtown St. Augustine, and is within walking distance of a brand new supermarket, the Vilano Beach pier (with great fishing and watercraft rentals) and several superb local restaurants. It's the best of both worlds, and your greatest problem while staying here will be trying to explore all the fantastic places around you! Pirates' Paradise is a unique house, perfectly situated for maximum enjoyment of the incredible natural beauty of Vilano Beach.

The rental was exactly as promised. We were 5 siblings plus their spouses and our 80 year old mother. There was plenty of space for us all to have our private times yet the central living space was big and comfortable. Watching the action on the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies was a favorite activity . There was an issue with the elevator on Sunday. It was fixed on Monday.
We used the gas grill several times. The outdoor shower kept the beach sand out of the house. Would definitely come back again.

  • At White Heron Beach House, our oceanfront house on Ponte Vedra Beach, you feel as though you're in command of a gorgeous private beach, with rich dunes, sparkling waves, and soft sand. Bring the whole group to this family home and vacation in style! White Heron Beach House sits right on the dunes overlooking the wide, unspoiled sands of the beach. There are wonderful views from many rooms in the house, as well as from our big second-story deck and first-story patio. And these aren't glimpses -- they're sweeping panoramic vistas that put on a show every morning at dawn!

The second-story deck is one of our favorite places, and we think it will be yours too. Located just off the living room, it offers a tables, safety rail, and outdoor staircase right down to the dunes. There's plenty of space here for sunbathing, reading, bird-watching, or even using your electronics (you have free wireless Internet at White Heron Beach House). Let the murmur of the waves and the smell of the salty sea breeze restore your spirit out here!

Just in from the sundeck, the living room is another great place for the whole group to gather. Here you'll find a new HDTV with cable, DVD player, and all the trimmings. Watching a movie here is almost like being in the theatre -- so before you go to bed one night, cue up The Jungle Book and let the kids wake up as early as they like to watch it, while the adults snooze for another couple hours. Isn't vacation wonderful?!

The ocean views from the living room are lovely, but the dining room offers even more exciting vistas. Our cozy round table is inset in an alcove ringed with long, sunny windows. One look at the beach outside, and you'll be hard pressed to get anyone to eat any breakfast. Another day of adventures has begun! There are 4 bedrooms at White Heron Beach House, so everyone has a great place to stretch out. There are two bedrooms with king beds. The third and fourth bedroom offers 2 queen beds each - so you can sleep up to 4 kids in each bedroom.!

You'll love how remote White Heron Beach House feels, even though it's very close to a main road and convenient to both St. Augustine and Palm Coast. A private set of steps leads you down from the dune onto the soft sands, which are perfect for everything from sandcastle-building to sunbathing. Dolphins swim by our beach, and many types of birds are constant visitors. At any time of day, it's simply wonderful here!

And at White Heron Beach House, we've tried to anticipate everything you need for your stay. We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, and towel sets for every bedroom and bathroom, and our washer and dryer are at your disposal. You'll find beach toys of every description -- feel free to enjoy them. We want you to make this your Ponte Vedra home-away-from-home, and we know that once you stay at White Heron Beach House, you'll be certain to return! Make plans to see visit soon!

The house had plenty enough room for our large family. Had all the comforts of home. Location was great, right in the beach, we could sit on the big back deck and watch the kids play on the beach. Also loved the space under the house with shade and room for grilling and eating. It was not very far from grocery stores and the tourist areas of St Augustine. I would stay again or recommend to family and friends.

  • Make your next vacation a truly luxurious one: Stay at Wave Watch, overlooking St. Augustine’s Summer Haven Beach. This 5,000-square-foot hacienda-style house has six—yes, six!—bedrooms, breathtaking 360-degree views of the Atlantic Ocean, a huge rooftop deck, and even its own private pool and hot tub. And that’s only the beginning of the amenities.  Let’s work our way up from the ground floor, with its huge game room complete with ping-pong table, bumper pool, large HDTV with Xbox, tabletop shuffleboard, poker table… just about everything you could need for a rainy day. Also on this floor are a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full bath. What’s more, the two sofas can convert into twin-size beds, making this space sleepover central for the kids.

The spiral stone staircase takes you up to the second floor, the main living area of Wave Watch. Large windows punctuate every wall, allowing you to savor brilliant sunrises and dramatic sunsets, gaze up at the stars, and watch for dolphins and whales from the comfort of the myriad plump sofas and plush chairs.  Even if you have a full house—and don’t forget, Wave Watch can sleep up to 12 people!—you’ll never feel cramped. The living room alone has several seating areas so that one group can watch TV, another can play cards at a table, and several people can curl up with a book or surf the web in front of the gas fireplace. There’s also a powder room on this floor, for maximum convenience.

The dining table can seat 10 people comfortably, and the adjacent kitchen island has room for four more. French doors lead to an oceanfront balcony, should you want to dine outdoors amid the salt-tinged sea breeze. Just a few steps beyond this veranda is a private pool and hot tub, which are heated from March to October. You’ll be able to enjoy a midnight soak or a sunrise swim literally outside your front door! And if you’re staying with little ones, they’ll enjoy the pack-and-play. After you work up an appetite from swimming, head back indoors to the expansive kitchen, also on the second floor. The open layout means you can cook or clean up without missing out on the dinner-table conversation, whatever’s playing on the TV, or the stunning views. And because the kitchen is fully equipped with major and minor appliances, as well as cookware, utensils, and tableware, you don’t have to cart any of those items from home.  Likewise, Wave Watch comes with fresh towels, linens, and other bedding.

Each of the five bedrooms on the third floor has ocean views, an HDTV, and ample storage. While all the bedrooms will encourage sweet dreams, the master suite is exceptional: Not only does it have a king-size bed and its own seating area, but the master bath has both a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. Take the spiral staircase up one more flight, and you’ll arrive at the 1,500-square-foot rooftop deck. Its unobstructed panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the Florida coast are, in a word, spectacular. And when you stay at Wave Watch, you can relish them any time of day or night.  Given the glories of Wave Watch, you might be tempted to spend your entire stay without leaving the house. But while there’s certainly enough here to keep you occupied, you’d be missing out on so much more.

Beautiful house with all the amenities of home. Perfect for our large group. Management company was responsive and owners were very accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

  • Some say that unspoiled Crescent Beach is the best beach in the St. Augustine area. We think that Four Palms Beach House, which sleeps 10 and has a direct boardwalk to the beach, is the one of the area’s best vacation houses.

Newly renovated and superbly decorated, Four Palms has a covered deck that spans the width of the house and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. With a table and seating for 6, the deck is perfect for savoring an alfresco meal while watching dolphins swim beyond the surf and seabirds soar past.

Patio doors connect the deck to the spacious open-plan living space. A roomy sectional sofa allows the whole gang to kick back and watch a favorite movie on the 48” HDTV with DVD player.

Behind the sofa is a dining table that seats 6, along with the breakfast bar with room for 4 more. If you’re vacationing with the kids, they can play a game back here while the grown-ups stretch out on the sofa, or you can set up your laptop here and surf the web using Four Palms’ free wifi while everyone else is busy in the living room.

The kitchen has its own table, with chairs for 4 and built-in banquettes. Fully equipped with gleaming appliances, cookware, and tableware, it opens up to a balcony overlooking lush landscaping and the famed Intracoastal Waterway beyond. Make a point of catching at least one sunset from this vantage point, camera in hand: You won’t want to miss the spectacular colors of the sky!

The master suite, also on the 3rd floor, has its own balcony facing the Intracoastal. Enjoy a nightcap out here on the deck chairs, gazing up at the stars, before retiring to the lofty king-size bed, where you can watch a favorite show on the HDTV. The en-suite bathroom has both a slipper tub for soaking and a large walk-in shower.

For maximum convenience, there’s a washer and dryer on the 3rd floor, so you can pack light. Nor do you have to bring your own towels or blankets: Four Palms Beach House will have plenty of fresh linens and bedding waiting for you.

With its own family room-- complete with 38” HDTV and a comfortable sofa that opens into a bed for 2 more--the 2nd floor is almost its own mini apartment, which makes Four Palms Beach House a great choice for 2 families vacationing together. This floor has its own deck, furnished with 2 rocking chairs and a small table. It’s ideal for escaping with a book and a drink for some me time.

Three more bedrooms are on 2nd floor, and they’re all furnished with the same attention to detail as the master suite. All three have new HDTVs: One has a king-size bed; the second, with ocean views, has as a queen-size bed; the third, also overlooking the ocean, has a twin bed as well as bunk beds, so that up to 3 people can make this room their own. The 3 bedrooms share 2 full bathrooms, each with tub and shower.

There’s a 2nd laundry area on the ground floor (again, perfect for 2 families traveling together!). Guests can use one of the garages on this level (the other garage is locked for owner use), and the huge driveway can easily accommodate another 6 cars. The patio has a grill, so that you can cook up your catch from a day spent fishing on the Matanzas River… or burgers and dogs from one of the nearby supermarkets.

The patio leads to the private boardwalk that takes you over the dunes to sparkling Crescent Beach. Given how close you are, you’ll no doubt be dashing back and forth all day. Should you tire of the beach, however (hard to imagine, we know!), there are plenty of other activities just minutes away to enjoy during your stay: fishing, biking, hiking, and boating along the Intracoastal; touring St. Augustine’s Old City; Marineland.

For a great vacation, you need a great place to stay in a great location. Four Palms Beach House is just that place. You deserve the best, so go ahead: Book your vacation here today.

We were so pleased with the property and it's furnishings. We brought things we thought we would need, but it was provided. Loved the two washer-dryers so we were able to wash the towels in the laundry room, and our clothes in the upstairs washer. We thought the owners showed great care with their property.

  • Sweeping ocean views from several rooms as well as a huge beachfront deck make our King of the Dune house an irresistible vacation destination.

Located oceanfront in beautiful Vilano Beach, King of the Dune gives you the best of both worlds. The area feels quite remote, with plenty of space between the properties and your own walkway right down to the wide, warm sands. Yet a brand-new supermarket has just opened 2 blocks away, so our house is also convenient to everything you need. Whether you want to splash in the waves and forget about civilization or combine beach time with dining out and sightseeing, King of the Dune is a great place to stay!

The house begins on the second floor, with cathedral ceilings, enormous banks of windows, beautiful furnishings, and a sense of calm that makes King of the Dune feel like home within the first 5 minutes. Step into our living room and settle right in! The big flat-screen TV and ultra-plush sofa, loveseat and chair invite you to kick back and begin enjoying your free time, while the ornamental fireplace adds a homey note.

A sliding-glass door leads out to our huge open-air deck from the living room, while a higher row of windows lets you glimpse the brilliant blue Florida sky. Slip out onto the deck for sunbathing. The safety rail around our deck makes it perfect even for small children, without interfering with the breathtaking view of dunes, sand, sea, and sky. And there's enough room here for active toddlers and their toys, big group meals, and late-night stargazing. The deck is certain to become your favorite place at King of the Dune!

If you decide to dine in one evening, you won't be disappointed. Our dining room is spacious and pretty, with hardwood floors, a table for 6 (plus an adjacent breakfast bar for 4 more!), and great views of the ocean and beach. This area is ideal for playing board games or working on your computer too (you have free Wifi here!) -- the view is just too magnificent not to enjoy!

Right next to the dining area is our kitchen, newly renovated and simply a pleasure to use. Cool tiled flooring, a side-by-side fridge, brand-new stove and dishwasher, double sink, and custom cabinetry make cooking a breeze. We've stocked it with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need, too.

The second floor also boasts 2 bedrooms and a full bath with a shower and tub. Both bedrooms contain 2 twin beds; one also has lovely ocean views. There's plenty of room for everyone at King of the Dune!

On the third floor you'll find an office containing a queen sleeper sofa and a loveseat just in case you want an additional bedroom. This charming room is drenched with sunlight through big arched windows.

And the highlight of the top floor is the master suite! The king-sized bed is very comfortable, while a loveseat and chairs offer nice nooks for reading. The TV with VCR tempts you to watch the late-late show, while the beach views greet you each morning. There's even a rollaway bed here! The master bath delights with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, his-and-her vanities, and sparkling fittings. You'll find all the linens you need for all beds and baths waiting for you here, too.

This house is 3 stories high, with a first floor basement with washer and dryer. This level leads right out to our big grassy yard. Come spend the vacation of a lifetime at King of the Dunes.

Beautiful location and house was in very good condition. Comfortable and relaxing. The VRP staff couldn't have been nicer.

  • A gold-medal property, with sunrises to remember for a lifetime. Turtle Cove Beach House offers private, direct beach access with your own staircase straight from the deck. A short walk or a moment’s drive to the charming surfer town of Vilano, this beach house is in a quiet neighborhood and has everything going for it.

Better than ever after a recent remodel, Turtle Cove is an 8-person beach house that suits all sorts of groups. Kids will love the beach frontage, but an adult group will find that it’s perfectly spacious even if your spend your vacation relaxing indoors. If coming in the summer, you could easily spend every minute on your backyard beach and the deck. In the winter, a fireplace makes it a cozy retreat as you enjoy ocean views from the comfy sectional.

At Turtle Cove, everyone gets their own bedroom! Two master bedrooms have king beds, and two bedrooms have queens but – shh – only one of these rooms has direct deck access. The bedrooms are divided amongst the home’s two floors, two upstairs and two down, so you have lots of privacy and an added sense of space. In addition to comfy beds, all bedrooms have generous floor space (bring your yoga mat!), and great storage really suited for a beach vacation. Large windows front and back provide incredible natural light from dawn to dusk.

As for living space, it all centers on the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. An absolutely enormous leather sectional faces the deck and, beyond that, the Atlantic Ocean. The décor is clean and comfortable but never fussy; nothing competes with those ocean views. If not the couch, then activity will circle around the large kitchen island with stools conveniently next to the fridge and wine rack. Soft pendant lighting turns up the charm just as the sun goes down and you consider your dinner plans. Once it’s dark your focus might shift to either the screened fireplace, or the new, flatscreen HDTV is available, as is free Wi-Fi if you prefer to use your laptop.

Turtle Cove will feel like your own home right away, when you pull into the large driveway and race around to the deck and backyard. Nothing is more exciting on arrival than realizing just how sweet this location really is – can you keep it a secret until then? Fall in love with a property that will be perfect to return to for every summer vacation, as well as the quiet beauty of the cooler winter months and holiday period.

Of course, the one downside of beach-front living is keeping track of your towels. If three swims a day sounds about right, you’ll really appreciate the full-size laundry plus handy shelves for keeping everything in its place.

Very likely, you’ll spend all the time you have sitting on the deck, contemplating your tan. You might consider bringing binoculars to watch for dolphins or, at certain times of year, migrating right whales. Sea turtles and a great variety of birdlife call the area home as well.

It was very nice staying in a house right on the beach. We just did not realize that the beach was so full of crushed shells which were very sharp and if not careful you would end up with little cuts. Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience :)

  • A path from the doorway of Three Palms, our charming oceanfront bungalow in Ponte Vedra, leads straight through the dunes and down to the pink sands of one of Florida's best beaches. Discover laid-back beach living at its very best! Come to Three Palms! The ocean is glassy, the ultra-fine sands soft and inviting, and the natural dunes simply beautiful on our beach in south Ponte Vedra. And when you look out the back door and see the simple path leading straight to the horizon, you'll know you've arrived at one of the last real beach houses remaining in Florida -- no advertising, no crowds, just you and the sun, surf, and sand!

Three Palms is a mid-20th century bungalow style home that has been extensively refurbished inside without losing one bit of its natural charm. The living room offers a relaxed setting for winding down after a busy day at the beach. Boasting a decorative fireplace, an openwork beamed ceiling, ultra-comfy couches and chairs, and an HDTV with DVD player, it's the kind of room you can imagine spending hours in on Sunday morning, the paper spread out everywhere, soft music playing, the kids building with Legos or playing a board game on the floor. Home, in other words!

As spacious and pleasant as the living room is, there's another lounging area at Three Palms too, just in case your group needs to split up (such as when the big game is on TV and everyone else wants to play Win Lose or Draw!). The sun room is a glorious space, with a long bank of windows, a door outside (many rooms at Three Palms have doors going outside -- it's just too wonderful a location to stay inside for long!), a homey fireplace and mantel, and the most addictive plaid couch and chairs you will ever have the pleasure of napping in! Track lighting offers nice spotlights for reading or playing games, and the soft lamplight is perfect when it's time for a late-night heart-to-heart. You can gaze out at the lush Florida landscape while enjoying the cool comfort of this space. You're going to love it! The dining area is drenched in sunlight too, with windows on two sides of the room. Our table for 6 is supplemented by bar stools along the kitchen counter for the kids, and makes a great computer and game area.

The kitchen offers a retro feel that we think you'll adore. Painted in aqua tones that may remind you of the early 1960s, it offers bright white counters, all the modern appliances, and plenty of cupboard and worktop space. You can go straight from the kitchen out to the patio too, making al fresco meals even easier! And we've got all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you need to prepare and serve just about anything. There are 4 bedrooms at Three Palms. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, and long window. Its attached bath leads (where else?) outside -- very handy when the gang is on the patio enjoying the ocean view.

The second bedroom also contains a king bed, with cool aqua walls, a small TV, and light wicker accents. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, while the 4th features a day bed with a trundle. We've also got a sofa bed for 2, so feel free to bring as many as 8 folks to stay at Three Palms. You'll all be comfortable! We have a second full bathroom with both a shower and tub option, as well as a half-bath. All of your bedding and towels are provided here, along with a full-size washer and dryer to keep everything clean and fresh. Come as you are and let Three Palms do the rest!

Three Palms is located along a quiet oceanfront strip of private homes that really shows off the natural beauty of the dunes and beach. Close to Guana State Park and Environmental Center, it's an oasis of old-fashioned Florida charm. Yet you're just minutes from world-class golf, exclusive spas, horsebackriding, and water sport equipment rentals. So whether you want a quiet beach retreat or an action-filled vacation, Three Palms is your best destination!

Coffee on the beach secluded. Family bonding moments. Peaceful, quiet moments of sunning on the beach. Family time boogie boarding - great waves. The house is a beach house. If you are looking for a great spacious house for family of 5 (2 of which are teen age boys) this is great. Wifi kept the boys connected to their world. Close to ST. Augustine - movie theater and outlet malls. You are 30 minutes away from dining out. Did do the local Aunt Kays (15 minute drive).
