We had a wonderful vacation at Beach Palms in unit 306. We travelled with my 85 yo mother and the unit suited the 3 of us. There was an elevator and we had a beach view, so my mother who has mobility issues could access the pool and ground floor easily and also see the sunset each night from our balcony. Our agent was very helpful and when we needed something, we had immediate attention.

I had no issues with this condo. Not only was unit 306 just as described but the entire complex was clean and well maintained, I seen peopl every morning cleaning the grounds. Pool area well very nice. In this particular unit the was great beach views even from the living room due to the front ocean facing wall being 95% glass. My only suggestion would be leave more wash cloths, we only had four so we was washing laundry everyday, the plus side is we had a washer and dryer in the unit. Kitchen was well stocked, my wife cooked three nights worth of meals at home and had everything needed.
As far as Florida Lifestyle Vacations goes I will use them anytime I return to this area. I don’t have enough space to tell how well they treated me and worked with me as my travel needs changed over the course of a couple months. I worked with a very polite lady named Kristin, I know I drove her crazy but never once did she act like I was a bother. She was very professional and great to work with.
The entire Indian Shores area is great for families, it is nice and clean and let me say I was there two weeks after hurricane Irma blew through, they was cleaning the streets the day of our arrival. In summary I would stay in this same unit again with no hesitation. If this unit isn’t available I will still do business with Florida Lifesyle Vacations.

Our accommodations were good. Clean baths, comfortable furniture. Ceramic floors had been vacuumed but needed to be wet mopped.

Great experience - nice condo & pool. Only downside were the elevators were slow & parking garage was poorly lit.
Sandra K.on 04/09/2016
We enjoyed our condo. It could use a few more utensils and larger coffee cups. Small complaint. I was not crazy about having to use a key to get to the pool/beach area. My husband didn't mind it. So I guess that's a personal opinion. Otherwise the condo was very nice and I would recommend it.

The place was great- the beds a little hard but overall an exellent rental

My stay at Beach Palms was very relaxing. Beach Palms is a large condo complex. Very family friendly. Quite and peaceful. Condo 306 is a average condo. Could use some updating. The couch's is not really comfortable. One is broke on one side. The beds need new mattresses with new sheets. Sliding glass door would not lock although it did not matter, because you are 3 floors up. It would be hard for someone to get up there. The complex is very secure with all the doors that are locked & you have to have a key to get thru everyone of them. Felt very safe. Cleanliness was average. It could use some deep cleaning. Cleaning person just cleans the main surfaces. Location is great. View is great.

Not the best I have experienced but overall, it was ok

We were looking forward to returning to Beach Palms but were very disappointed in Unit 306. We had to call Florida Lifestyle to have it cleaned. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and cupboards. Master shower door was moldy. Floors dirty. Pantry door locked so there is no place for food. Oven door glass broken. Place needs updating. Would not rent that unit again.

they condo is very nice. The view is spectacular. The condo itself need a little up dating. The floor is raising and is a tripping haserd. It was very clean.

Great location, easy to find the office and get the keys. A really nice way to spend a week, right on the sand.
joanne f.on 11/08/2014
The unit was very well equipped and the view from the balcony was exceptional. The condo was spacious with plenty of seating on the balcony. The only negative was the beds were extremely uncomfortable.
Jim & Eileen W.on 09/13/2014
Was not impressed with the unit 306 that we rented for 2 weeks. We have been utilizing Florida Lifestyles for over 15 years and was very disappointed.

I was relocated to this bldg and unit because elevator in originally booked unit was inoperable. Karhy with FL Lifestyle Rentals was proactive in contacting me and getting reasignment. This unit is beautiful, with a great gulf view, assigned parking, secure bldg and unit very comfortable and well equipped and arranged.

Condominium was under construction. We had obstructed views from scaffolding on what was supposed to be our ocean front views. Men working outside our windows, balcony was not accessible. They say there motto is 100% money back if you’re not satisfied, but when I called to ask for a different unit or my money back, I was rudely told that none of those things would happen. I was eventually given $490 back for unit I paid $2600 for. Unit is modern and comfortable, but very dirty, needs a deep cleaning. Closet covered in dust and dirt. I never wouldve have booked this unit if I’d known building was under construction. Besides construction noise, you can still here people in halls and could hear people in unit above us. Power went out last night and people were stuck in elevator! Don’t stay at Beach Palms or anywhere managed by Florida Lifestyle Vacations.
We loved our stay at this condo. It was in a great location the rooms were nicely spread out and kitchen was very nice and the views were amazing of the ocean.
the first problem we had was that our parking space for our unit was taken up by a bike rake and after driving for 20 some hours was not a good thing. Called to try and get resolved and service left a message. We did park somewhere else and put a note in window thankfully our car was never towed. Also it would have been real nice to know that there was building construction going on all hammering and stuff was not as relaxing as I had hoped. Lastly the kitchen didn't have big bowls to make a bunch of scrabbled eggs or pancakes so we improvised but would have been nice to have big bowls. It is a nice clean place except for around the shower in the master. It could use a really good cleaning and the construction will only be about 5 months so maybe when done it would be great.
Great location & best view (dolphins w/morning coffee) - easy access to the beach & pool. Enjoyed many local restaurants, putt putt, John's Pass, sunset cruise and relaxation.
Elevators slow, floors dirty (not noticeable until granddaughters' feet were black after walking barefoot on floor), mold on ceiling at air conditioning vent, air conditioner stopped working last night there and could not get technician out that night, determined that drain was stopped up but was informed if balcony door was left open and ac was frozen up that it was going to cost us and that they could tell if we had done that. I felt threatened by this comment. We never left any doors open anytime because we had a five year old and one year old with us. The ocean and view from balcony was beautiful! Great places to eat nearby. Overall our stay was enjoyable!
A spacious 2 bedroom condo, reasonably equipped and with a direct gulf front balcony. Very dated but fine as a vacation rental. One suggestion: a basic digital box would make a big improvement to TV viewing if that's important to you.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. The unit was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the beach.
It was good overall . Except a few exceptions : home was dirty, not enough kitchen utensils and kitchenware . No mattress pad in main bedroom bed,no hooks or shelves for bath stuff .
We liked staying in this unit but there were things that be fixed . The carpets need cleaning, need a key for the elevator, kitchen needs updating. The rental company was very accommodating in which appreciated . Had a good stay and would come again . We love the area.
While there are plenty of beaches in the Redington Shores area, there's a lot of cool nature stuff to see and do as well! The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is one of the most popular attractions in the area -- you could spend all day gazing at these beautiful birds! The Town Square Nature Park is a pretty great stop-off, too. It offers a peaceful walking area and bird-watching area. There are plenty of other outdoor activities you can take advantage of though, too, from the white sandy beaches to whale or dolphin watching on a boat. Some popular water activities in the area include parasailing, paragliding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding, and fishing. You can rent a boat or charter a boat to go fishing or just sight-seeing. Island Marine Rentals offers a lot of gear for all types of activities. Smuggler Cove Adventure Golf is a great spot for the kids and family too, if you're into mini golf. If the indoors are more your thing, you'll find lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars in the area, including Mahuffer's, which is a popular local beach bar many tourists enjoy stopping off at.
