The location was great and the view was awesome. Unfortunately the sofas are quite old, and dirty, especially under the cushions. There is quite a bit of noise transfer between units in the building, something we haven't experienced in other rental condos. In fact there is a notice in the lobby warning of the noise transfer between units due to the thin walls. Florida Lifestyle Vacations are friendly and professional.

Reserving the condo was simple, check in was simple however I had multiple problems with the actual condo. Electricity went out because of a breaker situation then the airconditioning stopped working and the owner had me troubleshooting trying to fix it , which was quite annoying and the owner also didn't want to have an a/c tech come out for costs reasons instead of using the maintenance on hand by Florida lifestyles. All in all this condo needs work and it is being neglected by the owner. I would never rent here again!

Very good from start to finish.
Florida Lifestyles worked well with us, no complaints. We had no kitchen lights for the first three days, but the repairman, Jim, was very helpful and efficient when he came. The property was NOT well maintained. The condo itself was in a great location, had a nice balcony and was a good size. The sheets held by clips as draperies were bad, the couches were awful and coming apart, the kitchen cabinets were coming off their hinges, the kitchenware was old, the bed was very uncomfortable and there was no extra linen, to name a few things. There were 3 remotes for the TV, the outside faucet key was hidden in a drawer we had to find, the internet connection was not right, and I had to use two bed pillows to sit on the loveseat so I wouldn't sink too far in. I would not recommend this unit until things were updated and fixed. Seems like they furnished and filled the kitchen with things from Goodwill. Not even a large fry pan!
Furniture very uncomfortable, bed was horrible, no dish soap or anything to clean with.Screen door broken for first 10 days. Frying pans rusty and unusable, finally got a new pan 3 days before we left. Owners came in when we were not home and we were not notified that they were coming. Place was not very clean.
Spent a week of our spring vacation at The Point,Unit 403. Worst condo we have ever stayed in over 40 years of travelling. This unit needs renovations big time. Water leak stains in the ceiling in the bedroom, over the kitchen cupboards, a crack in the ceiling over the living room window and over the entrance door, which was badly surrounded by rust. The bathroom was super small. There was mold on the tile in the corner of the bathtub, rust around the bathroom fixtures and mold and/or scum under the soap fixture. The bedroom was dark and dingy. The linens left a lot to be desired; dirty mattress pad, extra blanket had a hold in it and the ribbon was torn off the end. The patio curtains were hung on a string and the extra material was left to gather in both corners of the floor. The balcony table provided to us was painted over old paint and pieces of hair. Some of the patio chairs were dirty and moldy. The entrance mat was cheap and dirty. The carpet mat in the living room was equally dirty and rolled up on one of the corners.
This property is not well maintained, far from it. We filed a complaint towards the end of the week with pictures and we were refunded only the cleaning fee. The manager, however, was rude and arrogant and impossible to deal with. We would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone.
Very nice - everything we need for a week at the beach.
nice little condo, great location right on the beach, they provided lots of towels and the bed sheets. The condo was clean, leaky taps in the kitchen which I think they're fixing, great laundry location just outside the door.
This condo need a good cleaning, drapes,New furniture, pantry, and New cushions for outdoor furniture.
While there are plenty of beaches in the Redington Shores area, there's a lot of cool nature stuff to see and do as well! The Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary is one of the most popular attractions in the area -- you could spend all day gazing at these beautiful birds! The Town Square Nature Park is a pretty great stop-off, too. It offers a peaceful walking area and bird-watching area. There are plenty of other outdoor activities you can take advantage of though, too, from the white sandy beaches to whale or dolphin watching on a boat. Some popular water activities in the area include parasailing, paragliding, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddleboarding, and fishing. You can rent a boat or charter a boat to go fishing or just sight-seeing. Island Marine Rentals offers a lot of gear for all types of activities. Smuggler Cove Adventure Golf is a great spot for the kids and family too, if you're into mini golf. If the indoors are more your thing, you'll find lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars in the area, including Mahuffer's, which is a popular local beach bar many tourists enjoy stopping off at.
