The cabin was well furnished, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed. We didn't use the washer but the dryer worked almost too well. One ski jacket had a partially melted plastic zipper, be careful of the dryer's power! We'll probably try and get this cabin next year. My only wants would be a WiFi and a Kuerig coffee maker.
First of all, the customer service was very good and helpful. The cabin we rented was very clean and welcoming. Everything we needed was on site and there was plenty of room. I will be back for sure , next time to see some snow and enjoy the fireplace !
Five adults and a 3+ year old boy greatly enjoyed our three night stay at this property!! The weather was a bit chilly, but the floor heater pretty much took care of comfort, aided by the gas fireplace. Everything was clean and tidy and there were lots of amenities! We would like to recommend three things: First, the gas fireplace needs a safety check as to lighting it (and better instructions/warning)...and Second, the 'teflon' frying pans in the kitchen should all be thrown out--they are too old and scratched to be used safely. Third, the water pressure in the kitchen sink is woefully inadequate....we spent a lot of time trying to figure out why it was so low, when all the rest of the cottage's water pressure was just fine. We did have to literally turn on the water pressure to the dishwasher to get it to work, but were not sure that wasn't left over from winterization efforts. Everything else was great!
We absolutely loved the cabin, and the private beach was plus. Would rent it again.

This house was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was much better equipped than we expected and the rest of the amenities were adequate. This was a very well-kept house and quite comfortable considering we filled it to capacity. Completely worth the price. The only complaint would be the water heater since, even though there are two full bathrooms, both showers cannot be used at once because there isn't enough hot water. The receptionist was fantastic and management was very helpful with all our questions. We definitely recommend this property, especially for those on a budget.
Incline Village is part of the wonderful north side of Lake Tahoe. Nestled among the trees, this family-friendly town is a half hour away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, and Northstar Ski Resort, all very popular and world-renowned ski and snowboard destinations. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is located right in Incline Village though, too, so there's skiing nearby as well. The luxurious Hyatt Regency Casino and Spa is located on the lake in Incline Village, too, so if you like to gamble, this is your spot! The area offers lots of opportunities for kayaking, canoeing, windsuring, parasailing, and paddle boarding too. If you're into outdoor activities like hiking, mountain biking, and trail walks, be sure to hit up Sand Harbor, Lake Tahoe Nevada State Park, or the Tahoe Rim Trail. For beachgoers, Incline Beach is a serene and beautiful place to get some sun, do some swimming, or just read a book.
