Stayed here last week with my husband for our honeymoon/vacation. Loved that the balcony was overlooking the beach. The beach was quiet and not crowded. The unit could use some upgrades. Small things such as new paint and fix wall hangings/fixtures so that they are straight. The unit could have been cleaned better before we arrived. It was just a little run down. Had to call maintenance for a small issue with the attic access door. Maintenance showed up quickly and he was very nice. Overall, nice place to stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise Village. The condo is in a great location and we had the best time bumming around Gulf Shores. The condo is small, but is set up perfectly to utilize all of the space. We had no issues with the condo and will definitely rent again!

Very easy to rent, find, and use. The agent was very helpful and the condo was very clean. It was not as big as I thought (based on pictures) but it was fine for the 4 adults on the trip. LOVED the balcony; just wish there was an umbrella for the heat of the day.

We didn't have linens for the pull out sofa till the 2nd day. The parking is a very tight squeeze for a larger vehicle. There was no place on site to do laundry. We only had enough towels and washcloths for 1 day. If there is not a washer and dryer in the unit, there should be one on site.

Best location on the beach... Own private balcony ocean front, wonderful. Small, but great for small family. Housekeeping could use a few pointers how to clean, sand on floors and furniture, carpet in bedrooms need cleaning. Needs a washer/dryer and could be updated, but rental price is great. No free internet service, but made us enjoy beach/vacation instead surfing internet. I would recommend it and I will stay again

Place is outdated. Furniture was dirty and uncomfortable.Bed sunk in the middle and the place was dirty from the Get go. Internet didnt work.View was great and beach was steps away though. Overpriced for what you get.

This condo is worn down and hasn't been renovated in 30 years. The bath leaks or maybe just doesn't drain properly. The whole condo rattles in the wind. Major disappointment and should more accurately be priced 100$ per night as opposed to 200$. Actually just year this abomination down.

Great location, but the furniture is out dated, we killed 3 discursive while we were there and the condo was very dirty when we arrived. Lots of ships in furniture and stains on beds. And to top it all off I had all of my fishing gear stolen our last night there. All in all we had a great time and will be back and will continue to use albvr but we will not stay at sunrise village 210 again

We had a great time during our stay and found the property to be pretty much what we expected. It certainly has a spectacular view of the coastline. It is nothing fancy, but it puts you right on the beach. The furniture was a bit odd, with only 1 real chair for the table and a couch that was amazingly uncomfortable. Was happy to see that the TV has apparently been upgraded since some other reviews were written. We called about the dead phone line and disconnected Internet, but nobody showed up to service it as was promised. We worked from this location and the secured Internet connection was pretty much a requirement for us, so this was a disappointment.... we found an open and insecure connection for the building... not a good alternative. Luckily, we had our cell hotspot and there is fairly decent cell coverage. The other guests that we met were very polite. If you want to hear the ocean and feel the breeze on your vacation, this is a great little place to stay.

the unit we rented had outdated furniture in had no washer/dryer. The tv in the living area had no cable. the lock to get the keys was very confusing. The listing showed different furniture.

The unit was ok it was clean but it needs some upgrades done. The tv in the living room was pitiful only got a few channels. The sliding door to the deck had no curtain or blind allowing the public to view you and allow the sun to make the room very hot. I would not recommend this unless changes made.

Awesome location, loved gulf shores. The condo itself wasnt horrible could use some newer furniture all around. Although i didnt think the condo was filthy it could definately use a deep cleaning. Overall we had a great stay with little to complain about.

I was disappointed with the room. We did not have washer and dryer which with the unit being a ocean view should of had. The dishes had to be washed before using any of it. A cup had hair and dust all in it. The pans were full of dried up food. There was no tv in the 2ND bdrm. The tv in the living room had no cable and no remote and the unit said it had cable. The description said we had WiFi and no WiFi worked. All around I was VERY disappointed. We have rented from you 2 times now and never had a experience like this.

We had to move to this property a month (May) before our vacation was scheduled, I originally booked in March, because the condo that I originally booked was sold (wasn't told it was for sale when I booked). This was the only condo available for our dates. The condo was old and out dated. I don't expect brand new by any means but at least the current decade. Everything was so outdated that it felt dirty. Shower had several cracks in the tub floor and hot water ran out after about 10 minutes. The location is great and this would be a great place to stay if it was more updated. Not completely happy with rental company, not sure if I will go though ABVR again.
It's just what you need for a laid back beach getaway. Nothing fancy and just has the bare minimum necessities. But it is a fantastic price for a spectacular view and location. Beachfront with a balcony. Very clean. Rental agency staff very nice and helpful. Everything we hoped for. Unbeatable price. Can't wait to stay again!
Booking with ALBVR was very easy, all transactions were handled in a very professional manner, every step of the reservation process was communicated very well and in a timely manner.
Nice location. Beach was beautiful. Needs updated dining room suite with more than one chair. For a quick getaway for two, works well.
good room but a/c did not work , ccalled and they refunded 25 percent of fees paid
We had a family of five staying in this rental and had a great stay in Gulf Shores. The rental was in a great location. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and the access to the beach as so close. The only thing I would change is the beds. They were a very uncomfortable. Overall I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay in Gulf Shores.
Our stay was overall a wonderful trip. The only thing we had a problem with was that the dishes were extremely dirty. It looked like the vacationers before us ate of the dishes and put them back up in the cabinet without washing.
This unit would be better if it had a washer/dryer.
Great location and view - unit was good size for a quick getaway for 4 - some of the furniture could be updated - maybe stock unit with more than one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag. Phone and wireless internet in the unit were not working (no dial tone). We had a great time away to relax and enjoy time together as a family.
Very nice, clean, needs curtains or darker blinds and an updated tv for the living room that works with the cable it has. Pool would be nice on the beach side.
We have stayed at Sunrise Village several times in different units and loved them.... BUT unit 210 wasn't up to par.
It was very outdated, the other unit we stayed in had a washer and dryer and this one didn't. We only had 8 towels and washcloths with reservations for 4 and we stayed 3 nights. The bathroom was nasty- from age. Property Maintenance found us at the pool to let us know they needed to come in our unit because of an ongoing leak in the bathtub had leaked through to the bottom unit so they needed to repair it. (they were very nice and did an excellent job) the furniture on the deck was nasty and stained and the furniture in the unit was so old, we wouldn't sit on the sofa without covering it first with a sheet. So sad because this unit could be AWESOME--- the view was great we love the location.
My husband and I are planning a trip in September and we have booked a different unit... I hope we have a better experience.
Overall was a good experience with no significant issues. Great place right on the beach. Would just suggest putting an HDTV in the living room that is capable of taking full advantage of the available cable. The older style box tv that is there now could only pick up about 6 channels of the many that are available due to it's age. Also a blind for the sliding glass doors would make a huge positive impact since the morning sun makes it difficult for those sleeping on the pullout sofa bed and tv viewing glare all day. Laundry facilities would be a plus as well. These adjustments would be huge for this rental unit.
booking this unit was no hassle, with great customer service. the location was perfect for us. store across the street, direct beach access with no worry about overcrowding. immediate neighbors were very courteous, minimal noise from the tower next door. room was clean upon arrival, with a welcoming scent. hot water was rockin, AC was kickin, TVs were clear, wifi was trouble-free.
my only nit-picks with this unit are:
the designated parking space didn't much agree with my full size pick-up. the shower head had stray streams soaking up the whole bathroom lol, but I took care of that. some of the balcony furniture was chipped/broken, but it didn't take away from the experience at all. some of the wooden railings and stairs were due for some paint, but it felt like home lol. just nit-picking, it was an overall great experience and will try to book again soon.
It was a really nice place to stay. The only thing it needs is a washer and dryer. It could also use some dark blinds on the windows and curtains on the sliding door. It was in a really good location and on the beach.
