Vacation was great - no issues or problems. Property was well maintained and fully furnished. Enjoyed the swing and hammocks below in the morning and afternoon where it was well shaded and always a breeze.

We had a wonderful experience. We loved Bonnie Dune and will be back. The house was very conveniently located to the beach, entertainment, restaurants, and there is even a small convenience store located at the end of the road. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We did not want for any kitchen utensils and we cooked every meal there except 2 during our week long stay. The backyard and porch were wonderful for watching sunrises, sunsets, and entertaining. Owner had great customer service-
make sure to read the Bonnie Dune binder upon arrival, it answered all the questions we had regarding trash pickup, beach items, etc. Our family and friends all had a great time. We can't wait to go back!

Our second vacation at Bonnie Dune was great even though some days were cloudy and chilly. The key code provided easy access and the house was super clean. We enjoyed walking in the quiet "neighborhood" setting, cooking outside on the grill downstairs, fishing off the dock, and relaxing on the deck and in the private sand yard. Bonnie dune is well-equipped with pans, utensils, and such but no food is left between rentals, so you will need to plan accordingly. Grocery stores (Rouse's, Walmart, etc.) are just a short drive. For emergency purchases, bait and snacks, the Pier 33 convenience store was walkable distance at the end of the street. To reach the beach, we had an easy walk (10 Minutes) to the closest public access area. Enjoyed our stay at Bonnie Dune!

the place is a nice place. We did encounter a few things,1) sitting on the coach with a lot of sand, yes I get it, it is hard to keep sand out. But if we did it, not the previous renters. Made me feel that the place was not clean. Which the second encounter we found roaches. We had found 3 dead ones in the bigger bedroom, and 1 dead one in the kitchen our first day their. Then on the 3 day we found a live one and continued to find them their after. I did notify the place and I had to contact them 3 times before I had received a response. They had said that they never knew they had a problem. But on the counter their was a slip that they had sprayed for pests. So that concerned me. I am just hoping that we did not bring any home. I will not be happy I did leave everything sit outside over night before bringing anything in. This is really gross. Other then these issues the place was great, it was nice having the sound in the back yard, nice to have the stores near by, grocery store was nice to have right at the corner. The beach was kind of hard to get to, we kind of crossed the road through an agencies lot, she was nice and let us cut through. Like I said that despite that it was a nice place.

Always great. Beautiful view, clean, upper and lower decks for sun or no sun, and close to beach. No worries on what you can expect here.

Relax on the deck, watch the birds fly over the canal, and when you get tired of this go out for dinner at a good restaurant nearby. It has all one needs in a rental.

It was nice, clean and cozy! We will be back! One of the light fixtures was missing a cover (not a big deal at all), but the trash drawer knob kept coming off though, so your crew may want to fix that. Otherwise, thank you and had fun!

We had a GREAT time at Bonnie Dune Beach House the week of Sept. 12-19, 2016. The fenced back yard is something you don't find very often at a beach house and was absolutely perfect for our dogs! The private boat dock was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunset. We even caught a salt water trout off the dock, while the pups enjoyed chasing crabs into the water. My only complaint was while my husband was loading the car for our departure, the door code was changed (5-10 minutes before the 10 a.m. checkout time)and he couldn't get back in the house. Luckily, I was still inside the house and could open the door for him, but if we had both taken luggage down we would've been completely locked out with half our suitcases still inside! If 10 a.m. is the check out time, please don't lock us out before then. Bonnie Dune was perfect for us, thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise!

Neat home close to beach and all attractions. Would rent again.

I was mesmerized by the water and the breeze on the dock. Spent so much time reading by the water. Fenced yard for the dogs, across the street from the beach. The cottage was very homey. Ladies, no hairdryer so bring your own. Also burs in the yard which got stuck in our pups feet, so watch out for that. This place made me realize I need to live on the water.

Well equipped beach house. The only negative was the noisy ceiling fan in master bedroom.

Bonnie Dune home was so great for our family. It was just like it was pictured on website! The location was great to the beach and we loved the lagoon at our back steps. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope to go again. The only minor issue was the Internet was a little slow and spotty. Truly a great home and we loved making memories there.

Our family of four stayed here for a week on July 4th holiday with our dachshund. The house was very clean and modern and in an excellent location. We sat on the back deck every morning and evening while the kids caught hermit crabs, blue crabs, jellyfish, minnows, etc. with their nets and buckets :) They fished daily as well catching lots of small species which kept them entertained for hours at a time giving mom and dad some nice chill time. And since we brought our dog, the yard was perfect...perimeter fence secure so we could relax and let her explore. We were very happy we chose this house over a condo right on the beach. You could walk just a quick block and have the best beach in Gulf Shores. The Pier 33 store just up the street was also convenient to buy bait and a quick item. It is on the pricy side for food though so we went into town for our larger grocery list. We would definitely stay here again! All amenities in the house were just what you need.

This vacation was a wonderful all around experience. Making the reservations and payments were the easiest I've ever dealt with. No hassle, no inconvenience, no running around half a day to pick up keys or drop them back off. Convenient key code entry and exit so you never had to keep up with keys. The very first thing that I noticed when we walked in the door was how clean the home smelled. It was actually cleaned instead of vacuumed and beds changed. My wife can be somewhat of a clean freak/germaphobe and even she didn't feel the need to re-clean everything when we walked in the door like she usually does. The inside of the home is wonderfully decorated and all tile floors which we love. It has beautiful sunset views over the lagoon. Much prettier than the pictures provided. We have two boys (18&8) that love the beach and fishing. This rental is right on the lagoon with a dock and a personal boat ramp large enough for jet skis. We could sit right in the back yard and watch the boys fish and kayak from the comfort of a completely shaded bottom patio with bbq grills and picnic table, a furnished upper deck with patio table and lounge chairs, or even lay in the sun on your own private sand beach in the backyard. When we got ready for the beach it was just a short, straight walk to the beach. There is a nicely stocked local grocery store right on the corner. Their prices were a little higher than big box stores but the convenience and the politeness of the owners were well worth it. We will definitely stay in this same location again. I enjoyed it much more than staying directly on the beach due to the options of the lagoon. On the days that it was threatening rain, we could still enjoy the sand beach in the backyard, fish, and kayak without having to worry about carrying a lot of stuff and run from the beach if a rain or storm blew in quickly.
The house was perfect for my family and dogs. Very close to the beach and many good restaurants. My only knock was that the house wasn't very clean on our arrival but I would not hesitate to stay here again.
