My family and I (6 of us total) stayed in the Four Seasons cabin for three nights this past October. My only regret is we couldn't stay longer! The cabin is beautiful, in a perfect location, and possibly most important, impeccably clean. Each of the three levels has something different to offer and we were never bored, moving to different spots throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the screened in porch with the fireplace and a large table where we played games. It was nice to have the master bedroom on the third floor and the other bedrooms on the ground for separation. We did wish the hot tub had been on another level other than the ground because it was kind of scary to be out there at night :). My only two cons would be the neighboring cabins are closer than I thought they would be, so you can easily hear loud neighbors if you have them. The other is most of the furniture (couches, outdoor) looked old and worn. When paying a lot for a cabin I would have expected a little more here. Overall this is a perfect getaway for friends and family. The views are beautiful and it feels like you're out in the middle of no where when really you're 10 minutes or so from the Gatlinburg strip. We loved it so much we paid extra for a late checkout!

Had the best time and the most extrodinary stay in Tennessee. The cabin itself was perfect to come back to after long days of hiking. Everything was beautiful and comfy. The staff that we did interact with was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Very conveniently located so close to town which made for good time for travel when going out.
I would definitely stay here again (might be very soon) and would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This cabin was beautiful! We had all our children and grandchildren (15 in all) and it was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was clean. I would recommend replacing the main floor couch as every time we sat on it, we had to push the cushions back in. It was quite annoying. Also, had lots of problems daily with all the tv's and Netflix. The staff was amazing and so willing to help! Overall we were happy with it.

Love the place will definitely come back but there where some things that i didn't like there was dust here & there & pans for cooking they where bad everything we tried to cook was sticking on them knifes didn't cut my husband try to get them sharp but didn't work out i think they should check that out for what we paid for staying there i imagine everything would be great with no problem ...other than that i love the cabin

Our family spent Easter weekend together in Gatlinburg at Elk Springs Four Season cabin. We had used Elk Springs before, and liked the experience, so we knew we wanted to consider them again. Management was easy to work with before and at booking. I like the checkin/checkout process. The cabin was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. We loved the screened in porch. The patio furniture was comfortable and perfect for our family favorite card game of Euchre. We also enjoyed the awesome spring weather on the back deck. It was so peaceful. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. My mom, who is 84, played pool for the first time and loved it. The kitchen was stocked extremely well for us to prepare our Easter dinner and other meals. The beds were comfortable. The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Our family is already talking about making this an Easter tradition.

Such a great cabin- very clean and spacious! The Elk Springs Resort staff was wonderful and very helpful. We had an issue with the hot water heater and they sent someone out within the hour to fix it. The only regret was not being able to stay longer!

Great place for multiple families with the two living areas. Outdoor spaces provide room to get away from the inside noise. Board games for family fun! Pool table and video game to keep everyone busy!! Couldn't figure out he Netflix but who needs that with the views! Before the first day was over my nephew said, "get this place again!"
Lisa B.on 12/21/2016
The cabin was exactly as advertised. The property management company was delightful, checking in with us on both our arrival day and the day after. We were so pleased with the holiday touches that were included...3 Christmas trees and even a holiday shower curtain. The cabin was spacious and well cared for.
We had been talking about making this trip for 5 years and this cabin and Gatlinburg in general did not disappoint!

We were very pleased with our Elk Springs cabin, Four Seasons. The cabin was exactly what we expected. During our stay with family for a long weekend we encountered some maintenance issues, water heater went out and smoke alarms started beeping. We contacted the maintenance office and the situation was handled within 45 minutes. We would definitely stay with Elk Springs Resort again. We were very pleased with the clean cabin and the feeling of being at home. Great memories were made in the Smokie Mountains once again!

This was my family's second year visiting Elk Springs Resort. We always have a wonderful stay. The cabins are clean and are just as pictured in the ads. We will definitely be 's become a family tradition!!!
Neeraj B.on 06/16/2016
Enjoyed our 2 day retreat with our family visiting from our of the country. Great cabin and good location. Management is friendly and very responsive. The only negative was that we had to check-out at 10am, wish it was closer to noon.
Tamara P.on 06/12/2016
We enjoyed our stay in the Four Seasons cabin. There was plenty of space for the 12 of us. The kitchen and family room area was spacious and clean. However, the sofas weren't very comfortable.
The A/C went out in the middle of the week - it was over 90 and humid! We reported this and management sent a tech to inspect within 20 minutes. One of the parts needed to be replaced, and a second person came to make the repair. In total, we were without A/C only a couple of hours. They took care of it right away. I would stay here again.
Jessica L.on 05/13/2016
I rented this cabin as a weekend getaway for my birthday. It was amazing and so relaxing! All the rooms were very nice, beds comfy, towels and sheets very clean. There was also lots of extra space in the living room, game room, and on the decks. Plenty of sitting and dining room as well. I would love to stay here again!
Kelly M.on 04/29/2016
Four seasons was a BEAUTIFUL cabin! Very clean and well kept.
Rachel C.on 01/21/2016
The rental came with everything we needed! More than enough room to relax and enjoy how beautiful the cabin is. There are multiple balconies on each floor. This was a very nice touch. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We were very close to grocery and liquor stores.
Maggie F.on 12/31/2015
We had a great time in this cabin! There was plenty of room, and it was overall very clean and updated. The only conflict we had was not purchasing some kitchen items we assumed to be included, and the lack of extra blankets for the pullout couches.. We would definitely consider staying here again.
Kari B.on 12/25/2015
Had a great stay plenty of room very clean
Tim G.on 12/03/2015
We had a great time, and the cabin was very nice, except for the hot tub. We were looking forward to hanging out in the tub in the cool mountain air, but it wouldn't heat up, except for that, it was great.
Ann S.on 10/29/2015
Fantastic experience--- everything I wanted!!
Heather E.on 10/06/2015
The cabin was even better than expected! It was immaculate when we arrived. It seemed very new, was comfortably furnished, and had enough space for 6 adults and 2 little ones to spread out. The whole family appreciated the multiple porches (covered and uncovered) and fireplaces. We never felt confined or like we were on top of each other. My nephews enjoyed playing the old-school video game upstairs. the resort was located in a quiet, peaceful area but was close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to not be a hassle. We had a great time there!
Brad O.on 09/25/2015
Very nice cabin, super clean and very taken care of. Will book here again.
Stephanie H.on 09/18/2015
Our stay was amazing, the cabin was beautiful, comfortable, very relaxing space. The ease of check-in was helpful quite efficient. I received a call early on check-in day that my cabin was ready early. A wonderful surprise for my family, we had a great vacation.
Kadhiravan T.on 08/07/2015
The cabin was well prepared by the time we reached the place. One issue we found was with the arcade game box. We have booked this cabin only for the reason the kids would play with this arcade machine. But the power cord was missing. The kids were very much disappointed of not having it useable. We tried to reach the support team, but there was no response. Every time we called we waited on the call for a longtime and it went to voicemail straight ahead. There was none to attend the call and answer us. It was frustrating. Other than that the cabin was good. Everyone enjoyed the stay.
Daniel R.on 07/08/2015
We spent over $4,000 and had nothing but issues. Cabin next door kept us up until 4 am. Nobody answered with management. Local police said it's in the county and the phone there didn't even work to call for assistance. Tv didn't work. Arcade game didn't work. Internet went out. Stair on bunk bed broke and my niece was injured. We had to buy an air mattress for our boys because the pullout was so horrible. The grass wasn't mowed on the side. We spent $100 on groceries for dinner for family and there was no propane in the grill. Maintenance did show up to fix stuff, but weren't what you would call friendly in the least. What a disappointing stay at a place we paid a premium for! I hope the owners find new management. We did like Gatlinburg. The setting was very pretty. The house is beautiful, just not maintained in good condition. They don't even replenish toilet paper and dishwashing detergent when you are paying over $500 a night. At the price we paid, we expected property in good condition, no 4 a.m. drunks, and at least friendly people when there were issues. We won't stay here again.

We had a great weekend trip with all our family - all 11 of us!! We played games, enjoyed the fireplaces, took turns in the hot tub, and loved every minute! Our only negative was that these cabins are right next to each other, so not our pick if you're looking for privacy. But other than that, we had a wonderful time! Even the younger ones had a blast in the game room! We had tons of room, and a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg. We had a great experience with the staff, and check in was super easy. We would recommend these cabins for sure!

Used this cabin for a church leadership retreat. Bedrooms were nicely sized, good space for group meetings, kitchen was very nice. The outdoor deck spaces were very nice but could have used a good cleaning. Overall we were very satisfied.

Beautiful cabin! Lots of space for us to move around! We spent alot of time on the screened in porch. It had everything i needed to cook and Im a chef so it was stocked with everything i needed. I WILL suggest this cabin to someone and we WILL return!
Matthew J.on 05/19/2014
Cabin was great, plenty of room to spread out. Kids could sleep downstairs while adults watched tv and played pool upstairs. Kitchen was immaculate and very well stocked with utensils and dishes. We really enjoyed our stay and are planning to come back!

We loved our stay at the four seasons! Wish we were stayed longer. Hopefully next time!
Jeff S.on 03/29/2014
The Four Seasons cabin was great. It was a beautiful cabin with plenty of space for our group. The location is nice, close to town yet out among the artist loop in the quiet of the mountains. We loved the screen porch with its own fireplace for relaxing in the evenings as well as the hot tub. The views were nice from the decks. The cabin needs some non-stick pans for cooking and the video game machine upstairs was broken, but other than that, a great cabin and Elk Springs did a great job.
Joe E.on 03/21/2014
The property was spotless. When we opened the door the interior was breath taking. We had a large family gathering, but the cabin was so large everyone had plenty of space to roam. Each bedroom had a TV with many available channels. We took advantage of the hot tub i the evenings. The fire place was a nice touch, particularly in the evening when it was cool. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. There was a pool table for the men. The location was great. We were simply a few minutes drive to downtown Gatlinburg and close to many fine restaurants, yet we were far enough away we had complete privacy and we enjoyed the views we had of the mountains. I would highly recommend your resort to families who wish to get away for at least a weekend. We enjoyed our stay so much we're planning another trip and this time we intend on staying longer. The directions were perfect and we had easy access into our cabin. I would strongly recommend Elk Springs to anyone interested in visiting this area.
It was okay, not the best rental we have had in the past. We had cabins very close on both sides of the cabin we were in. We had folks who came in the night before we left that were very loud which caused us to leave a day earlier than we had planned. We did not realize that the bedrooms were either down or upstairs. We had someone with us who had a difficult time with the steps.
The cabin was very nice. We had a great time. I would recommend this cabin to all friends/family with couples of 3. However, we did have some minor setbacks. Our check-in was pushed back from 3 to 5:30 (which turned out to be almost 6). We were informed about this, via text, at 2:00 as we were only 45 minutes away. We were very frustrated after a 6 hour drive with a dog and a 4 year old kid. We understand that things happen but it would have been nice to be notified much earlier. We do take into consideration the hurricane evacuees and how busy it became due to that - Main reason we were not as mad about the time of check-in. The cleaning crew apologized for the long cleaning time and said it was a mess inside. They did a great job because it was very clean - Except for the bed comforter that smelled so bad we had to toss it in the closet. Last thing, I wish they would let you know that the fireplace gas is turned off from April to October. We were looking forward to a fire on the cold nights as it got down to the low 50s. Don't advertise fireplaces when they are turned off! Overall it was a great cabin that we enjoyed.
I was hesitant at first because the front porch had a half bottle of Mountain Dew left on it and I thought this was going to be indicative of the rest of the cabin. I was pleasantly surprised as the rest of the cabin was impeccable. We really enjoyed our stay. We had 9 adults and 3 children staying there very comfortably. It was nice with the different floors because we weren't on top of each other. There was plenty to do within the cabin and several decks allowing for privacy with all the different couples. I was bummed that we couldn't use the fireplace outdoors the gas was cut off but I can understand why they do that. I would love to stay in this exact cabin again sometime and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Great location, cabin was clean and good amenities. HOWEVER the MBR mattress was miserable, my wife slept in a bunk bed. LR sofa not good forever putting cushions back, not comfortable.
This cabin was very nice, very clean! We didn't have any hot water when we arrived and called about 8:00 pm. Maintenance came and said they'd need to order a part and would be there the next morning between 10 am - 12 noon. Two young men came about 9:30 and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Said no part was needed ... sure would have been nice if we could have had hot showers that morning! Other than that it was a very wonderful experience.
Enjoyed this cabin with several family members on graduation weekend. Great layout and plenty to do. Highly recommend.
Four Seasons Cabin was perfect for our family of 10. We stayed 2 nights and left wishing for more.
Very nice. Great place for family time. Roomy and conveniences. Thoughtfull amenities. Easy check in and out. Attentive management and staff.
Super easy check-in/check-out with coded entry. Wonderful open layout with lots of open spaces, outdoor areas, and plenty of seating for easy group gatherings. Supplied board games were a nice addition. Starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, dish and body soap, and toilet paper were very helpful.
Advertised gaming machine did not have a power cord. Wifi didn't work during our entire stay. Unable to get outdoor fireplace working and even the indoor fireplace was difficult to start - maybe the instructions need to be updated. Unable to work with the provided plunger so the main room bath was clogged all but the beginning of our stay - maybe invest in a more effective plunger. No local travel pamphlets were available upon our arrival which should be standard.
We had a great time at the cabin. The management company was very attentive and called to check our stay conditions. We arrived to a hot spa, ac set comfortably, and a clean house. The house had everything we needed for the stay. We would come back for sure.
We had a great time! 9 adults stayed in the cabin and there was plenty of room, close to everything we needed.Hot tub and grill were a nice addition. We would definately stay there again and recommend it to our friends.
I went there couple of my friends and respective families for a 3 day vacation. We enjoyed the stay at cabin. It was nice, clean and is conveniently located. Staff was friendly and prompt in responding. Except for the Arcade game (as advertised) not working, everything else was perfect. I would definitely recommend the Elk Spring Resorts for the cabin stay.
Wonderful. Clean, scenic, comfortable. Service was awesome. I will definitely stay there again!
Cabin was clean. Great Location in the Mountains. Had a great weekend with friends and their spouses. Just enough room and space for everyone.
Very pleasant stay in in a lovely part of Gatlinburg
My husband and I took our son and family - 3 grandkids and all had a wonderful time. The property was excellent along with location. Clean maintained. We did many things including a 6 mile hike. Would recommend and will return,
It was our first time to the Gatlinburg area and this cabin was the perfect choice. A couple of minutes to the arts and crafts community shops and a few more to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin is beautiful. Very well maintained with an awesome fully equipped kitchen. The kids were just as happy hanging out there as they were going out for the day. Definitely a place we will return to.
the same with the pics
Really enjoyed our time at 4 seasons. The cabin was perfect for our family. The rooms were large and very comfortable.
We arrived for a week's stay to find there was someone staying in the cabin we had reserved months before. There is no on site management or decent cell phone service. After trying to reach someone for thirty minutes finally got a human to tell me they didn't know what happened and I would be upgraded to another cabin. Moved my family of eight into cabin then five days later get a confusing call that my cabin is ready. After calling management am told I have to move to original cabin rental because the cabin we have been upgraded to is rented to someone else. It is 10 am and we are leaving for the day to try to enjoy our vacation. I refuse to move and am harassed and threatened by manager, Brandi most of the day. Finally reach owner and he apologizes and tells me we can stay in "upgraded" cabin for the remaining two days of our stay. Will never book here again. Beware no security or on site management.
We had a delightful family week in 4 Seasons. Kitchen was very well equipped. Living areas in house were great for small children and adults. We would come back in a heartbeat!
The cabin was exceptional. We would definitely come back and stay, very satisfied.
I loved the location of Elk springs resort. It is very close to the arts community of Gatlinburg (which I loved), and it is very close to the mountains. The downtown is not too far.
The cabin is very nice, but for the price (over $500 for a night) the bedding is in a very sad condition. They need to change the comforters.
But other than that, everything else, the kitchen, bathrooms, the common areas were well equipped!
We would def go back again!
