Super smooth, the condo exceeded our expectations !
Loved the sound of rushing water with our windows open. The condo was homey and inviting with GREAT ART.

We rented the condo for the weekend for the annual Pond Hockey Tournament in Silverthorne and this space was perfect for us. It was accurately described, clean, cozy and great amenities. The hot tub was great after a day of skating and the garage was perfect for storing all our equipment. We had a great stay!

The rental is in a great location. The condo itself is extremely dated with poor mattresses and bedding. There are almost no updates in the place with the exception of the family room.

Nice facility; however, the condo is in need of serious cosmetic as well as potential structural repairs. The kitchen slopes about 1/2 inch toward the water heater closet, there is a crack in the counter top, there is a large crack in the living room wall as well as drywall corners are breaking through. It almost appears as if the center of the condo is sinking.

This was a good experience.

Three of us and our standard poodles had a delightful experience in this beautiful centrally located condo. We love the location, lovely decor, fully equiped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. It was just about perfect and we were plesantly surprised at how nice it was. My only suggestions would be to put a couple of wheels on the heater in the second bedroom and put handles on the cabinet door or be a bit more careful about cleaning them. Small suggestions for a lovely condo!

Condo is clean and well-maintained, just like when we stayed there in 2009. Good central location off main street in Frisco, easy access to Dillon, Keystone, Breckenridge.

Great dog friendly condo next to a mountain stream. Spacious on the top floor with high ceilings. 2nd bedroom and 2nd bath on lower floor for privacy of guests. Just one exit away from Copper Mountain.

My wife, our dog and I come each year at this time Come to ski, get a mountain fix, take long walks and snowshoe. Again this year, the experience was everything we anticipated. An additional highlight is the fireplace in the condo so we can have fires in the evening while reading, watching TV, listening to music or just relaxing. In addition we love the location to the Copper Mointain shuttle and the closeness to Frisco's shopping and eateries. This has been our third winter vacation in Frisco and are looking forward to next year.

It was a beautiful weekend in Frisco. Good friends, good weather, beautiful view. We enjoyed every aspect of the condo (a lot of stairs). We wandered Main Street, had frozen yogurt at Cameez on Summit Blvd, played games and enjoyed ourselves. I look forward to an opportunity to return.

This is a very nice condo next to a mountain stream. Spacious on the top floor with high ceilings. 2nd bedroom and 2nd bath on lower floor for privacy of guests. Dog friendly is a plus. Easy access to a main street and also easy access to bike trail.

The unit is clean, new carpeting - very nice. This was perfect for four of us with the balcony and the lovely creek. The beds could be more comfortable, possibly updated. The TV in the lower unit was not working. Overall a wonderful experience.

Only complaint is the bathtub was not clean... Hair etc. other than that, it was great.
Very comfy, clean and quiet. Perfect sized condo with a great fireplace. Hot tub was great too. I would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the deck on the creek after a good long mountain bike ride!
This condo has a great location, on Ten Mile Creek and close to Main St. It is also very spacious, we had 14 family members over for dinner one evening. The sound of the creek was wonderful. But unfortunately we had a number of issues.
Our first evening my wife was preparing dinner barefoot and within 60 seconds the bottoms of her feet were jet black (we have photos). Since we had 3 one year old grand kids coming, we called Wildernest for help, and they were great; they had a cleaning crew out the next morning while we were shopping. The cleaners left a note that they had hand scrubbed the floor. We took a wet paper towel and rubbed up large amounts of dirt. Wildernest then scheduled two men to come out with power tools and industrial cleaners. They were able to lift and remove years worth of ground in dirt (we have photos of their efforts).
The large skillet and pans had deep gouges in the non-stick surfaces that my wife (an ex-home ec teacher) knew were not safe to use. We bought skillets to use that we then took home.
There were no instructions on how to use the cable TV so we, once again had to call Wildernest. They were able to get the TVs in the living room and 2nd bedroom to work, but never the TV in the master.
The refrigerator was leaking on the floor and Wildernest had to send a repairman to fix it.
The living room has a huge couch, but you can obviously tell the most popular locations to sit. Also, the master bath has a jacuzzi tub that does not work. It was not listed as an amenity so we were not expecting to have it.
The kitchen counter top and bathroom floor (as previously noted) have unrepaired cracks.
Every other condo that we have rented provided salt and pepper, we had to go out and buy these.
When I was working in the commercial mortgage business, we always had a section in our presentation to the loan committee called “Pride of Ownership”. This unit would not rec
Great location. Problem with toilet over the holiday. Took 1 day to fix.
The condo was beautiful and very, very clean. Most everything was in good condition.
A few small items were not in the condo: salt & pepper, coffee filters, a cutting board and a sponge. This surprised us since the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, casserole dishes. The swimming pool was clean but very very cold.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
Family of four with kids 11 and 9, with a dog. Great time skiing and hiking. Great town of Frisco.
Overall it was a lovely experience. There was a problem with not being able to open windows in the dining room area. And both hot tubs were not working. The outdoor tub was never warm and the indoor tub was lukewarm.
This was a great place for our last minute need for a pet friendly condo and for the guests we had for dinner. Lots of seating and a great floor plan for entertaining. The management company was great.
The housekeepers hadn't done a great job prior to our arrival. There were receipts from the previous occupants and energy drink cans left out on the counter. There were sheets just sitting on a chair (perhaps for the sofa bed) and a few other details that we typically don't experience when renting a place.
The location is great and we would stay here again.
Great location! Interesting layout, needs some updates but overall very nice.
Enjoyed our stay in this well-located condo. Easy access to Copper Mountain (free bus is a 1 1/2 blocks away. Clubhouse has pool, jacuzzi hot tub and sauna, which are very nice. On-site manager is very helpful and Wildernest management is very responsive. Kitchen, carpeting could use an update.
