We were disappointed in our condo experience. The TV's in the family and master bed were inoperable with no cable service. I replaced 3 light bulbs upon arrival (kitchen table, kitchen bar and master bath. I called the property manager who send a tech but said there was nothing they could do, it was up to the owner.

Great experience working with Wildernest - from checkin to checkout, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The house is located right off main street in Frisco and you can walk to Tavern West (one of the best restaurants we've been to in the front range). Convenient location to 70, Breck, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek, Loveland etc. The weather was great while we were there so we logged a lot of miles driving to Dillon/Silverthorne for food, groceries and rentals. The condo is not that big but could easily hold 6 adults. Beds were comfortable, balcony and view are gorgeous. Decor is really nice, the only complaint I have is that the TV's are really small, but that's trivial given everything else. Also, we would run out of hot water after 2 showers. Regardless, beautiful fixtures, well kept, super clean - will definitely consider next trip and will look to rent from Wildernest

ski trip went well

The property is well-located for a casual walk to the downtown core. Our unit was overlooking a mountain stream and that sound was very welcoming all weekend.
If TV is important you'll have to get used to a very small screen and a number of remotes that don't seem to work......there wasn't any info on how to operate but we didn't call anyone to help us because we were very busy with family.
Everything else was great!!

We had a very good stay at Wildernest. The condo met all of my expectations. It was clean and very comfortable. We also had fun in the clubhouse and hot tubs.

This is our second year of staying @ Cross Creek 203. Hopefully we will return next year. The condo is clean and roomy. Great amenities and closeness to downtown.

Our short stay was not long enough! Would loved to have stayed longer. As usual Wildernest went the extra mile to help us with a rental deal. We will definitely be back next year. Unit CC203 is handsomely decorated and comfortable as well as close to town, we loved it! Happily, Ron Esmeyer & Fam

The individual condo we stayed at was superb in every way. Thank you immensely. The stream lulled us to sleep each night. The gathering place with kitchen, above the pools needs some help. The kitchen is getting old and it needs a remodel. That would enhance this perfect spot for family gatherings.

We we're so happy to see our condo - it looked even better than the pictures. Very comfortable for 5 people. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, beautiful view from our balcony overlooking a creek. The only minor improvements would be a) instructions for the TV, VCR etc. We couldn't get anything to work: b) space heater for downstairs bedroom. None were there although condo info stated they were supplied: c) newspaper or starter kindling for fireplace.
Otherwise our stay was great - easy check in and check out and a great location for skiing area resorts.

The condo was in great condition, there was even a humdifier in the master bedroom. The only issue we had was with parking. Someone parked directly in front of the stair opening, they actually backed into spot so there was very little room to get in around their truck and it was very icey.

We loved everything about CC203 and our visit to Frisco. We plan on coming back in the future.

The description of the property was very accurate. Our stay at Cross Creek 203 was very very nice. The view was wonderful and everything great. We did have one problem. The hot water ran out on the last day and no one was able to have a shower before we left. If no one has rented that unit, someone should check out the hot water heater. Other than that, everything was excellent.

My family came from abroad to visit us and explore Colorado state. The Wildernest Vacation Rentals gave us a great opportunity to enjoy our stay close to mountains. We all had a great time and nothing could spoil our entire stay, everything went perfectly. Thank you for letting us stay at your home!

Beautiful condo and superb view of a stream. Outstanding value, full size washer and dryer. Convenient to the ski resorts. Only negative it got hot upstairs and turning down the thermostat didn't seem to help. Also, downstairs bedroom TV lacked a remote control so couldn't turn TV on. I wholeheartedly recommend this condo. I am a real person who stayed in the condo.
We loved our stay wt Cross Creek 203! A short drive from Keystone and Breck, the condo is in the perfect spot to hit multiple resorts. The property comfortably accommodated our group of seven without feeling cramped. Would definitely stay here again!
Beautiful unit, great stay.
Really cute place - great decor. Not well managed though. Missing kitchen towels, pot holders, and dishwasher detergent. Dishwasher didn't work consistently.
The unit was wonderful, felt like we were at home. Kitchen was great and had plenty of room to move in. Location couldn't be better, close to shops, restaurants and biking trails. We'll definitely be back.
This was the 2nd time we stayed at Cross Creek. Unit 203 is ideal for us. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The ability to walk to DT Frisco and to hiking trails is a
We had stayed at a different Cross Creek unit before and like the Frisco location between Keystone and Copper Mountain. The site does not have an onsite checking, but it is fairly easy to check in at the office down the highway. The kitchen in this unit is very nice and the cabinetry and granite gives the room a first class feel. The dining table and chairs and other furniture are comfortable. The TVs are fairly small by todays standards but were fairly new with built in DVD players for movies. The heating unit controls in the upper floor were a bit of a mystery and had a red reset light illuminated with the text of GFI on the control panel. There were instructions about reseting the lower heating elements but the breakers were fine in the heating closet. The upper room was never cold, so it must not matter what the controls are doing. Another difference from the other Cross Creek unit that we had stayed at was that for this unit the main level was on the 3rd floor and there was not a method of getting into the garage from the unit. There was an ice build up in the garage door area so the garage door could not come down far enough to lock. The unit was cleaned well but could use a few maintenance inspections. When we arrived the toilet in the lower level would not flush due to the connector inside of the tank being broken from the chain that pulls the flapper. It was easily fixed with a twisty from a bread sack, but for the large price per night for the week after Christmas, I was not expecting to do house maintenance on my vacation week. It was also strange in the master bath that with the very nice tile and stone shower and the nice glass enclosure it looked first class, but there was a window in the shower with exposed wood that had pealing paint due to the wet environment. It was very quiet in the unit and there were not any loud noises from adjacent units or roads. Overall a nice place to stay!!
This condo is fine...decent enough, but nothing remarkable. We had to reset the boiler in our unit once or twice a day in order to maintain hot water. As for the overall complex, the pool was nice and warm, which we were so happy about, but the trash at the community dumpster was overflowing for a couple of days before the trash company came and emptied the dumpster. The community grills are in pretty poor shape as well. The location is terrific, though and the pool and hot tubs relaxing!
Overall a very nice experience. There was no hot water but we phoned Wildernest and had a maintenance person come to the condo and fix the problem. There were no kitchen towels to use.
The outside hot tub was never hot. The indoor hot tub was lukewarm 24 hours after we arrived.
our family thoroughly enjoyed the quaint rustic "feel" of this cozy condo overlooking the ten mile river. Great complex with all the amenities.
A totally excellent experience!
Everything about this place is great. The location on the river, the walk to town, quiet, clean, nice amenities and tasteful living quarters.
We enjoyed the property. It was a great location and a nice setup for our group.
No towels for the pool?? One week before our stay the owners of #207 decide they don't want to rent and we booked 2.5 months in advance....the property management were nice but in the end they only care about the almighty dollar
This condo is beautifully decorated and quite comfortable. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are a plus. We have rented this unit 2 years in a row. The only downside is the equipment in the kitchen. There is a miss mosh of kitchen utensils. The grater, potato peeler etc. appear to have come from the $ store and are totally ineffective. We brought our own knives, peelers etc. We had to request extra pots from Wildernest and they
complied. The cookware was non stick, but no spatula to be found. If you are going out to eat, no problem. We like to cook in and appreciate basic tools. This is a high end condo and should be fully equipped. Perfect otherwise.
