Property was conveniently located! Very close to numerous restaurants, shopping and numerous activities. Condo is dated but was very clean.
Enjoyed our stay immensely!

The rental unit was great with the great fireplace, deck, view of lake Dillon and the Rockies. The living room area was spacious and comfortable.

Carpet was pretty worn looking and had issues with cable tv (HD channels had no sound) and heater in twin bedroom did not work so it got cold.

This condo is centrally located to all of the best ski resorts in Summit county. It's a fair price for what you get. 100 yard walk to the club house where the pool & hot tubs are. Awesome view of Lake Dillon.

Great condo and location. No complaints for the twin beds but the queen bed squeaks, sinks in the middle etc. I highly recommend the owner update that bed as we has two horrible nights of sleep..... Or should I say should be sleep.

Property was nice and the weather was perfect. We recommend it for your getaway. One small thing to correct would be the wireless internet service. It cut out consistency and made Netflix impossible. This is our second stay in this unit and it won't be our last.

The condo itself needs some updating but it was clean, had great views and was in a great location. If you like to be in the hub of things (middle of town, lake activities and amphitheater) this is the place for you. The only reason I give it a 4 out of 5 was because the staff should ALWAYS inform the guest when they make reservations that the check in is 5 miles away and that Sunday check out is closed and you have to use a drop box. Also, the fire alarm went off anytime steamy showers were taken and the internet connection didn't work, which was okay for us because it kept our kids off of their devices, but I know a lot of people that would have been irked by this.

We were very happy with the facilities. Location was excellent and view was very nice.

To be fair, this was the New Year weekend, January 3 & 4. The 2 bedroom condo itself was large with great views of the lake. It was older but nice and the older units are larger which I like. Check-in was a disaster. We arrived at out unit just before 4:00 P.M. and found a management person checking out the T.V. system. He showed us how to use it and was most helpful. The room had not been cleaned yet so he called housekeeping and was told they would be right over. We went to the Arapahoe Cafe (a great place for those who have not been) to give them chance to clean the room. We returned to find the cleaning crew standing outside the condo. They did not have a key to get in. An hour later, the rushed cleaning job was done. I am also unacustomed to a condo unit that does not provide and condiments whatsoever. We got 2 small bars of soap and that was it. It was up to us to provide shampoo, creams, mouth wash, salt and pepper, coffee and everything else one might normally expect to see provided in a rented room. I happened to carry all that type of thing as a matter of course but this was the first time I actually needed it. On the very, very positive side, the rate quoted included everything. There was no additional charge for cleaning, supplies and other such items. Other companies have quoted a price then when you go to reserve, add another $100 + for cleaning, supplies, taxes and anything else they might make up. The internet did not work. We called maintenance who said they would be over and we never did see them.

Location was great. Cold use some updating and the beds were not that comfortable. The kitchen lacked some essentials needed to make simple meals. The park was good for the kids but had cars in and out all day long. Still enjoyed the stay.

We had such a nice time! The condo is roomy and comfortable with wonderful views of Lake Dillon. It is in a great location for nearby birding and butterfly hikes. There was a concert at the Dillon amphitheater on Saturday, and we were able to listen to the concert from the comfort of the Condo balcony patio.

Amazing location on the lake. But, the internet was sketchy at best and often wouldn't work. The TV also often lost signal. The accommodations were adequate, but minimal. Property in good condition and pool was small, but nice. No HVAC control. Disappointed pilot out in fireplace and unable to use. Still WAY better than a hotel.

We were satisfied with the rental overall. We had a couple of complaints such as the coffee maker did not work and there was absolutely the barest of essentials, ie; salt & pepper, shampoo (sample size), coffee filters. We cooked both nights that we were there and had to go to City Market to buy these commonly found items in most condo rentals. The location was great and so were the views!

a short walk to dillon shops & restaurants, easy access to ski areas & highway. good parking & access to club house.

Slept 6 comfortably. Great location with nice views and access to Lake Dillon. Nicely tucked away and quiet, but still close to groceries, movies, liquor store.
Tracy N.on 01/05/2014
The location is the best. Everyting is very near. All the ski resorts we wanted to go was at max within 30 minutes drive (Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone). The apartment is very nice, big enough for my family of 5. It had all the acessories and appliances that we needed.

It was easy to rent, easy to check in, and the only time we needed maintenance, the gentleman showed up within 20 minutes and was quite pleasant (I think his name was Perry) The location, on the lake is breathtaking. However, from the carpet, to the furniture, the cabinets to the appliances and even the cookware, we felt like we were in a time machine, transported to the 70's. It wouldn't take too much for this otherwise AWESOME condo to be updated to a more modern experience, given the amount charged for rental.
The Lake Cliffe property is conveniently located relative to the ski areas around Dillon, the grocery store, shops in town and the restuarants.
We had a wonderful time. The condo was well located and had everything that we needed.
Great location, yet dated interior and carpet with some plaster falling from bedroom windows.
Great rental experience, no surprises, no disappointment
Comfy condo with great views of Lake Dillon. The playground was right out front along with the walking path. Across the street from restaurants. Clean. Beds are a bit worn out. New mattresses would make this rating higher. No spare bedding for the pullout sofa and we were missing top sheets on two beds. The smoke alarms went off from shower steam. Overall a great place. Just wish the beds were better. Would stay here again.
Nice view and very convenient to local activities. All in all we had a nice stay but wished it was a little cleaner. Porch chairs were dirty so we did not sit out there. Looked like the cleaning crew was in a hurry. They even left old laundry and trash outside our door from previous guests the whole time we were there. Loved the place but it needs a deep cleaning.
couch had a very bad smell, lots of stains on carpet, blankets for the fold -out couch also badly stained, in need of some updating, but everything worked
The location of the property was lovely. The condo just needs an updating and refreshing. The carpet was very dirty and the bedding (not sheets, but comforter) was very dirty and worn.
Although this is a more dated condo. It was clean and comfortable. The view is a delight in the mornings of the lake. Although there is parking lot and amphitheater traffic at your doorstep, we didn't seem to mind. Wilderness property was accommodating and friendly. The new coffee pot got it's workout as did the fireplace. Beds were comfortable . The only negative we found was the internet glitched a bit and the carpet could be cleaned or replaced.
Our family of four had a wonderful experience staying at Lake Cliffe on Dillon lake. We were right in the middle of all of the summer action of the area. There are plenty of restaurants in the area with great food and hospitality.
We would give the entire property a 5. With the exception of the carpet which was filthy (but scheduled to be cleaned). The unit was older but in good condition, very clean and well supplied. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots & pans, utensils we could ever need. The grounds were very nice and well kept. The sheets were clean and crisp. The bedspreads were old but clean. The check in and out process was quick and painless. We had a great view of the lake and enjoyed the entire trip. The clubhouse had both a swimming pool and two hot tubs. There was a nice changing room complete with showers.
We will recommend to our friends and hope to return one day.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
