The property is perfect for the price. Could not ask for a better location, and the accommodations onsite are very nice.

We really liked the unit. It was very comfortable and it had all the room and amenities that we needed. The unit is very cozy and we appreciated that it was on the ground level. We did have a problem with parking. I called the office earlier in the week and talked to Michelle. I was told that we would have two parking places. When we arrived we found that there was only one parking spot per unit. The area where we could park the extra vehicle was not clear and my son did not understand the alternate day information. He received a $50 ticket for parking in the wrong lot. While I would recommend the unit where we stayed, I would not recommend Wildernest Management. When we return next year we will look elsewhere.

My pond hockey team and I stayed here for the 9280 pond hockey tournament. The condo was very clean and nice and comfortable. The hot tub area was pretty dated but not a big deal. Very nice place for the price.
The unit is very comfortable and nicely updated in the kitchen and living area. VERY difficult to find at night. Building sign is unlit and sits well back from the road. No one could find the unit after dark unless they called to ask for directions from someone else in our group who had been "talked in" by someone before them. Parking is terrible. If you have more than one car, you will have to park it miles away in the city center to avoid towing. This is not mentioned in the unit's description other than to say "1 parking space", which usually means 1 space is reserved for the unit but there is ample visitor parking on site. Upon check-in, I was erroneously told that "we'd be fine" without parking passes for the 4 vehicles in our group. The condo, however, had several signs very sternly warning us that any vehicle without a parking pass (which, again, we never got), or that was parked in ANY other spot on the premises, or that was left on the street overnight, would be towed. We called the management office to inquire about the discrepancy and were told that everything on the signs was correct. The person was very nice, but nonetheless, I repeat -- there is NO parking for ANY additional vehicles at this complex. We would not have stayed here had we known that in advance. When you have everyone in your group trying to load/unload vehicles to prepare for skiing the next day, or get ready in the morning, or someone simply forgot something in their car, you cannot just run out to the parking lot and take care of it. The one person who has the designated parking spot has to shuttle you/everyone into town to go get their car. This is simply unreasonable, but is the fault of whatever brain-dead person designed these units in the first place. The management company's responsibility, though, is to make the situation well known to potential renters ahead of time. So, very nice unit, competitively priced, just no way to park there if you end up getting there last.
We were pleased with the amount of space and amenities that this condo offered. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a big dinner. The location was nice and close to Keystone and only a half hour drive away from Vail.
For my 2-month stay, the condo served very nicely. Kitchen and bath(s) are updated. Only issue was that during the stay, the new boiler installation left it w/o heat for almost 2 weeks in mid-October. Additionally, hot water heaters were replaced during the stay. Inconvenient, but not intolerable.
Keystone and Dillon are the two major towns in this location, and both offer a ton of amazing things to do no matter what the season! There's obviously some great skiing in the area, and hitting up the Keystone Ski Resort, Columbine Ski & Sport, Dercum's Dash on the Mountain, the Loveland Ski Area, or the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area will get you out skiing or snowboarding on some beautiful slopes. The area also features amazing hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, and more. Some great outdoor spots you should be sure to hit are Dillon Reservoir, Marina Park, Loveland Pass, Guanella Pass, and the Snake River. Dillon also has a nice little Farmer's Market, and the area has great indoor activities too, including the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, the Dillon Amphitheater, the Snake River Saloon, and Pug Ryan's Steakhouse and Brewery. For the history-minded, the Dillon Schoolhouse Museum might be more your style. The area also features horseback riding tours, spas, great bars and restaurants, bowling, golf courses, and the beautiful Keystone Lake.
