Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2 Bath 7th Floor Condo has it all! Unbelievable views of the pool, the beach and the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico! This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Holiday Isle sleeps 6. Indoor & Outdoor Pools, a great Fitness Center, Sauna, Steam Room & Hot Tub are just part of the amenities it has to offer. Holiday Isle is gated, with a covered parking garage, tennis courts and a boardwalk that makes it an easy stroll to get to the beach.
The comfortable living area is great for reading, watching a movie, or just relaxing. The balcony is perfect for grilling, watching the sunset or just enjoying the awesome view. The kitchen has stainless appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and even a blender. The beautifully furnished master bedroom has a king bed and features a spacious master bath with separate shower and a Jacuzzi tub. A second bedroom has twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa for extra guests. Towels and linens are all provided. The separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Wireless internet is available for your convenience.

Holiday Isle is the only full concrete frame condominium existing on Dauphin Island. There are no exterior wood or metal stud walls in the building, and no vinyl or EIFS skin. The stucco at Holiday Isle was applied directly to concrete, which allows for the best exterior wall protection available against windstorm and water penetration. A great place to plan your day of birding, biking, beaching, fishing, shelling or just relaxing and doing nothing.
Holiday Isle has two beautiful pools (indoor and outdoor), a sauna, steam room, hot tub, exercise room, ping pong, covered parking, easy loading and unloading with no steps, baggage carts and elevators, and miles of beautiful, peaceful white sand beaches.
Holiday Isle has five pedestrian and vehicular access points, each at which requires an electronic proximity card or key pad code for entry. The three-story poured concrete parking deck provides more than three spaces for each condominium unit.

Holiday Isle 712 on Dauphin Island is a beautiful home. It's one of the few condo's with inside access. The view from the 7th floor is stunning.

We have been looking for an uncrowded beach to go to, and we found it here. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation, this is the spot. The whole experience was wonderful. The rental is comfortable, and whimsically decorated. We loved it!

We had a very relaxing vacation. The condo was perfect. Checking in and out was a breeze. We would rent this condo again. We ate at Dority's, Capn Snappers and pizza from Island Rainbow. Loved them all!

My son and I really enjoyed our vacation in Unit 712. As a top floor unit we had terrific gulf views. The unit was clean and well apportioned when we arrived. The beds and linens were very comfortable. On our first full day - Saturday - I locked us out of the unit. I stopped by the rental office which was closed. One of the employees happened to be there and quickly helped us out by providing another key. She also pointed out the emergency numbers on the door and said we could call 24/7. She was very friendly and helpful!
If I had to point out one small issue about the unit that I didn't like, it was it's proximity to the elevator lobby door. Whenever someone entered or exited the elevator lobby it would cause the unit door to "knock". At first, we thought kids were knocking on the door and running. We quickly discovered what was happening and just ignored it. It would occasionally wake us up at night.

The view from the deck was amazing! The unit had great space, was secure, had attached parking and the staff was very helpful. We wanted to go to Mardi Gras in Mobile and they told us how to get there, where to park, suggestions for places to eat and just to have fun and we did! We will consider coming to the Island again!
