We had the best time at the Blue Pearl! I needed special accommodations and Silver Sands helped me be sure that we had a feather free home. We hope to return next summer.

The Blue Pearl is a wonderful! The location is second to none, the home was clean and everything worked as it should. It has to be mentioned however that the acoustics in this home are not acceptable. Noise from the living area on the third floor is somehow resonated to the bed rooms on the second floor to the point that a child's footstep sounds like someone is beating a bass drum. The staff at Silver Sands has always been friendly, accommodating, and professional in the past. After arriving there we discovered we had been overcharged for the rental. We were charged $1200. per night, and we discovered the rate advertised on the website was $880. I went to the office upon departure and pointed this out, and they apologized and promised a refund would be approved by management Monday. When I called the next day they recanted. Even though the $880 rate was still on the website Josh informed me I would not be refunded the difference. Said the rate listed on the website was in error. We vacation in Port A yearly so this will influence our decision about which agency to use in the future when we plan our yearly Escape to Port A!

We stayed in the Blue Pearl with 4 couples and the entire experience was perfect. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we were very pleased with the setup/amenities. We stayed during an "off period" so it was like we had the whole beach to ourselves. We will definitely be back!

House is newer construction and has great views on 2nd and 3rd floor balcony. Took my office for company get away and it was The perfect size. Did have issue first night with the ac on third floor and NO maintenance number No one showed up till next day when office opened so 12 hrs of horrible humid heat. They need to work on after hours emergency the press 0 option hangs up on you. Other than that place was stocked with with you need and tv’s in every room so no fighting for control. Just cause it’s football season I would STRONGLY suggest the owner upgrade to ESPN and sports package. Would lease again!

This home was perfect for us. We had 7 adults and 2 toddlers. There was extra space to put the babies down for sleep and all adults had large beds and a bathroom each. Great location for easy access to the beach and the pool. The elevator didn't work but we were fine without it. There were a few bugs in the house but not major and would add a lighter for the grill. I happen to find an old book of matches in one of my bags. We came in on Sunday and were about 20 minutes late to get the checking done but the agency was wonderful with that. Thank you for sharing this home with my family.

The property was great for our family Christmas.
Suggestion: For a six day stay the property should have more than one roll of paper towels and more that one roll of tp for each bathroom. short on dish towels, pot holders and wash cloths. The TV wasn't working when we arrived on Saturday and a tech did not arrive until the night before we checked out on Friday and then could not get it working with tools he had. A leak in sink in laundry room.

We found this rental by chance, after we were forced to check out of another property (with another rental company) because of a roach infestation. Our vacation went from a 1 to a 10 immediately. The rooms are spacious, there are plenty of places to sleep, and the 3rd floor is breathtaking. The views are fantastic and the kitchen is really, really nice. This is probably the nicest rental house I've stayed at in 12 years of vacations in Port Aransas.

This house is amazing! First of all it is very clean. The views are great from every floor on the house. The neighborhood is quiet and a very short walk to the beach. The management company is available right away if you need anything. I would highly recommend The Blue Pearl.

Had a great time! Usually drive to Florida for beach vacation but found Port Aransas Mustang Island to be just as good and so much closer! Plan on renting again!
Beautiful location and view shame the windows were so dirty we had to spend first day cleaning in order to see fbe ocean the were cleaner five days later than when we arrived. Trouble getting in wrong code given sparse supplies for 5 bedrooms no detergent no hair dryers at all bring everything you need!for over a grand a night you should get more. Shame the property itself is nice. But took a lot of work to get it up to par. The company was supposed to pass along my comments a while back but I assume that the owners really didnt care what we thought which is the impression I got when we stayed there.
We took a huge family vacation to Port Aransas and this house was perfect for us. The three levels allowed us to spread out and all sleep comfortably. The house also was able to cool and heat accordingly as the weather changed during our stay. We loved using the boardwalk to the beach and the AMAZING views! We will definitely be back!
Our family weekend stay in the Blue Pearl was wonderful. The elevator helped my elderly Mother greatly. The balconies were used for the beautiful views. The kitchen was well equipped. The upper level AC stopped working Sat. evening but the repairman responded within the hour and fixed the problem.Also enjoyed the pool. We will treasure our weekend memories for years to come. Garage door code was not working.

This house was a dream. We could see the ocean, it fit our family perfectly in terms of size and we even got to bring the dog which made my girls happy. This property is amazing, and we will continue to stay here. 5 Stars.

This house was so wonderful. We had the most amazing time with family and friends celebrating the holidays. The decor was great. The amenities were great. The location was great. The house came well stocked. We loved the ease of check-in as well as the management company's friendliness. We will definitely be back. I hope sooner rather than later!
I understand there was a hurricane in August.( We were there in October. ) I understand the maid was in an auto accident. What I don't understand is that I paid full price for the rental and got absolutely no service after I arrived and got into the place. If I had been told there would be no service because of the problems in Port A, I would have accepted this, but negotiated a discounted price. The first day worked out fine. We couldn't get in the place, but this was resolved. It had not been cleaned, but this was resolved. Two days into the rental we discovered a leak n the laundry room. Water was coming out the fan of the bathroom below. It was a Sunday, so I called the emergency number. "The number you are calling is not receiving calls at this time." I used the app and sent an email. I expected a response Monday. Nothing came. I called the main office during regular hours. "We are not in the office. Due to the hurricane we are not checking messages. Please call our emergency number. ". I again called the emergency number. No response. So we just lived with it. But it could have been much worse. And I had paid full price. The house was wonderful--everything the ad said it would be. (Only lacking liquid measuring cups, hand towels, and dish towels.) Beautiful views, very close to the beach. We all loved it.
This home is AMAZING. It's huge. It's fun. It's gorgeous. I can't think of an amenity this home lacks. It's got its own pool AND a community pool. It's got amazing views and a beach boardwalk. It's got plenty of well thought out sleeping. It features TV's, games, and game tables for the kids. And a well stocked kitchen for the adults ha! Our family had an amazing vacation. We almost didn't even have to leave the house!!
