    Perfect location for conference. The condo was beautifully updated, spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the kitchen/bar area. Loved it overall! Would definitely like to stay there again if available.

    Keystone river run retreat was a great location with an easy walk to the gondola. We stayed only three days, skied three days and enjoyed all of the Riverrun restaurants. Great condo, great hot tub, great locker room and loved the underground parking.

It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a full open kitchen and dining room for easy entertaining or cozy family meals. The condo has 1068 square feet of living space and can sleep up to 8 people. Each bedroom has its own TV and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a wood burning fireplace in the lounge. This property does not allow any pets and is NON SMOKING.

    We had a group of 8 adults, and we were very comfortable. The place is spacious and well-equipped for cooking. The location is awesome for skiing/snowboarding - super close to Keystone, or an approx 10 min walk from a shuttle that gets you to Arapahoe Basin in about 10 mins.

    Family of seven for seven days. We had plenty of room, short walks to the lift/ski school, and loads of fun with the playroom and pool area. Would recommend The Springs and Summit County Mountain Retreats to any family looking for a high quality vacation.

    It was great. Appreciated the fact that they gave us a key to use the parking facilities until the room was ready, but it was inconvenient to have to go back to the office for the key once it was.
    The only other problem was that the temperature on the showers was very hard to regulate.

    Great location, next to bus stop, nicely appointed and clean. Only knock was not being able to play DVDs as the connector cables from DVD player to TV were not there. Other than that, I would recommend this property for location, convenience and furnishings for great value.

    This property has 4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people. There are a couple of cots available in the unit for extra bedding when some do not want to share! There are flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms and the living room. The sunken living room is spacious and has a wood burning fireplace. The dining area has a dining table for 8 and a breakfast bar with an additional 4 seats. The outdoor patio has a grill, only available in the summer, and scenic mountain views.

    Outside your front door there are hiking and biking trails, fly fishing, Vail village and the Ford ampitheater. The free shuttle into the Village is a few hundred feet away from your door. Please no pets. This is a non smoking unit. Free wifi is provided.

    Great accommodations! We had a group of 8 guys for our annual ski trip and this place was one of the nicest we have stayed. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms/bathrooms. Bus stop to Vail Village was easy to walk to and the ride was about 5 minutes. Would definitely rent here again.
