Quiet, relaxing stay with plenty of room for our whole group (three families). We played board games, played in the snow, enjoyed cooking meals together, and had a great time. Well stocked kitchen, warm beds, and convenient location. Our only complaint was the early check out time. We wished we could stay a little longer and have more time together. 10 am was just a little too early for us.

We were very satisfied with this cabin. It was close to all that North Shore has to offer. It was clean and in good condition. The only thing that it lacked was the Internet. We talked with the management and they took care of that, tying us into a close internet source.

The location and property are perfect for a summer vacation! The unit was roomy and comfortable. A few parts of the unit could use a little TLC, but it fit our two families of 5 and 4 with space to spare. The bed on the 2nd floor was rough, but nobody else complained about their beds. I would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room for 9 of us! Well-appointed kitchen. Nice beds. Main floor for daytime living space is upstairs. Young people wouldn't struggle with that, but older folks might. Older large condo complex nestled in the woods, but walking distance to the Lake. The young adults in our group liked the rec center with the jacuzzi. It was too cold to swim, but there was a really fun mini golf place nearby that we visited. Wonky coffee maker, (probably time to get a new one), and the fan in the downstairs bathroom was pretty loud.

The property description is accurate, clean & well- maintained. The manager provided good service. The location is near to attractions, restaurants... It would be perfect if the wifi was stronger. Maybe because it's in mountain area. I would recommend it to friends.

We were very comfortable in the house. The shower heads need to be fixed. We were upset to learn that the pool had closed before we got there. We were not told at the time we reserved. The handrail on the stairs is a wobbly. We liked the location.

If you ever hesitated to follow your heart on first impressions don't. From the get go the manager sounded not very friendly and courteous and when we lock ourselves out of the property we confirmed: the manager told me it would take him two hours to get to the property, he would charge $100 for the trip and I needed to decide NOW if I wanted him to come open the property because it was not a 24 hr a day service. Fortunately we managed to get one of the kids to a balcony to get back into the property without damaging anything. That soured our vacation. NO THANKS !

This place was lovely and cozy! A great home away from home. We expected it to be older of course but it was very well-kept and clean, had everything we needed! Super cozy bedrooms with dreamy Native American decor and comfy beds, we slept well on those mattresses. The living areas had a huge dining table to accommodate our activities and, don't let the photo fool you, the couches were super sturdy, rugged but comfortable with huge armrests, good for leaning against or putting your legs up when lying down. I loved the whole set up much more than I thought I would because our comfort and enjoyment was well thought out!

I rented this place for my family to stay in for our wedding in Tahoe and I must say was really impressed. It was in a good location, the rental was clean, and spacious. The rental company were good to work with and were very informative about what need to to be done. They send you all the information about the property beforehand so you kinda have an idea on what to do when you get there, which is nice. My only complaint about it would be that the cable box makes a hissing noise that's kinda loud and annoying. Other than that I would definietly stay here again and would recommend it to anybody else.

This condo was perfect for my family of 10 --7 adults and 3 kids-- that gathered at Lake Tahoe. After pricing many rentals, this was priced well and good location. Surrounded by trees yet many amenities.

Beautiful home and very comfortable for multiple families. Would recommend and come again!
Overall wonderful time here. Well appointed kitchen & plenty of room for 2 families. Only recommendation for improvement is that the dishes /glassware wasn't totally clean & bath mats were dirty.
We came late at night from a winter storm, long traffic and we were pleased that we directly went to a cozy, warm accommodation. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to brew coffee, whip up some late dinner using the oven. We thoroughly enjoyed staying for 2 nights, the kids were delighted using the loft with bunk beds. The only thing that bothered me is the walk path going to the accommodation, it was slippery because it slopes down and icy all over. My parents had a hard time navigating it and we need to assist them despite the railing on the side. Otherwise, we are happy with our stay and hope we can go back again on summer.
Everything was very professional and detailed. Instructions were clear and concise which made the process easy to understand.
It was perfect! The place was clean and very well located. The pool and other amenities were great. I would definitely stay there again.
Enjoyed the condo. Kitchen well stocked with pans, utensils, plates and more. Centrally located. Very disappointed that the pool and spa were still closed until June 10. We specifically booked when it was supposed to be open. Rec center going thru remodel too. Overall the condo is in good repair and comfortable. I would fix the dryer that takes forever and get a coffee pot that doesn't leak all the time. Plenty of towels and beds were really comfortable. Would probably stay again.
Good home for a group of friends and family. Great location.
The vacation went really well. We are glad that we came across this rental place as it made a lot of things convenient for everyone in the group.
The only thing that didn't work was the Wi-Fi. I had planned on doing some work that weekend while on vacation but wasn't able to. Kids, being kids, were also hoping that wifi would work, and it was a good thing that one of us had a hotspot. We got there on Saturday, checked out on Monday, and the person who's supposed to help with the issue is not available until Monday.
That was the only complaint.
Otherwise, everything went very well.
Townhouse was cozy and clean. The Internet connection was horrible (non existent really) and the heating/air made for difficult nights. The main thermostat for the home is on the main level while 3 of the 4 bedrooms are on the bottom level. The downstairs was freezing and the upstairs was hot. We spent our entire trip trying to gauge it but never got it to balance. My husband, my two year old and I went three full days with no sleep. Otherwise it was fine.
The property was clean and well maintained. There are many activities that are close by and easy to access including beach and water activity rentals, hiking, and pee wee golf. The facilities activity area are also well maintained and easy to access including the huge pool, ping pong, tennis courts, bocce ball, and more.
Carnelian Bay's North Lake Tahoe location makes for a great, quiet getway. Close to the casinos of North Lake Tahoe, public beaches, paddleboarding, kayaking, and more, this location has it all no matter what the season. Family-friendly skiing and snowboarding is close by at Northstar Ski Resort. But you're also right on the lake in Carnelian Bay. Rent kayaks or canoes, or a boat, and hit the lake. Or just sit at the beach and sunbathe or read a book. You can rent Jet skis too, or parasail or wind surf - fishing is also very popular as well. You can pay for a tour or just rent some gear and a boat and hit the lake. Magic Carpet Golf offers some great mini golf and Commons Beach is probably the most popular beach in the area, offering a beautiful view and great swimming conditions.
