Our 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo has two private sleeping areas. In this condo, the living room has a beautiful stone gas-log fireplace that is easy to turn on whenever you want some cozy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge, and all the utensils and dishes that you may need to feed your group.
Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner are no problem. There is also secure wireless internet available for your convenience. If you decide to visit us during our economy season (the months of the year when skiing is not available), you can take advantage of being right where mountain biking, hiking, and the Peak 8 Fun Park are located If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of downtown, it is just a mile away. When you come back to the condo, you'll truly appreciate the quiet mountain setting.

Physical address is 107 Skiwatch Drive, formerly known as 1841 Ski Hill Road. Located directly on the slopes of Peak 8 just above the Colorado and Rocky Mountain superchairs, providing ski-in/ski-out convenience and featuring slopeside hot tubs, high-speed wireless internet, fireplace, cable TV with DVD, underground parking, elevator, at least 2 full baths, laundry facilities, fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher (self-catering). 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom plus loft (equivalent to 3 bedroom), and 3 bedroom units are available.
There are two high-speed quadchairs right in front of Skiwatch, the Colorado and the Rocky Mountain Superchairs. Peak 8 has over 1100 skiable acres out of the 2358 acres available in Breckenridge. Peak 7 has over 300 acres which can be accessed from Peak 8. Peaks 9 and 10 are connected by lifts with Peak 8. The Ski School and Kids' Castle are located at the base area below our building. The base area also has the Ski Hill Grill restaurant and T-Bar lounge, a ski shop, and free gondola and shuttle service to town. Breckenridge lift tickets are interchangeable with Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, and other Vail Resort Ski Areas.

Breckenridge offers tons of amazing things to do no matter what the season! If you're a skier, you'll obviously find your bliss here. Some of the better-known ski resorts include the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Crystal Peak Lodge, One Ski Hill Place, Beaver Run Resort, and Breckenridge Nordic Center. Aside from skiing, though, the area also offers hot-air-balloon rides, the High Line Railroad Park, Mountain Top Children's Museum, an ice arena, and, for those who like to throw back a few, the Broken Compass Brewery and Tap House. If you like the outdoors, you'll love Breckenridge. In addition to the great skiing, the area offers amazing hiking trails, horseback riding, mountain biking, and more. Some of the more famous outdoor hot spots include Boreas Pass Road, McCullough Gulch, Peak 8, Spruce Creek Trail, Vail Pass Path, the Sawmill Reservoir, Carter Park, Mohawk Lake Trail, and more. There are a ton of tours you can take too, from bike tours to repelling tours and horseback tours. You can also zipline, hit up a spa, take a heritage tour, or get some skiing or snowboarding lessons so you can better hit the slopes. A beer-tasting tour might be a great way to end the day, along with a stroll along Main Street Breckenridge, which has a lot of great stuff to offer in the way of arts, culture, nightlife, and shopping.
