All was good. Their guy Joe did a great job helping us out.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this place with my brother and his girlfriend and had an amazing time. The location is great. We were walking distance to peak 9 and the gondolas. It was so perfect being right in town because we could walk everywhere. The condo had many kitchen utensils so we were able to cook without and trouble. Perfect for the price and location.

I would first start by saying the property management team is awesome! They were very nice, responsive and understanding. When we got there before our check in time, they were very accommodating.
The condo was very clean and cozy. We ran into a few problems:
1. Owners turned off the heat so we had to call the emergency line and the maintenance guy had to bleed the lines to get it going again.
2. The stove top didn't work besides one small burner
3. After the heat was turned on, it wouldn't turn off. We roasted & had to open windows. Slept horribly. Not relaxing at all. If they would replace the thermostat, it would probably work just fine.
The owners need to invest a little $$ in the place and it would be perfect. But not having heat and then having heat that doesn't shut off, Is unacceptable. Having two small kids that had colds, needed sleep. We went there for R&R and came back more tired because of the heat situation.

Very good, clean, all operable kitchen, gas fireplace, outdoor grill, central location.
We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect - right on Main St and a 7 min walk to Peak 9. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Was a fantaastic location. This was a dog friendly unit which was great as we brought our dog as well. I do note that the prior dog in the unit was quite a shedding dog/or cat as there was hair stuck to everything particularly our fleece! Nice unit. Had to change the sheets on one of the bunk unit as there was "hair" on the sheets. The pull out couch was rather old as well and not not that comfortable.
Breckenridge offers tons of amazing things to do no matter what the season! If you're a skier, you'll obviously find your bliss here. Some of the better-known ski resorts include the Breckenridge Ski Resort, Crystal Peak Lodge, One Ski Hill Place, Beaver Run Resort, and Breckenridge Nordic Center. Aside from skiing, though, the area also offers hot-air-balloon rides, the High Line Railroad Park, Mountain Top Children's Museum, an ice arena, and, for those who like to throw back a few, the Broken Compass Brewery and Tap House. If you like the outdoors, you'll love Breckenridge. In addition to the great skiing, the area offers amazing hiking trails, horseback riding, mountain biking, and more. Some of the more famous outdoor hot spots include Boreas Pass Road, McCullough Gulch, Peak 8, Spruce Creek Trail, Vail Pass Path, the Sawmill Reservoir, Carter Park, Mohawk Lake Trail, and more. There are a ton of tours you can take too, from bike tours to repelling tours and horseback tours. You can also zipline, hit up a spa, take a heritage tour, or get some skiing or snowboarding lessons so you can better hit the slopes. A beer-tasting tour might be a great way to end the day, along with a stroll along Main Street Breckenridge, which has a lot of great stuff to offer in the way of arts, culture, nightlife, and shopping.
