  • The Redwood has all of the amenities and space for the entire family. With 6 bedrooms + den and four full baths your entire group can spread out and relax. From the Redwood you can walk 3 blocks to historic Main Street or walk out the front door to the bus stop within 40 feet.

    The main floor is home to the kitchen, LR, dining room, master suite, bunk room and guest room complimented by 2 full bathrooms.

    The lower level doesn't play second fiddle to the main floor with a secondary living space for playing pool or ping pong and additional space for lounging on the couch wathching TV. There are 3 bedrooms plus a den with 2 full baths.

    Master bedroom- King bed with full size closet and attached bath. Bunk room- 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 people with attached bath and full size closet. Guest Bedroom- Double bed with shared bath to the main living room and a full size closet. Living Room- 2 couches perched in front of the river rock fireplace Dining Room- Diining table that sits 10 with a woodstove to warm the room. Kitchen- breakfast bar for 2 and a kitchen with appliances to assist you in feeding the entire group.

    Rec Room- A nook to seat the resting feet of the TV watchers. For the more active there is a pool table and ping ping pong table. Bedroom #1- 2 single beds with a full closet sharing a common bath with rec room Bedroom #2- queen bed with full closet and an attached bath. Bedroom #3- queen bed with full closet and an attached bath. Den- single bed with no closet and attached bath.

    The amenities are endless with something to do for everyone. There are flat panel TV's in the LR and rec room, wifi, pool table and ping pong, fenced in yard and a stones throw to downtown. There is a game table in the LR as well as 2 couches for lounging around the wood burning fireplace. The west facing deck allows for peak views of the 10 Mile Range and the private back deck hosts the hot tub. The home has 2 driveways with ample off street parking and a 2 car garage.

    The fully stocked kitchen was updated in August 2011 with new cabinetry, granite slab counters and appliances. The open floorplan between the kitchen-LR-dining areas allows for a great space for family gatherings. If you are looking for a comfortable place for a family gathering look no further.

    Overall, this was a great option at a reasonable price for a large family. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was great, the ping pong tables in the basement provided entertainment for the kids, and there was plenty of space and bathrooms to accommodate our large group. The pictures of the house did not represent the condition, in my opinion. There has been a bit of wear and tear since they were taken or they just don't show it. Doing some small cosmetic fixes (radiators, etc.) would make it feel nicer. The house was also incredibly dry. Humidifiers would help immensely!

Take in the amazing views of Peak 9 & 10 from the patio located just off of the living room.

    This condo was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. We had an extra bedroom and bathroom that didn't even get used, and could have fit way more people in there! We utilized cooking in the kitchen, which was well stocked with appliances. The living room and dining area were perfect meeting places for happy hour and before we all left for dinner at night. The views from each side of the condo were great. Highly recommend... can't beat having separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The individual privacy of each family made a huge difference. The hot tubs, pool, arcade, and mini golf were all in the same building. All you had to do was walk down the hallway to the elevator, and they are all outside the elevator doors. For the price you could probably get a huge house on Peak 8 instead, but for where our group wanted to ski-- staying at the bottom of Peak 9 was perfect with the kids we had along. Also makes you closer to the night life. Having lived in Denver for 6 years and visiting the mountains for weekend getaways often-- I've stayed at many different places. I would highly recommend Beaver Run and especially this particular condo. We had no issues while staying there.

  • This is a nice, 3 story townhome located in the Village Point complex in Breckenridge, which is just blocks away from the lifts and town (walking distance). There is a private hot tub on the deck as well as a gas grill.

    This unit includes a one car garage and one additional outdoor parking space, no additional parking is available at Village Point.Bedding is a King, Queen, 2 Twins and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a washer & dryer in the unit.

    Amenities include a gas fireplace, washer/dryer in the unit, and 1 car detached garage. Due to parking regulations at the complex, there is a 2 vehicle maximum for this unit (1 must be parked in the garage, the other parked in front of the garage). Breckenridge is a world famous ski resort and you could be enjoying the snow in your own luxurious condo.  This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are Not allowed.

    Note: Trip insurance is highly recommended during the winter months as the roads in the area do close for storms often. In the event that a road is closed and you cannot get to your rental, insurance will cover your hotel stay or your cancellation.

    This unit was almost perfect for our family of 6. It was spacious and neat and comfortable. It had a hot tub and 2-3 TV's (although we could not figure out how to use the "clickers" properly and there were no directions or channel listings or anything). It did NOT, and I repeat did NOT have wifi, which we were told it would have, so I would say that that was the only one big disappointment as we had several members that needed the Internet for work purposes. The ceilings were fairly high and the condo felt roomy and light. The location was great for skiing. A short walk to the lift and slopes. There really is only 2 parking places and that is tight and strict. Overall we had a lovely stay; just needed that wifi......

    This custom home is located in a secluded residential neighborhood less than a mile from Main St. on the east side of Breckenridge. The Breck Free Ride shuttle stop is located ½ mile away on Wellington, giving you easy ski slope and town access.

    The gourmet kitchen is sure to impress your gathering of family and friends. With top-of-the-line Viking appliances, granite countertops, two large concrete sinks, a stone-mason hood above the range, two dishwashers, and a microwave it leaves no indulgence unaccounted for. The downstairs media/family room has a host of entertainment options for you to choose from.     The house was really fantastic! It's a couple blocks off Main St. so the location is great. There's a beautiful view of Peak 8 from the living room and many of the bedrooms. The roads to the house are plowed daily. We had a family of 7 1/2 and had tons of room to spread out. The main master is on the same level as the main living area. The other 4 bedrooms (including another master) and another living space are downstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (huge plus) and there's a half bath. The steam showers in the two masters are amazing. The kitchen has Viking appliances (2 dishwashers) and comes stocked with any pot/pan/utensil you'll need. There are 3 gas fireplaces (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs, and 1 in the main master - though this one didn't work during our stay). There are board games, iPod docks, Apple TV, and surround sound throughout. So many nice touches, including Chi hairdryers in both the masters! I'd love to stay at this home again! We did have a few glitches though... the garage door malfunctioned but was fixed promptly. We had trouble with the door locks and the WiFi at first. But the biggest problem - the house alarm went off at 11:30 PM and woke everyone up. We didn't have the alarm code so we called VisitBreck's 24-hour emergency line. We left several messages and finally, a couple of the family members figured out how to override the alarm. Apparently, the home had been set to away and the house thought there was a leak (too much water had been used) so the water shut off. The next morning, the guys figured out how to reset the water so we'd have water. Management didn't return our call until 9 am the next day, which is pretty unacceptable for an 'emergency response'. Thankfully we had some resourceful guys with us! The maintenance man came out the next day and fixed everything. The owner switched management companies just before our stay and I can't help but wonder if the original would've been better! The property is definitely wonderful!

    Our group stayed at Chalet de Neige in early January 2014. Our group had 13 members in it and there was plenty of room for all of us. We were all impressed with the cleanliness, the location, and the view! Looking out the window every morning to the sunrise behind the ski slopes was a perfect way to wake up every morning. I highly recommend the Chalet de Neige!

  • Welcome to Tyra Summit Unit A3A! This three bedroom, three bathroom, ski in/out condo is conveniently located on the 4 O’clock ski run. This top floor condo which sleeps 8 is ideal for a family or group that would enjoys the benefits of skiing directly up to their condo complex. After your day on the hill you can relax in the complex’s indoor or outdoor hot tub, which also has a indoor swimming pool. Breckenridge Main Street is 1 mile down the road, and can be accessed by a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. You may walk down the road or you can stroll down the 4 O’clock ski run. A free town shuttle is located about a 1/3 of a mile down the road at the corner of Kings Crown and Four O’clock, right next to the Snowflake ski lift.

    As you arrive on the first floor, the vaulted ceilings and open kitchen with granite counter tops provide a great place to cook your meals while entertaining family and friends. The dining table comfortably accommodates 8. A gas fireplace is located next to swivel mounted 46” TV, including cable and a DVD player. The living area has three leather recliners, as well as a leather couch, to unwind in after a long day on the slopes. On the main floor, you will also find two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom on the left has a queen sized bed, large closet, and a wall mounted TV/VHS combo player. A 3/4 bathroom is located directly across the hallway. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, its own full bathroom and a wall mounted 32” TV. Next to the refrigerator in the kitchen on the left you will find a stackable washer and dryer.

    On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom and loft area. In the large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings there is a king size memory foam mattress and a wall mounted 32” TV. A desk space and walk in closet complete the master bedroom. A private full master bathroom has walk in shower with dual heads, as well as a steam shower. In the loft area there is a set of twin size bunk beds and a love seat that overlooks the downstairs living space.

    The property was as described and plenty of space for 3 couples and had extra beds. Master and master bath very very nice. True ski in ski out and the elevator down to the slope is right out the front door. Kitchen was great for cooking and a walk to town down the ski run out back was super short and easy to get to town. The parking garage was also a very nice amenity. Top floor end unit so did not have any issues with noise from neighbors. Overall great unit and owner was very easy to deal with from start to finish. Would definitely stay here again in Breckenridge and reccomend to anyone looking for ski in ski out access without breaking the bank.

  • Sometimes you deserve to treat yourself to a house like this. Mike's HideAway is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home that is located perfectly between downtown Breckenridge and the base of Peak 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Area. Walk out the door 50 feet to the free town shuttle and ride 1.2 miles to downtown or .5 mile to the ski area, ski area. This home is perfect for 2 small groups or 1 larger group sleeping a total of 7 people.

    There is no need to climb any stairs as there are none, the entire home is on 1 level. There is ample room for your group inside and out. The 1 car garage will hold a mid-sized vehicle and the carport has ample room for the ski van. The interior of the home boasts in floor heat, hardwood flooring, granite slab counters, stainless steel appliances, master suite with private bath and 2 fireplaces to keep you warm on those cold winter nights.

    Master suite- queen sized bed, closet, private bath with double vanities in granite slab counters, shower and spa tub, fireplace as well as flat panel TV for Blue Ray player. Bedroom #2- queen sized bed, closet, shared bath and private west facing deck. Bedroom #3- queen sized bed and single bed on bunk bed, closet and shared bath. Bathroom #2- full bath with shower and single vanity. Bathroom #3- half bath utilized by the kitchen, dining and living room. Dining- the main dining table sits 4 and the breakfast bar has seating for 3 more. LR- is highlighted by a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a large L shaped couch that will seat 6.

    The main east facing deck has a 5 person hot tub, outdoor seating and a quiet setting to enjoy the surroundings. The main LR has flat panel TV with satellite connection, master bedroom has a TV with DVD viewing only, wireless internet, 2 gas fireplaces, storage of bikes and skis, laundry, in floor heat.

    Just a wonderful home to spend a vacation in. Very luxurious, comfortable and spacious. Carport and garage access prevent any worry about cleaning off the car after a snowfall. Shuttle bus at end of driveway makes getting to and from the lifts quite easy. It is also very quiet - unlike most condos.

    The home was a fantastic place to host our children and almost grown grandchildren. It was clean, beautifully furnished with so many amenities. It is located ideally for the families to "do their thing" during the day in Breckenridge, white water rafting, shopping, sight-seeing, and then returning to the home for an evening meal and family time. We enjoyed the quiet lovely setting.

    We stayed at the Lone Hand Lodge for a Ski Trip with 10 people. The house was large enough that we each had our privacy and the amenities were great. The kitchen had everything needed to cook any meal while the bedrooms were kept clean and comfortable. The entertainment at the house was super, including board games, Wii system and large LCD Tv's. The hot tub was kept clean and well managed, which let us relax like royalty after a day of skiing. One of the highlights is the dining table. Opening the curtains every morning to see the wonderful mountains, blue skies and serene environment was perfect. We would eat every meal just staring outside, wishing we got to stay at this home for longer. Overall a great experience. Would do it again.

    Although this house was beautiful there are issues that should be addressed before another renter uses it. How can you rent a house in the cold winter with no heat to a bedroom??? Faucets were leaking and a water pipe ruptured in the kitchen while washing dishes. Several light bulbs were out in kitchen. Fireplace would not work for 2 days. Dishwasher top rack was broken. How do you expect renters to pay a lot of money for one week with all these issues. Hopefully the next renter/ vacationer will not have to endure the workers coming back and forth to fix problems during mealtimes and such.

  • This lovely four bedroom townhouse is in a fantastic corner location, providing plenty of privacy. It is located on the free shuttle route to the chairlifts, and is just a five minute walk to downtown. The two large private decks back up to a boulder rock wall and overlook beautiful aspen and lodge pole forests. In the summer, relax and enjoy an outdoor BBQ with plenty of privacy.

    The outdoor hot tub is always popular, especially after a day on the slopes or trails. A large vaulted living area is great for entertaining, featuring a stereo and DVD player. The three-level floor plan offers privacy and room for all your family and guests.

    We booked our spring break skiing vacation about three weeks before actually going, and we found this condo through Breckenridge Rentals at a fair price. We took four adults and four children, and it slept our families comfortably. We arrived in one van, so parking was not an issue. However, the vehicle did not fit inside of the garage, because of the low clearance. The kitchen was fully stocked and equipped, the entertainment center was second to none, and the TV room off the main living room was perfect for our group. Plenty of videos and Dvds to choose from in the condo, there was never a need to rent a movie. The washer and dryer certainly came in handy on the trip, and the hot tub was used every night of our stay. The stay was not without its issues, but most of them were resolved quickly. The wireless network did not work in our unit, but we were able to connect to the next door neighbor's network and conduct our business. A few electrical outlets were not functioning when we got there, but a quick call to maintenance resolved that challenge as well. We did run short of hot water a few times, but I am not sure if the issue is long showers or just too many showers at one time. Nothing a tankless water heater would not solve. The xBox system was not functioning, much to the chagrin of our younger children, so that might need to go into storage before the next group gets their hopes up about a gaming system. Make sure that you have enough paper goods to last your party three to four days when you check into the unit, because we did run short of paper towels and tissue paper. Just a short van ride to Beaver Run Lift, and we parked our vehicle in the lot behind Beaver Run Condos. Made it convenient at the end of the day to ski to the van and load all of the gear up quickly. We never did take the shuttle, but it is only a short distance to the stop. For the money, a great place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Village Point 319 in Breck!!

    Wow...our stay was amazing. The accomadations were amazing, the skiing was awsome, the weather was crazy warm, Oh and the crowds were crazy too, but it was peak spring break time! Fyi...the block or so to get to the lift didn't sound bad but when you take into account the gear your carrying and the seems further than it actually is. Great time had by all!
