A breakfast area with a dining table for two, attractive tableware and countertop appliances are provided. The first guest bedroom is accessed from the living room.

    The décor is light and modern in white with orange accents seen in the queen bed duvet and artwork. Crown molding, a ceiling fan and lighting fixture, a mirrored door closet and windows with floor length curtains and blinds, complete the decor. The view is private, as neighboring windows are off set. Cable television and Wi-Fi are complementary. Guests have one parking space for medium sized cars only.

Large windows have floor length curtains. Off the living room is the den, furnished with a writing desk and a luxury sleeper sofa for two.

    This room has a ceiling fan and lighting fixture and windows with floor length curtains. The kitchen is off the den and has maple wood bead board cabinetry, warm granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher. Customary countertop appliances and tableware are provided. The kitchen window has a pleasant view of treetops and a quiet residential street as well as the dining patio with gas grill below. Guests can access the patio from the backdoor located in the laundry room adjacent to the kitchen. The bathroom and the master bedroom are located on the other side of the foyer.

    The bathroom ties together vintage and contemporary style with a sleek single sink vanity, vintage hexagon floor tiles and subway shower wall tiles. The glass walled shower stall is double sized, has a seating bench and two opaque windows. The master bedroom has a king sized linen bed with elegantly detailed white duvet and bedding, bedside tables, an ultra-suede dressing chair, a flat screen television, a ceiling fan with lighting fixture and a large closet with a mirror and dresser. This one bedroom, one bath apartment is situated on the first floor at the back of this security gated building, providing privacy as well. When ready to explore, guests are in walking distance or a quick drive to shopping and dining in downtown Beverly Hills and the ‘of the moment’ designer shops along Robertson Boulevard, also home to longtime showbiz dining hotspots, The Ivy and Chaya Brasserie. 

    This vintage Spanish style building keeps the charming elements, such as Spanish tile, dark wood floors, doors and crown molding in the building common areas and arched doorways, crown molding and many original 1920’s windows in the apartment. The rest of this apartment is remodeled in contemporary style. Enter into the spacious living room with all new furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa, a dining table for four, a large flat screen television and designer touches such as wall sconces, chandeliers and wood slate window shades. Beautiful, sand and white mat marble tile line the floors of this home. The eat-in galley kitchen has a glass dining table for two and is decorated with light wood cabinetry, brown granite countertops and Kenmore appliances, including a gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. All customary countertop appliances, cookware and tableware are provided.

    Down the hall is a sunny bathroom with a single sink vanity and a handsome shower stall lined in marble tiles. An opaque glass window lets the fresh air and sunlight in. Opposite the bathroom is a walk-in storage closet stocked with linens. At the end of the hall is a sunny, charming bedroom with a queen sized linen bed and headboard, dressed with elegant duvet and bedding in shades of tan, brown, cream and blue.  Plenty of storage and extra bedding is available in the mirrored, sliding door closet, as well as the original built in cabinetry above the closet. Attention to design details, such as crystal lamps, brass chandelier, carved crown molding and wood slat blinds, make this apartment home a convincing alternative to the nearby Beverly Hills Hotels.

    was horrible, we entered into an agreement with the house the day 16/09 to 01/10 day and sent out of the house on 20/09. I sent my family to a hotel saying they would pay and we had to pay the hotel, and I sent my family to another apartment which was not of our choice and the apartment was filthy, smelling of pee on the floor. It was the worst holiday we have ever had. We will file a lawsuit account the company.

Just a 5 min walk to the beach and only one block from the shops, restaurants and galleries of world-famous Abbot Kinney Blvd., this comfortable completely redone apartment offers you the best of both worlds. This beautifully furnished and recently redone very comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfect whether you are in LA on business or for pleasure.

    The apartment, which takes up an entire second floor has a large and bright living room with high vaulted ceilings, a cozy seating area around a wood burning fireplace and a large 47" flatscreen TV with surround sound system with DVD/CD player and I-pod dock. It has a dining area and an open kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and anything you could possibly need. The master bedroom has a king size bed and 32" flat screen TV and its own bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The middle bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms have abundant closet space and share a bathroom with a combined tub/shower. The queen bedroom also has a 32" flat screen TV.

    This home is offered completely furnished with designer West Elm furniture, high-thread-count linens and towels, and is available for short-, mid- and long term rentals. The vacation rental home comes with an off-street parking space and has its own washer and dryer inside. As most beach properties along the California Coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit. With average beach temperatures ranging from 65 to 75 degrees year round, air conditioning is not generally needed in our beach areas. For our warmer days, each of our beach properties is equipped with portable ventilator fans which, when combined with open windows, allow the fresh ocean air to circulate and cool your property to a very pleasant temperature.

    Had a great time staying here! It was our first time using ae hospitality so we were a little nervous that we weren't going to get what we saw in the pictures. However, it worked out perfectly. It was very safe, clean, convienient, and perfect for what we were looking for. I would absolutely stay here or again and use ae hospitality to book again!

    We rented this property to be close to Hollywood for our daughter's college graduation. This house was in a great location, and very close to her school. The house is stunning, and very comfortable! We did have an issue with a cigarette smoke smell upon arrival but Globe responded right away to let us know we would not be held accountable. We did have to purchase candles, dish washer soap, pot holders, etc. but it wasn't a big deal. I did have to wash the bath mat and clean the upstairs bathroom as well! Overall though I would recommend it to friends :)

There is a glass dining room table with room for 6 people to sit comfortably. The living room has a beautiful L couch and coffee table. This home comes equipped with cable TV and free Wifi internet. This home is 2015 New New New.

    The large, well-appointed kitchen is a chef's delight with its spectacular aluminum glass and tile accent wall, magnificent European type custom cabinets, beautiful Silestone counter tops, large pantry, and top of the line D~COR appliances. This home comes with all the pots and pans and place settings to have an amazing family dinner. The bar area provides a great area to communicate with the chef of the party.

    Nice size bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and their own bathrooms. The master features two closets including an incredible, custom built, furniture quality piece. Both bathrooms feature floating vanities and contemporary tile and fixtures. French doors lead to a private backyard oasis complete with built in outdoor crushed glass fire pit. Weather on a business trip or enjoying a vacation with the family this modern home will allow you to relax as its simplistic modern design was made to do.

    As with most properties along the California coastline, this property is not equipped with an A/C unit.     Had stayed in a different unit in same building. It was very nice. This unit was very low budget and didn't fit with the surroundings.Check-in staff was hard to contact and not very pleasant. Started off on a bad foot!

And it’s only a 15-minute walk to the beach, easy for biking, rollerblading, surfing and relaxing under the sun!

    This loft-style, one-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet Venice residential neighborhood. It is walking distance to all the conveniences of Lincoln Boulevard, yet set back enough to be quiet and private. Located on the back half of a private, family home lot above the garage, the apartment has a private, secure garage entrance and parking.

    Bamboo wood floors and high ceilings, along with many windows and recessed lights, give the apartment a friendly, open feel. The living room features a 46” flat screen TV and DVD player. Dining area has a table that can seat four, and an office desk provides a tranquil and spacious work area.

    Kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, and all basic cooking essentials. Bathroom is located off the living room and has a nicely tiled tub/shower combo.

    Bedroom has a queen size bed and dresser and good closet space. Balcony can be accessed from both the dining area and bedroom and has 2 Adirondack chairs and a slate floor. View is of the trees and hedges bordering the property and the family yard.

    Guests also have access to a super-capacity, front-loading washer and dryer, located in the garage. Entrance is safe and well lit. Guests should be aware that there is a large, friendly dog on the property that lives in the family home in front.

    My 13-year-old son and I stayed here for five nights. We were extremely happy with our experience. This unit is even nicer than the pictures show. It is so beautiful. The kitchen is perfectly appointed, with the basics like coffee maker, dishes and utensils, but also little niceties like scissors. Comfortable bed, wonderful living area, pretty and secluded deck area, and VERY nice to have parking included (one of the reasons I selected this property). We met the hosts once, and they were very warm and welcoming, and we saw their charming dogs every day. They were a fun addition. We also had to call Globe Homes twice (once because of an issue getting in, and once because I thought I'd lost the key -- both times they were super helpful, promptly responded, etc.) You can't go wrong staying here. Highly recommended!

  • This newly renovated second-floor guest house is stylish, chic, and utterly unique. It is on one of Venice’s walk-streets just a block from the ocean and right on the border between Venice and Santa Monica. It is a perfect home base for exploring both of these beach communities, as well as the greater Los Angeles area. Climb the stairs to the double French front door and enter a one-of-a-kind accommodation. Polished wood floors and maple paneling on the walls and ceiling, along with the contemporary furnishings, create a warm inviting atmosphere. The bright, spacious living room and comfy leather couches welcome you in.

    There is a flat-screen TV with cable, and wireless internet makes keeping in touch easy. The modern kitchen features a full side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, 4-burner stove, built-in dishwasher and microwave oven. The stainless steel counter tops are easy to keep clean, and the natural oak cabinets are fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and glassware. There is a dining bar with a striking embossed diamond-patterned top that seats 5. There is even a washer and dryer for your convenience. The sleeping area on the main floor with double bunk beds lies behind a rice-paper screen for privacy. A corner desk provides a great place to work, and there is ample closet space fronted with unusual bamboo patterned glass doors.  The bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a European style hand-held shower.

    The stainless steel topped vanity with a modern glass bowl sink, embossed walls, and bamboo-patterned glass window compliment the overall décor. Up a spiral staircase is the second-floor master bedroom. It boasts a queen bed and another living area with its own leather seating and flat-screen TV. There is plenty of room up here. There is a reserved parking space in the downstairs garage. Take the two-minute walk down Ozone Avenue to the beach and the renowned Ocean Front Walk. Stroll along the boardwalk with its array of shops, street vendors, performers, and local characters of all kinds. Stop at one of the open-air cafés for a drink or a bite to eat – the perfect place for some world-class people watching. Of course you can always just laze on the warm sand and take a refreshing dip in the sparkling Pacific.

    We loved this place. Very close to the beach and all the great restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood unless people staying in the lower property is drunk. Couple suggestions. This place should have a vacuum or other floor cleaning device. Since we stayed here for 7 nights, we needed a cleaning system. Also, the garage situation wasn't very clear. Our garage door remote opened a wrong door? People stayed in the lower property, they used our spot for their car? Maybe put a sign outside of the garage so people know which garage is for which room. Last thing, blinds were too thin. You can see inside the room at night from outside. But overall, very good place and the phone customer service was decent. Thank you!

    The main floor of the condo can be accessed via stairs or elevator from downstairs foyer. Double doors open to welcome you to a large hallway with travertine floors and recessed lighting. Walk to the right to enter the open floor plan living area and adjoining dining room. Wall to wall windows grace the beach side of the communal area. A large sectional sofa allows guests to relax and enjoy the view. Large dining table seats eight comfortably. Gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and all Viking stainless steel appliances. Double door refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. Gas range has a separate faucet with instant hot water. Kitchen is also equipped with two sinks, a center island, dishwasher and microwave. Adjacent to the kitchen is a walk in pantry, which leads to a laundry room with large capacity stackable washer and dryer.

    Three of the four bedrooms are located on the main floor. One bedroom has two full sized beds, wood floors, a 42” flat screen tv and private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a king sized bed, carpeted floors, a large walk in closet and a private bath with tub/shower combo. The extra large master bedroom at the end of the hall has carpeted floors, a 42” flat screen tv, a large walk in closet and a private master bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and six point shower with a waterfall feature.

    A stairway from the living room leads to the downstairs second master bedroom and game room. The game room has a billiard table and a “surfboard” bar with barstools and a 60” flat screen tv. Double doors from the game room lead to the downstairs master bedroom, with king sized bed, large tinted windows with perfect view of beach and bird sanctuary and the largest private bathroom of the unit. Features include double sinks, marble countertops, a six point shower with steam option, a two person Jacuzzi bathtub and extra large walk in closet. The downstairs area is very private and can be accessed directly from the foyer without having to enter the main floor.

    The unit has central A/C and heat, wireless internet, landline with unlimited local and long distance nationwide calls and secure garage parking for two vehicles.

    Just relax and rejuvenate every day as you watch sailboats drift by, and dolphins play in the surf. Enjoy long walks along the beach and swim and play in the Pacific Ocean steps out your front door. Take a yoga class on the beach while listening to the sound of the calming ocean waves, or take an easy bike ride to Manhattan Beach or Marina del Rey. Watch the sunset after a perfect day at the beach or walk down the street to enjoy the local restaurants in the little sleepy beach town of Playa del Rey, known for it’s solitude and ‘small town’ feel. Property has an outdoor shower for use as well.

    The location of this unit is great. It's a mile from Central downtown Venice. Whereby you have access to wide variety of Restaurants. We enjoyed an Italian Restaurant and Mexican Cantina along with drinks from Starbucks. The vibe is family friendly and very safe. This beach front property is quiet away from the tourist. We enjoyed the morning sunrise and evening sunsets as we watched the sail boats cruise in the distance. The layout of the Condo was ample for our party of 8, with multigenerational guests. The property managemnet company was always available to respond to all questions. The property was clean but not well maintained as evident by the roaches in the Kitchen. There are roach baits laid out but they are not doing much. Also one of the stretch couches has ripped fabric hanging along the bottom front edge. The ceiling in the lower bathroom has mold. The elevator wasn't working after the first day. With a little property maintenance this property would have received all 5 Stars.
